"We won't need the data. All we have to do is to steal a knightmare that has energy wings and we are good to go right?" Soma shook his head. He quickly flipped up his hood and began to walk towards the Guren. "Combat? Oh, I'm not going to just all out attack them. I'm not going to use the Guren for what I'm going to do. If you are questioning my fighting abilities then fight me when I get back."

Zero looked around. "The Black Rebellion has failed twice, and do you know why? It's because last time, Zero wasn't ruthless enough. He wasn't willing to do what was necessary. The Britannians must know that if they commit injustice, then we shall break even with them. There shall be no mercy from us." He said.

"I give you all the option of leaving, but I will free Japan from the Britannians, no matter the cost. Whether you agree with me or not is up to you, but that is my stance on the matter."

“Well how do you propose that? You do know that only the knights of the round have ninth gens.” Grinning Kira could tell that the boy wasn’t an experience pilot. He didn’t know how a life and death situation would play out. “How about we test out these skills of yours? Behind me are a couple of Norm knightmares, they will be the newest mass production models for the black knights. Let’s see if you can match up to me, if you are able to destroy both of my factsphere’s I’ll agree to your plan and help you out in any way possible.”

"Honestly I really don't need your help, but your challenge is to tempting to resist." Soma stopped and glanced back. He knew that this man thought that he was very inexperienced and he was. He was just going to have to prove himself if he wanted to get help from the Black Knights. "Fine, let's go."

Nathaniel walked into the large hangar area worn and exhausted. His Vincent was blackened and bullet ridden but the MVS was still shining like a newly forged and polished blade. The expansive space was dark but a single set of lights led to grouping of several people who stood at the far end of the space.

It was James and Milly, standing at a console that sat before a large shadow against the wall. They turned to him as he approached, Milly’s face was still stained with the runny makeup from her weeping, yet Nathaniel noticed that all grieve seemed gone from their faces. “I’m sorry Milly, that bastard got away.” He apologized for failing to capture or kill Zero.

“You did you’re best.” She consoled.

“Nathaniel, there will be time to discuss this all later, right now we have bigger fish to fry.” James replied before turning on the rest of the lights. A large Knightmare frame was lit up, still missing most of its outer coverings the factshperes in its shoulders and the Lancelot like head where clearly able to be seen. “It seems, this thing is more expensive than I thought, we’ve reach the end of our budget, but luckily Milly here has agreed to give us a hand. I’m going to move the Savior to the Asheford facility under the academy, they have all the equipment we could need. Also a certain someone has agreed to help as well. With her assistance I should have the dual and quad core systems up and running any time now.”

Milly smiled, but Nathaniel couldn’t tell why, “I’m sorry to trouble you, after all that’s happened I-”
“Stop, Nate, you’ve nothing to apologize for… besides you managed to-” she was cut off by a loud alarm and red flashing lights. James turned to the computer array and began typing away furiously.

“Nathaniel, we’ve got trouble, there are Knightmares surrounding the hangar!” James said as several of the monitors sprung to life.

“The black knights?” Nathaniel asked with a furrowing of his brow.

“No, it looks like Britannian soldiers, but that crest…” James brought up the images of several advancing Sutherlands. The crest that shown on their shoulders was what the screen zoomed in on.

“Marques Jule’s men… I wonder what they want…” he ran over to a Sutherland that was equipped with several additional weapons such as a blaze luminous system and MVS, climbing into the cockpit he called to the others. “I’m going to hold them off as long as I can, get the Savior and Data to Asheford!” he called before he headed off out the hangar. He didn’t wait for them to identify themselves, instead he drew his weapons and began fighting. Opening an open com channel he called out to them, “Who are you? Black Knight spies, no unauthorized Knightmares allowed, I’m afraid I’ll have to kill you for this trespassing.” He informed them before cutting off the line, he didn’t care for their excuse, this battle was just to hold them off long enough for James and Milly to escape.

Jumping and landing gracefully Kira looked over to his fallen foe; the guy didn’t show the proper results he was looking for. Sure he was missing an arm, but what happened to Soma was worse then what happened to him. Walking over to the frame, he wondered what the pilot was doing or thinking of. He would tell Soma why he lost, “hey kid! You alive?”

"Damn it!" Soma snarled as he slammed his fist on the side of the crushed cockpit. He had challenged the man and somewhere deep down inside he knew that he would never be a match for a experienced veteran like him. But Soma's pride got in the way and he took the challenge anyway. “hey kid! You alive?” "Yea.... I guess so." Soma tumbled out of the cockpit and looked at the man who was standing in front of him. Dusting himself off he brushed past him and made his way to the Guren. He glanced back with rage in his eyes. "I'm going. With or without your help. Like I said before, I don't need it."

