Sofia Lamb, the last self-appointed ruler of the sunken city had attempted to cast Rapture to the bottom of the sea after her failure. The explosive charges she set did go off, but a few had malfunctioned leaving large parts of the city mainly intact. Once the emergency flood gates had closed to seal off the broken corridors life once again returned to normal for the crazed citizens left behind. Murdering, raping, splicing, and trying to get that next taste of ADAM for years went on uninterrupted. The Big Sisters and their counterparts, the Big Daddies went on protecting the Little Sisters and ensuring that Rapture, in its chaotic state, was kept functioning as always. Soon one of the Big Sisters would rise from the rest. Drusilla was her name when she was just a little girl in the orphanage and now she would become the next ruler of Rapture. With Drusilla conducting the other sisters, kidnappings from the surface started up again and more Little Sisters were made to produce the ADAM that the city craved. Up until now the bleak utopia had been lost to the ages. It’s existence undiscovered and any records that did exist on the surface were long forgotten. That is until 2010 when an unlucky team of scientists, sailors, and treasure hunters make their way to longitude 63° North and latitude 32° West. . .

Out to track and study a new type of fish, the Sanguinis Anchor named for it’s leech like properties and apparent ability to increase it’s weight and sink into deeper waters with it’s prey, a team of studiers are out at sea. On a calm and cheerfully sunny summer day a group of several scientists and their assistants have charted a boat and plotted their course to follow the migration of a school of Sanguinis through the Atlantic. To their dismay the captain of their vessel also saw fit to let a few of his friends tag along, a set of treasure hunters just out for a pleasure trip. Despite protests the captain firmly stated that the ship was theirs and whatever the captain said goes. While they two groups seem to clash on ideals and motives they all are intrigued when a looming figure rose up in the distance. With a few of the scientists protesting the boat slowly moved toward the obelisk in the middle of the sea. Creeping closer as the sun set the misfit crew is met with an odd sight. A lighthouse rising from the churning waves.

With curiosities peeked even the scientists do not protest to a little look around the area before returning to the original mission. Little does the group know they are being watched from far beneath their vessel and the salty waters. . . The team slips their way inside, meeting the giant bust of a man looming over their heads with a banner that read “No gods or kings, only man.” With somewhat of a chilling feeling they continued into the building. Quickly finding that the only other thing within the lighthouse was what appeared to be an old but still functioning bathysphere. And that’s when there was a horrible scream and then things went black.

When the group awoke they were inside the submersible and to their shock and horror it was diving. While they all tried to figure out exactly what had happened and why their heads were pounding a voice clicked on through an intercom. “Hello there,” The tone was soothing yet the woman’s voice carried a certain dark underlining. “We’ve been waiting for you. Welcome to Rapture, your new home.” The cries went up in protest but the voice had gone. Instead a short grainy film by a man named Andrew Ryan started to play telling of a city free from tyranny. Then they saw it. Rapture in all its splendor and glory.



[This role-play starts with the bathysphere docking and the team slowly making their way out into the city. Enjoy.]

Toggle Rules

RULES
  • Please behave. This will be my first crack at my own role-play so please don't make it a nightmare.
  • The regular no god-modding, no Mary Sues, and please make your character believable. Or at least as believable for trekking around in an underwater city can be. Remember that the non-rapture citizens are part of a team of scientists, treasure hunters, and sailors. No super models, high school students, or vampires please.
  • Keep posting. Don’t start then run out leaving us holding the bag. If you’d like to leave then kill off your character or if you don’t have the heart to do it PM me and I’ll handle the dirty work. [If you’re just going to be away for awhile then just tell me and we’ll work something nonlethal out.]
  • Post a good amount. I understand writers block but you should be able to eke out at least two very good paragraphs per post.
  • We allow Humans, Splicers, Big Daddies, Little Sisters, and Big Sisters to be played. However this takes place in the future so it’s strictly non-canon. The various security bots in Raptures will remain NPCs.
  • Weapons and plasmids are allowed. You can have one type of weapon, aside from a knife or something simple, and two plasmids for each character. Of course with these come the limitations-
      One – Unless you’re a resident of rapture already you don’t have any plasmids or whacky weapons to start but you will get them later on. So if you’re part of the diving team no shooting out lightning bolts. However, the team can have some average weapons but I don’t want everyone packing heat. Remember they were out here to observe not kill.
      Two – Plasmids need EVE and weapons need amo. To work this out you can use each plasmid for three posts and can only use each plasmid once per post. So that’s once or twice a post three times before recharging. Weapons will start with 50 amo. When using weapons put a –[#] at the bottom of the post to show how much amo you lost or a +[#] when you gain amo. You will find EVE and amo throughout the role-play but do not start stockpiling or I’ll have to fix things.
      Three - You can combine your plasmids for a deadlier effect but this can only be done twice per recharge and once every other post.
      Four- Little sisters can't use plasmids. Big Daddies can start with their weapon specially modded but they're still subject to the amo rules. Starts with a 100 rounds. Big sisters and Big Daddies are limited to one plasmid since Big Daddies are more non-plasmid users and Big Sisters all have a teleport power. The only other weapon that Big Sisters have is their ADAM syringe. Big sisters don't need to recharge since their bodies produce ADAM but they can only use their plasmid once a post. [Includes teleporting.]
      Five – ADAM is addictive and mind-altering to all but Little Sisters and Big Sisters. The more you use the worse you’ll get. Doesn’t mean after a few injections you’ll go bonkers but abuse or extensive use with make you start to slip into madness. Paranoia, anger, mutations, schizophrenia, intense migraines, and delusions are all average symptoms of ADAM abuse but feel free to tweak it however you like.


CHARACTER TYPES

The Crew
These are the only people from the surface currently in rapture.
Understudies and deckhands are the only ones allowed to be under 21. Sorry.

Average people who find themselves in a horrible nightmare. Marine biologists and deep sea divers came out for a routine expedition to study a unique deep water fish and currents in the Atlantic, followed by two ragtag treasure hunters. Most are respected in their fields with a few of their understudies along for the ride and all expected to finish their research and return home. That is, until they stumbled across a lighthouse in the middle of nowhere. . .

Splicers
They are the horrible aftermath of Rapture’s downfall. These people have gone mad from prolonged use of ADAM and now they’ve developed a bloody craving for it. They kill friends, family, and even children just for a taste of the sweet red stuff. A few have actually grouped together forming gangs throughout the city. Most suffer from insanity and have strange genetic mutations like abnormal strength, wall climbing abilities, unusual flexibility, etc. Almost every splicer has a physical deformity of some kind that often relate to their special ability. [Splicers aren’t hotties people.]

Big Daddies
Big, clunky babysitters. They used to be the scariest thing dragging their feet around the underwater city. They were originally created to guard Little Sisters as they made their rounds through Rapture. They’re each sealed inside a special diving suit that they can’t remove. Big Daddies have no free will and they are eternally locked to the task of searching for and protecting Little Sisters. Approaching a Little Sister with one of these guys around is a very bad idea but if you simply walk by they normally won’t attack. Big Daddies despise Big Sisters and the two often duke it out for control of the Little Sisters. Although Little Sisters seem to prefer the company of their caring Daddies over their swift Sisters they don’t get to pick. [For the purpose of the role-play Big Daddies can speak through synthetic vocal boxes attached to their suits. They only use the weapons attached to their suits.]

