The Cybran Battleship HDS Frisla. A one Billion ton monster.

As the Battleship slowly moved forward, towards the meeting place of which the Drachen was meeting a group of people on a floating area, above a planet, the Captain of the ship, newly promoted Admiral Starship watched as they approached a massive chlorine gas cloud in the middle of space. The gas could be collected and used for military or research propuses but the battleship was not a research or a retainer vessel.

The crew on the bridge were active, walked around to their places as it was early morning in the Nation's Standard Time, 0600. Starship swallowed, making his way to the command seat in his dark grey uniform, a few soldiers in black uniform walked around, including two Generals and a minister from the Nation watched from the window.

HDS Frisla turned quickly to go towards the Space Station, her crew wanted to show the minister and General's what she was capable of with her new bodywork and weapons. It was a brand new ship from an almost new class of battleship, over one hundred or so had been made on the North Sector of the Cybran Nation.

The space Station came into view as it launched a few squadrons of Wasp fighters to kill anything it seemed as a threat. There was a Public space station nearby for people that strangely wanted to explore the depths of Intergalactic space.

The Admiral stood up and walked to the window to look out at the station with displays appearing on the glass.

The ship started to get ready to dock with the tiny station, soldiers ready to storm it in case it was filled with the never ending threat of the Aeon. The ship was ready as it docked with the station, ruined parts of ships floating around it.

As the ship docked, the soldiers pulled on their final pieces of equipment, ready to go out through the air lock to the station. There was a few officers, cocking their weapons. It had been a long war with both the UEF and the Aeon just to take on Galaxy but whom knew if there were more.

The Cybran soldier's walked aboard, doing room to room scans with weapons raised before the officer checked his readings and told a soldier to take his gas mask off, which he did, followed by other soldiers. The life support systems where still working but some ceiling parts where missing.

The officers slowly started to look for any papers or anything as the soldiers continued on, checking bodies for heat or for breathing. Then they came to Mitczet. The soldiers swallowed before checking with thermal to see that their was still body heat.
"Lift him back on ship?"
"Dunno. Serge?"
"Yes."

The Sergeant looked at him, swallowing, "Get him on ship. He needs Medical help."
The other soldiers nodded, a female offering her gloved hand to help him. She swallowed, "You want me to lift you into to medical help?"

Suddenly a second fleet appeared. The Cybrans. The group of vessels were from the Battlefleet Olymp but had split away by the orders of the Ministry of the Navy.

The Cybran group consisting of one Größe Kino class battleship, five Nacht class batteships, and a number of smalls ships and frigates, along with three tankers.

Admiral Starship sighed, walking onto the bridge, a group of soldiers walked over, loading their weapons.

Military Resource Meeting,
Room 432,
Hisoal Building,
North side,
Griasfrask,
Casgrax II

"When do we move the new Sector system into effect in this area?" Admiral of the Battlefleet Reiter, Nicole Reinhardt snapped, staring out the window as she stood next the the dirty thing. It needed cleaned, as did some of the staff in this building; Well actually, in this room, a few could do with a shower, of blasting. She turned around in her smart light blue uniform, boots gleaming in the dim light room as she glanced around at each of the members at the table, "This is something we need to do now. We have these new Nations appearing at our door, and sooner or later, they will end up attacking us. We need to get Parliament to give us more funding for new fighters and battleships, as well as tanks and weapons. We have to do something now before that something happens."

She blinked, turning back around to look over the city of Griasfrask, her left hand twitching, a common thing for her when she was in a meeting like this. She had every reason it express her feelings to this Military board. It would then be taken up in the next mass Parliament, but that wouldn't matter if the enemy that was sitting at the Cybran Nation's boarders attacked. They would be forced to fight back with the full might of the Cybran Nation. Pulling her hair into the neat bun again, she swallowed, pointing to the computer screen showing simulations of any fighting that would take place, "We have sat here long ago talking about this and nothing has been done. We need to take it up in Parliament, understand?"

Admiral Therodore Starship nodded, putting his data sheet on the table. "The new sector system is being put into effect at the end of the month, Ma'am. There is a mass group of new Dreadnoughts being built, the Rhineland Class. They will have new weapons systems and weaponry as well as all the other things that we need to create a force of Dreadnoughts, but they will be deployed in the groups and Battlefleets they are needed in." The battle hardened Admiral stated as he rubbed his forehead. Sitting down in his seat, he looked at the other members of the board, whom, just simply nodded in agreement. His right hand moved down into his jacket pocket, pulling out a small box of tablets, for the sharp pain now hitting his head. The box was soon set on the table as he moved his hands to pull the metal tray out and popped a tablet into his mouth.