Cyrus
Cyrus lying back on the couch remembered the fight with the Shinkiro; he also remembered the voice that he heard. A voice that was soothing and calm, one that gave advice that had actually helped him out. The question was who was it? No communication came through when it told him to use the BLS; it was more of… inside his head. Frowning he wondered for a while to who the voice belonged to. Sweeping throughout his body a hot sensation hit him, his gaze meant Nina, who in fact was holding a cup of coffee for him. The girl was like a sister figure to him, he trusted her with personal information because she seemed to have answers for him.

Nina
“You shouldn’t frown, it only welcomes wrinkles,” she said while giving a kind smile to the young man. Sitting down right next to him, her women's intuition acted up. Fixing her long lab coat, a green skirt under, she looked up to Cyrus. “If you want you can lie on my lap,” blushing as she said, having a guy lie on her legs would be a first. Adjusting her glasses she took notice of the boy’s shyness. “You can tell me anything you know that Cyrus.”

~20 minutes~
Cyrus/Nina
The two of them gazed at the Susano’o they were there to see the Knightmare, a full energy filler and, and repaired parts. The minimum damage that it gained from the training was a walk in the park. Why did you call me here Cyrus she asked giving the younger boy a kind hearted smile. “Easy! I have a bad feeling about something.”

Without waiting for an answer. Soma climbed into the Guren and thrust his wrist into the key slot that was fitted only for his armlet. Little did he know, it would be the last time he would ever put his arm into that slot again. The Guren came to life and Soma powered up the Radiant Surger. He realized that the hatch had not been opened. Without thinking he aimed the Guren's right arm upward and blasted a beam of pure radiation into the hatch above making a good sized hole for the Guren to fit. He activated the flight system and launched up out of the secret lab into the starry sky above the ocean. He knew were he was headed. He had been there numerous times with his father when he was still in the military. The Tokyo Settlement Military Base. That was where he needed to go.

A monitor beeped as a Knightmare became visual, the design, and look were familiar to the solders. There wasn’t a person alive that didn’t of the KMF. Guren S.E.I.T.E.N Eight Element, Cyrus looked up from his trance, a solider came to him and told him the current situation. His two different colored eyes shifted from the frame to Nina. “Stay here I’ll handle this. Private keeps the Bedivere on standby.” Turning around the boy approached the Susano’o.

Checking over everything Cyrus found it all good; the frame was operating at normal capability. From gate opening Cyrus spoke before taking off, “Susano’o launching.” As soon as he finished the Knightmare became a blur as it charged through the sky's.

The military base was in sight. Soma tensed up and accelerated the Guren to full speed, unsheathing it's MVS knife and activating it. Soma activated the fractshpere sensors and multiple knightmares were already closing in for and attack. So they aren't even going to ask who I am. Soma smirked and readied the Radiant Surger. "Damned Britannians! Get out of my way!" Soma landed a direct hit of pure radiation on the first knightmare and spun around and punctured the cockpits of the other two with the MVS blade. That was easy. Soma frowned. To easy. Activating his fractshpere sensors one more time he spotted a lone knightmare in the sky, energy wings glowing with power. Energy wings! Just what I needed! Soma lunged towards the knightmare, charging at it full speed. "Your mine!"

Watching how his allies were defeated and maneuvering the Susano’o up, Cyrus spotted the enemy charging toward him. Jetting downward the black frame barrel rolled out of the way, until he made it stop and stay in the air. The sun perfectly behind it shined on each of its features, It both hands were the samurai mvs, its extra size gave it the advantage when he fought others at close range. Typing on a few keys he spoke over the intercom, “for treason against Britannia I Cyrus Levine knight of three, shall defeat you.” Charging at the frame with only one weapon in hand he had the perfect advantage in each category, speed, skill, and combat. Closing the distance Cyrus used the sword cutting downward, aiming for the radiant surge, when he spent time alone he would look at old file footage of Knightmare battles and the Guren was one of them. Using the other arm he used the Blaze Luminous as an enhancer to deal more damage. Aiming, he sent the left hand toward the left shoulder in an attempt to dislocate the left arm. “Don’t get cocky since you can defeat a few Vincent’s,” he said.

