Phileas Fogg's Story

Phileas was working on his latest invention, a suit built for underwater travel which could transfer water into oxygen. He moved out from under it. "That should do." he said to himself then lowered the suit into a tank. It slowly filled the suit then popped showing the suit had burst. "Ugh" he said then his pocket watch clicked. "Ah time to go." he said then walked towards the building. He knocked on the door and was greeted an older gentleman.

He was guided to where Deadpool and a young woman was already seated. "Morning Deadpool and madam." he bowed slightly then took a seat by the window. He pulled out his pocket watch and a small tool and pried it open and began to adjust it. "So what has happened so far." he said not looking up focused on the watch.

Alice wandered down the streets of London, stopping to look at every antique shop, something to remind her of Wonderland would be in there, she noticed a pocket watch, it was very similar to the Rabbit's. "Why do we keep stopping?" Cheshire materialized just in front of her. "I just want to remind myself of Wonderland." The cat grinned. "You have me." Alice looked into his eyes. "A good reminder." His grin just grew. "Oh well, you're stuck with me for now." Alice begin on her way to the address.

Welcomed by an elderly man, she was escorted to a Library. "Do you think that man can even hear?" Cheshire smiled. "Go away for 2 seconds, Cheshire." She swiped at him and he vanished, only to reappear 2 seconds later on top of a bookshelf. "You said for 2 seconds." Alice grabbed a book and threw it at him. That was when she realized everyone could see her and not him. "Hello, I'm Alice, Alice Kingsleigh." She curtsied and sat at the table.

"Well well well. It looks like my reputation precedes me." He said aloud to nobody in particular. He saw a girl come in with a floating purple cat. "Warceshire sauce!" Deadpool said pointing a finger at the bookshelf.He jumped to a stand on top of the piano in a heroic stance. "You must all know who I am. The famed Deadpool who has rid the world of the most evil and occasionly the good. Hello Alice Kingsleigh! I shall call you Warceshire!"

Deadpool pointed at the other man in the suit. "You sir! How do I not know your name but you know mine!" He asked. Oh...Wait...I'm in my costume right now. Derp. He thought to himself. "No matter! Your still an English man and our countries are still at war! Have at it gent!" He declared.

Phileas looked up from his watch and smiled at the girl. "Glad to meet you Ms. Kingsleigh." he said tipping his hat slightly. He then looked at Deadpool with a somewhat confused look. "I am Phileas Fog sir, I traveled in the entire world in a matter of eighty days." he rolled his eyes. "I am a pacifist and even if I wasn't this is no true place to fight sir." he closed the watch and put it back in his coat. "Can't we act like civilized gentlemen, especially if you do not even know my own name?" he said sincerely.

Deadpool looked at the man as if pondering the proposel. Truley he was thinking whether or not this meeting was or was not a no show. The leader would hopefully join them to tell them why they were all there. He hoped it wasn't a prank of some sort. One million pounds. If this was a joke he would kill the queen himself for not even a nickel.

"Yeah I guess...Is there any scotch or rum or whiskey in this place. Thirsty" He said.

"It's very nice to meet you." She bowed her head shyly, "Please, call me Alice." then she looked up to the man, who had called himself Deadpool. "I must apologise, for I do not know who you are." She glared at him as he challenged Phileas Fogg and then look for a drink. "Is that some over there?" She pointed to a small chest of drawers with various shapes and sizes of glass bottles. She turned to Frances, "Why are you here, Ms Griffths? You seem exceptionally ordinary." She smiled to her, leaning on the table with her elbows and her chin resting on her palms.

Izzy walked down the street back to the house, she got the message they where to meet there but she wasn't in too much of a rush to get there. Her whip wrapped around her wrist and her skin was marked with different runes, she was wearing a black tank top with a black leather jacket and a black skirt with high heeled boots. Everyone at LXG always commented on how she dressed and how she could fight in those clothes but she hardly ever answered, she was one of the youngest there and she felt that is why everyone looked down at her.

As she got to the house she walked to the door and opened it then walked to the library seeing there was a group of them already there, there was Alice who was like a year older then her, then there was Deadpool...she didn't like him that much and then there was the inventor Phileas but also a girl there that she didn't know.

"Well I see he isn't here yet...and I got here early...well for me its early.."

Deadpool saw Holme's wanting to hurry this up in the detective's eyes and took advantage of it. "HI!" He said, pausing for ten seconds. "I am Deadpool. Wel...I guess you...could...call me...an entrepreneur. I hope we can all get along well and play nice." He said clasping his hands together with a smile. "Oh and my favotite gun deals are with the Moriarty brand. That man knows how to build a gun."

Alice raised an eyebrow, "I already told you and everybody else as to why I am here." She then watched Frances and Holmes talk, she realised she was crying and wrapped an arm around her shoulders, trying to comfort her. "It'll be okay." She noticed Deadpool's suggestions. "A tea party is no fun without Hatter, Dormouse and March Hare. The second suggestion seems more likely seeing as we are all unique and able people, the third one is just outrageous, but..." She turned to Holmes. "Happy birthday!" She smiled to him and then returned her gaze to Deadpool.

Alice smirked at Holmes when he was correcting all of the members and laughed when he mocked Deadpool, then he mentioned a war. "There's a war?" She asked, looking at him with a face of confusion. "How long was I in Wonderland?" She asked Cheshire, who was floating behind Deadpool so it looked like she asked him.

Alice blinked at Deadpool. "Well, imagine they all joined forces, we'd be well and truly finished." She tilted her head when he said Americans were friendly. "What about the American Revolution? They weren't very friendly then." She pointed out. She looked at the door way, a man was standing there, Holmes addressed him as Watson. "Come along, Cheshire." She stood up and walked outside instead of waiting, forgetting about them all, excited to see some action. "Wait where are the others?" She stopped and turned around at the entrance to the building. "Oops." She laughed, Cheshire formed beside her. "Remember to look at everything and expect the unexpected." He dissolved back into the air. "What the Outlands kinda advice was that?" She leaned on a wall and waited for the others.

Alice watched Deadpool talk to himself. "Technically she is dead, so..." She told him, hoping it helped. "So what do we do about the bodies and the witnesses?" She pointed her knife at the crowd. "Will they drop like leaves in Autumn or will the spread the word of the killings? What does he have planned for them?" She put the knife back in the secret pocket and skipped over to Frances. "Let's let the men, and Izzy, maybe, have their fun. We can go get some tea to calm our nerves." She suggested, Izzy was just as welcome to join.
