Seshka Falls

She nods, "Yes it is my magic...I am a druid or well an apprentice one." she offers her, "I just...want to help this place, it looked like it was, is, in a lot of pain." she explains to her. "Elf, the fairy is this one." she says pointing up to the pink orb that is now resting on her head. She glances at the bridge seeing the condition it was in as she closes her eyes. "I know my way a bit and I can ask for directions from the plants if we get lost." she tells her with a smile as she slips her ocarina in her pocket. "Oh! I am Keita, what is your name Miss?" she asks as she goes back to her stump and grabs her bow and quiver as she slips them on her back.

"Ah, yeah, alright,." Makena nodded. "Speak with the plants? What a queer little thing to say. Oh, by the way, I'm Makena Kaura. I'm from a few galaxies or so over. I have no idea. I slept on the flight!" She tittered a bit but digressed. "Ahh.... well, shall we get going? I actually haven't spent a night in this forest and, honestly, I'm not fond of finding out what kind of alien things might try to attack me at night."

“Why is it so queer to think that plants can talk? They are living after all, all you need to do is listen carefully and you can hear them.” She remarks with a grin, “Well welcome Makena and don’t worry I will help if we are here at night, though we shouldn’t have to worry too much on predators here…” she comments as she starts to lead the way, heading east. “So what brought you here? Not to the forest but…to this planet?” she asks her from over her shoulder curiously, the little fairy deciding to fly between the two women.

"Is that true? By the looks of it, I started to become concerned. Actually, concerned is a light term." She let her sandal trace a line through the ashes. "There's a lot of that concern coming from what happened here, actually. People with weapons were here. Either that, or monsters with weapons. Neither is a comforting thought."

She followed after Keita, glancing behind her once with a distrustful eye. "Hm? Oh, here. Here. To... Terra... yes! That's right. Ah, well, home... home isn't what it should be. It became hard to live there after all the hurricanes, floods, twisters, sandstorms... oh, the whole plethora-" She poked out a finger to poke at the petite light sphere playfully, "-and, funnily enough, Terra seemed like the place to go! What about you?"

"Well...I did not run into any monsters or people with weapons on my way here." she comments as she takes off her bow and slides an arrow into her belt just to be safe, "But yes that is not a comforting thought." she says. "If I hear anything suspicious I will let you know and we can hide." she offers her.

"Sounds rough...well hopefully it will be the right place to be! I mean it is vast, so I am sure the right place is...somewhere." she comments with a gigle. A very small oof could be heard as the orb is poked their pink light flickering brightly for a moment. "Why I am in the forest or on Terra? Cause honestly one is much easier to answer than the other."

"I suppose that's good." Though it might have been better if you did so we could avoid them.

"Of course, I don't doubt this place is better than my home planet. I'm just afraid it's only barely better than my home planet. If I knew my way around then I wouldn't be so paranoid, but... well, I guess that'll come with experience if I stay here very long. Oh, and as for the question... well, either. Were you born here?"

Keita smiles, "well barely better is still better." she comments as she gently climbs over a fallen log. "Sometimes it is good to be a bit paranoid, keeps you on your guard." she adds. "I came here because I heard some plants talking about this place and if anyone could help. I said I could help a bit and came here." she explains, "Oh I was not born in this forest, but it reminds me a bit of home." she explains.
