Raine shook her head, after looking around herself carefully. She was trying to see what she could make of the competition, when she had found one that certainly didn't look up to the fight. The little elf girl didn't belong there; she could see that much easily. And yet she had been dragged into it, no doubt, kicking and screaming. What was the point in bringing in a girl like that? There was no challenge in fighting someone that didn't want to fight, except to try to hurt her as little as possible. That looked raher hard, she thought. There was simply no point in bringing her in. The other elf seemed to be helping her out, though, so she saw little reason to go over to her.

She glanced back at the other hirule that was supposed to be taking part, then back around again. There were going to be more than a few issues already; she had ignored the cameras that had been around, but surely they had picked up a few things by now that would help the viewers in choosing their favorites. "Such a waste of time..." she mumbled to herself, glancing around, then down at her feet. She probably wouldn't have complied if she hadn't been so bored at the time, and now she was having second thoughts about even agreeing. She shook her head, moving to get herself a drink. Alcoholic or not, she needed something to do other than just stand there, even if it wasn't much. She needed something in her hands, at the very least.
