Please Note: This is a recreation of a former RP that I created. In addition to editing the ridiculously short plot from before, I have added two new species, as well as changing the functioning name of what were "Witches/Warlocks," to Akina.

Do Not Steal Any Content Within This RP

Where It Began

Humans are the center of it all. They are the beginning, and they are the end. From them all other races were born. The first race to stem from them was the Vampires. These creatures evolved from cannibalistic tribes, but how they gained their longevity is still unknown. The second race was the Akina. They evolved from the curses exiled Shaman cast with their dying breath. The third race was Werewolves. This race happened through a seemingly impossible crossbreed of a man and a wolf. Some say that the Akina had a hand in creating the beasts. The fourth race was Demons. These creatures were created in the mind of Humanity, and given life by the Akina to do their bidding; however, the Akina lost control of them shortly after their creation, the reason behind this is lost. The fifth and sixth races were said to be twins: The Creaous and Mortray, they were born through the mingling of two druid bloodlines. Even though this was the case, the twins neither resembled each other in power or appearance.

All of the races sought peace with each other, all except two. The Creaous and Mortray feuded ferociously with each other, though none of the other races actually knew why. Wars between the two dissimilar creatures grew so large that they drew in casualties from the other races, causing leaders from each of them to rule that both races be wiped from the face of the Earth.

And so, a massive hunt ensued. Around this time, myths about all the races began to crop up in Humanity because Creaous and Mortrays didn’t have a foreign form that they reverted to when they died, so they appeared to be human. This made tracking them down more difficult for the other races, as they needed to hide their activities from their food source.

It took 200 years, but all the other races thought they had wiped away the stains that were the Creaous and Mortray, and in doing so brought peace. This, however, was not the case. Without a reason to band together, the societies and treaties the other races had built over time began to fall into disarray. The races began to fight over who should and shouldn’t be allowed to feed on Humans. What started out as political arguments escalated into all out brawls rather quickly.

So, it was, that 100 years after the hunting of the Creaous and Mortray, an Akina by the name of Azarial went to the Humans for assistance. He chose eight children from families that had been massacred by each race and told them the secrets of each race including his own. Then, he branded them as the Akina would a Cursed One, but the ritual held two key differences. Instead of binding the children to the Akina who was casting the spell, Azarial stabbed himself mid ritual, letting his blood fall into a goblet for the eight children to drink. The second difference was instead of all of them having the same mark, the marks paired off. It was on this night that the first Hunters were born.

However, instead of starting their hunting as they should have, four of the children decided that they needed to get to know their enemy and each chose one of the races. Alister Axirin chose the Vampires, and in doing so met a female vampire by the name of Seara. Kaya Lux chose the Akina, and in doing so met a male Akina by the name of Corin. Syvir Daine chose the Werewolves, and in doing so met a female werewolf by the name of Alira. The final child, Lyra Glyph chose the Demons, and in doing so met a male demon by the name of Nox.

It is said that the four children grew up with the supernatural that they chose, and fell in love with the beasts, because all of them had children. Shortly thereafter, however, the supernatural that they impregnated or were impregnated by were killed mercilessly, leaving them to raise their children, not by themselves, but with the other person who bore a similar marking to theirs. Soon, they all had more children, and those children were bred to fall in love with their sibling so that the hunter bloodlines would stay pure.

This continued for more than 500 years, and try as they might, not all of the children adhered to the traditions. Soon, these “Impure,” hunters ruled the ranks and the elders, and the pureblooded went into hiding for fear of being used for the abilities they had gained over time.

Hunters
Humans that are aware of the battle of the immortals. It is believed that their ancestors used a form of black magic to make it so they would be able to sense their enemy which is where that mark comes from. Each mark is different, and in a different place depending on the hunter. Most hunters are born into the job, however, there are some who have joined the fight of their own free will.

Weaknesses
The usual weaknesses of Humans.

Vampires
A seemingly evolved form of humans that require blood in order to survive. Their fangs do not contain venom, and in very rare cases is known to cause pleasure to the person that was bitten. Most vampires have a Psychic ability whether it be Telekinesis, Telepathy, Pyrokenesis, etc.

Weaknesses
  • If caught in sunlight they burn to cinders.
  • They have an aversion to both copper and gold, but it only weakens them it does not kill.
  • There is an illness called Borlianix that is transferred through the drinking of another Vampire's blood, that slowly degenerates the muscles and motor skills of the infected Vampire. However, the only reason it has not wiped out the vampire race is because it lies dormant in their dead blood until they bleed. And only affects Vampires that come in contact with that blood.

Werewolves
Werewolves are born in their human state on full moons. Unlike Vampires, they cannot turn Humans into their own kind. They can live for centuries, and on rare occasions some even learn to control the shift. Lycanthropy is considered a disease in and of itself. When a werewolf reaches adulthood (18 years old) their body begins to slowly degenerate over time. It is also possible for the degeneration to begin much earlier than 18.

Weaknesses
  • Silver, though it only kills if it is a direct hit through the brain, or heart.
  • On the new moon, they lose the ability to shift.

Akina
They are born from the shadows of Human sorrow. Meaning that if a Human goes into a deep enough depression; their soul will begin to turn dark and a Akina will begin to grow within them. Once the Akina begins to grow the Human's demeanor will worsen, and after three months the Akina will take control of the Human's body. The main way to tell if an Akina has taken a body is the eyes. They will change to ranging from yellow-greens, silver-greens, and silver-blues depending on the power of the Akina. They can cast spells to create weapons, and even create illusionary worlds (though the more powerful the illusion the more magic it takes).

Weaknesses
Being near Amethyst drains their power.

Cursed Ones
While in a Human body, Akina have the ability to form what they call contracts with other, unsuspecting Humans. Those contracts create these creatures. These creatures were once Human, but sold their soul to an Akina for one reason or another. After making the contract the Akina brands the Cursed One with a mark somewhere on their body as proof of their deal. Not only do they get what they sold their soul for, but they also get eternal youth. However if they do die, they cannot enter Heaven on Hell. Please Note: Akina can only have four Cursed Ones at one time.

Weaknesses
  • On Samhain (Halloween) they must meet with their Akina and go through a ritual to sustain their contract. If they do not meet, the Cused One will die.
  • If their Akina dies, they will too (usually by combustion).

Demons
Creatures known for dwelling in shadows. They are able to take on a Human form in order to feed on another Human's desires. Demons are proficient in torture, as well as most having the ability to hide within a person, or object's shadow. When in Human form, a demon's eyes will range from dark reds, to bright purples.

Weaknesses
  • Rushing water touched by a full moon will burn whatever part of the body it touches.
  • Diamonds absorb their power when their in their natural state.

Creaous
Creaous are a type of shifter. Creatures resembling humans until the age of 18 when they are expelled from their parents' homes to go in search of their animal charm as well as a familiar. The charm can be of any animal, and can only be worn by its specific creaous. Once they have found their charm and worn it for the first time some of their physical features may or may not change depending on the animal their charm resembles. Once they have their charm they are able to change between forms, though the way they change varies from creaous to creaous. After finding their charm an animal will come to them. This animal will share a telepathic bond with no one but the creaous with which it meets, thus branded the Creaous' familiar, it will never leave its partner's side.

