located in Mystery Revolution Academy (Interior), a part of The Multiverse, one of the many universes on RPG.
The interior of the Academy is decorated not unlike a more natural Pokemon habitat, but with all the modern conveniences of a current day museum. Most of the content that the base used to use now serves as interesting showpieces.

Luna then realised the creature had no arms and prepared an area where they could soak in the liquid instead. They climbed in, poured the liquid in and... they looked at each other, and the welts were...gone. as if they were just illusions the whole time. the pain was gone too. The Liquid, after doing its job, simply evaporated, and a new plant of its species grew where the old one was. They stepped out and Sparky said "How did you remember that Luna?" He asked in amazement. Luna simply said "They always came back moaning in disgust anytime their fire-types burned those plants by accident. I saw this fire chicken...thing... and it just...hit me, I guess." Sparky just stared blankly at her, but simply said "Well, at least now we know the cure." He said with confidence. "We should make note of this somewhere."
