"Well, it sounds like you are very fond of him." Elatha commented, sipping some cocoa from her mug and avoiding Sumi's eyes on purpose. "I'm wondering... how on earth did my cousin; my mortal, human cousin, land a job like this; keeping supernatural creatures in this itty-bitty town?" she asked. Really it was a little hard to fathom.