Big Sisters
The meanest girlies this side of the ocean. Big Sisters are those adorable Little Sisters all grown up. Each are decked out in a suit that bears a striking resemblance to their former guardians but are made from scavenged parts so they vary with the sister. However, two features of their suits are universal. Their heads are covered by diving helmets that emit a bright colorful glow and on their backs is an oxygen tank with a crude basket attached to it for carrying around Little Sisters. They use plasmids with ease due to being hosts to the slugs that create ADAM and each have large needles attached to their wrists that they use for melee attacks and to extract ADAM from corpses. They have been abducting children from all over the world to create new Little Sisters for them to protect. They often announce themselves with ear splitting screeches. [Big Sisters don’t use automatic weapons. Same as the Big Daddies, they are able to speak through special vents in their helmets. Big Sisters can remove their helmets but it is frowned upon to do so outside their sanctuary.]

Little Sisters
Cute little girls with huge needles. These girls are between the ages of five and eight and crawl around Rapture through special vents. Little Sisters don’t see Rapture as the desolate and crumbling city but rather as a golden mirage of it’s former self. Splicers are refined party guests, teddy bears and lollipops are everywhere, Big Daddies and Sisters are noble knights and ladies, and mangled corpses are angels ready to be harvested. While their world seems perfect they are constantly in danger from Splicers and other deranged Rapture runners. Thankfully they have an intense healing ability that allows them to survive nearly anything even intense pressures and lack of oxygen. The only known way to kill a Little Sister is by removing the slug inside them that produces ADAM which ironically is exactly what Splicers aim to do. [Little Sisters can choose who to start with but may be fought over by other characters. They go to the victors, willingly or not.]

[[Okay so this is half in Skip’s POV and half a starter for everything. You’re welcome to post about being in the bathysphere, if you’re part of the team but you don’t have to. If you don’t just start in Neptune's Bounty and go about your business.]]

Skip awoke slumped on a dusty cushion inside of a small room that reeked of polished metal. A wicked hammer was swinging madly on the inside of his skull making his eyes slowly go in and out of focus. He felt as if he were sinking. From what Skip could see so far there were bodies standing all around him. From what he could remember he had been with several people before a thick fog covered the rest of his memory, but he couldn’t tell if these were the same people. All the hazy figures in the room were moving around and he thought he could hear them talking to eachother. The whole lot of them sounded pretty upset. “What. . . What the hell. . . is going on. . .” Skip fumbled over the words , his bottom lip moist with what he assumed was drool at first. Reaching a chubby finger up to his mouth he touched the skin on his lips. Sharp pains raced through the puffy tissue and as he pulled back his hand Skip focused on the red liquid that coated his fingertips. He was bleeding.

Looking up from the blood he finally got a clear look at everyone. They were the same set of annoying scientists and his old friends that had come out to sea but none of them were focused on him. Most talked feverishly while a few sat in utter silence. No one had taken the time to answer his question. With his head still reeling Captain Skip turned slowly to survey the strange place around him. It was cramped, especially packed with all these people, and had an odd circular shape. Even the shining metallic ceiling above him was dome shaped. Across from where he was sitting was a large window showing what looked like a bleak night sky outside. Then a squid shot by, taking only a second to stop and peek inside the lighted sphere. Skip stared out the window clutching the left side of his head in disbelief. What the hell is going on? Last thing he remembered was being on the boat. Then someone had seen something in the distance. The lighthouse. . .

The images were flooding back in and the poor Captain could now recall going inside the peculiar watchtower and finding that old bathysphere. . . Oh god. Now he knew where they were but not how they had gotten there. He could only assume that his sinking feeling and the squid jetting past the porthole meant that they were diving and that they were probably already in deep water. Where was this thing headed? Standing slowly and holding onto anything in reach for support Skip pushed past the arguing crew members and stared at the glass. Beyond the gloom of the ocean he could see something he hardly believed. A city alive with neon signs and towering over the rocks around the ocean floor was gazing back at him. Mouth agape he pressed his sore head against the glass and felt the cold, smooth surface calm his headache. He had no idea what to do. He didn’t even know what was going on.

The vessel got closer and closer to the bright towers of the city. It seemed like it was guided by an invisible hand through the murky sea toward some predetermined destination. Maybe they were all dead and this was the afterlife? No, Skip took a second to think, that was just the concussion talking. They were still alive. Ghosts didn’t bleed. “What is this?” The submersible started to click and groan as they drew closer to one of the massive underwater buildings. A sign was coming toward them, half covered in algae but the words were still clearly visible. Neptune’s Bounty was the name inscribed on the filthy metal, whatever that meant. The bathysphere jerked and slowed sending everyone tossing around the clogged circle. Confused and still in pain Skip struggled to stand again. Now the sphere was slowly entering a tunnel that ended in an ancient brick wall.

Once the ship had reached the dead end it started to ascend. Skip could only imagine what they were going to see when this thing finally stopped. What in the world was an entire city doing under the ocean? And who or what had made it? Maybe when they stopped he could find someone and ask questions. As they climbed toward their uncertain future the team listened in silence. Suddenly the waters parted as the top of the sphere broke through. They had finally come to a stop. The port no longer displayed an array of sea creatures in cold waters but instead there was a old dock covered in suitcases. There was a single light on in the room beyond the glass. A bright pale light shone down from a pillar and beneath this luminous globe was a man. Mutilated and blood he hung on the wall and above him was something apparently written in his blood. Just as Skip stepped back in an attempt to make to demented image disappear the large metal door unlatched itself and creaked open slowly. . . “What the hell is going on. . .”

Alana watched the Bathysphere go down. She silently swore to herself "dammit, i said i wouldn't let this happen...". As the submersible docked, she stood up, looking at the lever. Or what should have been the lever, but instead was a broken stump. She watched as it docked into the city. Neptune's bounty. "Great..." she said, putting her hand on her back pack. The Banner clearly said it was Neptune's bounty. She knew this place all too well. She walked, looking at the chaos that occurred here. Murder, Death, and worse.... Alana preferred her little sister deluded memories to what she was looking at now.

Daniel came up from behind her. "you ok?" he asked, one of his Magnums in his hand, not using the assault rifle at the moment. Alana looked back at him, and said "Yeah, just, so.....big.....for being underwater...." she lied. He could tell something was up, but he couldn't tell what. He went up the stairs, and looked at all of this madness. Dead bodies, so many. "What happened here? What is this place?" he asked.

But then something happened that made them all go silent. A little girl giggled slightly, and a huge moan could be heard. Alana instantly knew what it meant. It meant she was right, and little sisters were being taken there. And that one of them was nearby. She looked at her hand. "oh i have a bad feeling about this place" she told him.



Meanwhile, Lily was out and about, looking for Adam with a big daddy guard.

The Kraken Family



As the Bathysphere pulled into neptunes bounty, ducky sat up in his 'Office' a warning sign coming up on one of the shattered screens above him. He growled, smashing his tumoured covered fists onto the table smashing items everywhere he turned to the corpse of the original Wharfmaster of Neptune's bounty, Sullivan, who over time had been reduced to bones left in his former clothes.

"Dammit Sullivan i thought i told you to lock down the batyhsphere dock!" Ducky screamed crazily smacking the skeleton watching it crumble to the floor.

"You better not tell Ryan about this or i'll have you killed ya here!" Ducky shouted at the scattered skeleton. He turned away from the original Wharf Masters remains and stomped out the door he reached for the speaker to the Fighting McDonagh, Grumbling.

"Some small fry have come through the bathysphere mother, lets pray to God its not a big sister!" Ducky said into the speaker sending the message to Marie Zanir the leader or mother as the members of the kraken called her.

Marie Sitting in an abandoned room in the Fighting McDonagh bar's room complex, now turned into her den. She sat in an old red leather armchair, a few splicers around her.

