Personality: Cold and distant, but violent if given the chance. He doesn't trust others much, thinking of others as mere afterthoughts in his goals. Because of this, he comes off as a selfish, bloodthirsty monster. Since he tends to freeze his feelings, it's hard to tell the truth of his motives. He seems to hate Adel, but this rivalry only started when he saw that Adel wielded Nemea...
History: One of many soldiers taken in since childhood by the top-secret Migwar branch. There, he was exposed to all sorts of cruelty and bloodlust. Most would be completely broken by all this training within a few months, but River held on - he somehow learned to "freeze" his feelings when under stress, preserving his sanity in a way. It wasn't long before he started a coup de main, escaping amidst the chaos and stealing the Leviathan Armor. Ever since, he served as a mercenary, delivering savage justice upon his targets, spreading their blood across the ground without mercy.
Equipment: The Leviathan Armor, an advanced combat suit developed by Migwar's weapons R&D team. At the heart of it is a device on his back that takes in and filters air, condensing water and nitrogen into separate chambers. These go through several tubes, reaching to the helmet, gauntlets, and boots. The helmet lets River breathe purified air, and it and the gauntlets have pressurized jet nozzles that shoot the water and liquid nitrogen by thought. (His head inside is covered by a freeze-resistant mask, same material as his gloves) Also, the tubes in his gloves can lash out and use water suction to grip targets, even suck up fluids for use (even blood), and create ice constructs of weapons. His boots also use water suction to affix him to the ground. Doing this helps brace against many attacks that rely on knockback. It also uses controlled automatic cooling to regulate his body temperature. Training with this armor long enough, River can use it for aquakinesis, controlling liquids at will. As a bonus, the armor comes with a magic nullifier, disabling any magic within range when it's on.
Abilities: Besides what all his armor can do, his body's well-conditioned, with the strength and stamina one would expect from a special forces officer.

Specific Moves
- Aqua Cannon: A pressurized stream of water. A fully-charged blast can pierce flesh.
- Wavedash: Rushes forth on a puddle of water from his boots. Can stop and kick this water forth like a blade.
- Hydrosphere: Creates a sphere of pressurized water that hovers in midair. Bursts on contact.
- Ripple Mortar: Shoots a large swirling shot of water upward, dragging foes up with it.
- Nitrogen Breath: Uses his helmet's jaw's nitrogen jet to spew a cloud of freezing gas forth.
- Frost Spear: Lunges forth with a giant spear of ice around one arm. Good for penetrating guards.
- Cadence of Ice: Shoots the ground, making a row of giant icicles shoot up forth.
- Diamond Drill: Creates a large, tough drill of ice around one arm, lunging in a direction with it.
- Hook Line: Extends some tubes forth, using suction to grip a foe and slam him/her around.
- Bloodsucker: Uses his tubes' suction to drain blood from his target. Water/Ice attacks using blood hit harder and, depending on the blood, may have extra properties.
- Floor Suction: Grips his boots to the floor, anticipating an attack to counter. Can also shoot the Aqua Cannon without fear of knockback.
- Magic Nullifier: Activates the magic nullifier. Any magic source near him will become disabled, as if depleted of energy.
- Sub-Zero Dragon: Stellar Trick. Shoots forth a water construct shaped like a dragon, which shuttle loops forth.
- Bloody Murder: Stellar Trick. Grips a foe, sucks blood out, then freezes it into blades that he uses to rapidly stab his victim.
- Leviathan Winter: Stellar Trick. Casts a freezing pulse all around, deep-freezing anything around.
- Leviathan Maelstrom: Stellar Trick. Surrounds self in a giant whirlpool, sucking foes in and launching them upward.
- Draco Pulsar: Ultimate Trick. Veils self in a solid light form resembling a large blue water dragon.

Trivia
- River's name is water-based, fitting his element. His last name is made to sound somewhat like "hydro", a root relating to water.
- River is Adel's rival, representing blue, the dragon, water, and the anti-hero.
- The Leviathan Armor is named for the mythical sea serpent spoken of in the Old Testament. Since the Middles Ages, Christianity has associated the Leviathan with Satan.
- The trident-shaped crest on his forehead is indeed a reference to Poseidon, the Greek god of the seas. His ice constructs also sometimes take on a trident shape.
- River can empower his water/ice-based moves by draining blood from his enemies. This is a nod to the adage "Blood is thicker than water", but it also references a gimmick used by the Dragon King in Flash Bash, who can coat his sword in the power of his dragon partner's ice breath.
- His Wavedash is the same case as Kaia's.
