After having a nice cup of coffee at the maid café, they went to the movie and then the arcade. Makoto could never have stopped being amused how enthusiastic his best friend is with all the games she had played. And then they headed for lunch. Despite not looking like it, Chitose also has quite an appetite that of a gourmet herself. They really had quite some fun with each other after going through such dreadful exams.
Bidding farewell to his friend, Makoto headed to the convenient store. He had asked Arata to change his shift for him and his boss was kind enough to accept. Until he graduated from university and actually find a job, he'll just going to work here for a couple of years to come, which was something Arata couldn't be happier to hear. He was even going to persuaded Makoto to take a full-time job. Well, he was going to should he failed his exams...
Makoto worked at the front desk until the end of his shift which is around 5:30 PM. There was a lot of customers recently and he hardly had a moment to catch his breath. Most of them were nice, fortunately, so there's nothing for him to be upset about. Before he made his way back to his apartment, he stopped by a supermarket to buy some ingredients for dinner. Hinata is about to get home soon so he should gave him a treat since he'd just gotten his salary the day before.
Eventually, Hinata came back. While Makoto was making the tonkotsu, Hinata suddenly hugged him from the back while saying how much he loves his cooking. "Yeah, yeah. I know that already. Please go and take a shower first. You're drenched in sweat." Shoving the other boy into the bathroom, Makoto went back to cook. Setting out the dishes onto the dining table, they both enjoying their dinner while conversing about what they've been doing the whole day.
"You know, I actually feel like we're somehow like a couple. And yes, I'm talking about my mom and dad." Makoto chuckling, "It's hard to believe how we all were angels back then and now we've reconciled in this world. I just wondered how would my dad react if my mom brought his memories back like how she did with me."