"Well, ducky" Marie said oddly calmly. "You better do something about it or someone will take your spot, Alfred has been working hard recently." She said teasingly turning away from the speaker.

Ducky screamed in frustration smashing the speaker to the ground. And then panicked trying to put it back together, after it didn't go back to normal despite his attempts he threw it across the floor and walked outside towards the hall outside the Wharfmasters office, leading towards the Upper wharf.

Outside stood 3 splicers, 2 male 1 female, all three part of the Kraken Family, wearing old fancy dress clothes still retained from the 1959 celebrations. On their clothes was embroidened a picture of a large red octopus.

"You three!" Ducky screamed at them. "Get to the Batyhsphere dock now, or i'll have you drained!"

Slightly frightned the three splicers ran down the stairs to the upper wharf and then across the upper wharf to another flight of stairs leading to the lower wharf.

They walked briskly towards the bathysphere dock passing the lower deck wood work area, where many bodies were hidden beneath the cold mud under the planks, a lifeless big daddy sat slouched against the wall as they came to the door to the Bathysphere Dock, rust covering the old Bouncer's suit, a Little sister needle driven into its helmet. The group walked through the metallic doors to the short twisted tunnel towards the dock, they stopped briefly, pulling out Wrench's and Pistols. A wrench for the male and female, and a pistol for the other male.

They walked into the Bathysphere docking area casually and watched as some of the passengers aboard stepped outside.

"Look at them, i thought they would have atleast had ADAM on them, but no, their bloody surface dwellers!" shouted one of the males, they were hidden from sight, the bathysphere time table in the way of the crew seeing them.

The lights went out, all the crew could hear was the sound of laughter and footsteps. An odd flame appeared in a white gloved hand, illuminating the man with the pistol. He appeared to have been a surgeon, as he still wore his surgeon uniform and had blood and an unidentifiable substance on his lab coat, his body was, deformed, tumours were obviously present often breaking out of his clothing and his face looked like it had terrible plastic surgery. His hand seemed to be alight with flame , and with out warning he pointed his hand towards the bathysphere and flames shot out of his hand! Barely missing those inside but hitting the bathysphere hard and setting the transport device alight with flame, causing the top of it to slowly crack, and electrical wires to shoot out everywhere, soon it would burn down completely.

The splicers laughed as they closed in on the crew but then halted. The eerie sound of a child singing was heard from afar, its voice was unnatural and had a dark undertone to it. The splicers eyes widened and lightened up and they turned to eachother. Like it was the most natural thing to do, they took off leaving the crew behind with the wreckage of the burning bathysphere, heading to the sound of the little girl.

The old speaker recording from the time period of 1950's in rapture was played through the speaker in the bathysphere dock.
A women's voice spoke what seemed to be a public announcement.
"The Parasite has his eye on Rapture. Keep YOUR eye on the Parasite".


(OOC: Well there we are, crazy splicers about and its only just the beggining :), also, no the places in bioshock 2 all got blown up and sent to the bottom of a deep ocean trench so only the newer (bioshock 1) part of rapture survived)

(No, not all of them. Only the last level. The last level i could clearly understand being nonexistent, but Fontain futuristics, Paupers Drop, and Dionysus park, as well as that resort place you start out in, should all still be there. Not that level before the park though, that is flooded. But the train area should also be standing. And thats everything id say. No wait, Ryan amusements should be standing too. Anyways, time for another post, as the little sister needs a reaction.)

Lily skiped down the hall of the Lower Wharf, deep into the scent of an Adam infused body. Her Big daddy was right behind her, his drill out and ready. Lily reached the ADAM Body, and began to drain it dry. Her big daddy drilled into the 1st splicer that attacked them, clearly a rouge. She began to hum. "This is a very very Juicy angel, lots of ADAM from this one Mr. Bubbles" she told him, then giggling. The big daddy looked at her for a moment, and then stopped, looking at a group of splices that came. He revved up his drill, and charged at the female splicer. Lily soon enough finished draining, and then rooted for her big daddy. "Xs in eyes, Xs in eyes!" she shouted.

Timmothy got out of the Bathysphere right as it exploded. "Well there goes our way back up" he noted. He, Alana, and Daniel looked at the 3 splicers. Alana mumbled "Splicer" very softly, Daniel barely hearing her, but was more focused on the splicers themselves. Timmothy asked Captain Skip "You have any ideas how we will get back up to the boat or where we are Captain?". Alana heard the little girl, and for a moment she thought she..... She let it go, and looked back at the Bathysphere. "We need to find a way out of here" she told them. Timmothy stepped in some garbage, and stepped back a little. "Ewwww, i didn't expect we would find a whole underwater city, otherwise i would have brought my shoes, even if they were wet...." Timmothy mumbled to himself, not really thrilled about a huge underwater city.

Alana looked around, seeing a bunch of doors boarded up, and only one straight, clear, pathway. As she passed, reaching the lower wharf, she saw the 3 splicers from before, as well as Lily and a Big Daddy. The Big daddy momentarily paused, looking at Alana, before continuing the fight. Alana's eyes were 1st cast to the body that was almost drained dry. Then to the little sister. Then to the splicers and the big daddy. Timmothy and Daniel caught up to her, and saw the chaos too. Lily went to hide in a room that appeared to have been recently unboarded up. It appeared to be very cold in Neptune's Bounty, probably because the freezers had been left open for too long. Timmothy shook a little. "Great, its cold here too..." he sighed. But then, a splicer came from the new balcony in place. His gaze went toward Alana almost instantly. "Well Well Well, if it isn't one of the 1st, Drusilla will be very pleased about you...." he noted, before disappearing in a red flash... Alana seemed to be stunned for a moment, then snapped out of it.

Lily went to hide in a recently fixed part. The hallway led to "Zimmerman's Seafood", a place were some of the best seafood was made and stored. She wandered inside and hid behind a counter, staying safe from all the "monsters".

Hearing the clear sounds of explosions, revving drills and screams of pain Fergus woke quickly and climbed to his feet. Brushing off a small layer of dust that had accumulated on his suit during the night he staggered forward and quickly found his footing. Shouldering his jack-hammer Fergus paused remove one of the interchangeable heads of his hammer and replaced it with a large blunted square head affectionately labeled "Mulcher" and used it to slam in a loose rivet.
Gorra keep a clean house, my wee Rosemary mighta smacked 'er head on thatn.
Replacing Mulcher with the hammers normal shaped head (Gouger if you will.) he re applied the apparatus to his arm, it completely engulfed his left arm up to the elbow and was enormously heavy even for a man of his stature, he had been a construction worker before assuming his role as a big daddy and old habits died hard.

Leisurely sauntering down the hallway Fergus came upon a bouncer class Big Daddy dispatching a group of splicers.

Cheerfully screaming "Rosemary!!" Fergus ran into the room and powered on his hammer, the large metal tip shot back and forth quickly and continued to do so even after being rammed into the torso of one of the splicers. As the fight drew to a close Fergus was drawn towards the flaming bathysphere and the group of creatures huddled in front of it. The woman seemed to be familiar and he cautiously stepped forward with his hand extended.
"Rosemary?"

Suddenly he was hit from behind as the other Big Daddy crashed into him knocking him away from the group, staggering back to his feet Fergus roared in anger and revved up his jackhammer, the Big Daddy had adopted a defensive stance in front of the group and was shaking his drill threateningly all the while occasionally turning its head to stare off down the path to "Zimmerman's Seafood". Readying himself for combat Fergus paused and looked closer at the woman.
No no that aint Rosemary calm down Fergus its ok....
Wuddyah mean it aint her?!?!?!

