Near the fringes of the Syntori 8 System, a single Hyperspace distortion opened up, if one could really call it a Hyperspace Distortion. As the distortion came, it quickly went, until a massive alien ship flickered in roughly several thousand kilometers away.

It appeared as if the strange ship was made from wood, organic in appearance with massive branches, and bioplasma surging from the rear of the ship as it pushed forward.

"SEC has been approved for AXIS admittance following ratification by your government." A Voice played out on the communications.

The figure, clad in a long hooded cloak stood at the bridge of his ship, which was in tune with his very thoughts as the ship's internal systems began to spin mutations for weapons to be readied.

"Ships and Personnel of the Jupiter corporation, you are advised to leave this system or be terminated, this is your first, and final warning." The stern voice hailed the Jupiter ships.

"Admiral, we have not accused them of anything. It's simple fact. We are not calling the Aschen or the Taiyou terrorists, they are terrorists. War criminals. Men and women who kill for power." Styles said, standing from his seat. Jan handed Captain Styles a headset, the man putting it on before moving to leave the bridge.

"They are not unique in this, let's make that clear." Styles said as he and Jan walked, both of them being handed armored vests and utility belts with holsters. "I'm no politician, I'm a soldier who follows orders. And my orders are to kill." Captain Styles told Teller, being hand a pistol which he shoved into his holster.

"Not for power, but to send a message."

Styles and Jan stepped into what might have been an escape pod. Armed men and women already inside and strapped in standing up. Styles strapped himself in, taking a deep breath.

"I can't sum up the message with any class or elegance." He admitted, "I can only say that you've fucked up." With those words Styles removed the headset, tossing it out of the pod as the doors closed.

The forty or so Jupiter Corporation ships fired off the pods. Each spherical in shape, down towards Syntori 8. There had to be a few thousand of them being sent down towards the planet, the speed at which they moved and their quantity making it nearly impossible to stop them all or pinpoint where they'd be landing.

The ships aimed their weapons, some down at the planet and others at SEC ships in the area. They were ready to go to war and do some damage.

They weren't prepared for just a battle, this was a holocaust if they had their way.

Teller was listening to the scene the response when the Axis Ship emerged from hyperspace. He quickly replied in a comm. "Forwarding your message to ground command I think we can have that Ratified after this is dealt with. In the meantime as Operational Commander I am giving Axis forces Green lights on weapons in SEC space, if it comes to it." Teller responded.

Though not a few moments after the chaos seemed to begin. As the pods Launched the Bridge of Teller's flagship turned an Eerie red. "Concentrate fighters for interception of those pods. Allert ground forces to brace for impact and repel defenses."

Teller then strapped himself into his command chair. "Axial Superlasers online on All Paladin Class Defenders Sir." An officer stated.

"Target the ships, targeting the Planet and Fire. Fleet is to execute defense plan gamma." He stated has he punched in his authorization code.

Across the fleet All three massive Paladin class defenders lurched as their Axial Superlasers fired. A bright green light would shoot from each racing toward the enemy ship in a linear path vaporizing any of the pods in it's path. The weapon, had the ability to crack through strengthened planetary shields and easily rip deep scars across entire landmasses. On impact the ships would be torn apart though each laser could only target one ship per shot.

Following this deadly attack the entire force would launch a barrage of thermonuclear missiles towards the Jupiter Corporation's fleet.

The pods were in such a great number, constantly being fired the forty ships, that for each one destroyed there were five or six entering the atmosphere of the planet. They'd crash into buildings, roads, anything in their path as they descended on Syntori 8. The shielding on the pods taking the brunt of force when they hit the surface of the planet, keeping the men and women inside from dying upon impact.

Eventually the pods would open up, allowing armed men and women to climb out and move through the streets of Syntori 8's megacity. Squads forcing themselves into homes, offices, and the planet's sewer system.

Others took it upon themselves to hijack any vehicles they could get to, with some opening fire on any law enforcement or military they could see. They needed to buy time for their comrades to get situated. Getting onto the planet could be seen as the easy part. Making the most of their time on Syntori 8 without being decimated or overrun was the real challenge.

