General Had-Medeen kept the laptop with him as they relocated. “It’s been a rather long journey, meals haven’t been entirely tasty either … hot food is a treat for those in our profession.” Had-Medeen replied as they went. “An international association could be based from a stellar station composed of additions from the separate host nations of the conference. The Coalition could provide material to complete the structure, hardware for security and a portion of the crew as well.”

Climbing out the carriage, he would have his golem follow, and lead towards the beautiful red-bricked symmetrical building, with turrets and certain old world feeling.

Heading towards entrance he would let them marvel at the palace briefly being slightly proud of the beauty and radiance the palace.

Mjr. General Had-Medeen and the other officers followed the procession to the palace, taking several moments to admire the structures and culture of the buildings and its cityscape. “We will be ready to support anyone who is willing to oppose the Aschen on the merits of democracy and truly just government. As the men and women guiding our nations we must express solidarity for others in positions like ours.”

Pushing the door open, he would hand his coat to the doormen and indicate for the soldiers to do the same, "Please make yourself at home, I have prepared the meals." with that he gesture towards double door, walking on over and swinging it open, to reveal huge table, with a delicious spread of meat, vegetable, liquor and other fine food. He would continue, "I hope you feel our meals do you justice as peacemakers and kindred in that respect, we raided our kitchens to provide such a fancy banquet. We shall eat first, then we shall head to my study and begin discussions on the whole idea, as even here walls have ears and many people would oust I if they got the chance."

Entering the main room with his entourage following Josiah would walk over to a desk clear off the papers and then pull forward a document folder labelled 'The Eulogy Project' he would indicate to all assembled, "Here is the basic idea of the research station, of course it will need to be rewritten but the idea was straight forward enough. We Mezzadrate and the UCON shall take forward a lofty and highly ambitious initative the goal of which is to achieve peace and maybe cease these pesky wars. Also, by putting this idea across we are setting a new precedent as the galaxy is vast and lonely place many feel isolated or afraid of those who would entice conflict. Don't mistake these concerns for being incorrect, instead embrace them and accept we must move forward. Thus Eulogy Bastion shall be born, a spacestation unlike anything anyone has seen it could even be called 'The Last Best Hope for Peace.' and it would be right, what we are forming here is a platform a dream that will soon become a reality, a simple premise, a neutral safe zone and place for all who have concerns shall be heard whether big nations or huge empires all shall be heard within this council which is intended to give everyone and I mean everyone a voice."

With that speech he would hand over the document to Mjr General Had-Medeen, "Now you have heard, what you suggest we change in this, as the Research Station while ideal design is needing some work before we can use it, I shall trust you to make sure the design fits certain parametres including use of our cloak among others."

Pausing he would go on, "How about to strengthen this we get each place to put something into the construction?"

The General had taken his seat and was flanked by two standing officers, the other high-ranking members in seats all around the table where they could find them. The steel gaze of the Scatterrans were at attention as the King continued his speech to his court. Across the attire and the look of those present it was clear to see where combat had lasting marks the greatest. With the King’s words coming to a close Had-Medeen adjusted the stomach of his coat for a moment, slowly rising from his feet; a slight whir coming from the machinery and bionics that had replaced his hand.

“In the pursuit of democracy and freedom the current stage of the Multiverse, all existence as we know it, has turned once again towards the precipice of absolute cataclysm. This year, the war ended but next year, war will be a reality again unless those with the chance to contribute to the mutual benefit of all sentience can know that they are no longer alone.” Had-Medeen’s hands began to articulate while the man stepped back from the table, his eyes turning away from Scatterrans nearby.

“Freedom has no voice unless those with it choose to voice it. Before, the Coalition has been that voice. Now? The voices of the rest of this galaxy must be heard -- while the Aschen hold ground they are far from stable. While the Aschen control whole star regions they are far from their homes, away from their own problems. This station must be the speaker that shows nations like the Aschen, and blind brothers in Belka, that imperialism is not the tool that will rule this galaxy.”

Standing up the King would applaud joyously and reply, "I heartily agree. It's time for the Aschen to break out the primitive thinking of bigger rock equals best results, we need to instead embrace diplomacy and align ourselves with our brothers this will allow them to understand that strength does not come from those with the biggest or strongest army. It comes from understanding the clear definition here that Unity is strength and whereas we all fear the Aschen we can tame this dog if they see us as one. I very much doubt they would try go to war with anyone if we all stand as one." with that he would sit back down ready for Had-Medeen to speak in response or for any of his men to respond.

Had-Medeen remained standing as the King responded, and as he continued on he put both of his hands in front of him; the Zhakistowi taking a deep breath. “Membership in this alliance of nations, this united galaxy, will only be confirmed with the complete confidence and cooperation of the already existing members. None shall be “obliged” to the spoils of our effort for their own squandering and irresponsibility. Governments that are democratic, egalitarian and open to their citizens will be welcomed as brothers in arms in the great pursuit of freedom -- those who spit upon their culture, oppress their own people and others, and wage war out of greed and monetary pursuit will be shunned from the doors of our gargantuan endeavor. They will know that they are not welcome in civilized society, that they are not as superior as their despot promotes.”

