Haha no not really, it's just generally a male dominated job so sorry about that
If you want to make a female agent/character feel free but I like the main Canon Characters to be adopted first preferably

There are a couple of canon female character available if you're interested though:

Chloe Willaims- Rebecca's sister- she may not be a CIA agent but her dad brought her up to be prepared for an attack due to his dangerous career

Natalia Khumala- Female assassin and Rebecca's archnemesis- she kind of the villain/hero type
