To summarize, "The power to manipulate blood, whether it's from oneself, others or free-flowing (i.e.blood banks, hospitals, battlefield)." (superpower wiki). This allows Xeno to create, solidify, manipulate, animate it, and obviously have absolute control of blood. In example, blood that's free flowing, he can shape it into beams or bullets. His favorite tends to be shaping blood into a whip. Although blood may seem harmless, in his possession it's quiet deadly.
Furthermore he can solidify blood as well. This allows a wide range of weapons and tools for the user. He is also able to create and project blasts of blood that resembles or forms an animal/creature, or an object to cause high amount of damage(I.e. a clone of himself). If need be, walls or armor can be created for protection. However Xeno tends to avoid all of this the best he can.
His power is also quite helpful as destructive. He can control blood pressure and flow in a persons body and his own. If say an a person sustained life threatening wounds and was bleeding out. Xeno could slow blood flow increase the amount of time they could live. He could also keep the blood in their body so they would not bleed out as well. Also if he were paralyzed or prevented from moving in anyway, he could move himself using the blood flowing in that limb. It causes some unfortunate accidents why sleeping. Such as punching a fellow villain when they tried to wake him up.
Xeno's favorite ability is what he can do if he is able to get at least a drop of his own blood inside you. If he does that he can take control of all your motor skills. Turning you into his own personal puppet. Usually he does this on stealth missions and puts a drop or two of his own blood in the person's food and drink. He has used this on a fellow villain before because they said they wanted I see what it felt like to be one of their own puppets, he just helped them to understand.
Sadly, many of his more dangerous abilities require huge amounts of blood. He can't create blood so he usually carriers around a katana in order to cut his enemy up first. The more blood the more difficult of an opponent he'll be. He carries a canteen with him though, which holds blood. Nobody knows what kind of blood is in it and he just smiles and asks "What do you think??". Of course Xeno could use his own blood, but you can't replenish that. If he uses a certain amount that he can't handle he'll either collapse or die. Usually he only uses his own blood for his whip, since its connected to his finger and formed when he bites it. Since the whip is still connected to him he could retract the blood back into his system. Other than that he is severely limited in power if there aren't any huge blood pools lying around.
Emotions also affect his power. Usually if he's in a good mood he can manipulate as usual. When he's down or confused he can barely use it or control it. Anger is destructive. Fear is the worst state though, body acts on its own and his blood starts to slow down.
An added bonus is that his blood can cleanse itself of any foreign toxins. So poisoning him won't work.
Free Running and Parkour -An expert at both from many years of training. Since he was six. Xeno always loved to run. Eventually he began to challenge himself in his urban habitat and soon picked up free running. Using his blood allows for some of his more dangerous stunts though, like swinging around like Spider-Man or hardening his blood so his muscles harden and injury is kept at minimum.
Swordsmanship - Trained at a the age of 6 to handle a sword, Xeno is on his way to mastering the way of the sword. His specialty lies in katanas, but he can use most swords with some amount of skill.
Photographic Memory It is what it says. He sees something once, he'll remember it. Plus he's very observant.
Fast Learner/Natural Ability -
This makes up for his lack of training in hand to hand combat, he's quite adept at hand to hand but he likes to learn. It takes him a few tries but he gets stuff pretty quickly, he was raised in a dojo. With firearms he's an a pretty good shot, but he likes to challenge Lara time to time for whose best at shooting.
Sleep Fighter - If he is unconscious or sleeping Xeno has been known to attack people. Usually depends on the situation. If you are trying to wake him up when he doesn't want to....you usually will get punched and kicked out the room.
Now if he's knocked unconscious in a fight. You better run. His blood goes into something everyone calls Survival mode. It try's to protect the user the best it can. As well as take over his motor-skills, tapping into his mind to use whatever his photo graphic memory has stored away. He'll wake up in half an hour by the way.

Weaknesses:
Brontophobia - Fear of lightning and thunder. He can't stand it. The fear is so bad it can cause paralysis. At first everyone thought it was funny, but one day his heart stopped pumping blood. He started to go into cardiac arrest and on that day everyone knew that it wasn't a laughing matter.
Lack of Understanding for Cultural Norms - He was raised in a dojo for almost 11 years. He doesn't quite get the secret handshake, the grinding at the club, and the use of insulting others. He's improved greatly though since he was kicked out of the dojo for destroying a bar and picked up by the Villains.