Above the planet the Jupiter Corporation fleet was doing it's own part in making things easier for their people on the ground.

"Fire on the planet, avoid our own if you can. If it can't be helped, fire anyways." The man now in command of Styles' ship ordered the fleet, "Open a channel to the enemy," He ordered the remaining crew.

The massive ships in the fleet began to fire their weapons on the planet, attempting to create chaos and confusion for their ground forces to capitalize on. It was much easier to take the planet if the SEC had to focus on keeping the planet from becoming space debris and it's people from filling many thousands of grave plots.

The ships seemed to easily take the attacks fired on them, several different kinds of shielding flickering on each ship hit. Most notably was the orange energy, likely new and strange to any scanners the SEC ships may have had.

The Jupitor Corporation ships seemed focused on only firing upon the planet, their weapons aimed at the SEC ships not yet firing a single shot. They were up to something, buying as much time as their shields would give them.

The Lone Matokey ship didn't seem to react as pods were fired towards the planet, and the ships themselves inevitably began to open fire.

However what seemed like inaction was the opposite of what was truly transpiring. The Ship shifted on it's axis only slightly, as the ship's consciousness assessed the number of Jupiter Corp ships in the area. M'zulft was running his hands through the ship's weapons complement, before he accessed the psionic neural nodes throughout the ship. With a thought commanding the ship, psychokinetic energy would move to draw the pods, each and every one of them wildly off course, attempting to force them into each-other or perhaps redirect them back into orbit.

Those that weren't redirected would likely find the structural integrity of the pods failing, as the materials vibrated apart on the molecular level.

The second wave of attacks followed, as the larger ships were likely being drawn away from the planet, their individual weapon turrets redirected back into the fleet, and against each-other while orbs of sickening green energy began to form among the Jupiter ships.

These orbs began to ramp up a gravity field, acting like miniature black holes scattered through the Jupiter fleet, aiming to tear each and every Jupiter ship asunder, and hopefully finish them swiftly.

As the pods approached the planet they were met with both the fire from the fleet they passed and that of fighters that swooped up from the planet. Those pods that were not thrown back into orbit would find themselves the targets of swiftly attacking fighters. Some of the more dangerous pods were rammed directly by drone ships sacrificing the fighters to save lives on the planet below.

For any of the pods that did make it to the surface, they would surely be a danger but with each passing moment, thousands of security corps members rallied to the call. Fully armed teams roamed the streets hunting for the pods that fell upon the planet. Any teams that did make it out would meet stiff resistance. Aerial Assault teams flew into burning buildings where pods crashed using repulsor lift packs. Attacking the Jupiter corporate soldiers from their entrance points.

-------------
In space the battle continued as the fleet continued toward the Jupiter corporate fleet as the missiles had not been countered the space around the Jupiter Corp. ships would erupt in light as the missiles would detonate as close as they could get to the ships. Once the light was cleared three entire fighter bomber wings would be launched from their carriers in the fleet following up the attack and leaving only minutes before they reached the ships.

From behind the fleet three new task forces would arrive launching their own missiles specifically targeting the ships engines before moving in closer hoping to follow up with a short range attack from behind though this would likely come minutes after a second detonation.

There were fire too many pods being fired for the majority of them to be stopped, each one holding up to five or six soldiers, engineers, intelligence agents. This wasn't just an attack that would end after a few hours or a few days, they were laying the ground work for terror cells, guerrilla warfare, dissent among the people of the SEC.

One couldn't be sure exactly where each pod would land, even those that fired them couldn't be one hundred percent sure. They just needed as many pods as possible to hit the planet and deposist the men and women inside.

"We're under attack.Something's forcing our weapons away from the planet." An engineer said to the fleet's new commander, "Now we're being forced off course." He continued, "How long will the shields hold?" The cpatain asked.

"Hours if nothing goes wrong." A crew member answered, "Drop the engines." The captain ordered, fearless despite his ships coming under attack. They wouldn't last long, not under these conditions as far as he could tell. But, that wasn't the point of the mission.

