Eventually Mizuki and the two scientists woke up. Luna and Ren spent the waiting time drinking juice to replenish their energy because there was still more Leo wanted to test before he was satisfied for the time being. "So? What did you see?" Leo asked with fervent energy, eyes lit up with excitement. Mizuki grinned and described lavishly how Resplendia invited them to tea - not real tea, but in Paradise it seemed to replenish their souls. "No sign of that stupid gravity Star, but whatever." The blonde scientist seemed a bit confused. "We did that? I thought we just passed out. I don't remember anything." The redhead had a shaky little laugh. "I remember... vaguely, something. Wasn't it just a dream, though?" Leo then tested their light quantities to see if it lined up with his theories.
As a Light Bearer, Mizuki could remember it all vividly. All of the light bearers in the family remembered every last moment of Resplendia. Normal humans with elevated light above the average could vaguely remember it as a dream or a lost memory. Lastly, those with average or below average light seemed to have no recollection of Paradise in the slightest. Mizuki and the redhead were able to hum the tune of the lullaby, but the blonde didn't even remember that there was a lullaby to begin with. "It sounds like Resplendia's cooperating." Luna felt a bit relieved about that. While she and Ren were in Paradise they could see it all, they could see Resplendia's pain and feel it transmitting through to them. It was awful, yet they couldn't bring themselves to hate the former Star of Happiness. How could they, she never did anything evil! She just wanted everyone to be happy.
The next step was for Luna and Ren to use their ability to send things through Paradise to mankind. Well, to Mizuki and the two scientists specifically since they were within the Containment Field. Yui was gone now, she has passed out. Leo had an idea as to why but it was too early to know for sure just yet. So Leo drugged Luna with an injection and the girl seemed to fade in and out of consciousness. "Ren, tell her to send that feeling to the guinea pigs." Mizu stuck her tongue out at being called that but otherwise was waiting. So Ren sent her the signal and the pinkette shut her eyes, trying to spread the feeling of this dizzy tiredness. Almost immediately the near lightless blonde scientist passed out. Redhead needed a moment to lie down but did not fall asleep. Mizuki simply had a mild headache. "So those with more light are able to better resist the effects of Paradise." Leo muttered as he scribbled down notes. Last step for today was for Ren to release the feeling and pull it back out of Paradise. He did so and the three subjects seemed okay again. The side effect? Ren now seemed to exhibit the drug's effects.
Leo wheeled the dazed Luna and the drooling Ren back to the room where Yui and Ally were. Leo gave a smile as his girlfriend looked up from her wheelchair to greet him. "How did it go?" She asked, beaming. Leo smiled, his glasses almost fogging up. "I have so much data to crunch. Want to look it over with me later?" For Ally that was almost like being asked out on a date and for some reason she began to blush. "Oh - I'd love to! Thank you for inviting me!" Now that Ren and Luna were here, she continued teaching Yui all the rules to Snakes and Ladders. "Maybe once those two stop dribbling spit on themselves you can teach them what I've been teaching you!" The dreamweaver pat Yui's colorless hair with a motherly smile.