Weaknesses
  • They can die from anything Humans can die from weapon-wise, though illnesses donot affect them.
  • if they lose their charm they cannot shift, at all.

Mortray
Like Angels, they are born with wings. However, they can make their wings disappear/desintagrate into nothing. They are born with a birthmark some where on their body resembling a weapon. When they regain their natural form they have the ability to withdraw the weapon from their birthmark. Their weapons have a telepathic connection with their master. When they bring out their wings they tear from the Mortray's back, blood and all. They are Immortal in lifespan.

Weaknesses
  • 80% percent of them do not survive their transition.
  • They can die from anything Humans can die from weapon-wise, though illnesses do not affect them.

Each Species has their own Hierarchy. Hunters are governed by their council of Elders and broken up into teams of six, with each group member having a special talent. Vampires are governed by their King and Queen, and usually found hunting in either groups of three or solo. Werewolves are governed by their Alpha and usually hunt in groups ranging from four to eight. Akina are governed by their entire Royal Family and usually hunt in pairs or solo. Cursed Ones are governed solely by their Akina and only Hunt when given permission. Demons are governed by their Queen and usually hunt solo. Creaous and Mortray are in hiding, neither of them have a governing body anymore, and actually feed off of each other rather than Humans.

Notes on Pureblooded Hunters: There are four Pureblood families they are the origin of the hunters and each has six children. Their family names are: Axrin, Lux, Daine, and Glyph. The Axirin's children will have a psychic power. The Lux children will have the ability to use simple healing incantations. The Daine children will have inhuman strength and agility. The Glyph children will have the ability to contract a single demon to serve them for their entire lifespan. Also, they Pureblooded hunters are the only ones in the Hunter's Society that know about the fact that Akina created them, and are forbidden from sharing this information.

Axirin Information:
The psychic powers are generally out of control at birth and the child is given a drug that suppresses it till their 10th birthday when they begin their training. Its the same with all the powers of the pure blooded hunters.

[2/6]

Daine Information:
The child/children are given a drug to suppress its strength or it'll end up hurting it's mother. The strength is reawakened at 12.
Tattoo: Image
[1/6]

Lux Information:
The child/children are given a drug to suppress their instincts to use the incantation because it would kill them at that age. Their power is reawakened at 14.
Tattoo: Image
[1/6]

Glyph Information:
The child/children has to be taken out of the womb prematurely because when they're born through normal means their contract is formed and the demon that'll protect them appears, but since they don't have control of the monster, it'll slaughter all of the people around the child because it can't kill the baby. Once the child is taken out of the womb, he/she will be given to a Lux with a binding affinity for their ability to be bound. Done this way, their power will awaken at 16 and they won't even realize what happened.

  • No God Modding, Powerplaying, or Metagaming.
  • Romance is allowed, however, there are somethings you should be careful of: Hunters that have a romantic relationship with a supernatural creature will be executed by the association if caught, no exceptions. Also, it is extremely rare for supernaturals to fall in love with either normal Humans or Hunters. It almost never happens.
  • All posts should be a minimum of one 8-10 sentence paragraph, though longer would be very much preferred.
  • When it comes to appearance, anime pictures are preferred, but feel free to use whatever you're comfortable with.
  • Take all intimacy unless it's like hugging or something cutesy to PMs or off site
  • Every post is approximately 30 minutes, however, I would appreciate it if you would give everyone a chance to post before you continue on. It gives people time to keep up.

He was running. Running with all his might. It seemed to be all he'd been doing for the past couple of years. Hopping through the trees. Bouncing off of flat surfaces. It was all to old for him.
"Get him." Ordered a familiar voice. "I don't want him alive. Kill the traitor!!!" The voice was so familiar it made him stop for a sniff. He had to make sure he was hearing the person he thought he was. The scent came out positive.
Hopping down from the trunk of the tree he was standing on, he just stood there, waiting for all of his pursuers to come near. 'One....Three.... Six.... Seven. Seven is odd.' He thought to himself. "What's the point of their being seven of you?" He asked to who he suspected to be the Alpha. "It doesn't make sense."
The alpha made his way closer to him, holding hid hand up to call the others to a halt. He smiled and lightly sniffed the air so he could smell the final living scent of the traitor. "You surprise me Lone One." He said referring to the wolf in front of him who had neither pack or clan to call his own. "Your smell is just the same as it's always been. Even though you've spilt so much blood." He ginned and licked his lips. "I think seven men might be over kill for this situation."
"Heh. That's exactly what I thought. Why send me seven to kill when four is the usual standard." Seph retorted. "I don't like how they use you guys like slaves. Making me kill all of you for a reason you don't even know about.
This made the alpha angry. "Slaves!!!? We're not slaves!! We are the ones who will take revenge for what you've done. Attaaaack!!!!!" With the order all the wolves attacked in there wolf forms. Going in for the kill while Seph just stood there. He was mad. Not at the thought of them attacking, but at the thought of having to kill people who were once part of his pack. There was a reason why he was the alpha at the time and he wasn't happy to show it. He defeated them all, breaking a major bone inside of their bodies.

He walked to the Alpha and said, "I worry for your future. You believe the lies of the clan Alpha and pursue me with false hopes and knowledge. You can't control more than three rabid dogs at a time. Surely you knew that. Your team is big, but there not smart." He said as he walked away from his old friend. He had a destination. He had a scent. He just didn't know what it was going to lead to. "Craine.... It must be where I can find a will that I've long forgotten." He said to himself as he headed towards town.

Blood flashed across the ceiling. Screams of panic, bodies fell one after another as countless lives were lost. The mismatched eyes of a girl watched the scene play out over and over. Her heart rocketed in her chest, the sound of her own blood rushing through her veins resounded in her ears. Beast after beast tore down her comrades right before her eyes, and there was nothing she could do to stop it. Her body quaked, and though she wanted to, she couldn't run away. She held fast to her dual swords, though she could hear the clatter they made in shaking hands. A beast was headed her way. A demon to be precise. It's form invaded the entirety of her vision, there was nothing but the beast itself. Time seemed to slow down as it approached, a wide sneer spreading across it's face. The girl's eyes widened as the creature's mouth opened as if it were going to eat her whole, it's jagged--

"Ciana! Come to the Gym!" A familiar female voice rang out over the intercom in her room, causing her to sit upright.

The girl sighed, cold sweat covered her skin, but again it had only been a dream. It was always a dream. She would never let her comrades die that way, not ever. After a minute she found the voice to respond to the person calling to her and slipped from the chrysalis of sheets she had made for herself. She walked slowly across the room, running one of her hands through her hair. The carpet beneath her feet soothed her somewhat, but as she neared the door of her room, blood flashed across her vision causing her to stop mid-step. Clearing it away with the shake of her head, she pressed a small green button just to the left of the door knob. "I'll be there in 30."

Ciana's voice sounded dry, like she hadn't had anything to drink in weeks, but the person on the receiving end of her message didn't seem to notice. "Make it 20 and I'll cook breakfast after." The smile in the woman's voice was obvious. She was baiting the girl, even still, it was food.

