Elliot shrugged, and his cheeks grew to be as red as his sweater about the tomato comment. "I'll deal with it, heh," he said, rubbing the back of his head as he laughed nervously.
"Cafeteria? Oh, yeah, we have one. I think they have chocolate ice cream there, and a snack machine with candy bars or something. If you want, I could take you there..?" The boy suggested as he stopped rubbing the back of his head and dropped his arm to his side, the belts bucking in reaction as his arm hit them.
He slung his back over his shoulder and smiled, becoming accustomed to talking with her. "I could give a little money for a couple of snacks."
(I have an idea. Perhaps the students could gather in the gym and have a big game of Truth or Dare, and let the students converse and get to know eachother? Ashtonwolf piping up about Truth or Dare gave me an idea. c:)
