Introduction
Every story you ever told your child or your friends, every tale... has manifested into a person.
Fairy tales from all corners of folk lore now live among us normal humans, peacefully most of the time. A few upsets never got the best of them, and while they weren't in their castles or anything of the sort, they did have a small town of their own. However, their ruler, who had unanimously decided to be The White Queen from the tale Alice in Wonderland, has disappeared. The police department have spent days searching for her but no-one knows where she is.
Their town evolved into a ghetto. The stories that ran through their streets turned to darker means. Murderers, thieves. Even Snow White herself, a highly recognized woman in a place of authority, has been known to have her secrets, which taint her snow white skin.
Who will help to lead the search for the White Queen?

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 4 authors
It was far too bright for Bloody Mary's liking. She'd always taken to darker places even in the city, but today seemed like a nice day. She wandered around the pretty empty streets of the inner city and had hoped to find the book about herself, and change it.
She stumbled upon the library. Mary slowly walked inside and pressed the bell on the counter.
A couple hours went by as she was all alone in the library after tending to other customers either checking books out, returning them, or buying some that were on sale. There was no sound to be heard until she heard the front desk bell ring which made her jump slightly from being startled. Belle giggled at herself as she lifted herself up from the desk and circled around the building to the front desk.
She was surprised to find that Mary had been standing before her. Of course she heard the many stories about her floating around town and noticed how everyone treated her, but that never mattered to her. Belle always believed that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover and that's exactly what she lived by. With a soft smile upon her pale face she stated, "Hello, what may I help you with?"
"Er... Where's the bit on our folklore?" Mary was somewhat happy with Belle's response, as she'd sort of missed seeing people smile at her. She examined some of the other folk in the room. Ichabod Crane was sitting across from the Headless Horseman and Cinderella was browsing a bookcase labeled "Poetry". She turned her attention back to Belle, and smiled somewhat menacingly.
She made her way through the long aisle of shelves and finally stopped towards the back of the building and looked to the left of her. "Everything you need should be there. Is there a certain book you're trying to find?" Belle asked a bit curiously, hoping that she could possibly help her out a bit more. She loved showing that she cared for others, even the ones most of the city never seemed to even notice most of the time.
"Right at the back, then." Mary chuckled to herself, glancing at the rows of books on folklore. She attempted to see some of the titles from a distance, but sighed and slackened, huffing. "Well, you know who I am, right? I'm looking for my book. I'm sure I can find it. Pretty easy if it's in alphabetical order or... something."
Belle glanced around through the book cases to see if she could find her book, now curious about her own story. As long as she had been in this library, she had never thought about reading her own story to see how the normal people interpreted it.
She stood wandered to the local park and lay across a bench, holding the book across her head and ripping pages out. She let the pages fly away and she prepared her pen from her pocket as she began to write her real story on the back.
Belle trailed down the aisle where she led Mary just a few minutes ago and began looking for her book. She found it way down at the bottom of the bookcase, surprisingly covered in dust as if nobody touched it in a few years. She shrugged her shoulders and picked up the book as she blew on the front cover to get the dust off. She coughed a couple times, breathing in the dust by accident.
She quickly picked herself up off the floor and answered the phone. Only to find out it had been someone from the bar just across town. There seemed to be a huge fight between a couple guys and no matter how hard everyone tried they wouldn't stop. The female let out a big sigh and hung up the phone. She slid on her red cloak before stepping out the doors of the police station and drove out to the bar.
"Hey!", Wolf growled. He leapt over and put himself between the two men just to get himself socked in the face by the other. This time a real feral growl escaped his lips and he grabbed one guy by the neck and threw him across the room into the wall, where he fell unconscious. He then grabbed the other by the shirt and hissed in his ear, "You know who I am and what I can do... now get out of here and don't come back until you get a little more sense in ya."
The man gulped, trembling. " Yyyyyyes sir." Wolf set him down and watched him sulk out the door. His attention then became diverted to someone pulling into the parking lot.
With a soft smirk she realized who he had been put pushed that aside to do her job, "So...Mr. Wolf, was everything handled properly? Do I need to take anyone up to the station?" she questioned, hoping that she wouldn't have to. She was enjoying a kick back sort of day and having to bring anyone to the station would change that.
"Sucks to have to live by so many rules, doesn't it," hoping to have startled Mary she swung around the back of the bench sitting in it and setting her messenger bag next to her crossing one leg over the other she turned to her companion smiling mischievously.
"I sure hope I'm not intruding on your vandalism," she continued in a seemingly sweet voice, "I'd hate to be the one to ruin the property damage party." she'd take out a red lipstick smoothing it over her lips while watching Bloody Mary from the corner of her eye. "But don't mind me, I'm not here to ruffle your feathers or anything." she draped her arm over the arm rest on the bench leaning back and looking around the park.
