"Anyways, Bellatrix, I missed you over the summer," Alexander said and gazed out the window. He was the slightest bit nervous, but he had to get it out. Nobody understood why he liked her, a Slytherin. Perhaps it was her good looks. She was dazzling in his eyes whether others thought or not. Or perhaps it was her personality, harsh yet gentle in all the right places. "I mean, it's disappointing that you moved away..." He frowned lightly, but didn't turn his attention from the window.

October, although impassive, felt her heart thump against her chest. Although Jason was enjoyable, at times he could go a little overboard. But she didn't have the heart to tell him. He was everything she had, other than Jake's friendship. Adri and her didn't even get along, so that relationship was over. She watched Jason as he spoke to Jake and Adri. It hurt to see him act like that. But... she had accepted him as he was when they began dating. A shiver ran through her as he whispered in her ear. "Yeah sure whatever," she replied, flustered. The dark-haired witch leaned against Jason and took his hand in her own.
