Dur
Orc
34
Deckhand
+ High abundance of strength
+ Clean freak
+ Whittling
At a stumbling six foot 8 inches, Durzog is a heft creature. His dark green amphibian skin covers every inch. Tiny pointed ears sit awkward on either side of his egg-shape dome. Not a single strand of hair upon neither his head, nor anywhere else upon his bode. Large double chin jiggles when he speaks. Wide shoulders and chest give him a mean look. Thick muscles upon his upper arms give him the strength look, while his abnormally skinny legs provide a funny appearance for the Orc. Large pot belly sits out enough where he hardly sees his poor legs. Due to the size, his belly button seems to sit inward, causing a streak of a dimple on either side; looking very similar to a smiley face. His breasts are oversized due to his weight, making them look like the eyes to the smiley face. Having four toes on each foot, he has five fingers upon his hands. Thin pink lips are oddly small, but when he speaks, it is apparent his mouth is quite large. Desperate to play a pirate, he wears an eye patch of his right eyes, despite the fact his vision is near perfect. He stumbles slightly due to this, but figures he will eventually get used to it. Straps over his shoulders make a criss-cross fashion across his chest. A thick leather and net loin cloth covers his privates, down to his knees. Sitting around his neck and sitting in the middle of his chest is a necklace of three stones. Each stone having an Elven character upon it. The two outer symbols represent a God and a Goddess; the middle representing protection.
Durzog does not act like a regular Orc, as he has had very little interaction with them. He understands their ways and how they come across as evil, but he tries his hardest to help sway people of the negative aura Orc’s naturally have around them. Durzog smiles often and tries to make as many jokes as possible; even if sometimes the situation may not call for it. Always trying to help, he tends to get in the way. He tends to be emotional, more so than most, but hides it as well as he can. However, being the Orc that he is, is does not exactly have smarts. He may try his hardest to be creative, but there are certain things he simply cannot understand that make sense to others. His ability to write and read sorely lacks. He can read and write simple words, but cannot do much more. If at all possible, he tries to stay away from those type of academic activities. After spending time with Durzog you can tell he is truly an unhappy soul who wishes to be accepted in the world.
Durzog has a large knife within a sheath in his loin, but hardly uses it. It is simple used for cutting rope or other simple activities. The size of his knife is easily that of a small sword.
When Durzog was but a young green blob, he was orphaned via a unanimous attack to his small village. A young female elf found the poor babe and took him in. After many years of her and the village raising him, he grew into a pleasant boy. Soon after he reached adulthood, he determined his size was not suited for the Elven village and decided to go on his way. Despite the fight his new mother put up, it was agreed it would be best for all.
Upon his travels he made bed in a large city, glad to find a place where he fit in. Years went by and he did various jobs, learning a variety of things to help get him other jobs. While working at a merchant, he caught word of an airship needing mates before they set sail. Figuring it would be a great way to discover the world, he decided to jump on it. Unfortunately his only great skill was being able to clean. He could only hope they would allow him on board, despite his size.
Durzog’s favorite past time is whittling. If there is any wood around him he can turn it into a beautiful piece of art. He tends to not show this to others for fear of being made fun of. Durzog's favorite color is blue, for the color of the sky.
