Mikuo finally decided to stop his swimming and changed back to his human form as he swam normally the rest of the way. When he reached the shore line he let out his held breath and flopped down for a bit letting the sea wash away the last of his worries, though if he had any idea of the things going on in a mansion he'd think differently. He went back to where he stored his clothing and quickly put them on as he ran a hand through his sea drenched hair. He kept his shoes off as he walked to his shack on the beach, it was abandoned when he first came to here. But he soon claimed it as his and hanged seashells on the door way to reminded him of his city. As he entered the small shack he pushed aside the small seashell beaded screen and entered his room. To many they would consider it cluttered to him he saw treasures abound. He grinned at the sight as he took off his satchel sling and carefully dumped the shinies onto the table next to his hammock and sorted through them. From small pearls to just trinkets. He sighed as he looked at some knowing he'd need to sell some off... That was the thing about Merfolk, they loved shinies. From gems to baubles. He put what he'd keep away to make items out of them later and the rest he packed away for the flea market. "might be harder to sell the wares there now though..." he thought to himself with a shake of his head as he looked at the sky. He decided to go out to the town and walked into the city wondering if he would see anyone from his class or someone else he'd recongize as he walked he hummed a song, certainly not unusual for him.
