Sera grinned and pulled Clover in for more rigorous scritches, eagerly petting the kitten maid. "Of course we're friends! Any buddy of Rika is a buddy of mine!" Poor Clover seemed to have a bit of trouble understanding that they were both kind of Masters, since they were both in a class above her. "We're both Masters, but I'm your Master. You can treat Seraphina however you please." The fire head looked at Clover with a smile. "Just call me Sera. And I'll call you Clovely!" Erika blinked and then she pushed Sera to the side with a sigh. "Ignore her. It's safest to just call her Master Seraphina when others are around." They needed to keep up with image, after all. Even Sera knew to shape up when her father Manfred was close by. "But call me Sera when it's just us!"
When Clover got up to the kitchen, Sera crawled close to Erika and nuzzled her cheek. "Come into my lap, little girl." Sera coo'd and Erika did so, returning the nuzzle by rubbing her head on Sera's chin. "It's Master little girl to you, Sera." The prodigy would never understand why but being firm and mean to the redhead was always enough to get her hot and bothered. Even though they hadn't had their first time yet, the flutist had a feeling she knew all the ins and outs of how to really pleasure her lover. "Do you like her?" She asked, interrupting Sera's blush and giggle. "She's a cutie, of course. I just hope we can keep her safe here until those who were at the auction forget. Even if the vigilante told you to, it was risky taking her in."
Erika smiled up at her girlfriend, feeling a little cared for despite it all. "I couldn't turn her away. You saw her, Sera, she's helpless. I'm stronger than most people know, so I can keep her safe." Sera nodded, as if that made sense to her. "It's because you're a nice girl! I just worry about you, you know me. I can't really do anything, I don't got magic like you." Even though the redhead was smiling, Erika knew she wasn't smiling. "But I know you're the best gunswoman out there." At all times, hidden in her boot, Sera had a small lady's pistol for self defense. She couldn't use magic, but that didn't mean she was powerless. "You always know how to make me feel better, Rika." The flutist closed her eyes, feeling comfortable in her lover's lap like this. "Of course. Any master can make their pet happy." The easiest thing in the world was getting Sera in a blushing fit, wasn't it?
When Clover returned, she tripped and caused an accident. For a short moment both Rika and Sera got a glimpse of up the kitty's skirt. Erika was unphased, but Sera's blush got a little more profound. Erika whispered the incantation and dried up the water. "Are you okay? You aren't hurt, are you?" Seraphina asked, getting up to check Clover over for injuries. "You should be more careful with glass in your hands, if it shatters it can cut really bad, and then you'll bleed." It was to be expected, Clover wasn't quite used to her new role yet. "Don't worry, I won't tell mom or dad. Go get changed, and then meet Sera and I in the performance room. You may invite Fiyero if you wish."
How exactly did the lovers develop their affections for each other? Well, in the school orchestra of Miss Everett's Girl's Academy, they were naturally drawn to each other. Both were aware of the other since they knew each other before hand, but as the noticed their skills and how they were both the best players within the ensemble - Erika on her flute and Seraphina accompanying on the piano - the girls decided to try playing with each other. Sure enough, as they improved with each other and learned more songs and styles, passion grew and now here they were, Erika standing nimbly with flute by her lips, Seraphina sitting poised with her fingers on the keys. As the door opened to reveal their audience of two, that was their cue to delve into their duet of love.
