What's a death dealer? Also can there be things like a Duchesses and Baronesses or is just strictly the usual royals?

A Death Dealer is the Vampires version of soldiers/spies.
Yes, there can be Duchesses, Baronesses, Countesses. :)
They're nobility regardless.
