Physical Description: A pink-haired girl in a light blue uniform that kind of resembles a ninja’s.
Personality: Hopscotch is extremely carefree, rarely if ever getting saddened. She is constantly upbeat, always looking at the best in others, and never seems to take much seriously—unlike her foster father, Friedrich Amsel. She is also loyal to her mentor, and would do anything to protect him.
Equipment & Abilities: In addition to some knowledge of magic, Hopscotch has a special ability from the Eternity blood inside of her: as long as her feet are touching the ground, she has tremendous strength.
History: Born in a village that was razed by a cult that worshipped Those Who Live in Eternity, Hopscotch was abducted by this group as an infant and injected with a black liquid that was said to be the blood of one of these entities. However, before this ritual could continue any further, Count Friedrich von Amsel arrived and rescued her, driving off the cult. He managed to stop the corruptive blood from spreading through the infant Hopscotch’s body, but it was still there, and gave her earth-connected super strength. With the baby’s parents dead, Amsel decided to raise Hopscotch himself, and has trained her in the arts of magic as his apprentice ever since. Hopscotch currently travels through Unitas with Amsel, going wherever he goes.

Description
So begins...
Hopscotch's Story
Uldrich wanders off with the crowd of reporters to another area, continuing to talk and talk and talk. Soon afterwards, a pink-haired girl clad in blue, ninja-esque garb hops up to Ninjacker.
"Excuse me, mister, but have you seen a guy in a black overcoat around here?" asks the girl. "Looks super-duper old, can't tell any good jokes...?"
"No." replies Ninjacker bluntly. "Now leave me, girl."
"Aww, someone's a grump!" says the girl, sticking her tongue out at Ninjacker before hopping away from him.

"No." replies Ninjacker bluntly. "Now leave me, girl."
"Aww, someone's a grump!" says the girl, sticking her tongue out at Ninjacker before hopping away from him.
Uldrich is now gone, and Ninjacker has left to his own residence in Sanctuary. Hopscotch, however, is still searching through the streets of Sanctuary.
"Ohhhh, when I find Friedrich, I'm going to give him a big whopping!" she says aloud to herself.

As Hopscotch continues to venture through the streets of Sanctuary, she comes to a back alley and sees two, rather unclean-looking men wearing trenchcoats.
"Dammit, I hate this." says one of the men, spitting on the ground. "Why'd I have to meet you all the way out here in Sanctuary?"
"Because I had some business of my own to conduct here, and you can't seem to go more than a couple of days without your fix!" replies the second man angrily. "You're the one who couldn't wait for me to get back to Rusty Slums and insisted on doing this here, so don't blame me! But anyway, you got the money?"
"Oh yeah." With that, the first man hands several paper bills to the second, and receives an inhaler in return.
"Now don't go using all that W-Gas in one place, you hear?" remarks the second man before turning away, only to see Hopscotch still standing at the edge of the alley and watching the two. "HEY! What do you think you're doin' there, kid? Beat it!"
"Uh... right! Sorry!" exclaims Hopscotch, hurrying off away from the alley.
"Dammit, I hate this." says one of the men, spitting on the ground. "Why'd I have to meet you all the way out here in Sanctuary?"

