Holmes's Story

"Well well well. Hello my dear. You must be Frances Griffths. And Alice Liddell. And... Deadpool. And here, Isabelle Lightwood." Sherlock Holmes said each name as he pointed to the correct person. He smiled at them with a smug grin. "I am Sherlock Holmes, your favorite detective. Sorry I was late. Now let us get along. No fighting. We are humans, no?"

Holmes touched Frances' shoulder, noticing her anxiety. He understood her feelings, without even hearing her thoughts. That's what he was good at. He walked past all of them and threw his jacket onto the front desk of the hotel. "Come come, we must hurry." He said, walking quickly to the back of the room, and through a door, revealing an empty room with only a large table and many chairs.

Izzy looked to Alice "Hello Alice and you know call me Izzy" she said then looked to the new girl, and was about to ask who this new girl was who seemed to just be staring at her but then Holmes came in behind her. She turned around hearing him introduce everyone then said her full name, she was getting frustrated everyone calling her by Isabelle "Its Izzy" she said with a huff "and you may be human but I am not all human" she said with ass she rolled her eyes as she followed the other two girls and took a seat in one of the chairs and started tracing one of the runes on her hand.

Once inside the room cried out "I don't know who the Hell you are catty but I fear no kittens! I am perfectly sane!" He was no doubt thought of insane. He knew the truth and secrets to life that no one else knew. He was usually thought of insane hence why many employers usually became an enemy because they never paid the garunteed amount. He looked at Holmes as he sat down. "Lies! You are not my favorite detective. That honor belong to Nancy Drew." He told him his a side stare.

"Nancy Drew? Hah! What a joke that woman." Holmes smirked at him and turned to the others. He ran a hand through his messy hair, and leaned back in his chair. "Why don't we go around and introduce ourselves formally. Let us state our names and business. I know all ofyou, but I douby you all know each other's names and skills. I am Sherlock Holmes. The most brilliant man to have ever lived. Now you, deary." He said, looking at Frances.

Deadpool saw Holme's wanting to hurry this up in the detective's eyes and took advantage of it. "HI!" He said, pausing for ten seconds. "I am Deadpool. Wel...I guess you...could...call me...an entrepreneur. I hope we can all get along well and play nice." He said clasping his hands together with a smile. "Oh and my favotite gun deals are with the Moriarty brand. That man knows how to build a gun."

Holmes smirked at them as they talked among themselves. He had no issue with them getting to know each other for a while. "You can stare, Frances. It's not illegal." Holmes whispered to Frances.

Deadpool went over the question in his mind. "Well Alice...I uhh...do different odd jobs for different people. From certain item deals to vampire hunting to taking care of bussiness. It's all scrambled because sometimes friends become foes. In fact I have had a few occasions where I have worked for Moriarty because he needed to guard some 'stuff' while it was being transported to is buyer. On those occasions my pay is in goods." He said taking a drink of scotch that he found in a pocket of his.

"What about you? How did you get into this little 'possy'?" He asked Alice.

"One it's for a tea party in which case I'm a coffee type of guy. Two we are gathered here today to postpone some sort of massive catastrophe that will only happen again when we are older but it will be much more destructive than the one we prevented. Third is Mr. Holmes is bad at making friends and he brought us here today to celebrate his birthday. I think it's the third but which of the choices is it really?" Deadpool asked.

Deadpool sighed, the girl sounded like she was high off her mind. "There's no war...yet, but there will be one. There are always people like Moriaty who try to start small scale wars but nothing in comparison to what politicians can achieve. There are multiple threats. The Treaty of Versailles royaly fucked Germany so they're probably the poorest nation in the world now. If they ever get back on their feet the League is going to reap what they sowed. The USSR is massive and if somebody strong is put as the ruler by the communist party than that could be dangerous. They can't be invaded because of winter and they have god knows how many people. Japan is a power hungary imperialism and has one of the strongest militaries in the world. I worked for them in the past, just wow. They never give up in battle. The United States is the next one but they're too nice so they're out of the picture." He finished listing.

"The bottom line is if we prevent something now it's only going to come back stronger than ever. War is just nature's way of the strong preying on the weak. Also it keeps guys like me and Moriaty in bussiness. Normally I wouldn't care but the queen...well she knows how to tempt me." He said to the group.

Deadpool reluctantly got up. He was feeling awfully lazy today so he didn't want to even get up. He began to walk out the doorway speaking on the way. "The Americans prefer isolotionism and don't massacre towns they invade, with the exception of Atlanta. That's friendly. Besides the Revolution was a defensive war so the only way to fight was to sail over there. The USSR and Japan hate each other so that won't happen. Germany's so poor at this point that we don't have to worry about them right now. The British Empire doesn't have enough people so since all the modern countries are out of the picture I don't know who would be supplying the troops. Let's say they did join up. USSR would be struggling to pull out soldiers right now, Japan has no oil reserves or iron as they rely on the US as it is. Germany is dirt poor also with Britain and France on it's ass it can't do anything. The US would just carry but they aren't built for that so they would lose. China and India have enough people but no technology so I want to know who's fighting." He finished saying as he reached the study outside the room.

" Moriaty is an arms dealer so the longer a war is served the more profit he gains. No doubt the first Great War gave him an outrageos amount of money. If he started another one he could gain more and more money for each small country that joins the fray. Smaller countries are the ones that by arms, the ones that don't have the industry to quickly build up arms. But enough talking about the obvious, let's check out the terrorist attack out in the streets." Deadpool said.

"Yes. Exactly, Deadpool. Those just rumors you heard? How do you know so much already?" Holmes asked him, arriving at the crime scene. The place was full of people surrounding five men being hung off of the roof of a building by their necks. Watson touched Holmes' shoulder and told him,
"Now is not the time... you need to talk with Scotland yard." Sherlock sighed and turned to look at the bodies.
"Well then. The squeamish should look away." Sherlock said, walking to the bodies. He started to spout out random facts that would help with identifying the men. He looked for any strange markings or something out of place. He turned to Frances and and Alice and asked them, "Do you seen anything?"

When Deadpool heard the name of the Crusnik he shouted "Dammit!". He didn't think she survived his assassination. Though since she didn't die it would be more accurate to call it an assassination attempt. Oh God I thought I killed her last time we met. Dammit! DAMMIT!!" He was severley pissed off. Not because of the fact that the Crusnik was alive but because of how dangerous crossing his employers was. He would have to kill three men to get settle this.

Calming down now he began to think more logically. "So. All I have to do is kill the bitch before the guy who employed me finds out. However, if she causes damage than he will send an army of the best assassins in the world to wipe me off the side of planet along with anybody assosiated with me. He doesn't like England much either. OK Deadpool think. What would Stan Lee write?" He spoke to himself aloud.

"I hope your not suggesting to kill these people, backstab the British monarchy, and ultimately aid the enemy in royaly pissing off the country in a little terrorist attack. We let them go, news will spread without these people. I hope the Pope will aid us before trying to kill me." He said. He didn't want more enemies to top off the ones he already had.