"And then fire the Chroniton torpedos in all directions wher we have enemies and the planet itself."

In the egine rooms of each Jupiter Corporation ship men and women worked to remove their engines from whatever was holding them in place. The engines themselves were round in shape and very large, obviously meant to power the ships and their weapons entirely on their own.

"We're in overload in three seconds." An engineer said as he and many others tapped buttons, flipped switches and pulled wires on the engine itself.

"Bridge, we're ready."

With those words uttered cargo doors opened beneath the engine room, sucking out everyone in the room and the engine. The other ships did the same, engines shooting out into space surrounded by dead and dying men and women. To call the sight gruesome would be nothing but an understatement.

The engines preppeled towards the SEC vessels, seemingly attracted to them. This while with the last of their energy the ships they came from fired several torpedos at their enemies and Syntori 8. The torpedos fluctuated an eerie orange glow as they moved, they and the discarded engines all that remained of the Jupiter Corporation ships as their shields went down and they were attacked by the forces around them.

That and the men and women simultaneously burning and freezing in space.

Somewhere in the Shénshèng Mountains...

It could be described as a perfect vista, small round eyes surveying the scenery before him. M'zulf was chosen to select an ideal place to plant the Guardian Tree for Shintenchi.

The small creature climbed a small boulder, clad in little more than a leather like tunic, trimmed with various pouches, leaves, and other organic items, the Matokey made a face, and closed his eyes as he felt the mystical energies of the place flow through him.

It would be a matter of time before the ideal place was chosen, and the seed would be planted. But the seed would only take root in the right place, somewhere where it would be nurtured...

Somewhere in Orbit above Ruula
The Mt'kee Flagship Tsst

The SEC Fleet would finally recieve a response from the rest of the collective AXIS, in the form of a singular Matokey ship. The massive Gigas class ship appeared out of seemingly nothingness, before transmitting to the Stallion.

"We have recieved your transmission, and the signal from the surface. The AXIS Underdeveloped Planets Treaty precludes any intervention with a primitive civilization. However an exception can be granted if the civilization is under threat from hostile invaders and actively makes an attempt to contact us. I am standing by to offer support, but I encourage you to ascertain the nature of this incursion before committing to Military action.

Once the transmission was sent, the 'Tsst began a massive planetwide scan, while the lone Matokey let his hands dance across the ship's interface, pulling up an assortment of military units to deploy to the surface.

"SEC Fleet, bear in mind we must take care in liberating these people, as to not disturb the natural order of this planet."

"I agree fully with you, I am going to send out an ultimatum to these hostile invaders once I receive communication from the scout fighters."
-------------
An hour or so after the launch of the fighters, General Williams and Commander Jensen looked over pictures from the surface. "Infrastructure around this Castellia City is peculiar I see small clusters of what appear to be soldiers but what's soldiers from workers are hard to differentiate also the wildlife of this world does appear bizarre.

Williams turned to a comm officer. "Open a frequency to broadcast on all channels, I wish to address the planet and it's invaders." He stated.

"Attention unknown invaders, This is General Williams of the Sullen Enterprise Confederation Speaking on behalf of the Andromeda Xeno Inter-Stellar Cooperation Forces, you have invaded the Sovereign system of Ruula forcefully and we have received an appeal for assistance. You have 1 standard planetary Rotation to vacate the planet or we will be forced to assist the Ruulan government in forcefully removing you ourselves. These terms are non-negotiable, you have 1 standard rotation to respond with a refusal or acceptance."

A response from the Demiarch Empire forces below would be nearly immediate to the threat that came through their communications, "Hate to break the news to you, but you are too late. The force that had just recently wrecked this city has been removed and we are 99% complete with the construction required to rebuild this city. If we are the invaders, we are also the one that saved this city. We are also the one combating the Hydra in the wilderness to the north. Maybe if you had been here when this place needed you, we wouldn't be. So until we commit a real crime, you have no jurisdiction to attack us. Should you think you do, and attempt this, you will cause more damage to Ruula than what even the previous evil we just removed has done. Rethink your decision is all we can ask. We are an ally, not an enemy."

