"They stap down your elbow and your fingers so you can't move your forearm, then drag a scalpel along you palm." She had always kept a straight face and didn't flinch.
Although her expression stayed unimpressed, she wanted to shudder when he breathed deep. She knew he could smell her blood. Each spark's blood had a slightly different smell to it, although every spark's blood called to the vampires loud and clear. That was why vampires and sparks where separated, vampires couldn't last long without taking a little nibble out of the spark. The vampire in front of her seemed to enjoy the smell of her blood, which made Scarlets eyes narrow and made her pull away a little more. When he mentioned the more she pulled away the one he liked her, she felt exhausted. He confused her, although it didn't show.
A surprised gasp escaped her parted lips when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her a little closer. She tried to twist her hand away, but he remained unaffected. "Wow, your nice are you? Your not planning on taking a bite out of me without introducing yourself are you?" Holding her head high and keeping unbroken pride in her eyes, she announced "I'm Scarlet. And I'm still not convinced you can handle Me." She smirked, her gaze unwavering.