"Fine, 20." With that, the huntress' hand fell from the button to the knob of the door and she pushed through it. She took a quick shower and got dressed, slipping on her usual outfit. She thought about taking her swords, but decided against it. Worse case scenario she had to come back and get them. She looked at the clock as she was leaving the apartment and grinned, "Five minutes to spare."

Auberon had his face smashed into Morotaghs shoulder, the muscles moving up and down with each step the bear took. He was laying on the bears back, his arms and legs sprawled on either side of the large form of his familiar. Morotagh was silent for his part, simply walking through the forest headed to gods know where. Auberon usually did not question the bear, as his instincts were not on par with the massive white beast.

He glanced around them, slightly surprised that they had come to a forest that was not covered in snow. Both of them preferred the white as they were able to hide and hunt in it easier. But this woods was green, well...green and brown. Sunlight filtered in through the branches and made their hair illuminate, warming them straight to the bone. Auberon trailed his eyes along the undergrowth before shifting and pulling his body further up the large bear.

"Why'd you come to these woods Moro?" He asked, resting his elbow under his chin as he looked ahead to wear they were walking.

Auberon could feel Moro shrug under him, a gesture that the man had come to learn as 'Shut up and don't ask questions'. He let out a loud sigh, refraining from womping the the bear on the head, before settling back into his previous comfortable position. As long as Moro did not intent to take him to a town, he was fine. The damn polar bear insisted he meet others, wanting Auberon to 'branch out' from the familiars presence. He hated when Morotagh said that and it usually ended in a fight between the two. But, he trusted the bear and knew that he would never put him in a situation that could be dangerous for either of them.

The rhythmic walking soon lulled Auberons mind into a light sleep, his form limp on his familiar back as the bear slowly walked towards the town of Craine.

“Yuna, where’s my breakfast I told you to get. My. breakfast.”

“It’s right here Ello, I’ve got it.” The brunette girl called, exasperated. She was so tired from cleaning the cottage all night. Her yellow green eyes had become dull where they’d once been bright, her posture broken when it had once been strong. Yuna lightly jogged to the counter where her…boss…. sat. The woman she owed her soul to, Ello.

Her beauty was strange, unnatural; you could tell she was an Akina immediately. The way her sharp face didn’t fit the petite body she held, the sweet and kind looking pink hair. It was obvious that her old body had been plumper, but now it was thin, almost sickly. Her green-silver eyes glided across the counter to Yuna like a cat, a smug cat, watching her prey squirm. Her hands bandaged in black cloth lay on the table looking so dainty… but Yuna wondered how deadly they really could be.

“Thank you dear, you’re a good girl, you really are. The cottage looks fabulous,” Ello smirked at the schoolgirl, who then left to get her coffee. “I’m sure you won’t go running around after school like I warned you against anymore. Dangerous stuff.” Ello laughed to herself, just under her breath, but Yuna heard every word from across the kitchen. She shivered, afraid, but she tried to calm herself. Then Ello sounded irritated, “Where’s Ami?”

Ami and Yuna were still allowed to go to high school, but only if they came back to the cottage, Ello’s cottage, just outside town. No one knew Ello was out there, and if anyone did they’d probably try to come out and kill her. The Akina had cast an easy but confusing path winding spell that only her cursed ones, Ami and Yuna, could see through to return to the cottage after school. If they tried to leave town at night or they stayed out too late with their friends, Ello always knew, and she always came looking for them, ready to punish them with chores and hard labor.

Yuna had heard about Ello from the kids whispering around her high school. That high school was six towns over from the one they lived in now. Ello was once a piece of fascinating local folklore to Yuna, a magical woman who could grant any wish. But there were the bad rumors, too, like the tales of Ello killing her cursed ones once she began to love them. Yuna didn’t believe those stories, how could you kill someone once you loved them? But, nonetheless, when Yuna had gone out hunting for Ello to have her wish granted, she had not expected to become the witch’s slave girl.

“Don’t listen to her.” Ami had come up behind Yuna and put a hand on her shoulder, her short brown hair bouncing about like usual,” She’s just bluffing.” And then Ami took the coffee from Yuna and brought it over to Ello, setting it down, and then beginning to cut up the Akina’s food.

Ami was from Yuna’s town, too. They hadn’t been friends, but they both had one thing in common back then: a wish they’d give anything for. For Ami, it was her sick mother. The doctors had no idea what was wrong with her, so Ami sold her soul to save her life. Yuna’s wish was a bit more selfish. She’d always thought herself ugly, so she wanted to be the most beautiful girl in her school. Yuna wasn’t a bad soul, just naïve. But both were naïve enough to Ello’s true intensions, though, and now they couldn’t escape her. No matter where they hid or where they ran, Ello always found them.

It wasn’t like the cottage was a horrid place to live. Ello even let them see their families every few weeks, having both committed themselves to Ello just a year ago. But they were forced to help the crippled Akina here in this town because she could barely use her hands. Her magic, though, made up for her disability in full. Ami began to feed the pieces of egg into Ello’s mouth.

“You girls are off to school this morning?” The woman paused to chew. “Don’t forget to water the flowers on your way out.” Ello said in a long drawl, very comfortable in her stool as she was fed and Yuna brushed her hair.

As they finally got to walk out the door, they gave a sour look to each other, but tried hard to keep it from the terrifying Akina. Ello saw it, of course, but smiled, liking the emotional distance they kept from her. The woman in the stool stood, around 5’ 10’’ in a tattered but still lovely black dress, and approached the mirror.

“Mirina… these girls are too afraid to bother me too much. And look how they take care of us, they do make-up so well.” And Ello flattered herself in the mirror. Of course the Akina knew that the human who used to possess her body was long gone in an eternal sleep, deep inside her subconscious, but the face they once shared was the only one Ello ever felt like talking to.

It was because she hated everyone. Anyone she ever met, besides herself. She wanted all of those emotional ones to die, especially the human ones… but until she had the power to do so, she would sit tight with her cursed ones in her nice cottage by the river. Alone, content and pretty.

"make it 20 and i'll cook breakfast after" The woman, who looked like she was in her late twenty's turned and looked over her shoulder after she spoke and smiled at Dae in greeting.

"Daeten, so glad you could make it. One of your group-mates will be down in twenty mins or so. Come, we'll warm up before she gets here."

Dae frowned and spoke softly as she followed. "Sorry, but you have me at a disadvantage."

"Oops, I forgot to introduce myself, My name is Alissa. Im the new trainer for your group that you will become a part of, but come we can talk more of that later."

Taking a moment to study Alissa from behind. Tall, with long black hair that fell down her back, she wore a black tank top and form fitting pants that allowed for easy movement, and revealed a pale skinned, but toned body, revealing the long hours honing her craft. "I take it then that the group-mate you spoke of, was the one you told you would make breakfast for?"

Alissa grinned and nodded. "Yes, I find that using food generally works best with that girl."

Dae nodded. She understood after all, her motivation had been to prove everyone who thought her ability weak wrong.

"I'm back, mom! I brought you a mocha if you want it, decaf, non-fat, no whip!" Erin closed the front door by nudging it with her foot. Had her mom even gotten out of her room today? Lately it seemed as though her mother were mourning or something, but that obviously wasn't the case. She didn't even have any friends to be sad for if they did die.

