Date of Birth

Appearance
Hannah can be described as a small, fragile girl. Petite, if you will. She only stands at about four foot and seven inches tall, carrying a simple weight of ninety-nine pounds that can be summed up as skinny, bony or scrawny. Hannah hasn't got that worrying skeletal build, but it is clear from first glance that the girl doesn't carry much meat on those rattle-bits. Despite that, we are worried about her unhealthy, pale-toned skin. Suggest she is given more outdoor activities, might even suggest taking her training outdoors.
Her oval-shaped head is showered with a burning, crimson-red hairdo that gently drapes down to end neck-length. Hannah has never shown the need to keep it tightly-knit together, whether braided or a simple pony-tail. Rather, prefers to have it be free and loose. Her eyes are a dark tint of green, seemingly lacking in cheerful glow -- Though her demeanour does not reflect the dullness of her eyes. Other features include her turned-up nose and slightly red-tinted lips, all perfectly centred on her head.
For clothing, Hannah has shown a preference to loose clothes. Feeling more comfortable in baggy jeans and an oversized hoodie, along with sneakers for shoe-wear. The only thing Hannah seems to continuously lug around, is the red and black checker-board patterned paper-boy hat that sits loosely on top of her head.
Personality
The first thing that one would notice about Hannah is her obvious handicap. The girl is a mute, rendering any conversations with her useless, aside from body language, signs and writing notes. The latter being Hannah's most preferred method of communicating, although she has shown a willingness to use sign language with those who know it. The girl doesn't seem particularly bothered by her lack of vocal ability, but she has made it clear that making friends has deemed rather difficult.
Despite that pitfall, Hannah has shown to be an optimistic person given most situations, always willing to interact with others, and gleefully partaking in activities set up by the staff. She appears to be a bit reckless with her abilities. Part of that coming from what we think to be her urge to prove that she can control this otherwise dangerous gift. It often results in her, or anyone around her being struck with a doze of bad, or good luck. The former being more likely to be inflicted on her own luck.
Besides that, we've rarely observed Hannah to be angry, or even sad. She seems to be adapting to her new environment rather quickly, though we did spot a few troubles regarding certain rules and mandatory tasks that we've given her. Something we definitely need to talk to her about, as it is part of our program that the subjects are kept from straying on the wrong path..
Bio
Grew up in London, England as the only child of the McKarte family. Hannah has no siblings, nor any cousins. Only a select few child relatives and friends in the outside world. Parents stated that her life in school was a relatively short one because of her disability -- Hannah appears to be a mute -- and thus was taken from public school and taught at home starting at the age of seven.
Before Hannah came to us, her powers were only mildly active. As confirmed by the parents not having realised any oddities in behaviour, interaction or other major factors that may reveal the subject's powers. Actually, the reason they brought Hannah was not because of her powers, rather their concern with their daughter being Bi-curious. Parents were under the impression that we helped younglings with special needs.
Anyway, Hannah has been here for a good few months, and could be called a positive addition to our project. Of course, we will do anything in our power to guide the girl in the use of her powers, as well as teaching her how to operate in today's society with her handicap.
Probability Manipulation
An ability that allows its user to control the outcome of varying situations. To put it simply, probability manipulation revolves around one thing; Luck. Now, this doesn't imply that someone could be winning the lottery, or lose all they own in mere seconds. No, that would be too simple. Probability manipulation allows its user to increase / decrease the likeliness of a certain outcome. Say, during a coin toss, the user could increase the chance of the coin falling on tails. That is not to say it will fall on said side, but it is more likely too happen.
If that is too theoretical to understand, think of it like this: Any situation has multiple factors playing in the outcome of it, probability being one of them. Someone able to manipulate that probability is just increasing or decreasing the amount said factor plays in the current situation. In basic terms, they control the chance of success, slash failure of a possible outcome.
Preferred Classes
Taking into account the nature of her abilities and that of her own, we ask that Hannah is to be assigned Math and Abnormalities Speciality. Other classes are decided on your own accord, those two are the only ones we highly recommend assigning her.
Preferred Training
Despite her handicap, Hannah appears to do well in group training. However, considering the nature of her abilities -- That is to say, its effect on Hannah's surroundings. We deem it better for her to be trained individually, or perhaps trained with a permanent partner, though we advice no more than one other person to be grouped with her.
Hannah sincerely apologizes, but she is unable to say the words. Therefore, she has written it on paper: "I am Abnormal."