Yes it is kill that big drill happy bastard, kill the other folk and get her ass outta here!
Ok...your the boss.


Charging forward to meet the other Big Daddy, Fergus once again roared happily in anticipation of combat.

(Sorry for initiating combat with your Big Daddy it was kinda all I had to go on., I think you mentioned something about Alana confusing Big Daddies into thinking she was a little sister so I figured Id reinforce that. This can turn out however you want though Id prefer not to get my ass kicked, I be happy to adopt Lily assuming I kill your BD, If anybody is confused please look at Fergus's profile.)

The Kraken Family


The three splicers charged towards the big dadddy and it's little sister, Lily. The first male Splicer wielding an old rapture pipe leapt towards the little sister hungry for the sweet taste of ADAM. The big daddy turned thrusting his drill into the splicer and proceeding to drill the sorry soul into the frozen ground. The big daddy roared as it charged at the female splicer with its drill raised, the women screamed and she was thrown across the lower wharf into one of the windows showing the endless water around rapture.

The Surgeon Splicer stood back and took out his pistol, and fired numerous shots at the big daddy. As it got closer to him he blasted the suited guardian with a burst of flame, setting the Big daddy alight and to frustratingly grasp at itself moving around crazily. The surgeon laughed.

"That's right you lumbering oaf!, stay away!" He shouted firing more shots at the big daddy. And then threw his pistol away as he found it was empty, pulling out an eve hypo and drove it angrily into his arm, injecting the blue fluid into his bloodstream. Then man sighed in relief and then proceeded to flee down the board walks as the new alpha series bigdaddy assaulted the bouncer.

Out of the speakers came an announcement from the mother of the Kraken family. Marie Zanir the mother of the kraken family spoke into the speaker calmly despite the situation.

"Members of the Kraken, our home is being invaded by those who wish to end our dear lives, the surface dwellers threaten our very existence here in rapture, one of you has allowed a dead body full of ADAM to be undrained, we the kraken desire a cleaner rapture! but you let ADAM drift to the nose of a little sister, and thus the little brat has wandered into our home and brings her dammed protector!, punishment for this act will be dealt with later but for now, Bring me the Surface Dwellers and Eliminate the rest!"

As the crew watched in horror as the two lumbering Big daddy's fought eachother, forgetting the little sister that had fled away to Zimmerman's seafood. Out of the woodwork came crawling 5 splicers, like the other splicers of the area the kraken symbol was embroidened into their clothing, the symbol meaning Eternity, the krakens many arms would be there to help its followers in need.

Unlike the splicers that had come before however these splicers were more powerful, more advanced, and more intelligent, the Krakens elite. The splicers all seemed to be wearing masquerade masks from some kind of ball to hide their now distorted and hideous facial features due to the addiction of ADAM. A Female splicer ran forward jumping into the air where the two daddies were fighting and shot a large bolt of electricity out her hand shocking the two big daddies and causing them to remain still for 5 seconds.

A nitro splicer pulled out a frag grenade, seemed to be made out of an old food can with explosive material inside and a long wick for lighting. After lighting the grenade he hurled it towards the two big daddies, if they didnt move out the way in time they would be caught in the explosion. The other three splicers that had crawled out of the wood work headed towards the crew intending to capture them. 1 female splicer wielding a machine gun fire numerous shots into the air attempting the frighten the crew and moved to capture the physic and chemistry scientists with their understudy's.

Two Spider splicers the last of the group burst out from underneath the lower wharfs jetty their hooks wielded in the air. (These are bioshock 1 spider splicers not those fugly things in bioshock 2) They surrounded the crew wielding their hooks menacingly at the frightened group. One of the understudy's attempted to flee the circle but was captured by one of the spider splicers, a male, who must have been a engineer in hepheatus before the fall of rapture. Ripping one of his hooks into the man's chest causing blood to splurt all over him and then he yanked it back out pushing the corpse away. The splicers mean't buisness.

"Unless you want to end up like your friend their i suggest you follow little fish!" the female splicer barked leading the group toward the stairs that would take them to the upper deck and then onto the fighting McDonagh's room complex to meet the mother.

(OOC: Well, 1 casualty already, isn't life in rapture grand?. I aim to bring the crew to the mother who will ask them to join her, if they do not, she will let them pass to Arcadia, through the hidden tunnels of the smugglers hideout, if they agree they will join the Kraken. I aim for the Bouncer big daddy currently defending lily to perish, and the alpha fergus to adopt her so we can start to build up a little adventure/storyline. Also i plan to be numerous splicers that the crew encounters on their journey in rapture, since i am having so much fun roleplaying as them now, but they will not be kraken as the kraken only lies in Neptune's bounty i plan to maybe have neptune's bounty invaded by Drusilla's splicers 'hint hint ZombiiGirlz' as the kraken allowed a little sister to get through and as the little sisters are monitored by drusilla's crew, perhaps they may come to take neptune's bounty from the kraken, and so the crew begins to flee from the big sister and whatever she as install for them. Perhaps the screams of a big sister will be heard, panic will occur and the crew will flee through smugglers hideout as neptune's bounty bursts into an uproar of fighting, and if you do not want to follow this path, by all means, Roleplay it.)

Alana backed up, surrounded by splicers. She was also startled when the Alpha Series called her Rosemary. She knew a Rosemary, she was one of her sisters. They both looked a lot alike. She looked back at the splicers. This was just like her childhood..... The bouncer fought off the Alpha Series, but got pounded into one of the elite splicers, squishing him, before getting back to the fight. Alana looked at the splicers closing in. Could she tell she yous to be a little sister? She put her hand on her backpack, which held a shotgun that could easily take out at least 2-3 of them. She backed away, hoping not to be noticed. She tried to make herself unseen. Timmothy backed up a little as well, but was also scared to death. He was confused on what was happening. He looked at everyone's faces, and he saw all confusing looks. Except Alana's. She was scared, but not confused. This puzzled him slightly. However, the splicers grabbed them all, and started taking them somewhere. Timmothy was still cold. He hated the fact it went from summer to winter pretty much. He really wished he had brought more of his stuff then just his backpack, like his shirt he had taken off because it was too hot.

Lily was very scared. She got near a vent. "Daddy, where are you!?!" she cried. She needed a daddy. She was very very lonely.

Daniel was startled for a moment too. Was that his missing daughter? Here? It couldn't be.... He soon found himself surrounded though. His gaze focused on the splicers. He looked around for anything that might help. But so far nothing was. Then he, Alana, and Timmothy, along with any of the others, were dragged away.

The Splicer teleported to Drusilla finally. He bowed his head and told her "Drusilla.....one of the original little sisters have returned to rapture......she can help us find Fontains ADAM.....". He smiled. It was a rapture dream to find that lost ADAM. And now, they had the means to locate it.

Reeling from the shock of the electricity Fergus flung his hand haphazardly towards what he deemed to be the source and
was "shocked"(Mehehehehe) to find his movement halted as each of his muscles twitched in agony and spasmed due to the powerful currents traveling through his body.

Well thats whatcha get jerkoff Ah toldyer yahs need some rubber on tha' suite.

Heeding the voices Fergus angled his massive head past his chest and grunted with dismay at the small canlike object at his feet. Suddenly he was knocked back as a fist nearly as big as his own smashed into his faceplate denting it and opening a large gash over Fergus's left eyebrow, suppressing the pain for the time being Fergus continued with his backward motion and tripped the Brawler forcing it to land on the object, watching it kick and squirm Fergus slammed one size 22 boot on its lower back and rammed the head of his jack-hammer through its left shoulder effectively pinning it on the grenade. A low WHUMP and a small flash from under the creature told tale of the maneuvers success, it continued to kick for a second before succumbing to the massive trauma endured from having a grenade go off under its gut. As its headlights dimmed Fergus salvaged what he could from the beast and added makeshift bits and pieces from its suite to his own. He was hit again by another blast of electricity and fell to his knees with a roar as he saw the small form of a little sister peaking out from behind the counter of "Zimmermans Seafood".