"Mama, come on out," Erin had crossed the small kitchen that was connected to the small living room and stopped in front of her mother's bedroom door. Inside, she could hear muttering. The nearly-eighteen year old hesitated, her hand lingering just above the doorknob before gripping it. A charm on the doorknob jingled softly as Erin turned the knob slowly. She didn't want to admit to herself that she was scared by her mother's behavior. Last week, she'd been telling stories of monsters that the form of an angel and could not be killed by plagues. It seemed as though she were slowly going insane, her mother was, and for whatever reason Erin's birthday seemed to be a taboo topic.

"Mom this is a mess!" Erin said upon entering her mother's room, which really ought to be called a lair due to its uncleanliness. And there was her mother, with her hands in her hair sitting in a fetal position on her bed. She'd drawn runes, banishing circles, protecting circles, all over her room, and even on the ceiling. Was that... crying, that she heard?

"M...mother..." What was there to say? The woman on the bed before Erin was hardly a mother, and seemed more to be a broken woman pleading to go to an asylum.

"...Come here, Tib," the daughter diverted her attention to a crow that had taken to pecking at a picture whose frame was cracked. It looked as though it must have been thrown against something, and with curiosity Erin gingerly picked up the photograph, frame and all, minding the shards that fell off and landed on the desk with the sound of bells. "Is this dad, Tib?" Erin asked the bird, knowing that her mother wasn't usually coherent in this state. The bird bobbed up and down, almost like a nod.

"TIB!" the panicking woman leaped up from her bed and ripped the framed picture from Erin's hands, screaming at the bird in a shrill voice that almost sounded like Tib's own caws. "SHE CAN'T KNOW!" she shrieked. Had her hair always been so dark brown? It had never seemed so close to black. And her fingers, the way they grasped at the object in her hands, it made her fingertips almost seem like talons. Erin's mind seemed to be playing tricks on her.

"Mom, stop! Stop! You're scaring me, stop!!" The daughter backed out of the disastrously shambled room, holding her ears to drown out the sound of the crow and her mother, whose cries could almost be described exactly as caws now.

Erin let the door slam behind her, and she stumbled onto the floor, hands still over her ears and some tears beginning to form in her eyes. Something was wrong, something was definitely wrong. With a shaky finger, Erin slowly drew a summoning circle in the carpet. "Please let her be better...Please give her peace...give her peace."

The day after tomorrow, Erin would be considered a legal adult. She doubted that she could leave her mother.

He frowned and looked around, his face betraying his confusion. It would seem he was lost... Again. For some reason this happened quite often, even after living here for seven years, the whole of his life. Well, the bit he remembered anyway. Naturally he'd been alive before then.. Right? Sure. He sighed and rubbed his head. All this thinking was making his head throb. His brain was lazy like that, always throwing a fit if he thought about something to much. Oh well, he'd just have to find a way back to town, or something.

He found a decent tree to climb, having no problem seeing by moonlight, and before long was sitting on the highest branch he felt would hold him without breaking and letting him plummet to an early grave. Trees could be rude like that. He smiled and drank in the sight, the smell of the wind. It just didn't feel right, being so close to the ground. But, hold on, he smelled wolves. Well, that wasn't a really big deal, there were lots of wolves out here, so he ignored it. After a minute or two, he found a way to get back to town and made for it, climbing down at a slower pace than up.

He frowned, some scent playing his nose. It smelled like a wolf, an angry one at that. He stepped off the road and skirted around the angry wolf, and came back to the road when a little closer to town. "I'd hate to meet the guy who pissed him off." He muttered.
Sure as sin, that's exactly what happened, as he bumped into a man, dressed in black, with black hair, in the black of night. Soul didn't know this person in the least, so he did the natural thing. He went up to this man, waved to catch his eye, grinned and said "Hello!"

Seph was somewhat happy. It seemed he coulf finally have a nice bed to sleep in tonight. Where was the nearest inn anyway? It didn't really matter. He'd been traveling for about 4 months just to get to this place. An hour or two more wouldn't make much difference.

He continued on the path that he was on being able to now see the entrance into town. Something was off however. A familiar smell kicked on his nose. 'More of them huh?' He thought to himself when he suddenly seen a guy with white hair waving him down. He walked towards his direction and looked at him, noticing that he wasn't from his old clan.

"Hello!" The wolf in front of him said. Sure he was in his human form but Seph could tell. "Hey." He said back. "Is there something you want with me?" His voice was calm but his mind was prepared for anything. The guy seemed friendly but then again when your hole clan turns on you, you can't really trust a person that 'seems' friendly.

It wasn't quite cold...cool, maybe? Well, not quite. A comforting breeze, a gentle warm one, played with the young woman's brown hair. The town's nightlife was in full swing with college students and lovers laughing as they walked down the streets, shady figures making their way down the avenues, the occasional couple who seemed to be partaking in rather illegal transactions, and then normal-looking citizens who seemed to be just walking to try to ease their minds, just as Erin was. What time was it, after all? Looking above, the moon seemed to be almost dead center in the sky, a beautiful full moon that shed enough light that the streetlights were almost useless.

At the same time, it made the dark shadows seem even darker in the alleyways. Erin, who usually wasn't bothered by strangers in the least and could even be described as dangerously naive, drew her cardigan more tightly around her, hunching her shoulders forward. Her eyes looking with lack of interest at her feet which were concealed by old combat boots that, now that she thought about it, could really use to have some repairs done. They made sturdy sounds as she walked, if that could be a word used for a sound, and made her think of a man walking. A woman's walk, usually, was lighter and had a clacking sound from high heels. Her own gait was made with no consideration for grace or delicacy, and relied solely on getting from point A to point B.

...Where was she going, anyway? She frowned to herself, biting on her lower lip from force of habit. "Excuse me?" she called out, a hand outstretched with her palm facing the stranger who was hunched over, back against a wall and just barely within an alley. "Do you have the time? And I think I forgot to look at the street signs. I really must've gotten lost, and in my own town. Talk about thoughtless, right?" she began a friendly conversation with whomever it was she was speaking to.

"Fucking idiot," a raw voice slurred at her, "You wanna get mugged out here? Go back that way." It sounded like a woman, but her voice was rather deep. Had she been a smoker? Now that Erin really gave her a once-over, it didn't appear that this woman was likely to have a home. "You deaf?" the woman heaved herself off the wall, and from her left hand a glass bottle dropped. The noise caused Erin to jump in surprise and she decided it was probably a good idea to listen to the woman and turn back.

I was out walking the streets of the residential sector of town looking for house to live in for the moment. I had already stopped at a few empty and abandoned places to see if it was in a good condition to live in. It took me a while but he had found a good place that was in good condition and was abandoned, all it needed now was his own personal touch of decoration. Which he had done in his free time.

Let me explain what's going on alright. No he's not running away from his parents or awakening/training. He was just worried for his family safety so he requested that he would find a place to live in for the next week while he is working on his training to control his demon protector. So for the mean time I'll be living out in the town starting next week I'm sorry mom, dad,I can't wait for my birthday! I wonder who I'll meet in the future. Oh well only time will tell me the answer that one.

