By the time a response filtered in, the Galaxy Police detective was hard at work going over a series of reports pertaining to the fugitive, as well as dispositions from the Aschen Empire. She knew that there was a distinct possibility that the Aschen Empire would either refuse to extradite him, or actively inhibit her attempts to apprehend him, so she had come with contingencies for either situation. Slowly, and with a hint of trepidation, Myuria took a sip of some hot tea that she had prepared while waiting when the response from VIRGIL finally came in on the waves.

Keying up the communications systems onboard her ship, she transmitted her reply.

“Acknowledged, VIRGIL. I am aware of the capricious nature of the civilization beyond this border, and I know the enforcement framework is sparse. Given the nature of the fugitive I am supposed to apprehend, perhaps it is best that I take advantage of whatever assistance you’re willing to provide.”

Myuria swiftly keyed her response down the line, and then moved deftly to manipulate a series of controls as the ship kicked on it’s engines for a final approach towards the gate. She was already plotting hyperspace trajectories to Langara.

“The suspect I’m to apprehend is considered armed, and extremely dangerous, and we’re to exercise extreme care.” She added via the transmission.