Not much else could be said to the other beings. All the Demiarch Empire could do is wait for a response. They were not looking for any destruction or enemies, so until a response was made, they would not make any decisions that could lead to the wrong idea at this moment. Push come to shove, they would defend themselves with a more potent force than what was probably expected.

Williams frowned he was hoping this would go smoothly but clearly it wasn't going so.

"We weren't here because we were not asked for assistance. As for you claims of your innocence I would love to hear from the Ruulan government that they have authorized your current action upon said planet. If you are here unauthorized and acting on your own accord then you have committed a crime. I expect to be hearing from the local government within a few moments. If we do find this work is unauthorized then our current ultimatum still stands. If we find this is authorized we will request a formal meeting to assure this is the case on the surface before departing this planet. "

A man and woman stood at a set of imported communications equipment, a much younger and more ornately dressed girl not far behind her. The dark skinned, younger female seemed to frown. She had a subtly anxious expression on her face as her gaze flickered betwixt the equipment and it's operators. The man's observant gaze watched her in return searchingly.

"This doesn't seem like it should be too difficult to clear up. Why's it so important for you to speak for me?" Iris asked the woman in an innocent tone. The man, a supervisor, took the liberty of answering. "Foreign relations are complicated. As much as we do trust your judgement, Grand Champion, it's never necessarily a simple case to deal with cultures potentially wildly different from our own." he remarked in a matter-o-fact one. Iris met his eyes, unsatisfied with the other's answer. Perhaps it was his tone, but something in her belly told her he wasn't being entirely honest. Perhaps he was simply attempting to explain an arbitrary policy or perhaps, far removed from the hyper-competitive arena of combat as he was, the operations manager had simply forgotten his place. Sometimes Iris missed the days where challenging someone to a battle was as simple and direct as saying hello. Now she knew that if she were to battle everyone who challenged her wisdom or skill verbally she would never see a moment of peace again, especially because of her age.

"Not to worry, Grand Champion. We're just here to make sure your point gets across accurately. Going live in five." the woman chimed in. Now that the two older Ruulans had established that they had a connection ready it was time to stop making conversation with each other.

The three waited in silence for but a moment longer before a communications channel was actually opened.

"This is Ambassador Mallory Skipper, head of the department of off-world relations. I'm here with Grand Champion Iris of the United Pokemon League and Doctor Isaac Parker, Lead Engineer here. With regards to our unexpected guests here... while we were initially rather alarmed given the proximity of their appearance to the recent attack, investigations turned up no reason to suspect that they are related to it. Right now the demiarchals are complying with local foreign policy allowing for their stay while we discuss a more permanent relations agreement. On the matter of the recent attack we are in the process of repairing the damage to Castelia City with assistance kindly offered by the Demiarchals. The loss of life was unlike anything we've seen in over a hundred years, but we've yet to come under another attack and the nation is on high alert"

'Mzulf frowned ever slightly at the Ruulan reply, and the presence of the Demiarchals.

"That does not mitigate the fact that they have arrived on this planet in direct contravention of the Underdeveloped Planets treaty." The Matokey Fleetmaster replied to nothing in particular, perhaps he was speaking to his ship. Either way he remained quiet for a moment as he contemplated the Ruulan reply.

"General Williams, I am unsure how to proceed given this revelation. Though the Aliens have consent from the local government, they are still here in violation of the Under-developed Planet's Treaty. I will advise we monitor the situation until we can get input from the rest of the AXIS." M'Zulf explained.

"Additionally, until we can ascertain the origins, and the nature of these aliens in our Galaxy, they will be barred from traveling freely through AXIS space until formal contact can be established."

M'zulf finally nodded in affirmation. "I will deliver my report to the Elder Council, and the AXIS as a whole, they will wish to deliberate on our course of action. Maintain observational awareness, but make no further attempts to assist the native government, or the Aliens, and do not attack them until a resolution is adopted."

Finally M'zulf transmitted a message directly to the Demiarchals.

