Sarnia used to be a great place, with Mermaids, Humans, Shape shifters, Ghosts, werewolves, fairies, and most rare of all- Mages. There was an all out war between the Shape Shifters and the Mages. But since there are so few mages, they had an easy defeat. No one knows what angered the shape shifters so much, but everyone does know since they were so enraged, they attempted to extinct the Mage population. And they did...so most think. There have been rumors spreading that there is one Mage left...? (By the way, you can do whatever you really want with your character, so its like a sandbox rp.)

Mermaids:

Mermaids usually live in water. They have tails, everything the classic mermaid could have. But they may walk on land, only if tail is completely dry. They can control water.

Humans:

Standard Human.


Shape Shifters:

Shape Shifters cannot transform into objects, but only animals. There are lots of Shape shifters, and are very likely to be born. Almost half of Sarnia is shape shifters.

Ghosts:

Ghosts are only not visible to Humans. They cannot go though walls, and can pick things up.

Were Wolves:

Pretty much same thing as fairytale werewolves, but their weakness is NOT silver, and they transform into actual wolves, not mutants, and the full moon has no effect on them.

Fairies:

Fairies are mini, and magical. There are three elements the fairies can be, such as life, death, and love. Some fairies have a human companion.

Mages :

Mages have one main power. Water, and fire are the two that they be. They are said to be extinct, but none know for sure.