First body

Cantus, the vampire, wanted to go outside in daytime, but alas, he couldn't for too long or risk dying. He hated that fact, it made him weak, vulnerable for most of the day, but he couldn't change that. And he still was immortal in age, so he had quite a bit of time to explore the world , or what he hadn't already through his 800 years of life. He laughed a bit, noting that he was much older than those humans who were considered "elders" and he would just keep getting older, unless of course, someone managed to kill him. But who would want to that? He hadn't killed anyone, at least not today. He stood up from his bed, not having been asleep.

He quickly dressed, having his supernatural speed as an advantage. He didn't actually need to do anything with this body, seeing as he was in a house. He went onto his laptop, looking for any strange news. This body was the one he used for studying or researching, not that he had a tutor anymore. He spent his first hundred years learning a lot of things, so he had the rest of his immortal life to look forward too.

He went onto his tumblr, after all, he wasn't going to ignore technology. It gave him an advantage over old fashioned "monsters". He scanned through his dashboard He found that some strange winged boy was seen earlier, and he almost passed it, dismissing it as a crazy human. That is, until he remembered the Mortray. He began looking more into the post, but found himself at a dead end. If it was a mortray, then the author of the post was either dead or didn't see enough to give out a full explanation. "Just my luck," He sighed and continued looking through his dashboard.

Second Body

He had by now learned to use his bodies simultaneously, sure it was hard at first, but you got used to it. He was outside with this body, although he couldn't exactly tell the temperature. Vampires didn't really need to worry about anything other than what time it was. He wished he would get older, and build a stronger resistance to sunlight, but he decided that his current resistance would be fine for now.

He kept on walking and turned into an alleyway, noting that someone was following him. He waited until he was far into the alley, then turned around with a smile. "Behind you, idiot." He smiled, showing his fangs to the mugger who quickly tried running away.

Third Body

Cantus was following his other body from the rooftops, making sure to spot any muggers. He smiled when he saw a conspicuous person following his second body. He climbed down the walls quickly and silently, not wanting to alert the mugger.

He walked up to the mugger, pulled out a dagger different from the one his other body held, and hit the mugger on the temple with the hilt of his dagger. The mugger only managed to turn around before being knocked out. "God, I love doing that." He picked up the mugger and bit into the mugger's neck. The mugger was a female. He sucked up quite a bit of blood, but there was still much left over.

Second Body

No communication was needed between the two bodies, he did only have one mind after all. Cantus bit into the female's neck, feeling energy go into every one of his bodies. He licked his lips, and grabbed the female from his other body's hand, then dropped the female onto the ground. He'd let the police worry about the mugger, wasn't his problem anymore.

He walked out of the alley and back into the street as if nothing had happened, pulling up his hood simultaneously.

Third Body

His third body pulled up the hood he was wearing, and climbed back up to the rooftops.

"I still have to figure out where to go," Erin frowned, disappointed that after talking to the rather disagreeable lady in the alley, she still was lost. She snapped her fingers, a nervous habit, her copper rings clicking each other every so often. They were gifts from her mother and father, and her mom made her wear them at all times. There were several random objects that her mother instructed her to wear, and Erin had grown up not bothering to question it.

I should've taken my cell phone with me but it was dead. The girl thought frowning. That way, she'd be able to tell the time. She was hesitant to ask solitary others after what happened, and those walking with someone else or in groups seemed too busy to talk to. There has to be someone to ask...I really wish I could find a street sign! I know where to get home from the central plaza, but I can't tell how far away that is or what direction... She really just wanted to go home and check up on her mother. Sure, she'd left to clear her head from the anxiety her mother caused but now she was starting to get anxiety from being away from her!

Erin frowned and stopped walking to place her hands on her hips. There had to be someone to ask. She thought that she saw an intersection back where she'd come from, so she turned around yet again. She saw a figure up ahead and jogged over to them, waving with a warm smile. In her head, she silently prayed for the stranger to be friendly.

"H-hi! My name is Erin, I think that I'm lost. Um, could you point me in the direction of central plaza?" she asked, putting her hands into the pockets of her cargo pants and tilting her head slightly. The man had black hair and the moonlight made his eyes look almost pitch black. In the sunlight, Erin imagined, they must be a nice, dark brown. He looked about her age, so maybe it wouldn't be as difficult for her to get along with him as with others. She hoped she wasn't bothering him, but she really needed to get home. The night wasn't comfortable, since she'd already talked to two strangers.

Third Body He ran towards his first body, hoping to not meet any people that happened to be looking at the rooftops. He was skilled at running over rooftops, another skill he honed over the years. He wished he could turn into a bat and fly like in the human mythology, but sadly, he didn't have that ability, and he was sure that almost no vampires did either.

He continued running on the rooftops, still nervous that someone or something would catch him. He couldn't risk getting put in the papers.

Second Body

His ears perked up when he heard a noise, expecting the friends of the mugger to approach him. "Just my luck," He enjoyed reusing this term, seeing as he needed a catchphrase. Most people he heard of on the internet did.

He saw the girl from his peripheral vision and was confused for a second, until he noticed that he wasn't going to get to live out his fantasies of being a badass and beating up muggers.

He stared in awe at her for a few awkward seconds, then returned to his composed self. "Sorry madam, I just wasn't expecting someone so friendly." He finished his apology and began to answer her question, "And I'm sorry, but I'm not exactly familiar this area." He didn't particularly like acting formal, but it was drilled into his head. He also enjoyed the fact that he didn't have to hide his eye color in the night, but he would wear contact lenses in the daytime.

"Oh god, I can't keep talking like this." He mumbled this to himself. "Anyways, I'm Cantus," He paused for a second, "what's your name?" He really hoped she wouldn't force him to be polite.

With the girls all tucked into bed, Ello finally decided to crawl around in the night air in town. Once it hit around midnight she walked out the door, barefoot, her black dress making her look a bit more pale than she actually was. The body she held, Mirina, had actually retained quite a complexion. Ello had stayed fairly peach after the takeover; some would even say she was tan in a certain light. But Ello’s sharp cheek bones protruded oddly from Mirina’s old face and it made her look sick, like she should be ghostly pale, and parts of her face and body didn’t go with each other.

Ello grasped tightly onto a pocket watch tucked inside the right pocket on her dress and she briskly approached the streets. If Yuna or Ami so much as got out of bed the watch would vibrate gently enough to warn her, but not enough to seem strange to anyone she spoke to. Of course, cell phones and computers with tractors were very practical nowadays, but did they look as fashionable or adorable as her pocket watch? Absolutely not.

She glided down the alley ways, not looking at many people but not hiding herself from anyone. Some looked on at her with awe and kept out of her way, some just shot her a glace and turned down their gaze. They knew what she was, an Akina looking for souls who wanted their wishes granted, but they knew the rumors going around about her slave girls too. The night time regulars knew her face well, as well as her dangers. No, none of them would do. She was looking for a new, fresh face.

