ability:
Sienna's ability of blood manipulation is a dark one for a number of reasons. In theory, she should be able to use it for healing wounds, but she's only been able to slow the blood flow from them. In order for her to use it, she must either cut herself or someone else, or else just happen to be in a surrounding where blood is present. She can form constructs from it, usually weapons. They tend to be solid enough to do considerable amounts of damage, but disintegrate upon use. If somebody is already bleeding, she finds it easier to accelerate the blood loss or prevent clotting than slow the bleeding. She finds fresh blood much easier to use than, say, blood from a blood bank. Theoretically, she should be able to manipulate the blood within somebody's body, but so far has been unable to.

appearance:
At 5'3", Sienna is shorter than a lot of her peers. That said, many people hardly even notice her height, because she stands so tall and straight and frequently wears heels. Her hair is constantly changing colours, but never strays too far from her medium brown. At present, it's just past her shoulders, with a blonde ombre. Her eyes are a dark brown, appearing black at times, and are usually framed by some sort of makeup. Her frame is slender and boyish, but she learned how to dress it a long time ago. Sienna is pretty much always impeccably dressed, usually in dark colours or red, whatever hides blood easier. Her style varies, but tends to lean a little punk-y. She likes to combine form-fitting outfits with oversized coats and some form of boots.
personality:
Being called a demon by your own family tends to have negative effects on a person. Sienna refused to work in teams, to have friends, for years. She doesn't let people in that easily. She'd much rather cut them off before they have a chance to hurt her. She sees people as tools, as a means to an end. For most people, this would be a red flag, or drive people away. Instead, Sienna spins herself into a lone wolf type figure, makes her independence and isolation a selling point. She's revealed on her blog that her family abandoned her, because it got her noticed, and people took that as an explanation for why she tended to work alone. With a genuine smile, a shrug, and fake honesty, she can make it anywhere. She's manipulative. An anger as hot as the flames of hell burns in her chest. She's angry at her family, at the heroes who saw her ability and fled, at everyone who abandoned her.
But deep down, Sienna just wants to be loved. She wants somebody who can see through all that and who won't leave, who will stick even when she tries to cut them out. She knows that's an unreasonable explanation, and she's trying to work on that. She's trying to stop cutting people out as soon as she gets afraid they'll leave her. She tries so hard. She cried for her parents for months, and there's time when she still cries for her mother when she's alone or afraid or in pain. She likes to appear effortless and apathetic because it's so far from the truth. But she's just so angry, she wants to see the city burn. She likes to come across as feeling nothing, because she feels everything so deeply.
The first few years of Sienna's life were so happy. Her family had always been a little superstitious and quite religious, but were overly tolerant, believing in the message of love more than anything else. As far as they were concerned, what you did mattered far more than who you were. Sienna was never afraid of telling her parents anything. She was intelligent, and a charming young girl. She made friends easily, she believed in the same message of love as her parents. She stood up for bullies in the school yard. And then her ability manifested.
She was twelve, her older brother was sixteen. While cooking dinner for the family, her brother dropped the knife and cut his hand open. Sienna screamed- but something about the blood called to her. As she cried, strange shapes rose out of the blood, forming images that made her smile and laugh. Her parents rushed in to see this- and were horrified. They called priests to exorcise their daughter, convinced she was possessed. She cried the whole time and reached for her mother, who ignored her. They prayed for it to be lifted. And when none of this succeeded, they cast her out, declaring her a demon beyond help.
Sienna was abandoned to the streets. It didn't take long for social services to find her, and return her to her parents. They handed her over to adoption services without a second glance. She bounced around from foster home to foster home, terrified of showing off her power. But she ended up in a family of mutants, of people just like her. And she showed them. They loved her regardless, and tried to get her help. The heroes recoiled when they saw what she could do, saying there was nothing they could do to help. Adoption services decided that that family wasn't suitable, and moved her on. Thus began her hatred towards the city.
She practiced in secret, becoming stronger, getting better control. She'd all but dropped out of school- but found a new passion. She was working in a bar as a waitress and had started investing her money in fashion. She bought herself a cheap laptop and a decent camera and started her fashion blog. It quickly shifted to be a combination of lifestyle and fashion as she talked about her life and how she coped with it. It became popular, and it supplemented her income. And once she turned eighteen, she became a villain. Always targeting government buildings and events, usually leaving innocent bystanders alone. She gained a surprising level of infamy relatively quickly, and suddenly, money wasn't an issue. She kept up her waitressing to explain her income, but she hasn't struggled for money in a while.