"R...rr......Ro?!?..."
Then his vision tinged with black as he tried to ward off sweet sweet unconsciousness. Before he lost the battle he saw the woman again.
I TOLD YOU ITS NOT THAT ONE,
But....but.....
Ok it could be.... wake your ass up....NOW.

The Kraken Family


The Splicers scattered like ants away from the Alpha series and its new little sister. Now was not the time to be ADAM hunting, any moment now they all knew a Big sister will come bursting through the entrance to Neptune's bounty, screaming its terrible screams and bring the rest of Drusilla's lot through, exactly what the Kraken had been holding back for the past few years. Cursing and throwing things around wildly Ducky walked out of the wharf masters office and down the hall towards stairs leading to the Upper wharf.

The Kraken Splicers had all pulled back from the lower wharf now, and the turrets and security camera's were reactivated, Ducky would get in a lot of trouble for not keeping them up and now when they were needed most they were off. With the security back up in the area hacked for the Kraken Family they would have a stronger chance of survival for when Drusilla's lot decided to show up. Almost all of Rapture had wandered to Drusilla's flock by now and only the Kraken in Neptune's bounty and the insane Blood Drinking cultists known as the Saturnine.

Ducky Shouted at the splicers leading the crew angrily ordering them to quicken there pace. "The mother want's to see them small fry, get a move on!"

The splicers sheparding the crew hurried now, eager to take the surface dwellers to the Mother. Ducky instead turned and headed back towards the wharfmasters office, he had to put the area under a security lockdown before it was too late.

As the crew came down towards the end of the upperwharf, passing an angry male splicer in his 40's hitting what seemed to be a vending machine, written on it with a picture of a clown stated 'Circus of Values'. "Come back when you get some money, buddy" the machine said as the man kept pushing buttons and smacking the machine. The female splicer turned from the group aimed her machine gun at the mans head and fired a round of bullets, knocking the splicer to the floor in a pool of blood. There was no mercy in the kraken for those who did not obey the rules. The crew now had two choice off paths.


One way leading off to the right towards an area called jetpostal, the crew would have sighed in relief as they did not head that way from the screams coming from it. The kraken had transformed jetpostal into their 'holding cells' where those disobeying would be imprisoned or those who did not belong to the kraken would be questioned for their reason being in neptune's bounty, cruelly.

The crew turned instead towards what looked like a tavern. Above it flashed a large Neon sign stating the Fighting McDonaghs. They entered the tavern quickly passing the few splicers that acted as guards to the area. There where a few hidden turrets around and a couple of camera's working, though most of them had been knocked down and were great bulky things. The crew passed many splicers inside the tavern drinking and laughing, acting like the disasters in Rapture had never occured. Neptune's bounty had to be one of the only places in rapture where the chaos was begining to subside and poverty was begining to dissappear consequences were being enforced by a powerful and intelligent leader and laws were being followed, well, if you could call them laws.

The crew were led briskly up the stairs towards the room complex above the tavern, the McDonagh top floor. Three rooms were on the top floor. The one behind the crew as they entered was closed and had several locks on it, but a little girls voice could be heard from inside and blood was smeared along the floor and through to the other side of the door inside the room. Directly To their left the room was open and splicers were casually walking in and out of it holding crates full of goods gathered from those foolish enough to wander in. A new crate of the splicers belongings that were killed earlier were being carried in, along with one of their fellow crewmembers. At the end of the room complex, the final room was the room which the mother resided in.

The group halted as they came to the door. The two male spider splicers walked down away from the group towards the bar and the female splicer inputed the code to room. The door opened revealing a dim lit room. At the end sat a pale blonde haired women in an old red leathered arm chair. The room was quite large and there was a bed inside as well. There was a medium sized round olive coloured wooden table next to her. On it there appeared to be a few plasmids and a pile of EVE hypo's. The women, who must've been this mother the splicers talked frequently about made a hand gesture and a duo of splicers led the crew inside the room and shut the door behind them, blocking the exit.

Along the sides of the room of either side were about 3-4 splicers all in what looked like a uniform with machineguns and shotguns at the ready if needed. The mother sitting lazily in her arm chair coughed before speaking.

"Surface Dwellers, my name is Marie Zanir." she said it very bluntly and calmly despite the situation. "I am the leader, of the Kraken. We who believe in a cleaner, safer and free rapture, we have begun with Neptune's bounty and have so far purged the area successfully, however often someone will wander through from that b**** Drusilla's lot and cause a bit of trouble but we've learned how to deal with them".

"So!" she said getting excited. A Beam spreading across her face. "How did you get here?, for years we have sought a way out of this living hell hole, but to no avail. Andrew Bloody Ryan blocked everywhere off. And with his death sophia lamb came about, and how she promised us an utopia, but all of it was lies and slander! just like before, but now, as we have given up on escape we, the kraken shall create a new, brighter rapture and things will go back as they were in the golden days"

Marie said this in a longing kind of way, a twinkle of hope in her eye. But of course the dammed city would never rise out of its state of chaos and poverty, the effect was irreversable.

"So i ask you now" she said in an almost begging tone. "To join the kraken, and make this city great once again, and i will give you a taste of our cities greatness" she said suggesting towards the pile of plasmids on her table. "Or you can leave, and we will not hassle you, it would just be more blood on our hands to dispose of you, it's your choice to find a way out and face drusilla's lot out there, and if you do choose that path, don't even think about coming back." she said this darkly now, her tone completely changing.


(Well there we arem just waiting for zombii to make her move and then we can let the events unfold :) )

Waking moments later, Fergus lurched to his feet and stumbled over to were he knew the girl was hiding in "Zimmermans Seafood" he discarded his jackhammer for a moment and bent to grasp the underside of the counter. Straining only slightly he tore the counter from the floor, rotting boards giving way as he lifted the counter to chest level before throwing it a few feet behind him. He loomed over the girl for a moment, the lamps on his visor blaring an angry red before softening to an almost white pale yellow, he gingerly fell to his knees with a loud thunk and extended his pinky finger for the child to shake.

"Well looks like is' just me and you now lassie, can Ah call you Rosemary?" though hidden by his helmet the scarred brutal face adopted something it rarely knew, a smile.

Captain Skip

It was all happening so fast. Skip and the others had hardly crawled out of that stinking sphere that brought them to this forsaken place when all Hell seemed to break loose in front of them. As the Captain looked around the docks all he could see was blood and chaos. Something very violent had happened to this beautiful city and whatever it was now they were all involved whether they liked it or not. Barely on their own feet, the crew became panicked when the lights flicked off shrouding the area in a deep gloom. Somewhere in the distance a light sparked on. It flickered like a flame in the darkness and was cradled in the hand of a man decked in bloody scrubs. “Hello?” Captain Skip, despite his better judgment, attempted to talk to the cruel figure in the distance. At the moment shock and fear had made him oblivious to the fact that the man wasn’t holding a torch or a flashlight but that his entire hand was engulfed in lively flames. That is, until the doctor lubed the flaming ball toward the crew. Maria, a marine chemist who up until now had remained in some catatonic state of shock let out a blood curdling scream. But the fireball didn’t strike the screaming Maria or anyone else in the crew. Instead the inferno struck the vessel that brought the group to Rapture. For a second Skip was happy to see the thing burn for what it had damned them too but that quickly passed when he realized that may be their only way back topside.