”Oh that girl looks so lovely…” Ello thought to herself as she approached a couple speaking in a dark alley way. The boy was a vampire, to Akina’s distaste, and Ello immediately wanted the girl for herself. She didn’t want him to have her. As she heard the ‘what’s your name’ line, the Akina almost slithered up behind Cantus and touched his shoulder with a hand, rearing her head around his arm impishly.

“Hey there guys, anyone have a lighter handy? Not to bother either of you.” She let her old host, Mirina, show her personality a little for conversation. That child-like, innocent, but upbeat attitude always let the new comers of the town feel super comfy in a dark alley way. They both seemed just a tad younger than she appeared: a tall 19. But the way her old eyes mix-matched with her body and hair made her seem ageless and hard to pin point on the maturity scale. She let her silver-green eyes, the eyes of a predator, soften almost completely as she gazed over at Erin.

There was a different air about him than other people. He seemed so...formal, to say the least. It was hard to suppress a smile. When the man, no, gentleman seemed more appropriate. Gentleman, then, when the gentleman introduced himself, Erin couldn't help giggling slightly. What an interesting name he had. She couldn't help wondering what ethnicity or country that name was from. It sounded interesting, at any rate, and she didn't particularly dislike it. So she cleared her throat slightly before speaking. "My name's Erin. Cantus?" she hoped she'd pronounced it correctly, she seemed to have bad luck on that subject, "That's an interesting name. It's too bad you're not from around here, really. Are you staying with family here?" The man seemed so polite, so it was weird speaking with him since she spoke so informally by nature.

Erin rocked back and forth in her combat boots comfortably, deciding that she liked this stranger. He seemed really nice so far, so she decided that if she ever saw him again then she'd show him around the town, and not get lost that time. She felt short while standing near him, but she was already short for her age and she'd gotten used to it. In fact, his whole being made her feel somehow smaller.

There was another person behind Cantus, she noted. She looked so beautiful, Erin thought. A lighter, she was asking for a lighter. "No, I'm sorry," Erin said in return. The girl, whose age Erin couldn't seem to pinpoint, had the most peculiar shade of blue eyes that somehow matched- or did it?- shockingly soft pink hair. Erin wasn't sure whether or not to be afraid of her or to go for a walk with her and get coffee like old friends.

Jaxson Crue

Walking with a cane caused him to receive more strange looks than he would expect. Hadn't they seen a cane before? It suddenly became even clearer the social status gap between Jax and the, as he called them, commoners. How dreary. Mr. Crue, I would advise you rest. You're useless when you're tired. There was the annoyingly wise voice in Jaxson's mind.

"Of course, Gideon, it is in our best interest," the gentleman muttered with an edge of annoyance. It seemed that only around his weapon did Jaxson have troubles controlling his temper. He couldn't decide if Gideon were to be described as a doting father or a ruthless drill sergeant. Of all attitudes a weapon could have, Jax was stuck with that of Gideon. Admittedly, the cane was rather useful in battle.

Placing the owed money onto the table, Jaxson rose from his seat and walked to the elevator of the hotel. He had requested, as it was always, a master room on the top floor. He was easily satisfied with the best of things, and found that money helped smooth most anything over.

Inside his room, there was a map that he had taped with care to a wall. On it, detailed marks were made plotting the movement of something, or rather someone. He was tracking down a Creaous, as always, though he seemed to be having difficulty with this particular prey.

Second Body

He had heard quite a bit of skepticism about his name, but he quickly blew that skepticism away with a simple 'my parents love latin'. Those words usually worked on most, but skilled monsters were able to see past his guise.

He would have blushed when she giggled, but he had learned to control himself at a young age. "My name is Latin, my parents were interested in their culture. It means Music" He didn't mention that they'd been around when the language was first being created. He nodded calmly when she pronounced his name, hoping to show that she was saying it correctly. "Yes, I am staying here, for quite while, but not with family." He winced when he said that, remembering his father. He was about to say something, but he heard Erin talk to someone behind him.

He almost turned around and attempted to kill the Akina, but he restrained himself. He felt stupid for not noticing her presence. He looked at the 'girl's head and smiled, but his eyes showed his true age for a second. He meant it as a warning, one that would have worked on most monsters. If she wasn't an Akina, she would mistake it as a trick of the light. Either way, it was better to be safe than sorry. "I'm sorry, but I don't have a lighter." His voice showed no malice, but he was simply hiding it.

"I wonder how it would be like to be immortal, then again, wishing for something like that seems foolish without preparation." He appeared to be saying this to himself silently, but he was intending for the girl to hear it. He was trying to implant the idea of thinking about making wishes before making them. Sure, he would probably be hated by the Akina, but he was of the Royal Vampire Family. "Oh, I apologize, I appear to have been distracted for a second," And he began speaking politely again, he frowned internally. "We should probably go into a shop and continue this conversation there, if I may be so bold." He directed this at both of the young ladies, not that he believed the Akina was young. Nonetheless, surely the Akina wouldn't dare make her move in a shop. And if she wasn't an Akina, he could probably get a nice meal, or a slave. Either was fine.

Jaxson Crue

I advise going to the address left of your ring finger. Honestly, I don't have eyes, and yet I can see what location we have to go to next better than you, insolent boy. Gideon's voice was sour, as it often was, while it instructed the Mortray. The young gentleman Jaxson glared at the cane as a response. He gripped the cane in his hand and slid the cover off of its true weapon form, a sword. Yes, there was a sword hidden within the cane. Gideon had always taken pride in his helpfulness during battle, and his form certainly did not disappoint.

Looking at the reflection of his face in the blade, Jaxson spoke. "You really do prove most useful, Gideon. What a distasteful attitude you have, old friend!" The man laughed at the sword he held. Setting the weapon back to its cane appearance, Jaxson removed the map with care from the wall. Rolling it so that it might fit inside his coat, he placed it inside a hidden pocket before exiting the room.

After checking out of the hotel entirely, Jaxson drew his cane up onto his arm and held his head high as he exited the building. He rather enjoyed walking, though not as much as flying, and began his way to the apartment building that Gideon had directed him to. This town, which he knew by the name of Craine, seemed a rather pleasant place to live, if you didn't mind people of class lower than Mr. Crue's. Jaxson walked in a straight line down the sidewalk with long strides and not a single care as to who may have to move out of his way.

There were some rather strange characters at the time of night, he and Gideon both noted. They further thought upon this as they passed a trio consisting of a tall female with pink hair who he deemed to be an Akina due to her eye color, a man with black hair who he recognized to be the prince of vampires (Jaxson kept tabs on major figures of the supernatural sort) and a mundane girl who seemed to be on the short side.

Erin Saito

Her newfound companion addressed the other young woman with just as much courtesy and politeness as he had used with Erin. She leaned forward slightly, feeling even shorter than usual, and regarding the words with curiosity. Cantus proceeded to suggest the trio move their conversation to a shop. Erin's face lit up with excitement, having forgotten almost entirely about returning home and being lost. The two people before her had a strange enticement about them.

"Can we go to a coffee shop?" Erin quickly piped in. Both her and her mother had an infatuation with coffee, though Erin preferred plain black coffee. "Maybe someone there will have a lighter!" She smiled up at the girl who had joined her and Cantus. He really was so polite, it reminded her of a refined Englishman from movies or a prince, someone like that with high class.

