Secret
Huey was born at a government facility somewhere. When he was a child, he remembers being suspended, naked, within some sort of heavily viscous liquid, like plasma. He would have a tube forced into his mouth that would supply him with oxygen and nourishment. Every now and then, weird people in white coats would come up to his test tube prison and point at him or wave charts and clipboards, arguing with each other. Shortly after, he'd be shipped into an enclosed dark room and released. He called it the "black room". There, they would test the limits of his abilities by subjecting him to all manner of torture: smashing him with blunt objects, shooting at him, sending soldiers in to fight him, burning him, electrocuting him, depriving him of food and water for days at a time, et cetera.
Well, on one such day, he had had enough. As they were shipping him and his tube to the black room, he fought through the plasma and the miasma of sedatives in his system to swim over and touch the outward glass walls of the tube. Upon touching them, he augmented the force, causing the glass walls to explode. The white coats were all scurrying about, screaming. Soldiers were everywhere.
Huey managed to kill most of them in various ways. Some were crushed by objects he pushed at them. Some were blown away by bullets he reflected back at them. Some he just touched, augmenting the related forces and jettisoning them backwards or upwards to smash through walls and ceilings. There were other kids in tubes there too, conscious and alert to the tragedy around them, but he couldn't hold himself back. At that time, he knew no control.
Most of them were killed as well.
The part he will never admit. The secret that he loses sleep over—his nightmare fuel that frightens him to no end: he enjoyed it. He thoroughly utterly and completely enjoyed every second of it. Enjoyed being splashed by the pleasantly warm red essence of his captors as the light left their eyes forever.
It felt like justice.
Doesn't that make him evil? A demon? Does he even deserve to live? To have friends or happiness, after doing all that?
He can't decide.
Backstory
Huey was born at a government lab somewhere, but, after a certain "incident," was recaptured and brought into a more secure institution. There, he met several others and eventually escaped a second time, sticking together with his new comrades and running from the government.
He just wants this whole thing to be over... but it'll never be over, will it?
Personality
Huey is highly logical and loves to bring up and debate issues of science and philosophy. He values knowledge, competence, and logic in others and can sometimes be seen as having unrealistic expectations.
He himself is very quiet and reserved. He lives more inside of his head than anywhere else and is kinda hard to get to know because of it, but once you befriend him, he will be the most loyal companion you've ever had. He thinks of himself as a sort of natural leader, but has no qualms about following people he trusts. Less work, more "me" time.

Power(s)
Huey can essentially augment and reflect forces that come into contact with his body; however, at his age and with his low body mass and lack of experience, the most he can reliably do is "nullify" said forces—or exert an equal and opposing force from his body that cancels out the one he came into contact with.
For instance: if a group of soldiers began to shoot at him, he could "pause" or nullify the momentum of the bullets as they hit his body by exerting an equal and opposing force. Another example: If someone took a hammer and smashed Huey's skull with all their might, he could exert a force to oppose that motion and cancel it out. The butt of the hammer would seem to pause (bounce backwards slightly) as it came into contact with his head. The hammer itself would probably vibrate for a bit in the attacker's hands. Huey would suffer no damage. Same for if he fell out of a skyscraper or got hit by a bus or what have you.
This "nullifying force" is powered by him burning his stores of chemical energy—energy he replenishes from eating food, drinking water, and sleeping. This implies that his nullification powers are not infinite. If he encounters a force that is too great for him to nullify—say, he hasn't eaten or slept in a while—then he'll be overwhelmed. Also, if he continues to use his power again and again and again continually, he'll eventually deplete his energy reserves and be overwhelmed that way.
It is for this reason that he is an extremely heavy eater and sleeper. He can clean out a small restaurant and then sleep for dozens of hours after a hard fought day. When he does sleep, it usually takes someone to wake him up manually. As a precaution, he always tries to keep some chocolate or an apple around for those inevitable clutch situations.
Not eating for a long period of time is really, really, really bad for him.
There have been times, though, that he has done more than just base nullification. He has used "augmentation," or increasing/decreasing the force of something he's currently touching, like making a car go faster by manipulating the Normal force to increase friction and, by extension, traction. He has also used "reflection," where, instead of nullification, he exerts a force that overwhelms the object in contact with his body, reversing its trajectory or "reflecting" it back. Useful against guns. Nevertheless, augmentation and reflection are mortally taxing for him at his young age and will quickly empty whatever energy reserves his body has left if used for extended periods of time—especially if he hasn't eaten and slept for a while. Usage beyond that point will result in death.
Although he has used this power accidentally (disastrously) in the past, it does require some level of conscious thought to use. This implies that it is not in effect 24/7 and that he can't use it while sleeping.
It is for these reasons that he doesn't really like (nor have a need for) physical weapons. He does not have a favorite weapon; however, if he had to choose, he'd probably pick up a gun before anything else. Better to fight at a distance, you know.
Weaknesses
As his power is force augmentation, nullification, and reflection, his weaknesses deal with dangers that are not forces.
Take energy for example. If Huey were to get struck by lightning, he'd be electrocuted to death. He can only augment and reflect/nullify forces. Not energy. By the same logic, a flame thrower would really screw him over. He might be able to reflect the "flame" itself, but the heat would kill him as readily as anyone else. Same deal with a grenade or explosion.
Also, his "force control" does not extend to gravity—local or universal.
