Neutral Alliance (Liberty, the EU, and the Democratic Empire of Japan): These are the neutral nations that have for mutual protection allied themselves with one another militarily in secret and also have public treaties concern the citizenry of the member nations. If any nation is assaulted, they will offer military aid in the shadows while publically supporting each other through the acceptance of refugees through the Station System. The unique properties that most stands out among these nations is their might for their size, they are all far smaller than the Super Powers yet due to their neutral state and the fact they accept refugees from all nations they had each become the most technologically advanced countries in the world. This is most apparent in the Stations System from each nation. This is a system of Space Elevators, each linked to massive stations that provide a launching point for space only craft to trade without interference between the three nations and as the main power generators for each nation as the station have massive umbrellas of Solar panels. These stations are the corner stone of the Refugee treaty, as they are the launch and retrieve points of refugee ships. Even though these massive Stations are the most prominent and well known reasons for the Neutral Alliance to be called so, they are also highly desired as a military breakthrough by both of the super powers, each wanting the advantage of an easy passage into space.
