|| Never Enough|| The Greatest Showman ||
Luna was in trouble, Yui could feel it in her heart. As much as the child wanted to help her angel, she was at the mercy of Heph, who had the ability to make her thoughts a reality. It wasn't that the world skewed around her whims, more like, the world bent to her will. A powerful ability, Heph had been the Star of Creation, once upon a time. Therefore, she could do things the likes of which Yui had never seen. The child was currently tangled in ribbons, the stuffed animals around her holding hr down with uncanny strength. "We will protect you, our cute little sister," Yui struggled against her bonds, wondering why she couldn't use her powers in here, but Heph could. "You have more wonderful siblings to meet," Heph informed the child. "They are all different, one of them can absorb other powers and dispel them completely."
It was almost like a combination of Mizuki and Noise's powers, only, they needed to touch the user in order to disable their ability. "Give them back," Yui struggled, "Luna needs me!" The child cried, tears stinging her eyes. Sometimes, no matter what she did, she was never strong enough. Yui bit down on her lip, but without her abilities, she was just a normal girl. Well, normal was a relative word. If Yui could get Ren to activate her dark side, she might have the chance to escape and save Luna. "Do not struggle, it will hurt much less if you just accept it." Heph said, stroking Yui's hair out of her eyes. Despite her words, Yui continued to fight against the ribbons and bears.
"If I gave up, then I would died long ago!" Yui replied, biting through a ribbon. Heph watched as Yui managed to get the ribbons off, smiling ever so slightly. "You shouldn't do that," she conjured up rope this time, which snaked around Yui's body, tying each of her limbs to the bed posts. Yui thrashed, cursing herself. "Let me go! I need to see her!" Heph smiled, watching Yui as though she were a particularly interesting bug trapped beneath her microscope. "Forget Luna little sister, you do not need her." Yui shook her head, "you don't understand!" She cried, feeling the sting of bitter, hot tears once more. "I need Luna, she's my... she's my best friend!" Did LUna think of her the same way?
"Oh really?" Heph blinked, giggling, "because I'm sure she's glad you're gone." Yui would not let these words get to her. "Think about it, you steal all of the attention away, you shine so brightly, all eyes are on you. What about Luna's feelings though? What about her place in the world? I bet you've never thought about it. You're so selfish Yui, always making everyone fret over you," Heph's words were a reflection of Yui's worries. That Luna had never wanted this and had only taken the position to be nice, that Ren secretly despised her for becoming an angel, for being unable to return his feelings.
