Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama's Story

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama growled. "They have brought great dishonor upon my family, and the Empire... the time has come and the time is right." He said on a comm to Shinzo Nagama. "It is time for me to come out of hiding, and a grand recknoning befall those whom challenge the code of Bushido, and the Empire in which I have worked tirelessly to build over the ages." He adjusted his armor, and then nodded. "Ensure that I am given passage to the Kaze no Tani."

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama interrupted the link, and now Haima would be seeing two people, a bald man with Samurai like armor, and the bridge of the Kaze no Tani. "Your world has no honor, and has defied the code of Bushido, you are cowards, and will be treated as such... your world is as weak as your Credit... you will cease or be destroyed -- it is your destiny." He said, his voice cold and calm, laced with the Taiyou accent.

"You will call off the cowardly insects you call soldiers, and you will hear us." He said coldly. "We have won, long before the war has begun, your world is destined to forever remain a speck compared to the Empire, an insect upon the dragon, the fly upon the horse." The man's words were almost poetic, stern and unbridled by any emotion.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama shook his head, then turned to a Lieutenant. "Ready my sudden Transport, I will not speak to this coward unless it is face to face." He said flatly, before turning back to the screen. "The Armistice is in effect as my vessels have not opened fire on your world, we are declaring a ceasefire, if you continue to engage my vessels, they will not only defend themselves, but we will proceed with our declaration. Your disrespect ends here, we will meet in person, I will not speak to a coward behind a screen." It was then Nobuo terminated the link.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama was aboard a Sudden Transport, and was already making his descent towards Drulovic's house.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama 's sudden transport continued it's descent towards Terra, already Wing City was in view, under clouds and sky. "We're almost there." He said quietly, sheathing his Katana and locking it into place, then he adjusted his armor and waited, running a hand over bald head.

"I will sever him like the Katana's edge."

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama A flash appeared above the brownstone, as the Imperial Sudden Transport materialized from it's cloak, engines roared for a long moment as it began to touch down. Nobuo was expecting earth and water, and a deep bow when he arrived, he clasped the hilt of his Katana, prepared to strike his rival down with the efficiency of a samurai.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama was mostly silent as he stepped from the Sudden Transport, his hand rested on a sheathed Katana tied to his armor at his waiste, and his eyes were cold, and stern. He had no guards with him, and quietly he surveyed the area, he was checking for snipers, and any hidden guards, then he looked to the ground, down to Haima. The Emperor did not bow, he merely inclined his head in a slight nod.

"You dishonor your family, your world, and your people." He said sternly, the roar of the second Sudden transport echoing in the skies.

"Why do you insist on dishonoring so many you hold dear." He clenched his Katana, prepared to behead Haima at lightning speed. But he didn't, not yet.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama shook his head. "You do not protect your people, by bringing shame and dishonor to them, you bring them further suffering." Nobuo said flatly. "You have not complied with what is a simple request, the Empire will not--" He then turned for just a moment. Seeing Yukiko and Drulovic, but then he turned back to Haima. "Your intellect is as weak as your credit, failure is your destiny."

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama took the rice, and the Sake, and examined it for a moment, before he turned to Drulovic. "A simple offering of earth and water, is all I asked." He then sipped the Sake and took a bite of the rice. "However... it does not restore honor to your world's leader, I will not destroy this world." He said, before he turned to Haima. "You are fortunate, to have a sensible cabinet, I would have just as easily struck you down and destroyed your world, with this offering, a token of Terra's humility, and desire for peace... I accept, so long as the Empire is not disrespected, and your world is honorable in it's actions... Terra will have nothing to fear of the Empire of the Rising Sun."

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama 's face hardened into a terse look. He was about to say something on the role of how foolish Haima was, but he simply said nothing, he merely turned towards his Sudden transport, the Emperor was not about to state the obvious to a foolish Gaijin, and so he quietly made his way off to the Sudden Transport.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama There was a single Sudden Transport that was making it's way up from the surface of the planet. The Taiyou ships in orbit were poised to lay waste to the planet, and so they remained in position. "All Ships, pull from orbit and prepare for withdrawal." He said on the comms, forwarded to Nagama, whom issued the order.

Once the Sudden Transport docked with the Souja, the massive Kongo class ship began to pull away, it's thrusters engaging as it seemed to tilt it's nose up and away from the planet.

"If those suits continue to engage my agents, open fire and leave nothing standing If they pull off, continue with withdraw." Once he stepped on the bridge, the sun and moon was seen out the window, as massive thrusters pushed the Kongo class ship away from Terra, as it delicately maneuvered amongst the thousands of Taiyou ships poised to lay waste to Terra.

A Stern, careful and well paced voice seemed to echo from the corner of the bar, a figure that had been sitting there for an undisclosed amount of time had his eyes on Drulovic. "You look different, Arianne-san, did you do something with your hair? Who are your friends...?" He said, swiveling on his barstool and pushing back his hood to reveal his face, the mysterious man's face would soon come into light.

"Do not ask how I got here, with the right papers, anyone can slip past immigration and customs, as far as the government is concerned, I am a humble Shinto priest." He said, sipping his steaming hot sake, before bringing his gaze over to Grace . "A Pleasure to meet you...?"

