Holiday nodded. "Of course, A gentleman by the name of Lars King will be at the ceremony to Collect Mr. Sullens, body. I must be returning back to Syntori 8. With this information in Hand I will be calling an emergency meeting of the board of Directors, and taking action in light of this new information. If you have any criminal filings against this man I would kindly ask that we be sent a file with charges and evidence. The national security of the Enterprise is my upmost concern." Holiday stated. Before getting up as well and leaving the room after the Taiyou Prime Minister.

Holiday stood at the table facing the group of representatives a full dossier on Lochlyn Haley was being presented. Audio clips and reports from his attacks on both the Aschen and the Taiyou. Apparently most of this information was not present during a first scan of the mans information a computer error or possibly sabotage.

"With this evidence there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Haley is guilty of International terrorism. I move for an immediate vote to freeze Mr. Haley's assets within our control. Further more Mr. Haley will be placed on a wanted list for our crimes and he will be arrested on sight and handed over to the international community for trial." Holiday said.

Finally as commander in chief I am giving Admiral Charles Teller authorization to stop and Seize all Juniper Corporation vessels within SEC space. The vessels will be searched and then allowed to leave SEC space. Holiday said.

Once she was done the vote began. Given the evidence against Mr. Teller clear admissions to the crime along with multiple international warrant there was no vote against the motion. Lochlyn Haley was officially wanted by the Sullen Enterprise Confederation.

Joint resolution of the AXIS Cooperation Forces in regards to the Varden Terrorist attack upon the Great Seto Bridge of the Sato Shintenchi Shogunate of the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama.

The AXIS Cooperation Forces, having determined that the armed attack upon the Shintenchi Sato Shogunate of the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama by the Concord or Varden Cooperative Forces constitutes a breach of the peace, having recommended that members of the AXIS Cooperation Forces furnish such assistance to the Shintenchi Sato Shogunate of the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama as may be necessary to repel the armed attack, deter future armed attack, and to restore international peace and security in the area,

(1) Welcomes the prompt and vigorous support which governments and peoples of the AXIS Cooperation Forces have given to its resolutions of 25 and 27 to assist the Shintenchi Sato Shogunate in defending itself against armed attack and thus to restore international peace and security in the area,

(2) Notes that members of the AXIS Cooperation Forces have transmitted to the AXIS Cooperation Forces Security Council offers of assistance for the Shintenchi Sato Shogunate of the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama;

(3) Recommends that all Members providing military forces and other assistance pursuant to the aforesaid Security Council resolutions make such forces and other assistance available to a unified command under the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama;

(4) Requests the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama to designate the commander of such forces;

(5) Authorizes the unified command at its discretion to use the AXIS Cooperation Forces flag and insignia or devices and emblems in the course of operations against Varden forces concurrently with the flags of the various nations participating;

(6) Requests the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama to provide the Security Council with reports, as appropriate, on the course of action taken under the unified command.

Response to Joint-Resolution

In accordance with the following resolution the Sullen Enterprise Confederation has directed a defensive taskforce to depart for the Niihama effective immediately. All forces en-route shall report to the elected commander upon arrival. If further military forces are required or sent the A message shall be sent to the correct parities.

The governance district was crawling with security it appeared at every intersection armed security teams walked both the skylanes and the streets. Assembled in the square was a large crowd and ringed around them were heavily armed secuirty corps members and police drones. Bomb scanning orbs flew over the crowd analyzing everything and one for possible ordinace. Before entry every person was wanded for weapons.

A large stage was set up and a shimmering shield surrounded it. A motorcade pulled up behind the stage and president Holiday was rushed to the podium. She walked slowly even as her security clearly wanted this over as quickly as possible.