His target rolled out of the way. “for treason against Britannia I Cyrus Levine knight of three, shall defeat you." Soma switched on the intercom. "Well, well, well. A knight of the round. I am deeply honored!"Soma snarled with intense sarcasm.
His enemy attacked him with an MVS sword. "Like that would work!" Soma brought up his radiant surger arm and blocked the attack with a burst of radiation. Cyrus attacked again with a blaze luminous and Soma parried the attack with his MVS blade in his left hand. “Don’t get cocky since you can defeat a few Vincent’s,”

Cyrus
“You are no match for me,” Cyrus said while maneuvering the sword arm out of further harm. The pilot didn’t launch a counter attack; guess he was happy of blocking his attacks, pathetic. What person doesn’t launch counters, this guy was a chump! He didn’t deserve to pilot the Guren; such a prize should never have been in this guy hands. Why not just school him, a voice said, if you think that then you should school him. Feeling dizzy, his vision blurred until Cyrus pasted out.

Kyros
“Well Cyrus that was kind of you,” the boy’s mouth moved as the head rose, a cruel smile appeared. “Well this is a first,” he said while moving back. The two samurai Mvs were out, there length gave him an advantage, but that was Cyrus. This guy who shall be known as Kyros would show that his skills surpassed that of everyone he fought. “Let’s put wagers, if I win you be my slave, if you do then these wings are yours,” the voice was different; it held a cruel and sadistic ring to it. Using the enhance speed Cyrus, or more over Kyros pushed his KMF forward. The swords were in a X as he striked, using the momentum as they were being swung down he pushed to cut the legs of, they seemed to move within a = line.

Soma Shicksal

"Forget it. I'd rather die than be a slave to a Britannian!" Soma quickly maneuvered the Guren upwards to avoid a blow to the legs and launched six missiles from the pods attached to the Guren's back. "I'll just have to take them the hard way!!"



Noel Vermillion

Dashing toward's the knightmare hangar, the newly named Knight of Two, Noel Vermillion, pulled her hair up into her blue cap and sped towards her knightmare. "Damnit! Why the hell am I doing this?" She had watched her comrade Cyrus fight the Guren SEITEN Elements and knew that his movements weren't normal. It was as if he really intended on killing the other pilot. She didn't mind the killing of rebels, and actually enjoyed it but there was something about this particular one that was different from the Black Knights. She couldn't put her finger on it but she subconsciously decided that she would at least keep him alive so that they could have an official trial before execution. "Ooohhh! I'm probably going to get in a shit load of trouble for this later!" Reaching her personal knightmare, the Constantine, Noel swung into the cockpit, jammed in the key and the Kightmare came to life. "You'd better have not have killed him already Cyrus."

“That was an ugly execution of dodging those blows,”Kyros said while taking his super V.A.R.I.S, zooming past the missiles and spinning around while shooting at them, hitting them they exploded. The red streaks seemed to glow in the sky, they were only meant as a distraction. He aimed and fired at the Guren, while opening his Factsphere to find the Constantine coming to stop him. Within the black frame a screen opened up to reveal Nina, she told him who the pilot was. Aggravation gripped at his throat, changing the mode to burst he flew right in front of the red frame, his left handed V.A.R.I.S aimed for the arm, while the right was aimed toward the legs. “Scream all you want girl but no one can stop me,” he said before firing. Forty red hadron beams were sent at the Guren, dodging one would have been difficult. Kyros then aimed one and let out two shots of forty beams at the Constantine. To the man there were no allies when he fought.

Soma Shicksal

"Tch!" Cyrus was a blur as he appeared directly in front of the Guren. Super V.A.R.I.S charged he let loose a barrage of hadron beams toward Soma. There's no way in hell I can dodge that! Soma thought the unthinkable. He jammed the controls forward as hard as he could, sending the Guren straight for the beams. Making the Guren corkscrew the Hadron beams hit almost every possible surface on the Guren except one. The right arm. Red lights flashed in the cockpit and Soma knew he was going down. "NO!!!" He screamed. The Guren was flying through the air only by momentum. Right arm out, Soma made the Guren grab ahold of the Susano'o's shoulder with the radiant wave surger. The arm glowed and released a final, powerful blast of radiation into the shoulder of the Susano'o. Then came the fall. All systems were offline and Soma pulled the ejection lever releasing the cockpit to safety. This guy wasn't playing around. He really fought to kill him.

