Danny watched as a vampire approached one of the girls. She looked horrified. When he heard the words coming out of the vampires mouth, he glared at him and yelled, "Hey, leave her alone you son of a bitch." The words escaped from his mouth before he even realized what he was saying. The vampire turned and walked over to him. "You got something to say?" It came out in a mocking snarl. Danny, being a typical guy, stood his ground and was ready for a fight. "I said leave her alone." The vampire looked him like he was on drugs. "Wow kid, you've got guts. I would just kill you here and now, but you aren't worth my time. Plus, then I couldn't have any fun torturing you. This is gonna be fun." Danny was gonna puke. Great, what did he just get himself into? He wasn't gonna hurt the girl. He looked at the girl, "You okay?"
He was the one who always stood up for his friends. When he saw the vampire scaring her, he couldn't help saying something. Even if he was out-classed, it didn't hurt to try.