Soon the Captain realized that this was last on their extensive list of horrible problems at the moment. A group of people was approaching the crew and they didn’t seem friendly. Hell, they didn’t even seem human. The group was deformed and crooked, their bodies twisted mockeries of the human form. Skip was about to reach for the large fishing knife attached to his hip when the group suddenly darted away. In the distance there was the faint tinkling of a child’s voice. This place just kept getting stranger and more terrifying every second. “Where in God’s design are we. . .” Skip decided now they were alone they should get the group moving out of the open. Out here they were like a worm on the end of a deranged hook. “Come o-.“ Before he could even form a sentence they were once again surrounded by these disgusting people. Only this time they seemed to mean business and weren’t going to give the crew a break and run off like the last set.

First he waited for them to light the lot of his people on fire or to gun them down right on the wharf. Yet no licking flames shot out and no bullets spewed from their muzzles. He thought they were safe at the moment until he heard a deep, terrified yell come from behind him. Turning around Skip was just in time to see the spout of fresh blood spew from the chest of his dockhand Billy. This was his last trip before he went off to college. . . With his screaming stopped Skip watched as the hook-handed woman pushed aside his friend like trash. After slaughtering one of Skip’s men like a freshly caught fish one of the woman thugs spoke up. They were to follow these monsters or be tossed aside like poor Billy. “Okay, we’ll follow. Please don’t hurt anyone else.” While until now he’d been just as bewildered and scared as everyone else Skip knew that someone had to take charge and be a strong leader or they would never live long enough to see their homes again. So, he reluctantly followed the splicers to wherever they were taking them.

The group wandered skittishly around the bloody scene until they reached what seemed to be an old bar. They were lead past dozens of the same deformed people, all splattered with blood and dressed like they stepped out of some old gangster movie from the 50’s. “Everyone just stay calm.” Skip whispered to those behind him trying not to be overheard by their armed escorts. He wanted to reassure everyone that he would think of something to get them all out of here but that was easier said than done. Stopping at a door as one of the women punched some number into a keypad beside the entrance Skip tried to glimpse the code. Unlucky in his effort Skip and the rest of the crew were shuffled inside before he could even get the first number memorized. Inside the room were more of those twisted figures with large weapons. They must be here to protect the leader. Looking at the small woman sitting in the large office chair Skip’s heart stopped.

The longer they spent down here the less and less likely Skip thought were their chances of getting out. How long had these people been down here? You think if they had a means to escape all this torture they would. Skip was snapped from his thoughts as the woman began to speak. Her name was Marie and apparently she was the one in charge of this depraved group she called Kraken. Finally some of Skip’s questions were answered, even though it wasn’t in the peaceful manner he hoped for. This place they were in was Neptune’s Bounty as the sign had read before they docked. Apparently the entire city was referred to as Rapture. A fitting name for a place trapped in so much death and turmoil. The woman then made the group an offer. If they would join her then they would get to “taste the greatness” of Rapture. Apparently this was directed to the assortment of glowing vials on the desk in front of her. Now was Skip’s turn to be a leader. “We don’t want to join you ma’am, we just want to get home.” He thought that he’d appeal to her human nature, if she had any left, and they would all be able to go home. Apparently some of the crew had different plans.

“I’ll join you. . .” Maria, the woman who’d screamed at the sight of the fire was speaking up. From behind her large classes and sweeping brown bangs Miss Maria looked timidly at Marie. While these people terrified her beyond all reason Maria saw them as a power in this filthy fish trap and where there was power there was safety. After what she’d seen in their short time in the city Maria thought it would be much easier to get back to the surface if she at least pretended to go along with these Kraken.

Drusilla

She had put the first part of her plan into action. Drusilla, seated in her comfy vantage point in Rapture Central Control, was watching the bathysphere dock and her new toys file out onto the dock. They didn’t know how important they were to her. Standing from her worn chair Drusilla went to the monitors and placed a finger upon the flickering glass screen. She traced over the images of the people as they looked around them at the extravagant Rapture around them. Obviously they were in amazement over how perfect her city was but they didn’t seem to be aware that they were to make this picture of perfection even better. “My toys must play nice.” She sat back in the chair switching her attention to the pair of Big Sisters that stood silently in the back of the room. Fully dressed in their helmets and ADAM harvesters Drusilla admired the pair and their beauty. Truly the image of the Big Sister was that of the blood of Rapture. “We are the only thing standing between them and complete destruction. We are the only thing keeping Rapture alive.” She let her arm brush absently up and down the leg of the Sister on her right, the buckles of her arm belts clicking against the studs of metal embedded in the other woman’s leather stockings. Turning away from her lovely disciples Drusilla went back to watching the monitors.

Something interesting was happening to her toys. Splicers, probably that pesky group that worshiped some giant squid, were surrounding those from the surface. They had been one of the last resistances to her complete control of Rapture. Honestly they hadn’t been much of a threat to her power which was the main reason they weren’t completely whipped out as of yet. The group of ugly fighters circled the humans and Drusilla perked herself up. If one of them was harmed it would mean a blow against Project Repopulation and that she wouldn’t stand for. Glowing emerald eyes still fixed on the bright images on the screens she watched the group of splicers take off, almost as if they were looking for something. These surface mortals were certainly making things interesting for her. The Kraken splicers ran off screen and quickly appeared in another of her magic eyes. “Hm. . .” Drusilla watched with intrigue as they approached a Big Daddy and his Little Sister. While now she felt nothing but interest once they began to attack the armored father the slug in Drusilla’s stomach started to flip and toss. She didn’t care about the hulking mass of guardian but instead for the Little Sister that accompanied him. Pulling at her tangled locks of black hair Drusilla looked for the miniature angel.

Soon she found the girl hiding from the battle that ensued. “Sisters,” she looked to the two that still stood so obediently behind her. “Go and watch over Lily but don’t interfere unless she is in danger. We need to be as delicate as possible in these early stages.” The pair bowed politely to their mistress then took off in an instant. They were wonderful examples of the raw power that the Big Sisters held and they were Drusilla’s most trusted soldiers. Soon her pair of helpers was entering Neptune’s Bounty, prowling along the ceiling vents and over rooftops heading to Lily. They would remain out of sight unless the little girl was attacked by someone foolish enough to threaten her. If someone that dense did happen to come along Drusilla’s workers would retaliate with all the fury and ruthlessness they had to offer. They would make Drusilla proud.

Once the Sisters were safely inside Neptune’s Bounty, Drusilla went back to her toys. Now a new set of Kraken had sprouted up from somewhere and were threatening her merry group. “This is not part of the plan.” When one of the spider splicers sliced into one of the males from the surface Drusilla had snapped. Her bright jade eyes lowered to a deathly glare as she rose from her chair and went to fetch her helmet. How dare they touch what was hers, what would be the very future of Rapture. “Time to visit the fish.” Sliding the helmet over her ebony head the leader of the sunken city snatched up her trusty syringes and strapped them tightly to her arms. She would definitely be collecting some ADAM tonight. Just as she was prepared to leave one of her splicers, a man who’d joined up purely to keep himself alive as she slaughtered those around him, came rushing into the room.

