Bellatrix sat waiting, but no one came into the compartment--fortunately, that meant no annoying first-years or talkative strangers, but that also meant no Alexander, which wasn't good. "He usually comes to this compartment," she mused, turning to Vincent, who returned her gaze and then replied with a little hoot. "Probably went to leave his things in the Ravenclaw section," Bella concluded, still directing her words towards Vincent and not concerned in the least that she spoke more to her owl than she did to most humans.

She stood from her seat, and slid the compartment door open, glancing to either side of her on the train, hoping to catch sight of the familiar mane of black hair, or the ever-present leather jacket that signified the arrival of Alexander Dolohov. Not far away, her eyes finally found him, glancing around the Slytherin section himself. "Alex!" she called out over the din of students, and then pointed to the compartment she was sitting in. Technically Alex wasn't supposed to sit in the Slytherin section, but, as Bellatrix remembered with an inward smile, since when did Alex give two hoots about what he was and wasn't supposed to do?