"Oh, I forgot to ask! Can I have your name, miss?" Erin laughed slightly at her own thoughtlessness. How could she forget to introduce herself? "My name's Erin," she held out her hand, copper rings glistening slightly in the moonlight. A leather bracelet with a small amethyst stone dangling from it swung slightly at the movement.

Jaxson Crue

Gideon had stopped Jaxson when they reached a door with the number '102' on it in the apartment building. He rolled back his shoulders before knocking on the door with his cane, which objected rather strongly to the action. He could hear what sounded like a raven or something inside.

As Ello looked into Cantus's eyes she noticed the power in them, and then she realized he was showing that power off in her direction: a warning. She just kept her sweet smile up... that is until he started dropping life-long advice to the girl in front of him. Now, Ello understood his game. He'd be working against her. She would have abandoned her prey right there and left to find another without a vampire's company, but Erin then asked her name, truly polite, and Ello thought she was almost irresistible. A girl with those sorts of kind-hearted manners had to be dealing with hardships at home, which made her a wonderful, adorable target. But then Erin held out her hand.

The amethyst hit her first, and she struggled against the urge to back up. Ello eyed the copper rings and thought them to be extremely ironic. Vampire and Akina guards, it was like someone had given her a heads up before either of them had even shown up. She didn't miss more than a beat, though, to respond.

"Mirina, my name is Mirina." She grinned at Erin again as she started towards the coffee shop, leading the group. "I'm sorry, I would shake your hand, but I had an accident a few years ago..." Ello sighed, showing off her black bandaged hands. They seemed normal enough, but in a couple places seemed too thin, presumably from surgery. "I can use them for small tasks, but shaking hands? Not so much. It's very nice to meet you though."

Ello always tried to keep the conversation light hearted and polite as she explained her disability. She loved it, honestly. Who in their right mind would be scared of a girl with disfigured hands. "And you're name is Cantus, right? Latin. You'd have to have an old soul with a name like that." She smiled. Ello said it like an off-hand comment. Not too flirty, but conversational, letting the vampire know she would not be backing down so quickly.

Second Body

Cantus smiled when he saw Erin's face light up, but he didn't know why. Perhaps he had some human emotion in him? It wasn't very likely. After all, he had killed quite a bit of people. And to be honest, he enjoyed most of those murders. It felt good to let out his primal instincts, to let his body take control.

"A coffee shop will suffice," He said this in response to Erin's suggestion. He felt a bit weak, but he guessed that it was simply fatigue from one of his bodies. He then noticed the copper rings and had a bit of fear inside of him. Did she know about the creatures of the night? Surely she didn't, but the girl had both copper rings and Amethyst.

He smirked at the 'accident', knowing that the Akina was very likely not halted by those disfigured hands. She probably had Cursed Ones as her servants. Cantus returned his thoughts to the situation at hand. "Yes, my name is Cantus." He would have winced at the 'old soul' part, but he was better than that. "Not much older than you," He said this with a calm voice, but it would be obvious to monsters that he was mocking her.

He decided to follow the Akina towards the coffee shop, careful to not let his gaze falter. He couldn't afford to let his guard down, especially now that he knew Erin had copper.

He continued following the Akina, but he let himself fall close to Erin without causing any suspicion. "Would you mind showing me around this city? I've never actually explored it." He asked this with a soothing voice that only a vampire could have.

Fortis, was in the gymnasium, not really thinking anything of the cell he was in. He had woken up quite early to begin his studying, and now he was training his body.

His sparring partner was someone he didn't know, but he didn't care. Improvising was a skill that was needed in fighting. Fortis turned on his phone and began playing music. He was using headphones of course, he didn't want to be punished or have people figure out his rhythm. He was at his best when he had a song to fight with, but he wasn't defenseless without a song.

He jumped back, barely dodging and attack. "Shit," He cursed under his breath. He should really have been paying attention. He fell on his back. Sure it hurt, but he couldn't sit back and put too much thought into his pain. He would ignore it until after he finished sparring.

His movements were currently slow and powerful, matching the song he was currently listening to. His body naturally followed the rhythm of a song, so he rarely had to listen. He landed a couple of punches, but it was getting a bit annoying.

The song changed to a much quicker one. He smirked, landing swift and strong punches. He had been fighting this sparring partner for an hour, and he was finally getting the upper hand. It was a mostly even fight for the previous hour, both of them being of the Daine family.

He aimed for the temple without knowing so, and ended up almost knocking out the other student. "L-Let's stop," He was slightly tired, and he decided that he shouldn't risk knocking out the other student, or himself. He went towards the entrance to the gym and sat down, grabbing the bottle of water he left there earlier.

Mirina seemed to know what direction the coffee shop was in. Erin's luck must have come back to her, which was something she was pretty grateful for. Humming a quiet tune to herself, she held her hands behind her back and took in the sights of the night town. She didn't often take walks this late, so Erin took the opportunity to look around her. The familiar streets, that she somehow managed to get lost in, looked different during the night. That was probably her excuse for losing her way. Cantus fell into step with her and she smiled up at him.

That would be fun, she had decided, showing Cantus around Craine. Erin nodded her head, "That sounds fun," she said to him, "When d'you want your tour, Mr. Cantus?" He had such a lovely voice, and Erin probably wouldn't have been able to deny Cantus this small request even if she wanted to. What a nice man he was. She thought that even her mother might like him, and she disliked most everyone.

Out of curiosity, Erin decided to inquire about Cantus' temporary residence. "Are you staying at a hotel, then?" There was a nice one not too far from the plaza that Erin had always thought of as nice. Perhaps her companion was staying there.

The same welcoming wind danced gently through the streets, making Erin look up at some leaves that had gotten caught in it. The moon wasn't letting many stars shine, she noted. Drawing her attention back to walking ahead, she recognized that they were nearing the plaza, where a nice little cafe was. They'd get their coffee from there, then. The great, welcoming fountain's water sparkled with the lights that were aimed perfectly at the display. She'd always liked that fountain, and imagined that her mom would like it too if she ever ventured outside.

Jaxson Crue

The bird had gotten louder, and inside he was fairly certain that he could make out a woman muttering to what seemed to be herself. Get inside already, boy! Gideon barked the order at the swordmaster.

Gideon, friend, I am, and you know me, to be a gentleman. Now, what sort of gentleman would barge into a lady's home? Answer me that, cane. Jaxson tapped his finger on the handle of his cane with annoyance. What sort of commoner doesn't answer her own door when someone knocks? It was to be expected of a creaous, he presumed. Mortrays, however, were a far more civil breed with such importance that they even resembled God's army.

Despite his description of his race, Jaxson was in actuality not religious. It was a sin to be impatient, anyway, wasn't it?

No, no he must be patient. A gentleman is always patient, and Jax Crue is a model gentleman. All that he had to do was to exterminate the vile creature muttering inside the apartment.