“Drusilla. . .” He was bent over, hands clasping his knees as he worked to breathe. “The blonde of those lot you got from up top. She’s one of the originals, she was a Little Sister.” For a moment she stood there, unsure of how to take the new information. She had known that years ago a man had come through Rapture saving Little Sisters by removing their slugs and once he’d killed Ryan he took them topside but could it be possible that she was one? Taking a glance at the screens again Drusilla saw the group being lead away by the splicers, probably to meet their leader. More importantly she focused on the blonde woman. She didn’t seem as edgy as the others were. Perhaps she was one of the original Little Sisters. Smiling beneath her metal casing Drusilla couldn’t believe how entertaining this all was. “Thank you. Now go.” Not waiting for the deformed man to leave Drusilla took off. He wouldn’t tamper with her devices, he was too afraid of her for that.

On the outskirts of Rapture’s fishery the formidable woman halted. Looking toward the dismal ceiling Drusilla couldn’t suppress the wicked grin on her thin lips. “This is so much fun. . .” Opening her mouth behind the green glowing porthole Drusilla’s voice contorted as she screamed. The horrific sound amplified and bounced off the iron walls of the city. She had announced her arrival, no doubt this would cause chaos among those who heard her call.

(dont worry, Rapture is a dam big city, and not even all the places from bioshock 1 and 2 are even an eight (1/8) of the city. We will probably end up making some areas up eventually)(plus that stockpile of ADAM is hidden very well, and Rapture has many hiding spots)(also wouldn't Drusilla have control of the majority of the splicers anyways, since she now commands Rapture?)

Alana was shaken more then anyone y the scream. She had heard about them, but no.....it couldn't be..... She watched as a big sister came, and looked at them all through a window. She backed up slightly, scouring her memory, for any way out. There was a train station, but that tunnel had flooded. The Bathysphere was broken. That left the access tunnel to "Coral Hall", a major music area in rapture, and the submarine pen. That also had a tunnel leading to Arcadia. There was also a Maintenance hallway to Hephaestus, but that was boarded up and possibly sealed. Meaning the submarine pen was their best bet. Alana then realized she backed up next to a wall. There was then a large announcement in all of Rapture, seemingly by another of Drusilla's loyal followers. "Attention all of Drusilla's loyal followers, one of the original little sisters have returned to rapture. She is currently in Neptune's Bounty. She can lead us to the motherload of ADAM. All citizens of Rapture are to capture her for Drusilla or face death!". Alana froze with fear. They knew she was here. But why was she so important? And what was this about a motherload of ADAM. Then it hit her. Fontains ADAM. "Shit" she noted to herself. Soon, she heard splicers fighting other splicers.

Daniel looked around. He was very confused. What did they mean one of the Original little sisters returned? And what is ADAM? He looked at Alana, who seemed to be afraid of something. Then he heard the screech, and looked at Drusilla. "What the fuck...." he spat out. He backed to to near Alana. Timmothy did the same, pulling the Captain away from the window, along with some of the others. Just then, hooks came out of the floor, causing the floor in the room to become highly unstable. The floor soon fell, causing all of them to fall down. They after a bit of falling, ended up in the lower warf through 2 holes and surrounded by Spider Splicers who were not part of The Kraken Family.

Lily clearly accepted Fergus, and went with him, humming a playful tune. Clearly she had found a new daddy, not having much of a memory of the last one anyhow. She saw however a group of spider splicers and the humans, and wanted to go down a tunnel to a freezer area which she knew held a way to a nice place called Arcadia, also notably smelling ADAM that way.

The spider splicers looked at Alana, and whistled, to Alert Drusilla that they had her. Before she came however, another big sister loyal to Drusilla came. She walked toward Alana, but one of the understudies got brave and stood in the way, only to get burnt to ash. Daniel looked for something that could help. The Big sister walked toward Alana and said "You shall serve and help us......". It tried to grab Alana, but Daniel shot her with one of his Magnums, and he took out his AR, shooting at the huge lights. The lights went out, and it got dark for a moment, Daniel saying to run. Alana, Timmothy, Daniel, and the rest that they could see ran into the Freezer before the emergency lights came back on. Daniel shut the door behind them, momentarily stopping the Big sister. Daniel was about to ask Alana what was going on, but the shreik of the big sister caused him to note "I think we should keep moving".


(woah, lots of action going on there. But like i said, i wont make Alana easy to capture....)

The Kraken Family


Marie Nodded her head to the apparent captain leader of the crew. "Very well i will uphold your decision, there is a hidden path behind me that will lead straight to the tunnel to Arcadia"

Marie raised an eyebrow as a women spoke up and stepped forward from the group. "I'll join you.." she muttered nervously. Marie beamed at the women. "Excellent, someone here with intelligience, come my child" she said gently and motioned Maria to stand by her side.

"As for the rest of you i suggest you get a move on if you are going to-" Marie was cut off by a horrific scream. She turned pale turning to her splicers who's faces were in horror, a couple of them moaned in agony. Standing up now Marie moved into action, frightened and pale faced, the crew could tell whatever this scream meant it wasn't good.

She turned to her splicer guards and talked to them briefly. "Move down to the upper deck, we must hold them off for as long as we can, if we can seal this area off then Drusilla will have a bit of trouble reaching them in Arcadia" She turned to the crew. "Good luck" and with that she ripped apart the curtain behind her, her hooks poised revealing a large dusty tunnel leading downwards that would take them to the freezer.

"Go!" she screamed at the crew as Spider splicers started to come through the floor boards, there was alot of fighting heard downstairs , they had already made it to the Tavern. Her splicers easily gunning down the two splicers that had appeared in the room Marie Leapt towards the door and then with her splicers left the room.

"Markus grab Yam hand and the others and tell him to meet us in the Bathroom, we must get out of here now!"

Fighting was occuring all around them, Drusilla's splicers had burst through the tavern entrance and were now battling against the Kraken splicers. The group of 5 Splicers of the Kraken headed swiftly towards the bathroom. Marie, Maria, Markus, Zachary, Geoffrey, and the hurling thing that was Yamhand ran towards the stairs leading towards the Bathroom. Marie Sprinted into the room that was closed before and burst through it, releasing a terrible stench. Inside lay puddles of blood and piles of little sisters ADAM extraction Needles. In the centre on the bed was a little sister. The kraken family had been pumping ADAM into the little sister from the blood of those with ADAM who wandered into Neptunes bounty, their own ADAM container and littlesister. Marie Lovingly swooped the little sister into her arms and put her on her shoulder and rushed out the room towards the others.

As the group raced towards the bathroom they were intercepted by 4 splicers. Three thuggish splicers and one lead head splicer. Zachary got shot numerous times and fell to the floor. The little sister crying "Look Mummy, ADAM!" The kraken had tampered with the little sisters mental conditiony so that the ones working with her would look like her butlers and Marie would appear like her mother, and Yam Hand the lumbering biological weapon that he was, a knight in shining armour.

Maria frowned. "We dont have time for this pointing both hands at the splicers and releasing at them a large swarm of red angry bee's, her arms hives then slowly reverted back to their normal appearance. The thuggish splicers all fell to the ground being stung and bled greatly, their swollen skin bursting. A disgusting sight. The group burst into the bathroom. Geoffrey and Markus took guard on the door with Yam Hand. As Marie got Maria to help her with opening the latch that led to Arcadia.

"Our best bet is to move onto Arcadia, Drusilla's eyes don't reach there due to those insane Saturnine bastards" Maria said angrily. A large explosion was heard outside and Markus laughed.