Hopscotch, meanwhile, finally finds Count Friedrich von Amsel on a street corner, the two nearly bumping into each other.
"Hopscotch!" exclaims Amsel. "I've finally found you!"
"Found me?" questions Hopscotch. "I was looking for you, you silly-willy!"
"I'm sorry that I left you as I was exploring!" says Amsel. "I was so wrapped up in investigating this mysterious new substance being sold on the streets, that I wasn't paying attention to anything!"
"Weeellll... I guess I can let you off the hook this time!" replies Hopscotch. "I know how forgetful you can be, Count Amsel!"
"Yes... well... let's just never speak of this again." coughs Amsel.
The two then look over at the Templar base not far away, and see the mob pounding on its doors.
"What the devil...?" asks Amsel.
"Hopscotch!" exclaims Amsel. "I've finally found you!"
"Found me?" questions Hopscotch. "I was looking for you, you silly-willy!"
"I'm sorry that I left you as I was exploring!" says Amsel. "I was so wrapped up in investigating this mysterious new substance being sold on the streets, that I wasn't paying attention to anything!"
"Weeellll... I guess I can let you off the hook this time!" replies Hopscotch. "I know how forgetful you can be, Count Amsel!"
"Yes... well... let's just never speak of this again." coughs Amsel.
The two then look over at the Templar base not far away, and see the mob pounding on its doors.
"What the devil...?" asks Amsel.
"Prrreaching to the choir a little bit on that one, sssir," a disgruntled voice responded to Judah's statement, coming from elsewhere in the room - the source, Ripsaw, finally reactivating and floating back up into the air.
Kaia and Camilia have also just regained consciousness.
"Hm...? W...Where's Andy at...?" Kaia asked.
"Damian - !" Camilia said in shock at the shadow dragon's state. She then gently jostled the chip off of him, the color soon returning to him as he woke in alarm.
"(!!!) WHAT - !" Damian got up off of the ground, eyes wide and catching his breath. "That... {huff} was the worst nightmare ever..."
"Uh..." Lucas said in response to Kaia's question, full of regret. "Andy, he..."
"Hm...? W...Where's Andy at...?" Kaia asked.
"Damian - !" Camilia said in shock at the shadow dragon's state. She then gently jostled the chip off of him, the color soon returning to him as he woke in alarm.
"(!!!) WHAT - !" Damian got up off of the ground, eyes wide and catching his breath. "That... {huff} was the worst nightmare ever..."
"Uh..." Lucas said in response to Kaia's question, full of regret. "Andy, he..."
"Andy's been taken by a man who wants to awaken Morbul," said Judah. "And that same man wants to kill Alex. Plus there's an angry mob outside. We can solve one of these problems relatively quickly."
Judah goes over to the communications computer... only to find that communications are still jammed, with no way to send out a distress call. Thinking quickly, Judah yanks the device he gave Lucas earlier (to share surveillance) out of the computer.
"There," said Judah. "If my boys are paying attention they'll notice a lack of signal, not just a jammed one."

"Here's hoping," grumbled Ripsaw, as he yanked the throwing star that he was attacked with out of his chassis, beginning to scan its properties and assimilate it to his weapons systems. He'll have to thank that soldier later, for giving him this new toy. "Between that oddball commando that managed to floor us earrrlier, and Morrrbul's impending releassse, there's little time for us to.. to run around, and.."
Ripsaw slowly pauses, having noticed Alex, Terrus, and Duma's absence - the sight throwing him for a loop, seeing as he was disabled long before Judah's men hauled them away.
"..Ssspeaking of Sssir Alex, where did he and the otherrrs disssappear to?" he resumed.

"In jail," said Judah. "For breaking and entering into Bowser's Castle, and assault on the workers therein, not to mention the hijacking of their cannon. We're lucky they didn't try to use that for anything dangerous."
In the outdoor parts of Sanctuary, Sonic sprints into scene and skids into a complete stop. Amy arrives and is very tired. Maybe if Sonic would slow down a little, Amy would have the chance to chance to catch up.
"Looks like this is a place." Sonic stretches his legs a bit.

Ripsaw merely stares at Judah, bewildered; somehow even more confused than before.
"..And arrrresssting them for brrreaking into an evil king's cassstle, placing them in sssmall confined ssspaces - with a man out there who, at this verrry moment, is preparing to kill the only person that can stop Morrrbul, no less - is a good thing.. how?"

"Something's up with the Templar Unit, I bet," Kokonotsu said. "We better see what it is." With that, he dashed to the site.

"While you have a fair point with the psssychopath's sssudden appearance, Sssir Judah, I would like to point out that it is quite harrrd to disssmiss that sssomething bad has happened, when you sssee everyone lying on the floor, unconssscious!" Ripsaw retorted, a venomous anger in his voice becoming quite apparent, as he glares at the secretary.
He eventually sighs, however, calculating that his outburst was probably unnecessary. While unable to understand Judah's reasoning behind eagerly throwing the others behind bars, the way this situation played out wasn't necessarily the man's fault - and thus Ripsaw floats to a nearby window, quickly dropping the subject before he lets his anger get the better of him.

Judah also sees that anger in this situation will get the group nowhere, and stays silent.

Meanwhile, the only one amongst the angry mob who notices the group coming is the Gracchus collective member, who slips away into a nearby alleyway. As the group gets closer, they can see several members of Judah's personal guard approaching, armed with riot gear.

"Let's assist in deterring this crowd, shall we?" Kokonotsu said, sliding between the mob and the base and holding the rioters back with a line of Crystal Walls. Mario and Xi joined him behind the chi barrier.
"My turn! Think fast!"
Sonic is speeding himself with a spin dash and charge himself at the rioters, knocking them away like bowling pins. He gives them a homing attack each to finish them off. Amy also helps by pummeling them with her Piko Piko Hammer.

The rioters fight back as best they can, but since they've only got clubs it isn't going so well. The riot police assist by whacking the rioters down and handcuffing them. It's rather brutal but that's what you get when your boss is locked in the Templar base.
