The Grill

She laughed at his joke. She could attest to the wolf thing. She got pretty hungry when stalking her prey. She walked into The Grill and she locked eyes with Jace. She could tell he had noticed she was coming too. He was with a girl, and by the way she was looking at him, and his body language toward her, she could tell he found his mate as well. She decided not to bother him, and they would talk later. The whole pack was scheduled for their weekly meeting tonight, in her cave. Nodding at him, she found a booth that had a good view of the door and of Jace. They were kind of the guardians of the pack, and she trusted him more then anyone else in the pack. She sat so she could see who was coming into and going out of The Grill. A waitress came over and asked them what they would have to drink. "Water please." she said politely.

As their food arived Kier told her about plumbing and music. She couldn't help but hear her fathers voice in her head, "Why would he let such a silly thing come between a decent job. It's not like he could not do music on the side.". Her father had been an extremely successful and wealthy business man, who always made smart choices. She couldn't help but slightly agree with her father. tho only think that didn't let her completely agree, was the notion that Kier really liked music.

She could tell that Kier was a man motivated by things he loved to do. If he didn't like it, at least, he wouldn't do a good job at it. And she could tell by the tones in his voice that he would be an excellent singer. Yet she wondered why he didn't really do plumbing more often. Before she could ask, he asked about her life, but she wanted to know about him still, and so she voiced her concern. "Before I tell you some information about my self, I would like to know one more thing. If you do not mind my asking, why do you not be a plumber as well as a musician?"

Unable to resist her chicken and potatoes' aroma any longer she picked up her spoon and started eating the potatoes. It wasn't as fast as her normal style of eating. She had been trained as a lady, and as such she would eat slower in the presence of company. But as years passed, her manners changed slightly for the times. This being said she still didn't want to freak Kier out by devouring her food too quickly. Her pack always said that she was going to get hiccups or worse from eating her food so fast. So she ate at a relatively normal, but slightly faster than a normal guy.