"This is Fleetmaster M'Zulf 'Nchardek of the AXIS Peacekeeper Corps, you are advised to identify yourselves, your place of origin, and your intention in this Galaxy; furthermore you are here in violation of the Underdeveloped Planets Treaty which is enforceable through Military force if necessary. You are to cease all activities on Ruula immediately and arrange for formal contact with the AXIS Cooperation Forces before you will be allowed to proceed." The Matokey replied, before he switched frequencies to the Ruulan People.

"People of Ruula, You will need to send a representative of your government to meet with the collective AXIS Cooperation forces to discuss membership, if you wish to no longer be considered an Underdeveloped Planet. Either I or General Williams should be able to facilitate travel to Argos to meet with the AXIS and discuss these events."

Williams stood on the bridge as he listened before contacting the M'Zulf'Nchardek "Understood Fleetmaster, We will maintain a presence over the planet, however if this alien force makes an attempt to to encroach upon AXIS space or our fleet we will be responding with the full might of this taskforce. As for the locals, I'm going to call in one of our diplomats in the meantime. We won't use him to engage in negotiations as of yet but he will be a good asset to have on hand.

I'm going to be reducing the size of the taskforce over Ruula and reassigning the rest of the force to patrols of the local AXIS space around Ruula." He stated and then closed the channel.

"Transfer First company over to this ship, and have two of your destroyers remain here Commander, send the transports away with an escort and have the rest of your ships patrol the local region. There's no need for an extensive force at the moment I want to focus on keeping the locals appeased. " He stated.

"Understood General." Jensen said with a crisp salute before walking away.

The Paladin Class defender stood flanked on either side by a destroyer. The rest of the force would jump from the system headed to their newly assigned locations.

"We are willing to comply with all demands so long as they do not effect the well being of the Demiarchals. We have established an embassy in Castelia City during reconstruction of this city. In terms of this planet being under your jurisdiction, we understand this. The D.E. is here to better this planet. I would like to extend an invitation to our embassy where we can sit and discuss what it will take to establish a strong alliance, if not unity, of the Demiarchal people and the people of this planet." The Deminaught would reply to all communications.

The Deminaught would put communications on hold for a moment before turning to a Demiarchal, "Send word to prepare a proper escort for the arrival of these people. I know we do not eat, but I am sure that these people do, so prepare a meal for them."

The Deminaught would then turn the communications back on, "We want to work together, and should you accept our invitation, I will prepare a ground escort to meet you at the new starport that is still under construction on the eastern coast. It should be far enough along for you to land on without a problem."

It would be several hours before a response would be made to the Demiarchals, a new man stood on the bridge of the SEC defender. "Attention Demiarhal aliens, My I am Envoy Vontaru, I am of the understanding that you wish to negotiate. I fear that you are not understanding the severity of your actions."

"Before I go into details I must reject your offer to meet planetside, we are not permitted to land on an underdeveloped world without AXIS approval and the approval of the local government. We will keep this communication channel open however."

"Onto your offer of accepting out terms, please tell me how you plan to keep an embassy and presence on this world when one of our initial terms was to leave this world? However in light of the recent events I am willing to stay that demand, not for your benefit however. The UPL wishes to discuss with your people, then I am willing to respect their right to rule. However our current stance still remains, you are not allowed to leave this world through AXIS space. If you wish to leave permanently an escort can be arranged. We will remain observent over the present situation until there is a further resolution. Vontaru out" Kilum closed the channel and breathed deeply, this was a difficult situation but he had made the decision to alter the terms, there was no reason to force the actions of the Ruulans.

"We do, but mostly from the Taiyou." Livia replied, though most of Elijah's reply meant nothing to the Argosian Legate, she knew someone it might mean something too.

"So you're from another dimension? Like another realm? Please explain." Livia said, as she led Elijah through the town gates, and before the Asuran was a bustling Argosian settlement, people perusing markets, and the occasional Taiyou soldier moving from their posts.