As Rose was driving through town, she happened to notice the woman known as Bloody Mary sitting with a woman she had never seen around town before. Maybe that was what made town seem a bit off more than usual today. The female parked her police vehicle in front of the park and took a sip from her soda before setting it back down into the cup holder. Rose kept her brown hues glued to the two women, but mainly the newcomer.
"No, no, not at all! You're free to join me, actually." She ripped out another page from her book and scribbled some more notes into it. She took a moment to examine the girl, seeing if she could figure out who she was. Nothing. Must be a new girl. "But don't mind me, I'm not here to ruffle your feathers or anything."
Mary stopped and lowered the book and pen. She stuffed them into her pocket and leaned back, crossing her legs. Her mind began to wonder why this person had taken the time to talk to her. She was mischievous - Mary could see that. But why? Not many would, and Belle was just polite to everyone. "Who are you? I can't seem to place you." Mary chuckled, facing the girl. "Do you know who I am?"
No longer was she playful and malicious but completely turned around to be cool and reserved. She tried keeping her expression normal but couldn't help but feel uncomfortable at the invasion of eyes. She turned to look at Mark taking off her glasses to look directly at her, "to be honest I came here for selfish reasons, I wanted to meet you pure and simple." The truth never came easy to her and this was her first interaction with anyone outside of work in monthes and she didn't appreciate getting noticed.
"alright buddy," he growled while pulling the man to his feet," time for you to get your drunken self outta here."
Tom mumbled something under his breath and stumbled out the door. Wolf sighed and realized his shift was over.
" alright, doc, I'll be going then," he said to the bartender. He really didn't know why he called him doc, it just came naturally. The bartender nodded his head and wolf walked out the door and into his pickup truck. He thought maybe he'd stop by the library and get a few books, since he wouldn't have much else to do that night. He pulled up to the library and walked in.
" hello?" he said, looking for someone, anyone.
As she was speaking with the male she turned the sign on the library door to show that it was closed but decided not to completely close up until she helped him out. Belle took a second look at the male standing before her after turning away from the door and noticed that it had been the famous wolf that many people have talked about. She also heard rumors about him and Rose, Little Red surfacing throughout the town about things that had happened in the fairy tale world. Belle rid her mind of all of those rumors and focused on what he needed so she could get out of there and just get to bed.
"Er... could I have any books that have to do with the Big Bad Wolf? For... research purposes."
The young lady attending to him seemed very familiar for some reason. He just couldn't put his finger on it. He was curious to see how books portrayed him though- to see how others saw him. Whenever he couldn't stand it anymore, he asked her,
" I'm sorry, but you look familiar. Are you a.... fairytale, per chance?"
After hearing his question she nodded her head, "Yes, I'm Belle."
She bent down finding some of the books about the wolf and handed them to him. "Here you go, these are all I have right now," she stated in a soft tone.
"To be honest I came here for selfish reasons, I wanted to meet you pure and simple." Mary let a small chuckle escape her lips and straightened her corset, then standing and raising her arms. "Well here I am, kid, the 'infamous' Bloody Mary. Psychotic, blood-thirsty and plain bored." She lowered her arms.
"You probably won't see me again but if you ever need me here's my card," she handed Mary her still burning cigarette on the side was a little insignia of a flaming bird, She stretched her arms high into the arm leaning from one side to the other. "Whelp it's time for me to disappear now, something I haven't done in a long time." She turned to Bloody Mary then, "you'll need help on this so don't try it on your own find people who can help you and good luck," she made a 180 and walked off coffee in hand messenger bag at her hip making her way over to a 1957 baby blue beetle and stepped into the drivers seat and taking off blowing an overly sarcastic kiss at Mary as she went.
(Note: check the OOC)
She braced herself for impact but nothing could prepare blast of cold water that came up to meet her sending a surge through her naturally warm body into a state of shock to the point where she couldn't move for several seconds. When she got used to the water she stayed in the car letting the air escape from her lungs til the life was washing away with the river. She spent this way for a few minutes and as her eyes started to go dark a thought crossed her mind seeing herself being dragged out of the car by the current and seeing it slowly sink to the bottom "damn I really liked that car" Then it was all gone only a pale corps and a sunken car the surface leaving no trace of the surface that either of them had even existed.

"You probably won't see me again but if you ever need me here's my card," Mary examined her card, looking at the bird on it. Her mind started to slowly tick as the girl continued to talk. Mary's eyes darted to the girl again, taking her in, then examining her card. Birds... Birds.... Who's the one who does the bird thingy.... Snow? No, not Snow.... Mary nodded goodbye to the girl and headed to the library.
She entered silently, barely acknowledging Belle and then moved swiftly to the back and put her vandalised book back, before searching for the other book. "Flaming bird... flaming bird.... .... OH!" She jogged around to the historical section and took up a book on Greek Mythology. "That was Phoenix?" She flicked through the book, finding the pages about the girl. "Huh. She's been around less than me."