“All those involved will contribute to the active defense of this station as well; no member may ever shy away from the defense of democracy while still riding the coat tails of it. We will be irresolute and unbreakable in our mission, and shall never accept defeat in the face of tyranny.”

"I believe then gentleman." the king responded standing back up, "We have got much work to do, shall we adjourn to begin the construction of peace?"

Had-Medeen stood irresolute by his officers, two others standing beside him. “There will be much work to undertake -- however, this endeavour will provide both growth and transparency in governments all across the Multiverse. The economic aspect alone, should be enough to motivate enough the most conservative of leaders to contribute, in some small way, to the pursuit of liberty. Today, the universe teeters on the edge of the abyss, about to return to the darkness of the old age. Yet tomorrow? Tomorrow we can say, that there is now new light to fight for. New freedoms to strive for, and new achievements.”

"We shall meet again with more leaders, I promise until we meet once more General you are welcome to have an embassy in my nation." with that he would bow making it clear they could now leave. There was much work to begin, and not all of it would be so simple, not at all.

As he led them towards the table, he set out he would pull an aide to one side and speak in hushed voices, "Fetch the plans for Eulogy Bastion will you." with that he sat himself down, speaking politely, "Sit yourself down and enjoy, we got much to discuss. We have recently revealed ourselves to this galaxy and have big plans, but for now eat and we shall discuss business after."

Rooseavet looked up, calmly taking his seat at one side of the table, the commandos standing guard while his advisers sat down with him, producing small data slates before putting them away.

"I must say," He smiled. "You have one very beautiful... planet? Is it a planet?"

The King would smile as he cut his food, the servants brought answering, "Not as such, we are on a planet, but Mezzadrate is high above the Planet's atmosphere, it's really a wonder of modern science and well in truth we still don't understand it fully."

The Supreme Commander nodded, watching him carefully before picking up a knife and fork, cutting the meat with skill, just like he was taught by his parents. He smiled, looking up at the King, "Tell me then. What is you opinion on this Universe? Our scientists call it a Multiverse of some sort. I'm a military man, but a scientific man. The only Science I know is how to win wars and keep people happy."

The Supreme Commander nodded, watching him carefully before picking up a knife and fork, cutting the meat with skill, just like he was taught by his parents. Supreme Commander Ingualt Rooseavet did that.

The King shrugged, "It's an interesting if somewhat dangerous place full of diverse and likely group of people with many motivations fitting many ideologies and ideals. I am of course only ruler of my nation so must decide in the end what's best for Mezzadrate, we allied ourselves with UCON for this reason, but well I reckon it be possible for us to come to an agreement. But, we all know why you came here, so I shall skip further points and address this wholly... You wish to know more about Eulogy Bastion and of course I shall answer, but for now, we must finish eating." the King resumed his silence and started cutting and chewing his food politely once more.

"Hm... I would like to know what you mean by UCON, or by this Bastion. You do understand that you are the first other... Nation, we have came across in our travels?" Rooseavet smiled as he looked up at the king before putting another piece of the food into his mouth, the advisers doing the same, very carefully.

It was only until after Rooseavet spoke, the economic adviser spoke, "I would say it would possibly the the greatest thing to happen for all if there was an Alliance between all the Nations. That's me thinking there is more, which I think is correct, yes?"

Nodding the King replied, "I see you are educated on this, yes the UCON (United Confederation of Nations) are my allies here, they have promised to provide needed support and Eulogy Bastion is going to happen, the construction will begin in time, but for now it's working on the building the Nations who shall represent it, we have not had our first meeting, but sadly due to nature of this, I will not be able to inform you but note your nation is welcome to any of these Summits this all about changing the great expanse for the better." Josiah paused and asked, "I do hope you are enjoying your meal, I admit it seems odd, but well sometimes civility is better tool than any in times of diplomacy."

Rooseavet smiled, nodding happily before he spoke again, swallowing the food in his mouth, "May I suggest we put something towards your Bastion? We do have a mass supply of materials that need to be used, as we do create too much at times. It would help your economic situation."

The Adviser nodded in agreement, "I would like to work on a trade route."

"Of course I encourage it, I in fact would prefer nations to offer something towards it, thus each nation has no reason to damage or attack it, since they all added to the construction. As for trade-routes I am sure we can agree with any in terms of Mezzadrate as for the whole of what shall be coined League of Non-Aligned Worlds we shall wait and decide on that accordingly, but I think a trade agreement between us would be acceptable. What may I ask do you suggest?" the King happily chewed his food while waiting, sipping the gorgeous red-wine as he considered all that was being said with an open-minded stance.

Rooseavet leaned back as he put another fork full of food into his mouth, putting his fork in his other hand and reaching for the glass as his economics adviser, spoke again, "We could Take whatever you wish to send. We have enough resources as it is, and we could be happy to help you create a colony vessel to claim other worlds that have yet to be conquered. We would be more than help to give you loan of our engineers in order to create your settlement and provide you with equipment to take resources from the nearby area."

Rooseavet smiled, sipping the glass before he calmly placed it back down, "In theory, we could help you with that for nothing in return. It would help both our nations from this point forward. Maybe links with this UCON and the other Nations you know about. It would be an honor to be able to work with this amazing Nation, of which, in my personal opinion could do great things."
