John moved from where he was to the attic. He looked up at the attic and pulled down the wooden latter. He put his gun away when he heard the scream. He was about to open the door but then looked towards the door. He heard the scream and footsteps, not knowing what, or who it was. Right as he opened his mouth to speak, there was a loud crash and about fourteen pairs of extended, undead arms grasping John. He struggled, lunging his left fist into his jacket’s inside pocket and pulled out a large kitchen knife. He stabbed one of the arms and it let go. It seemed they were following that one’s rule, so when it dropped John, everybody dropped him. John fell to the ground with a roll, and looked up at the undead falling out of the attic hole, and stumbling towards him. He ran down the stairs, found Nat and took her hand. It was more her wrist, but he led her out of the house, and closed the door, after letting go of her hand.