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama offered a smile. "I am not here on official business, that is all you need to know." He said, sipping his sake once more, before pouring Drulovic a glass, and sliding it towards her. "I spend most of my adult life hiding from a government that tried to end me, this comes second nature, I am not hiding from your government, rather I am hiding from your media, I left Niihama on my annual vacation away from the politics and the people, I hear Wing City is nice this time of year."

He brought his gaze back to Grace and the Irishman, the middle aged Japanese man then smiled. "And you are?" He asked, addressing Kazen. This strange Japanese man seemed like an all around friendly guy. He said, before taking Grace's hand, and inclining his head.

"Takayama... Emperor Nobuo Takayama." He said with a humble nod, and a gentle kiss of Grace's wrist.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama is also present.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama spoke up. "I would be willing to have Shaw appear to testify against Drulovic, under the sole condition that she not be touched, as she is under my personal protection, I will ensure that your pathetic world knows it's place, not to touch the woman I so love."

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama nodded solemnly. "You are right, the Terrans would incarcerate her despite my demands, and I would be forced to burn your world to ashes." he said, stroking his chin. "Do you have your evidence?" He said, before a flunky turned the recorder off, then ejected a small datadisc, then he slid it in a sealed plastic bag and handed it to the NPA Director. "You have witnessed the chain of custody on this data-disc, will that be sufficient to determine it's legitimacy?" The Flunky asked.

Nobuo 'Tatsu' Takayama inclined his head, then he rose to his feet. "I bid you a welcome stay in my Empire, and hope your journey back to Terra is a safe one." He said, motioning for Kendra to rise with him. "Though I wish you well, I do not plan on handing Kendra over to your world, please make your government aware of my intent." He said before he inclined his head, motioning for Mulavi to leave.

Just beyond the orbit of Mars. There would be a distortion forming just beyond the orbit, the Coalition starbase at Saturn, and the FOB on Terra would begin to pick up several signatures as one-by-one, Taiyou capital ships began to exit hyperspace into the orbit above mars. One by one they continued to fill the gap of space between the Terran world and the asteroid belt, maintaining a tight phalanx of ships, they began their approach towards Terra.

After several moments, a delta-formation of three Shogun Battleships emerged from the phalanx of Taiyou ships, forming up alongside a much larger Super-Shokaku class ship, the 'Souza' which was the Imperial Flagship of the Imperial family.

For the past week, Taiyou media had been going on about Diplomatic visits around the Galaxy and the neighboring Galaxies, but for the first time, the Coalition and the Terrans could personally gaze upon the massive Imperial fleet that was looming beyond Mars, and the three ships that made their approach known to the Terrans.

"This is Commandant Noriko Chiyoda, of the ITN Souza, Imperial Flagship of the Taiyou Empire, we request passage for a diplomatic mission to Terra, His Imperial Majesty and the Imperial Family are aboard, how copy, Terran authorities?" The lead ship hailed.

Upon receiving clearance, the Souza began it's descent towards Terra, the Emperor, with his beloved wife and daughter grasped the railing as the ship began it's descent.

"Now beginning initial descent into Terra's atmosphere, calculating landing trajectory.. Wing City lake, it's been determined that it is large enough to accommodate our vessel." The Commandant said as the Taiyou ship began it's descent before some changes were made to the coordinates. "Correction, we'll begin our landing in the Solinus Sea." The Commandant said as the ship continued it's descent, a HUD formed marking an imaginary runway along the body of water as the ship was engulfed in flame, descending at well over mach 20. "Entering controlled free-fall." A lieutenant said as a deafening roar engulfed Wing City, a brilliant streak of flame followed before the ship made contact with the water, throwing up a dense billowing cloud of steam in all directions as it approached some of the coastal portions of Wing City.

"This is the Souza, we have confirmed safe landing, and are approaching the docks, request instructions."

The Commandant nodded, then she turned to the Emperor and bowed deeply. "Tenno Heika, your security detachment has been prepared, shall we disembark?" She asked, and the Emperor nodded.

"I don't understand why Prime Minister Kayabuki wishes me to travel within the den of lions, for it only takes one well trained sniper to end my life swiftly and without honor." He said, and as the massive Taiyou ship moored with one of the docks, several massive doors slid open and ramps extended outwards, Imperial warriors marching in step with their samurai like ceremonial armor moved towards the dock, they continued to march in parallel formations with lock step precision, forming a well guarded road towards the Taiyou convoy, which was the Emperor's own. Then the Emperor emerged, but he wasn't walking, rather he was atop a Sedan chair, carried by eight Taiyou servants in lavish garb, the Emperor emerged first, sitting in the two-person chair with his Empress, where, at passing glance seemed like another Taiyou, with the heavy asian makeup and kimono garb. The woman also appeared visibly pregnant. Once the pair was carried down the ramp, Yukiko, on a second Sedan chair was being carried to the waiting Taiyou Imperial Carriage, a limousine like vehicle adorned in a lavish color scheme.

Resting on the deck of the Souza was a lavish red King Oni mech, the symbol of the Emperor, watching over the proceedings.

The two Sedan chairs were slowly carried by their men to the waiting Limo, which was the size of a bus, and idling to take them to the FOB, flanked by two HAW-206 Multiped tanks, and two King Oni mechs in front and behind.