He swallowed the pill, watching the rest of the table carefully, “Unless the Waffen FS want to provide something to help the ever pending situation?” He eyes went straight to Supreme Commander Ingualt Rooseavet, sitting smartly in his black uniform, without saying a word throughout the meeting.

“I suppose it can happen, the Fourth FS fleet has just came out of repairs, the HDS Nichtjager will be ready and moved towards the border within a few days, the repairs are not fully complete and the ship needs a major uplift in terms of technology and weapon systems. There is not a lot I can do in order to speed this process up,” He paused for a second, his left hand wrapping around the icy cold glass of water. “I am willing to prepare the forty-eighth Waffen FS fleet into position, along with the One-thousand-and-fourth tank division onto the local battlestation, which I believe is also being upgraded in these times of peace, if the Peace goes on for much longer all the Military and fighting forces will be degraded. “

Rooseavet got to his feet sipping the glass of cold water, “Unless we prove that we still need this military force, we will be made redundant.” His eyes glanced over to Reinhardt before back down to the glass. He shook it around to mix the last of the ice and the water, “We could attack one of the smaller Nations in the outer systems of the galaxy. We could claim they attacked us, then we have the right to make a full scale invasion; yes?”

The lights flickered as another member spoke up, General Notterburg, “That would show them, but the other way to do this is by making explosions on the closest planets to parliament, then the Government will have to give up more supplies.”

“Why are we talking about this?” Snapped a younger military economist, Adolf Nighdale, “We have enough money and enough weaponry to force any nation to its knees. We would have enough money in three Cybran Years to update the forces we have. It is not all about numbers, and if it is, we would still win any battle. Our men and women are well trained and well equipped. We don’t need to add more money into the mass forces. All we have to do is pour it into research, which we can see going on around us right now. This planet is the most scientific planet within most of the Cybran Nation. It is all just a matter of updating the forces we have; yes?”

Reinhardt snapped around, nodding, “For once I think I have heard a good idea. The Navy needs to update and install new technology into the ships, not create wave after wave of new ships. The Rhineland class should be the last of the dreadnoughts that we build, even though we do have enough resources in the Industrial planets to build thousands more; do we not?” She smiled, rubbing his eyebrow as she moved forwards towards the table, watching the other members with a close eye. ‘This might work,’ she thought to herself, smirking. “Yes, I say it is time we done this.”

Rooseavet swallowed, “I will do the same with the Waffen FS, this should be very interesting to see the end result.”

Lillian listened, looking around the room. It was true, troubled times had descended on them from nowhere. Most didn't know, the citizenry wasn't entirely aware it was certain. Even if everyone was blindfolded, someone still had to turn on a light. Scribbling in her notebook, Lillian continued to listen.

Her dark uniform wasn't a reflection of these times, but a simple and humbling reminder to place duty and honor first. Lillian was always prim and neat, never fidgeting, always straight backed. Somehow she wasn't as much a tight wad as some. Still, truths had been spoken. Lillian crossed and recrossed her legs at the thought of war. Though war was good for the economy, that was about all it was good for. Nobody else seemed to think this way, which is why she supposed she was here. As the Senior MP of the Cybran High Council, her opinion was valued and respected. Though she sat quietly, under the radar with a poker face, Lillian's mind whirled.

So much weaponry... Lillian only nodded once, in acknowledgement not agreement, as the Admiral spoke. They were gearing up for war it seemed, was it all necessary? They were speaking of planted attacks, of true battle. Lillian frowned from where she was. They were at risk it was certain, but they did themselves no good by sticking themselves in the radar like they were planning on doing!

Suddenly, someone spoke up. A military economist? Speaking of updating and enhancing instead of expanding, research...Lillian nodded.

"Update, improve," Lillian folded her hands on the table before her, "A sound plan if any." She nodded, leaning back before continuing on.

"How is the citizenry receiving these movements?" Lillian asked the room. It was then Supreme Commander entered and crossed to her. She swallowed her surprise.

"Yes?"

The Supreme Commander swallowed, holding his head, "The Civilians, always a point for the Cybran High Council to stop our plans." He snapped, looking up at Lillian. Was there a point in having a member of the High Council here? Yes; she may be a member but to him that didn't mean anything. He was military leader, one that was not meant to be held back by a High Council Member. His eyes glanced to the rest of the military leaders, as well as the economist and Alexander Wulan - another member of the High Council. Rooseavet himself knew that they would probably try and tell the High Council to pay them off, something none of them wanted. "The Civilians receive enough money as it is, starting a war would boost the fecking economy."