Slow and rhythmic were the soft thuds of Ciana's shoes as she meandered down the narrow hallway toward the elevator. Her mismatched eyes glistened with excitement, Alissa rarely cooked, but the food she made was delicious. As she walked, the huntress pulled on the same black gloves she wore every day to hide the strange scars she had on her hands from an unknown source. She pulled them down as far as they would go, and then slipped the key around her neck free of it's chain to unlock the elevator. As the girl neared the metal doors, she stopped short and pressed a hand against the wall to the left of them. When she heard a click she smiled and watched as a panel clicked open revealing what looked to be a keyhole and some sort of scanner. Carefully positioning herself so that her seemingly red eye was in front of the scanner she spoke, "Hunter ID 43206, name Ciana, code Bleeding Reaper." Her voice echoed off the walls as she spoke, awaiting the confirmation of her information.

An audible click resounded through the hall, followed by a robotic female voice, "ID recognized, Ciana Raine. Please stand so that I may scan your retinal code." With that, a red light shot into the girl's eye, making her want to blink. However, she held back as best she could until the light disappeared again. Another audible click, and the robotic voice spoke again, "Please insert your key and then pick the location you will be going."

Ciana rolled her eyes at the panel, having already known what she needed to do. She slid the key into it's designated slot and turned it three times before a second panel fell into the wall and flipped over to reveal buttons. She scanned them for a moment out of habit and pressed the one with B3 printed on it. Once the button was pushed both panels closed and the elevator dinged as the doors swung open. As she entered the rather large elevator, the girl smiled, wondering what Alissa had wanted. As the doors closed and the elevator began its ascent, Ciana closed her eyes leaning against one of the corners.

It didn't take long for her to reach her destination, after all, it was only a floor above where she had been, but because of the insolation and other things in the gym they had to take the elevator instead of stairs. As the back doors of the elevator opened into the gym, Ciana looked around. She saw several new faces in the room itself, but her attention was immediately drawn to the girl standing beside Alissa. Who was she? What was going on? Just as she was about to speak, Alissa turned her attention to someone she had walked right passed without noticing. "Hey, you," the woman motioned to the white-haired boy on the floor, "Comere." As Alissa waited for the boy, she returned her gaze to Ciana. "Cian, this is Daeten, and that boy over there," she pointed, "Is Fortis. They'll be a part of your new cell."

"M-My cell? I have a cell?" Ciana's head involuntarily tilted to the side as she looked at Dae and then turned to look at Fortis. "There're only two people here, that's not enough for a cell, Alissa."

"Two more're comin', don't you worry." Alissa grinned, she was about to drop a big bomb on their heads, Ciana could feel it. "Now, to get to know each other, you need to know how to fight each other. So, you will be sparring each other one on one." Alissa's grin grew as she noticed Ciana hadn't brought her swords, she definitely hadn't been expecting this.

Dae grinned at Alissa when she was told what they would be doing.

"Its a pleasure to meet you Cian, as Alissa has said, my name is Daeten. I look forward to sparring with you." As Dae spoke she held out her hand in greeting. "Do you use a barehanded fighting style to fight?" The last statement was added as her sharp eyes took in the lack of weapons on Ciana's person.

While Daeten waited for the other boy, Fortis she reminded herself, to arrive, she studied both of them, taking in the details about them, and guessing how they fought.

She studied Fortis first, having already noticed some of his particular fight while she was warming up with Alissa. She had figured out that he seemed to change his rhythm with his fighting every 3-4 minutes, and slow, or fast, he still hit fast and hard. She could also see that now that he wasn't fighting he had earphones in his ears and he seemed to be fiddling with something in it every so often. "Music?" She asked herself as she continued to study him. He did seem to be a hand fighter, though she wasn't sure how good that would be against opponents stronger then him. She continued to study him this time taking in his physical features. Silver white hair on a smaller body would lead opponents to underestimate him, and while the jacket hid most of his body from view, she could see that her future sparring buddy was not to be underestimated.

Dae next turned her attention to Ciana, and begin to study her. Female like herself, Ciana stood with a fighters grace despite her obvious younger years. Black hair with silver highlights winked beneath the gym lights while mismatched eyes studied her as well. Black gloves matched her black skirt and was well complemented by a white long-sleeved blouse top. neither of the articles of clothing however hid from Dae that Ciana was a fighter, just not bare-handed. Well proportioned legs gave testament that she was agile on her feet, and that she also did not use her feet or legs to fight, rather, not very often.

"My mistake Cian, I was not aware that you used a weapon. Do you want to fight with, or without a weapon?"

Ba dum, ba dum, ba dum. Went the beat of the man's heart who the blond-haired female held against her. She stood behind one of the shops, luckily for her, no one was around as her teeth sank into his fragile flesh. The man gasped, his muscles tightening, but her telekinesis was restraining any other movement. Her eyes glowed a faint red as she drank the man's life away, her pale hands gripping his shirt tightly. After a few minutes, she dropped him, his life remaining intact. "Thank you," she whispered in his ear as he lay unconscious on the ground.

She'd drank just enough to sustain her until her next dosage of gold, but for now she needed something to get the burned flesh taste out of her mouth. With that thought in mind, the girl rounded the corner and slipped through the door of the closest shop she could find, happily discovering that it was a coffee house. Without any hesitation, she sauntered up to the counter to order. The teenage male who was working the cash register gave her a flirtatious smile as he asked for her order. "I'd like a chocolate chip frappuccino, if you please." Her voice was sweet as sugar, and she watched as the boy before her gulped as if he'd never seen a woman before. When he rang up her total she handed him the cash and he gave her a number, telling her to wait at one of the tables so she would be more comfortable.

She nodded her thanks, walking to one of the booths in the corner. She sat down on the end of the seat crossing one leg over the other, closing her eyes for a few minutes.

well honestly our gm has dissapeared...

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

*Coughs* I am kind of interesting joining... Is that still possible? I know I was on the old one and never really got to start RPing, because certain RL reasons... I'm sorry. >.< Would it still be alright if I joined here? I promise I will be more active! :3

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

ok, then i think we are waiting on cel

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Yeah, I'm still here. I posted last I believe

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

My Characters are here~
However i have no idea whats going on

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

I am still here. Just waiting

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

I'm still here here here here

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

ummm just asking, but who is still here? the rp seems to have died....

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Hi folks! I was reading through this role play and it looks really interesting. Is there room for one more?

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

I'll PM her tomorrow guys, I'm sorry. She may just be busy with real life.

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Again, sorry to be impatient, but I can't post anything until I can use Erin in my post. :/

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Is Sona posting soon?

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

All right, I've been keeping a few people waiting all day since I was busy, but I'm kinda wiped out so I'll post tomorrow.

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Well, Ello seems to be leading the group since she knows where she's going, so I assume you are waiting. Different timezones suck

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

I'm waiting for Sona to post on Erin's behalf, so until them I'm going to focus on Jax. What I was planning for my characters kind of calls for some back and forth between them, or at least for time to go forward. I'm assuming we're slowing down time a bit for Sona's behalf?

I guess my question is if anyone knows when Sona's going to be posting next. I'm sorry if I come off as impatient, I'm just curious.

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

@Silver: Yay!

@Cafe: You didn't have to, but I like him nonetheless! ^^

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

Okay, so I left the scythe idea after what you said and submitted another mortray

Re: Blood Rites: Awakening

I am planning on making a character for this RP for sure ^ ^. Just need to find the time lol.
