#076B31 || Greed || Outfit: X
Anyway, that was only a minor delay. It didn't take much to deceive the common riff-raff then stride away with some gain. So he could have made it to class in a far less late fashion. But instead decided to give it a pass altogether and work the field and appeal to his own taste and bypassers. The only question was how would the father of sins respond to his lack of attendance in demonology? Lucifer was the most unpredictable in his moods and mind tracks. Sometimes it was seen as a sign of respect to attend his boastings and history classes that were already embedded into the sins. Other times, it didn't seem to matter. Theron justified he shouldn't have been mad about it since Greed was spreading. And that was their purpose in Hades University. Not to live out some mock human life and study as one or in other cases act as a professor.
Theron was in some perspectives good at picking his targets and in other point of views, unfair. There he perched by the counselling office for students in need of financial help or emotional or whatever else could go wrong in their life. Theron played with his new accessory on his finger and glanced to the girl sitting a few seats away. “So what do you want in life?” He smiled lightly then returned his gaze to his ring as if he didn’t have the proper esteem to make eye contact and guarantee conversation. The corridor was filled with silence for some time before he added, “You know they're only going to ask you in there anyway.” He smiled again and this time turned his head to look at her. She smiled too then shrugged up to her neck. “I don’t know.” Er. Modesty and delusion. It was the worse. Everybody wanted something.
Theron slid closer to her.“Think about it. Deep and dark.” He chuckled quietly as if it was a joke. He looked over her waiting for her response.
It took so long for the mortal to form a sentence, Theron was surprised in himself for not clutching his own hair and yelling out in frustration. Patience was after all a virtue. But he behaved well. “I guess infinite amount of money. There's nothing money can't buy.” She laughed nervously. “That's original.” “What?” “I think they called you in.” In perfect timing, someone did indeed step out of the office and call her in.
Theron bashed his head back on the seat for an easy one being claimed by some irrelevant third party. Maybe he should have posed as a philosophy teacher or worked in the well-being department to get to people's wants and needs.