Reinhardt looked over at him, "Ingualt, please." She leaned back against the wall, hoping for some reason to get him out the room. "What was that you were talking about the other day? A mass space station? Other Nations?"

She swallowed, holding her leather gloved hands together, "I'm sure there was something you said about other nations and some peace conference?"

"What? You want to trade with other Nations? We can not do that." Rooseavet snapped, "You were there yourself with the encounters with that small ship. You took it to that battlestation. Where was the logic in that?"

Alexander Wulan sighed, looking over at Lillian, "The point in us being here?"

"Peace conference?" Lillian chirped up.

It was all fine and dandy that they wanted to play defense and weapon. She saw no real harm in that, and let them spend their money where they would. However, turning down an opportunity for a peace conference why even a grunt would see the benefits!

"A peace conference would be the wisest of options, as well as this military upgrade and other defensive re positioning of," She waved a hand, meaning to say all the words she didn't know how to say. Lillian looked from Alexander to Roosavet, keeping her gaze steady.

Rooseavet swallowed, looking over at her, "It is far too late to get a small cruiser across into another galaxy, to go to this. I don't want us to turn up late with just a singer cruiser to show us off. We will look like complete idiots. No, I could try and get trade with the people of Mezz but we do not have an understand of how the people in the other galaxies work, which is why I'm not willing to send anything over until we have a trade link with the people of the system of Mezz. Even trying to deploy forces from the Battlestation Raven Herz would reach it far too late."

Alexander nodded carefully, "I see your point, but that does not mean we could show up with the finest ships in the whole Navy. It does not matter if you are late to appear at a meeting, we could receive an understanding and set up trade links with the other Nations." He smiled softly, lifting his bottle of water to his lips.

The Military Economist nodded, "That would create a way of giving away far outdated weapons to another Nation, in return for resources to upgrade the Military power that we already have. The Civilians would be able to work and maybe go on holidays outside the Nation's borders."

General Notterburg, the old man that he was shook his head in disbelief, "You are willing to create alliances with Nations that could just use us? Look at the wars with the Aeon and UEF, we did something about that before, creating alliances. They failed."

High in local space,

Command Bridge one,

"Are we ready?" Sighed Admiral Starship as he walked up and down the control bridge, looking at his crew and planet below. His sliver hair catching the dim light from the ceiling lights. They need replaced... He turned and held onto the railing with a yawn, "Send the trasnports down. I want it away from the cities, choose the West side of that area that we talked about. It seems the less populated, so a better chance of creating an military force within a few hours than have no force to defend anything."

"Yes sir."

Western Shintenchi, close to the sea,
Cybran Dropship:
10 men,
2 Infantry support tanks (Panzer IV F5A3)

Touch down was always the thing Heinrich Ritter hated, no matter how many drops he did, there was always that gut feeling that something would go wrong. It had all came from his training to expect to die because of the planet drops in the smaller landing craft, but this one had went perfectly, like most of the drops onto planets with proper atmospheres. They had landed and the sudden jolt told the soldiers inside that it was the start... The start of something that could mean the end of them.

Richard Schaefer groaned, slowly standing to his feet as the light came on, his hands clammy after that drop. He slowly turned and walked off with his tank crews while the foot soldiers climber off to start clearing the area. The land was clearly farmed by first looks and well, the farmer would be pissed off now, and would be after the tanks rolled through the dirt and farmland.

Ritter quickly grabbed his rifle, running down the first access ramp onto the drop his, weapons raised, as did the rest of his ten man squad. A group of Interceptors went by at Mach two, blasting though the air before going back into space. Oh the glory of the Cybran Nation.

By choosing to approach the Cybran infantry group from the air Kamil's group of avorians would be well visible before their arrival. There were twenty-six in total, twenty of them armed with strange spear like weapons, and another six that were outfitted with mechanized armor that loosely resembled their physical form of winged-humanoids. Their destination was unmistakable as they bore down on the infantry's location, unwavering in their route.

"Air pressure completed, checking monitors." Called the pilot's engineer from the rear of the cockpit. His eyes glancing around through the glass visor used on his combat Mk III Helmet. He glanced over to the windows to check the view of outside and nodded, his chest thumping. His flight suit was tighter than usual, a strange sensation. "Monitors working as normal. Reports from the ground force that there was some form of aircraft moving in towards them."

"Hawkeye 001 moving into combat zone, weapons primed."

"What idiots would stop the fleet inches from their doorstep and try to attack a planet without enough men or civilians to populate it? God. Lock and ready. We're going into a combat zone now."