Noel Vermillion

"Cyrus STOP!!" Noel screamed through the intercomm. Cyrus fired his weapon at the Guren and Noel knew that it was the end. He then fired towards her. "What the hell are you doing you bastard??" Noel screeched as she dodged the incomming beams by literally no more than an inch to spare. But then the Guren suddenly flew towards the beams, protecting it's right arm it took a direct hit and flew toward the Susano'o. Noel gasped in disbelif as the Guren managed to make a final attempt to attack before it tumbled to the earth, the pilot ejecting. That pilot was really something to take a chance like that. Hmph! Damn stupid too! Noel sped towards the pilot. She didn't doubt that Cyrus was going to attack when he was most vulnerable. She had to stop him.

Frowning as the radiant surge arm touched his Knightmare, Kyros waited for the last second before ejecting the arm. The black mix shape arm flew, literally, at the cockpit before exploding. He aimed the V.A.R.I.S at the cockpit, and fired. There was still the problem of the other Knightmare. The burst mode shot should hit after all, how would the guy dodge? Taking out his black samurai mvs, Kyros looked down toward the other frame, his gaze was intense, “don’t get in my way.” The speed of the energy wings, made him close the distance with the other, hit black one shined in the sky before dive booming onto the other frame. He had done one slash; one that even expert would have trouble blocking. Now he was under the Constantine.

Soma Schiksal

So he was still trying to kill him, huh? Hadron shots, hurled down at Soma and he did the only thing he could do. Forcing the cockpit open, Soma looked up at the deployed parachute. "If only I had something to cut it with I'd be-" Suddenly, Soma felt something heavy in his coat. Reaching in, he pulled out a sinister small blade attached to a chain of some sort. He had seen this weapon countless of times in his father's office and wondered why he kept something so dangerous in there. Not having time to think, Soma cut loose the parachute. Grabbing hold, the cockpit tumbled to the ground below him, the hadron shots barely missed him as they streaked under him. That was close. His father, even now dead, never failed to surprise him.

Noel Vermillion

Noel quickly had the Constantine pull out her two custom V.A.R.I.S pistols. They gleamed in the sunlight and were an exact replica of the two over sized guns that were hanging from her thighs. Holding out the guns she managed to block the Susano'o's attack with the two large barrels of the guns. They were designed also as melee weapons and could block very efficiently, even against an MVS. "Thank you, Remu. Your stupid inventions saved my life." The knightmare was now underneath her and she released a full barrage of hadron shots towards him. "CYRUS!!!!"

Allowing his knightmares speed and wings do the work the hadron shots had no affect on it. The wings had the ability to absorb the shot. Taking the V.A.R.I.S, Kyros aimed and fired of one rounds of burst fire. He wouldn’t let the girl get away easy, stopping he checked his filler gauge, judging it good he was about to fire at the girl until his head throbbed. It seemed like Cyrus was resisting, not allowing his counterpart back, Kyros flew back to the base and landed. He then began to take a systems analysis.

Soma Shicksal

Soma grunted as he landed hard on the ground, the parachute enveloping him as he rolled across the floor. He looked up and saw the black knightmare disappear back to the base and the Guren now an unrecognizable heap of metal lay near him. Rakshatas gonna kill me. Soma spotted the blue knightmare that had supposedly saved him, land near to where he was and a girl hopped out of the cockpit. He started to limp towards her wondering if she was going to help him. But suddenly he stopped realizing that the girl had two pistols aiming right at him.


Noel Vermillion

The pilot, a light haired boy about the age of 17 scrambled out of the white parachute. Noel couldn't believe her eyes. He was a Britannian. Even so, he has commited the crime of high treason against the empire! Noticing that he was comming towards her, Noel reached for her two, oversized pistols and pointed them at the boy. "You are under arrest for high treason against the holy Britannian empire in an attempt of terrorism!" Noel stepped towards him and brought down the silver handle of the gun in her right hand on the boy's head. She had to be careful with this one.

"Fine, let's at least get the technology and then see what we can do with it. And can't we just adapt any Knightmare with the Energy Wings and graft it to mines?" He knew that his presence in Area 11 would be more dangerous which is why he was pushing so hard for this new tech. He had already decided to wage his war in either Area 11 or India with either of them being his base of operations. Schneizel did have Nina Einstein and the personnel of En Vogue on his side, but Kira did have Rakshata and Lloyd. It would all boil down to the pilots. There was still the issue of units for Kira's side. One Knightmare can't stand against an Empire. But if he could amass enough forces against the Empire then he would have a chance. But he needed the Energy Wings to combat the Knights of the Round. And for that, he needed Rakshata and Lloyd 's help.