"Looks like Ducky just blew up half of Neptune's bounty" Markus said stabbing a eve hypo into his arm.
Though ducky had. For years Ducky had been crazilly plotting his 'defence schemes' putting as much explosives around the upper and lower deck of Neptunes bounty, spending months linking all the charges together, to this Marie had turned a blind eye, but laughed now as the latch opened leading to Arcadia. Marie and the Kraken had hypnotized big dadddies to contruct this pathway from neptunes bounty to arcadia when they first arrived in neptunes bounty and founded the kraken. Like most bridges connecting buildings in rapture it was a wonder to behold but not as well made and there were a few leaks. What happened to the big daddies that had made this wonder? Well their suits lie beneath the bridge now, rusting away into nothing.

Ducky's explosives had destroyed what was once the upper and lower deck flooding most of neptunes bounty, in time the whole place would be under water but McDonaghs tavern. The entrance to Fontaine's fisheries crumbled blocking the exit and ducky laughed hysterically as he dissapeared in the flash of light that destroyed what was the entrance to the Coral Hall.

As the group made it to the other side of the bridge and through the Latch on the other side of their bridge Marie made a signal at Geoffrey who pulled out a handful of homemade grenades lit them and thre them onto the bridge and slammed the latch door. And with that Marie's Bridge shattered and sunk to the sea floor to join the suited heroes who had contructed it.

Marie sighed and slumped to the ground and looked around her sadly. They had lost everything and their numbers had been cut down severly, at least now Drusilla would be held of long enough for them to make a get away, but Arcadia had changed over the years of Raptures fall and now was mostly in the hands of the Saturnine and their cult. Marie looked around at the surviving members of the kraken.

Herself, Yam hand, Markus, Alfred and Kate Modelo, Geoffrey and the new comer, Maria and the little sister on Marie's back mumbling about teddy bears and drooling blood on Marie's clothing.

"Child what is your name?" Marie said to Maria. "Time's may be rough now but stick with us, and you will be better off than your friends, perhaps we will run into them here, lets hope they are alive when we meet up with them again" She smiled and Passed her A Telekenisis Plasmid. "I think its obvious what to do" Marie said softly before turning away to let Maria decide if she would take it or not.

Holding Lilly on one massive shoulder Fergus plodded along as his thoughts argued gently with the voices, he had something to do with this escorting business and keeping busy kept the voices happy, especially his fathers. He had already grown fond of Lilly and softly sang age old nursery rhymes in a gravelly bass tinged with a Scottish accent. He had memorized them to help Rosemary when she had her fits and figured the same tactic would work with his new sister as he continued the quest for ADAM. He often stopped and raised his hammer cautiously after hearing soft skittering noises from above and more then once hurled a chunk of debris through the ceiling but eventually assumed it was his own paranoia.

Moments later he stooped down to rip a suite coat from a long decaying corpse and tore the sleeves and hem fashioning a crude overcoat for Lilly, patting her head fondly he continued on enjoying what little of the cold he could feel as he came upon a large sign bearing the word ARCADIA.

He halted abruptly and removed his gauntlet grunting contentedly as ice crystals began forming on his scarred and pale skin.

"Always loved freezin things, though I can barely do it half the time its much easier here lassie."

Disassembling his jack hammer he chose instead to wield one of the smaller heads which made a crude yet effective cleaver. He stood silently waiting for direction, shivering not from the cold but from the anticipation of possibly using his one and only plasmid, though the results were potentially a forceful blizzard he most often wound up throwing icecubes, still it WAS quite fun.

mmm i'm sure its just cause its christmas and i will post shortly and wait for you and the character to post so i can basically send a trouble your way like splicers which i have begun to love to control (Zombii you can send some of drusilla's, but i've decided to control the saturnine.) Or instead of trouble a helping hand like a big daddy fighting with splciers who is taken down but the splicers chase after the screaming and fleeing little sister leaving you the dead big daddies corpse and for you to search it and find something helpful.

yup so here's a map of arcadia when and if we venture into farmers market i'll put up another map for farmers market but until then here is arcadia :D

Lol nice. Anyways, you may want to note the following, for this is an awesome idea i had...

Somewhere out there, the Fontain Jackpot of ADAM exists in rrapture. it is lost, hidden, and missing. Non of the little sisters can locate it. It is believed (and this is true) that only one of the Original Little sisters can find it. oh look, Alana is one of them. So yeah, this ADAM jackpot is wanted by all. Drusilla can use it for her plans, making herself much stronger, or making the splicers serve her unconditionally (well, conditionally, but no fighting her). The Kraken Family are splicers, so enough said. Fergus might believe that the stash of ADAM could help him find/revive Rosemary. Yeah, all sorts of things could come from this. But whoever gets this stash of ADAM gets more power then they could ever have dreamed of....

Awwwww, are you sure? Tennanbaum might be old but she is strong.....very strong....and i can through in a Cryo tube. Hey, i wonder, you think the games will keep skipping 10 years till a point where you play a member of a team that actually does find rapture? That would be kinda fun and awesome :D

Well, my brain fyi generates random ideas that may help with the plot/story. Most of them are usually okish but once and awhile i get a good one.....

lets just say five words: [B]Little and Big Brother Program[/B}. Emergency project activated shortly before the fall of rapture. Never was activated........but with random humans wandering around and only one of them (until i think of something else) that knows what she is doing down there, who knows what they will find..........perhaps.........a secret hidden underwater lab that not even the big sisters have found yet?

Also, being a former little sister, there is a slight chance being back in rapture might have some part of her former little sister side act up....like smelling Adam or something. ANd perhaps she might feel to a big sister or Big Daddy a little sister still? Just some thoughts to put out there



Also, i hope in the 3rd game, they will let you design like your own piece of Rapture :D

I can make....a gambling area...hopefully....and a vending area....and so much more!

Okay. Sofia's dead and I would like to keep any major characters from the game out of the role-play. Some odd tip offs to the games, like Alana being a former Little Sister is fine. It's been a long time since Jack and the others so Tennenbaum would be dead by now.

Anyone who wants to keep an NPC for a specific reason can say so and decide when to kill them off.

The treasure hunter and the captain have known eachother for lets say nearly six years now.

So far here's the list of any double characters.
Zombii - Captain & Marine Chemist
Character - 1st Mate & Treasure Hunter

Well, you said you had the captain too right? I think il pump out another charrie, maybe the 1st mate or something. The trick is: Seeing if i can make another Charrie with a past of Rapture thats fun and exciting. Im sure il....*face implodes from laughter*...Better idea, tell me, if Children are disapearing world wide, what is the chance a certain Lamb may hear of it? Ooh, i can do a Delta second personality too....

Now the trick is getting her on the boat...hmmmmm, how long has the captain known the treasure hunters? *smiles evily* Oh yes, i am insane, but im also brilliant. Well, lets see what i come up with now.....oh, and Tennenbaum will make a lot of NPC apearences, so dont kill her off please. I need her, and when i need too, il kill off the understudy too, unless a player takes him/her.

No they all were guys, or at least that's how they were presented in the games. A Big Mommy would be a little weird but not something I'd rule out if we get further into the role-play.^^

Whoever wants to double post which other characters you'd like to take. What's left over we just deem NPCs and crank out a few generic things on them and kill them off as we go along. Splicer food, squashed by Big Daddy, went crazy on ADAM. What's there to be afraid of if nobody's dying? =3

Ok good, we should have at least one other scientist, i can have my understudy be a NPC or something, unless someone wants to be him/her. A treasure hunter might be nice, but we should have the captain too. Anyways, can we start soon/now or wait a little more?

I think i might make a Delta like big daddy, maybe Alana finds her old big daddy or something and decides since he was so loyal she revives him or something. Also, im somewhat skeptical all big daddies were guys.......just a thought there...

mmm so my splicers are done, and they'll be a little mischevious but i'll make a character for the team aswell