07:01 Hours local time

Ritter looked up and swallowed, gesturing to the tanks to slow to a stop. He nodded to his squad members, turning around as they started to look around with binoculars. They quickly stopped the new threat and quickly ran to cover, mainly in houses as the machine guns on the tanks opened fire at the flying beings quickly approaching.

"Break ranks!" Kamil yelled as the tanks began to raise their guns towards the approaching envoy.

The group parted as machine fire opened up.

"Ambar!" Kamil shouted out over the whistling of the wind. "Get back to Volary. Tell the Matriarch we're under attack by unknown forces. Prepare the city for defense. Go!"

One lone avorian split from the others as he made for Volary while the remaining group formed up to engage the enemy that had opened fire on them.

"Tahir," Kamil shouted. "Incoming aircrafts!"

"On it," the tattooed avorian replied.

Tahir and three of the rocket angels broke off to intercept the interceptors. As he got into position to engage the approaching aircrafts the tattoos along his face and arms lit aglow with a golden hue.

The remaining two rocket angels locked onto the tanks and opened fire with a barrage of rockets to take out the armored vehicles. With only two tanks fielded, the ground units were sitting targets for the rocket angels to swiftly eliminate.

The Avorians didn't have much in the way of forces out this way, but the far more widespread Taiyou had military bases across Shintenchi. It was the nearest of these that the envoy sent a radio trasmission through to.

'This is Kumar with the Volarian Royal Guard. There are unknown military forces moving on the region. Our envoy is under attack about six miles north of Westmill, requesting assistance.'

There was a swift response, a crackling over the radio and the Taiyou Command officer. "Received, We've detected unknown movements in your location, and have already mobilized a response force. We're scrambling but it will be some time before we can divert assets. Call in coordinates so we can scramble jet Tengu for Air and ground support."

Kumar swiftly relayed the coordinates across to the Taiyou Command officer. There was a slight pause filled with the light crackling of the radio before Kumar spoke again. "Enemy air support moving in. Time to see if these people know how to fly."

The Command tower replied its confirmation. "Acknowledged, Air and ground support is being mobilized, watch yourselves out there." The Radio then cut out, and the base nearby began to scramble a squadron of Jet Tengu and Chopper VX Helicopters, they would arrive in five minutes.

Within seconds the Cybrans had started to come under fire. The Panzers, armed with their plasma cannons fired rapid shots into the air, the personal shields locking down and as the Cybran crew climbed out and ran, firing with their assault rifles. The tanks quickly went into an auto control interface and they started to move around the fields, firing back at the rocket angels.

Ritter started calling out contacts as the comms operator started to pick up more and more traffic of the planet. He looked up at Ritter as the tank crews burst into the large group of homes the Cybrans held.

"Sir, call in more units? Reinforcements?" He shouted at Ritter with a hand pointing to his radio, "Sounds like more inbound. Orders?"

Ritter looked over at him, shaking his head calmly. His eyes darted from side to side with his APR in his right hand, "Cease Fire!" He turned to look out the window towards the rocket angels, the rest of the men in the row of houses doing the same. The Tank crews quickly stopped the tanks glancing up at the inbound units. "Get me a link to the air support, tell them not to open fire unless those things fire at us again. I have the feeling we are both at fault."

The Air support swooped by the group of attackers to the Cybran's falling back to sea, away from the zone without firing at anyone. They carefully went back into orbit but were close enough to attack if need be.

Several unarmored avorians fell under the plasma cannons, but the rocket angels were effectively designed as anti-tank troops, as well as anti-aircraft. While they were poor against ground troops, the sustained rocket damage was well capable of bringing down large reinforced and shielded structures, and the tanks personal shielding would likely be found ineffective against such focused damage. Likewise the aircrafts would be at risk if they sustained too many hits from the rocket angels.

Meanwhile the other four rocket angels opened up with a barrage of rockets at the incoming aircrafts, nor did they cease the volley even as the vessels veered off. Kamil's eyes lit up a golden hue to match his tattoos as he sought to disrupt the mechanisms within the leading air support units. With flight systems and navigation rend asunder beneath the psionics tampering, the leading units would be sent spiraling towards the ground with the internal mechanics sparking from the severed wiring.

The surviving unarmored avorians descended towards the ground. Without flight suits they were open targets against both the tanks and the aircrafts if they stayed up in the skies. With the tanks engulfed in a barrage of destructive explosions, the vehicles were likely no longer a threat and the grounded avorians turned their focus to the cybran ground troops taking cover within the civilian buildings.

While things were engaging overhead, they began to close in on the ground units.