Sleeping Very Late he needs to sleep, but he goes to bed late. Usually he wakes up when he wants since everyone is scared to wake him up.
Superstitious He is greatly superstitious in oriental beliefs. Such as never clipping your toe nails at night or cutting your noodles short.
Clueless and Dense - Xeno apparently inherited money from some rich uncle or something. So many of his clothes are designer, but he doesn't know that. He just orders online or buys what looks cool if he sees it.
When he joined the villains he joined them out of the fact they took care of him. He doesn't know what's wrong or bad really. Just that he's told to do it. He follows the Villains because they are his only family.
He does not get relationships very well either. He knows he has had little tingles when every he sees this one girl, but he doesn't know what it is.

Xeno is cheerful, enthusiastic, and caring demeanor. However he is also very capable of being deadly and determined when the situation requires. His constant smile and upbeat attitude, even in dark or painful situations, sometimes make it difficult to tell what he’s really thinking or feeling. Xeno is also practical, down to earth, and responsible. Years in the dojo taught him to be humble so he tends not to accept praise easily. He is habitually unflappable.
At times he is very childish as well. He finds interest in many doo-dads here and there. In his room his shelves are lined with things he's collected over the years. When it comes to new food he truly becomes a child. His eyes sparkle and he wants to try everything. Furthermore, he is also clever at mentioning the flaws or negatives in someone's character. It's really hard to tell whether he is insulting you, complementing you, or just speculating. Either way beware. Like a child he will be honest. He couldn't lie to save his life.
Although Xeno usually possesses a carefree attitude, it can be shown that he understands complicated scenarios with an air of maturity, though occasionally showing an immature side. He will transform into the "cool" type. He is calm, logical, and has superior intelligence with a childish flair. He also can come across as rather detatched, and sometimes threatening when he wants to. Usually this type of personality is shown to those he doesn't know or are his enemy. This side tends to show if he becomes extremely irritated, which is never.
He considers everyone with an open mind and is extremely understanding. Xeno isn't capable of judging someone, mostly because he places himself in that person's shoes. Thinking how they would think or feel in that situation. Most would consider this his best trait.
History:
Born in South Korea and then moved to Japan. As a baby, Xeno was abandoned by his parents. They left him with a beggar they saw sleeping on a park bench. That beggar was surprised to be awoken by a crying child and was flustered on what to do with it. He was lazy and wanted to be free so he took the child to a dojo run by his best friend. He said to take care of the child as his own and for his trouble. The beggar gave his master and friend a book on a secret martial art. From that day on, Xeno would be trained to be a martial artist.
For almost half his life he would train at this dojo. He specialized in stealth and finding means of running away from the dojo to explore the world. His best effort and ability was with swords. He had a natural ability for it. Being a fast learner also helped with training and he seemed to enjoy life. No matter how many times the students picked on him for being Korean or being smaller, Xeno always smiled and would try to understand them. He never fought back. He found solace in bboying, or breakdancing, as it allowed him to express himself. He was so naive...
However Xeno would change. At the age of 15, he was sent to go and view he world. The master sent him to San Francisco to learn about modern life. Observing new sites, he was awed by the diversity of people. The odd smell of smog. The busy streets. However he was passing by an alleyway in Chinatown. A man was being beaten by some thugs. Xeno decided to step in and intervene. He beat them easily. But, back-up was called and the fight soon spread to a bar. He was taking out opponents left and right. Then he saw someone take out a gun and fire. He couldn't dodge, he wanted to live. He didn't want to die. At that moment his powers kicked in. A whip of blood shot from his hand and sliced the bullet clean in two. Those thugs were afraid now and Xeno wiped the floor with them. The club was trashed as well and he was arrested because he tried to help someone. He was confused.
As he sat in a holding cell for a night. His master came to visit him. He said he was expelled and said he was very disappointed in him. Xeno's world was falling apart. Where could he go? The next morning he took to the streets wandering. That's when the Villains approached him. They offered him a place to be with people like him. Put down for trying to help. Rejected. He accepted.
At first he had a hard time fitting in. He did quite a few strange things. But he was cheerful and enthusiastic. An optimist. He grew on people. He also was quite destructive. Everyone knew that it was best to let him wake up when he wanted and to never knock him unconscious by accident.
Other:
His prized possession is an erhu, Chinese string instrument like a violin, that was the only thing that was left with him when he was abandoned.
Bboying is usually how he gets his anger out.
He's the perfect human punching bag if you ever feel angry.
