Description

Realistic in Character Helpful Animatronic Robot Denizen, 3rd Beta Editon . Far from perfect, but the last beta model before Alpha was released. Designed & manufactured to meet the buyers needs, RiCHARDs come in a variety of skins. Their temperament tends not to vary. For whatever reason, Bear is the most common skin used. Bear skin is 92% realistic - modifications to the face have been made to convey sentience.

RiCHARD also comes equipped with a self defense system. RiCHARD b-3 knows Taekwondo and is proficient with blades and firearms.

So begins...

Each of the Condors received the same exact transmitted message.
Welcome to Space Station Z.
We are presently closed to the public.

The message was followed by instructions to the next nearest space center, which was in orbit of Epsilon Eridani.

On the bridge of Space Station Z, a small and slightly defunct robot animatronic growled. It slammed a button.
Every single opening to Space Station Z slammed shut. The robot was programmed to avoid threats to the station. Quarantine seemed right just about now. No coming in, no going out, until whatever storm was brewing passed.

The Scylla looped around the station itself, moving to attach itself to a section of the station where the Outer Plaza was located, Transfixed on Sergeant Valerian's signal, the operation began.

The bear narrowed it's eyes and typed in a series of commands to the keyboard. A ripple spread over the station and sealed it from outside influence. Unfortunately the new attachment was sealed to it as well. RiCHARD b-3 continued to type, relaying the commands to increase atmospheric monitoring. There were a lot of sensitive beings on this ship that relied on the atmosphere being consistant. Space Station Z couldn't afford a funeral, not when it had just gotten past the last lawsuit. There was a reason firearms weren't allowed to be waved about-an expensive reason.

The bear clacked away at the keyboard, sending all necessary parties the hefty protocol fine for disrupting the atmosphere of Space Station Z.

"What a friendly bunch..." Relina muttered off comm.

Relina stayed only long enough to see the Scylla attach itself to the station before deciding it was best to leave for now. She punched in the flight path to this Arcadia Station mentioned in the automated message. She didn't even bother to answer the Aschen hail before the Kyber made it's jump out of the System.

The Assembled Aschen fleet transmitted a single message to the station, and the animatronic machine running it.

"By decree of the Emperor, you are obstructing a lawful military operation, disengage your lockdown, or your installation will be subject to severe penalties, and a trade embargo. You have thirty seconds to comply."

RiCHARD b-3 continued to clack away at the keyboard as the Aschen transmission came through. It took two or three seconds to process the message, and another six to respond.

"The safety of those onboard Space Station Z is of utmost priority.
Lockdown will disengage when the vitality of Space Station Z is no longer under threat."

The levels across the control panel still weren't consistent with stable. RiCHARD b-3 frowned at the reading of the Outer Plaza's upper floors.

Detatching from the station, the Scylla pulled away, and began to spool it's ftl.

However, the Aschen fleet remained in position to enforce the blockade that had now inevitably come down the pipeline. No one in, or out.

The Revenge, sitting in the docking bay, had docked itself to the left of the Asylian ship when it recieved the message to all waiting ships that 'Space Station Z was closed to the public'. The captain, AAD-199, briefly wonders (if that's what a quick flash of information processing across the robots' AI circuitry) if there is any danger on board Space Station Z. So he dispatches a small group of three scout androids, armed with disrupter weaponry and fully able to think for themselves, but also able to combine their consciousnesses to transmit thoughts to each other. STA-579, 566, and 429 all walk down the ships ramp, not sure what to expect. They quickly take in the Asylian ship near them and send a message to the captain, who felt something resembling the human emotion of anticipation. The androids then continue to where the Aschen soldiers had literally just been let in, and, uncapable of feeling fear, just stand there, as the lights flash overhead. 566 even waves to NC7-Alpha. Then 429 relays the message to the other two, "Should we continue?" through verbal communication. 579 responds with, "I suppose so." So they advance up to Peter Rovontea.