Before the group was a large structure, though it appeared to be designed to match the surrounding Argosian buildings, the materials were vastly different. It towered high above the city, with columns of concrete and steel. The AXIS headquarters, which was where the Galactic civilizations of Andromeda came to meet.

Just beyond the AXIS Headquarters, various diplomatic shuttles could be seen coming and going, and a small creature roughly the same height as Elijah was seen standing near the steps of the massive structure.

"Greetings." The Creature said, looking up to Livia, and then down to Elijah.

"I see you are the visitor, I am unfamiliar with your species." The creature said, while Livia spoke up.

"Claims he's something called an Asuran. From a world called Tyria."

The creature nodded. "Not a name or a species I am familiar with." He said, closing his eyes. "Nor one that seems to be present in any M'tkee Knowledge pool, in any case, I bid you greetings, how may I be of service?"

"Yes it would seem I have stumbled upon inter-multiverse travel, even though I am a weapons engineer with some dabbling in robotics. This will be a big step forward for our realm and it seems for this multiverse. This will make for quite the research if I am able to return and for your people as well I assume. That is as long as we can get over any hurdles we may meet along the way." The engineer continued talking as they moved along. He observed the architecture without so much as a word of it. Then they met a creature of similar height of Elijah.

"Ah are you a being that works like a hive mind? That would be similar to the rat like creations called the Skritt, very stupid and simple minded alone yes, but when put together in large groups of 20 they become a very formidable mind. I also doubt you would have any information on us or of Tyria, it would seem not to exist here." The Asuran continued on the lenses popping over his one eye piece viewing the creature on multiple levels through it.

Two missiles, with one designed to knock the shields down. That would be the result had the Galaxy Police cruiser not carried some of the most advanced defensive systems at the disposal of the Galaxy Police.

Both missiles impacted the shields, but set off several alarm bells within the flight deck. Haruko grasped the throttle, and the control stick and promptly yanked them back, the nose of the Galaxy Police vessel banked upwards, as it's engines kicked onto overdrive the Galaxy Police vessel began to rapidly climb in altitude, while Haruko's eyes moved across several displays, every local Fireknaught ship was being garnered for targeting solution, while the Seina uplinked with orbital Taiyou assets.

"This is going to keep getting out of hand, I'm requesting emergency peacekeeper deployment to the Ruula settlement of Nimbasa City!"

"Emergency Peacekeeper deployment granted, I'm downloading target profiles from your ships computer now." The voice on the other end replied. "You've done your part, return to HQ."

Haruko offered an abrupt nod, before she replied. "Roger that." And then pulled higher into orbit, as several Type-0 Cosmo Zero fighters sped past the cruiser towards the planet below.

Haruko also turned her gaze to meet the massive Matokey ship that was slowly slipping into Ruula's upper atmosphere.

Down in Nimbasa, the Galaxy Police ship had already retreated, but targeting profiles were given to Taiyou forces in orbit, several sonic booms cracked through the city as hundreds of individual starfighters began their descent from the upper atmosphere.

Dozens of Renzan Type 3 Heavy Transports also descended through the cloud cover, the backs of the craft opened up as hundreds of paratroopers began to deploy, their bright blue parachutes blending in with the blue skies.

One of the Type 0 Cosmo Zeroes caught the Fireknaught battle airship, swooping down hard, it garnered a lock and a targeting solution, the Pilot grasping the control stick, before depressing the trigger.

25mm Autocannons opened fire, sending hundreds of high-velocity armor piercing rounds careening towards the Fireknaught ship from behind. A Second Zero formed up behind the first, and unleashed two AAM-3 Radar guided Anti-Air missiles, which carried a high-explosive warhead that could tear through even the heaviest air armor.

The missile careened through the skies, bobbing and weaving intent on impacting it's target.

The Fireknaught transport wasn't spared similar harassment, as Cosmo Zeroes darted in from above, peppering the hull of the transport with 25mm rounds from their autocannons. The ratta-tat-tat of their weapons fire echoed throughout Nimbasa; along with the screech of their engines. The skies filled with Taiyou paratroopers that began to slowly descend on Nimbasa.