Holiday looked out over the crowd and the events with a small frown. " Greetings everyone I wish we were all here under less tense circumstances. First off I wish to apologize to all citizens for the extreme and seemingly violating security measures but in light of recent events I know we all know that there isn't another option. "

Holiday said. " A few weeks ago,we learned Lochlyn Haley,CEO of Jupiter Corp is wanted for Criminal actions against both the Aschen and Taiyou. In light of this news all Jupiter Corporate personnel were asked to leave SEC space immediately. Their response to this was an attack on our sovereign territory. As we speak an unknown number of his agents are on our very soil. Possibly here today I ask all of you to be vigilant. In light of this I am authorizing a creation of a new Taskforce led by Dave Allen former General of the Terran based Joes. An expert in counter Terror operations he will be spearheading our new operations on Syntori 8."

"In light of these recent events I am declaring that Jupiter Corporation will be seen as a Terrorist organization in the Eyes of the SEC and Urge the Entire international community to do the same. We are a strong people and I know we will pull through this it will not be easy but it won't be impossible. United we can bring justice to those who have lost their lives. I ask that All Jupiter Corporate loyalists on Syntori 8 surrender effective immediately and sentence against you will be lighter, fail to surrender and you will be punished to the fullest extent of the law." Holiday said looking out over the crowd.

"Today though I am here to address a second more alarming issue as well. In response to an attack on the great Sato Bridge we sent forces to Niihama to link up with the military response forces assembling there. Two days ago, A resupply fleet led by Grandmoff Tarin was ambushed in SEC space and completely destroyed. The ships appear to be Ayenee in origin and lead us to believe that this is a response by the Concord agaisnt our Military build up. This was denied by John Rosenthal, whom sadly lost his life in a fatal shooting in a speech just yesterday. Our condolences rest on his loss however I am wondering what information he might have had that would point to a mercenary attack. I light of these recent events I am requesting that this information be released to us or we will be forced to assume this was a Preemptive strike against our own military which is an act of war."

"In this time I call upon the people to have faith and remain steadfast. We will prevail through this." Holiday said with a wave beore stepping off of the stage and leaving in her motorcade.

"Do you see?" A man called out from a street corner, "Do you see what I see in this government?" He asked the people passing him by, very few stopping to give him more than a quick glance, even fewer stopping to listen. "The Aschen, the Taiyou, they've murdered countless peoples in conquest. For being different from them." The man ranted.

"Maybe this new terrorist group is bad, but those who oppose them run totalitarian police states. It starts with extreme security measures, then you, me, everyone is arrested if don't agree with the status quo or don't have family in hgih up places." The man continued, "Then they move on to other peoples in search for conquest. Our government doesn't know if CONCORD attacked, but they are willing to go to war regardless of evidence, or the lack of."

"The SEC can not protect you, only you can protect yourselves. Rise up. Fight. Protest. March through the streets. We need a new leader. If not Lochlyn Haley, than someone better than our growing fuhrer known as Lindsey Holiday."

The small force had been dispatched a week prior to assist in the conflict with the Concord. The fleet had been awaiting other AXIS memebers. On the Bridge of Uriel stood two men. Rear Admiral Kim Fallon and General Williams. Both were looking over a message from SEC Command, directly from president Lindsey Holiday.

Effective Immediately, The 3rd Taskforce is to remain in the Niihama system for a defensive role only. No ships shall transit or partake in the invasion of Ayenee until further evidence proving that the Varden are directly responsible for an attack on the SEC surfaces. Follow up with Axis command regarding your new orders.

Both men stared at the orders. "Well this is going to be akward to tell the command...." Fallon muttered.

"Open a comm to AXIS Forces Command in the system. " Fallon stated as she walked across the bridge to the comm station. A young officer moved from his chair to allow the admiral to sit. He gave a nod telling her the comm was ready.

"AXIS Forces Command this is Rear-Admiral Fallon of the SEC 3rd Fleet. We have recieved orders to assist in Defensive support of Andromeda. We will not be joining the Invasion force. Requesting Link-up with Defense command." Fallon stated.

Revocation of Support

Effective Immediatey Task-force, Shield shall be sent into a defensive role in Andromeda and the Sullen Enterprise Confederation shall not support any action in the Onyx galaxy until a full investigation is conducted into both the attack on the great Sato bridge and the SEC supply task-force. Until definitive evidence against the Concord/Varden surfaces the SEC hereby directly opposes any military action against the Varden.
