Dorian's Sublevel Appointment

Dorian paced back and forth in his apartment, skillfully avoiding the books and papers scattered across the floor. "Think. Think. I'm fast but I'm not that fast." He said looking at his watch. 6:35. it read and he sighed. Two people have been kidnapped today, while he was saving the others and fighting woth the metal kid. The cut on his chest still burned but he's had worse. He had to save them before it's too late. He needed to talk to the ones that he'd already freed. He was rather glad the one girl recognized him. He had to endure so much pain to get them to drag him back to his cell like that, he didn't have the luxury of falling unconscious, otherwise the plans would have failed. He looked at his watch again. 6:53. "Ugh!" He grunted and grabbed his hoodie and leather jacket. He couldn't wait any longer. They were getting away and fast. There was no facility in New York City, They'd be on the roads to some other city. Buffalo maybe? He wasn't sure. The facilities popped up like weeds. Just as he headed for the door, he heard a knock.

Dorian opened the door and saw the three kids from earioer and a few faces he didn't recognize. He nodded for them to enter. "We don't really have time for pleasantries, Two people were kidnapped while I was out..." He said rubbing the back of his head, as they all filed in. He needed their help, it was probanly best he didn't piss any of them off by complaining "I'm Dorian by the way," he then waited for their introductions.

At the sound of someone speaking to her, Lana jumped, quickly turning her head. She gave the best smile she could muster at the time to the male standing there, who seemed to be at least a foot taller than her. She relaxed a bit after he asked his question, nodding a bit. As she was about to speak to him, the door opened, and she turned forward again to see the same face she recognized from the streets earlier. The presence of another person who seemed to come out of nowhere startled Lana yet again. She quickly slipped inside Dorian's apartment as he and the newer boy who introduced himself as Samuel had their little exchange. "Uh... My name's Lana Azarov." She said, giving a slight smile and nod to each of the boys. "Er, Svetlana, but I prefer Lana." Lana toook a few more steps inside, mostly to be out of the way, but opted to not sit down.

After Baylee finished speaking about her powers, Lana gave her an odd look. "That's sort of... disheartening." She chuckled a bit. "I can't control my power very well either, though. It can get sort of out of hand if I don't stay calm and focused." Once Dorian spoke, she looked down to her hands, rolling the sleeves of her shirt partially up her forearms. Grimacing a bit at the slight stinging she felt, she let the ice-like substance coat her hands and wrists. While it was mostly colorless and translucent, hues of blue could be seen in it. "I don't really know what use it could be. I've never used it against someone. I just like... making things." She cupped her hands together, the crystal material shifting into the palms of her hands in a shape resembling a flower.

Reentering Dorian's apartment Skyler watched the rest of the group huddled around eating pizza, smiling at the large gathering he thought it would be a nice time to introduce himself to the rest of the group. Clearing his lungs and kinda stopping on the floor to grab the attention of everyone in the room, "Well hello everyone..." Skyler spoke with a smile bowing before the ladies in the room. "My name is Skyler Lucian Vicero, also known as the lightning prince" He finished off his sentience surging a small electrical current through out his body and making a lightning spear. Looking to Dorian then walking towards him trying to relax, "Sorry for earlier, I was dealing with a large issue...I can still be of use just give me the word" With that statement Skyler Plopped down onto the sofa gazing around the room everything felt so peaceful and it seemed that the others were getting along pretty well. Kinda like a loose nit family, laughing to himself he wondered what would happen next and how would he deal with his brother in the future.
