Simon woke up after a long needed sleep stiff and sluggish. He hated sleeping in human form. It always left him like this and it took him almost hours to recover. with a yawn he pushed himself of his roost into open air. Oh god he thought instinct taking over almost immediately. Skin and arms disapeared to be replaced by wings and feathers as he changed into his familiar crow form. Ah it's nice to be a crow again he thought mentally smiling at the feel of feathers but he didn't have long to enjoy. He flapped his wings erratically trying to stay aloft but it only succeeded in slowing his fall as he impacted the ground. Falling twice in 24 hours? Gravity and i need to have a serious talk he thought picking himself off the ground. He ruffled the feathers all over his body to check for injuries to add to the ones made before. There was only a slight throbbing pain from impact but besides that there was nothing to speak of his endeavors this past day. He did what he usually did in a bad situation and listed the pros and cons. Pro: i'm not sore anymore. Con: i've fallen from my room. Pro: I'm a crow again. Con: I'm a crow and I'm on the ground. He looking around the almost campus feeling surprise becoming him when he saw it was now empty of students. I must have been asleep longer than i thought he mumbled though it came out as some deep clicks through the crows beak. it was practically evening now and he had done nothing but reach the school. He tried to think of something worthwhile he could do before retiring to his bed but nothing immediately came to mind. He leaped into the air and flew around while he tried to think of something he could do. There was something about feeling wind in his face that brought good ideas to his mind.
He was in the middle of a loop when it did exactly that. Luna had mentioned that there was a town nearby and it might prove interesting to investigate it. He righted himself and cast his eyesight out to find any trace of a town. He hadn't seen a town on his way here so he avoided looking in that direction. He looked for awhile but after not seeing anything he just set out towards the hunting grounds. Humans hunted sometimes too right? it would make sense if the hunting grounds were near there. Plus with all the creatures that go through thee humans might be scared to enter. He pondered more thoughts as he continued on his way.

Luna raised an eyebrow in disbelieve as she listened to Adamah. An arrangement? Not even in thousand years. She wasn't allowed to do such things, neither could she shake of the suspicious feeling each time someone asked for an arrangement. "I'm sorry, but I'll have to decline" She said in a polite voice. He would give her interesting information and she knew it could be useful in the future. But that also meant she would have to give away some secrets. So far, there had only been two, maybe three techniques which couldn't be told to others. Nevertheless, she would keep these quiet until she had a very, very good reason to tell them. This situation wasn't considered one of them, altough she knew she wouldn't get such a good chance anymore. If she hadn't belonged to the Angels, she would probably have accepted though. Yet she was their toy, their weapon, and in these things she wasn't supposed to have an opinion.
Luna closed her eyes and smiled slightly. "I'll be in big trouble if I make an arrangement with someone." She mumbled before she opened them again. She shrugged and sighed. She got used to it, so she didn't mind.

Lune closed her eyes in response. She would love to exchange knowledge, to learn more about magic... But what could she possible tell that he didn't know yet without giving any valuable and secret information? She sighed, burdened by the difficult decision. "Let me think about it for a while. I can't decide such things in a matter of minutes." She finally answered. She stroke her hair out of her face and glanced at Molly. The other angel had been quiet for some time and Luna was actually impressed by the fact that she was and could. She seemed like such a talkative person. Maybe she felt uncomfortable about the situation. They should change the subject. "So... I'm guessing you both are quite older than me. Why are you here?" She asked smiling. They probably knew all these things that could be learned here already, or at least, most of it. And yet, they still chose to spend their time here. She was interested why they would do that.

"Wish I knew mine...." She said barely loud enough to hear. Molly looked up and pretended she had never said a word. She smiled kindly covering up for herself. "Do you know your purpose?" She asked.

Luna looked at Molly before her gaze shifted to her wings. Her eyes followed their shape and inspected every feather. "Why don't you hide them, like I do?" She asked a little surprised. She couldn't imagine walking around with her wings out the whole day. Of course, it felt better to give them the space they need, but she had learned to ignore that feeling. It was much more important to look as normal as possible, because she still wasn't comfortable with giving up being a human being.
Her head turned as Adamah spoke. What he told them was surprising, but definitely not unusual. The current Earth God was... Well, he couldn't really adapt to the new world, or not as quickely as he should. It was actually a very good decision to find a successor. He would get great power and an even greater influence.
Luna's ears picked up Molly talking and she looked back at the other angel. "Everyone has a puprose, altough it may not be clear at this very moment. You will find something, maybe someone, who will give you a goal. Go for something you believe in, something you want to do." She smiled sad as she spoke her last phrase. She hadn't had a choice, that's why she thought it was so important for others to have one.

"Mother hated me didn't teach me anything thats why." She sighed. When Luna continued she smiled. "I hope its clear one day because I am fairly stupid dometimes." She pushed her hair kut her face effoetlessly and looked at both of them.

"You are anything... but stupid. However... you will only ever achieve... what you believe to be within your... power. For as long as you believe in your own... ignorance, You will always prove yourself... right."

Luna held her head slightely to the right as she observed Molly. Then she shrugged. "Do you want to learn it?" She asked. She could teach her, it wasn't really difficult neither would it take too much time. At least, if she had some talent for it. She had heard of angels who either learned very slow or couldn't do it at all. They were exceptions, but she couldn't say it was impossible.
She nodded while Adamah was speaking. His words at lots of wisdom in them, not that she expected anything less from him. He seemed to be very old, after all. Her eyes shifted bored to the sky and then to the sun. They would have to go back soon.

Adamah never was all that good at keeping track of time, but the girls' seemed to be a little anxious to get back to their rooms before it was dark. "You both are welcome to... visit me here... whenever you would like. But right now... I need to finish... making my home. Even for me... it will take most of the... night." He stood up, and at the same time, his chair sunk back into the ground along with the tables. "I hope to see you... both... very soon." Then without waiting for a reply, he started his work.

He would first need to change the ground from grass and dirt, into the preferred cold granite, or marble. He set the border of his soon to be house in his head, and willed a foot tall ledge to move across the ground removing all organic life from the, and leaving only dirt. Next, He had to focus and feel the stones deep underground, and carefully bring as many as he could up, without destroying the foundation and causing the ground itself to cave in. He did this by pushing the dirt on top of the boulders he was pulling up, down to replace the space they were taking. Even so, the ground would be lowered a few inches, but he was ok with that. It would be nearly even by the time he was done. Once all of the rocks, and boulders he wanted were surface level, he proceeded to grind them into dust, leaving an enormous pile of grey and black sand in the center. Then, spreading it all out until it covered the ground like a sandbox, he concentrated on forcing the sand to condense until it was solid. but this was not enough. right now it was still soft, and would break too easily. he took another breath, and closed his eyes again, forcing the density of the slab of stone to raise, making it's size considerably smaller. Once he was finished, it was over half as small as the sand was when it was spread out across the ground. but it was the exact size he wanted it to be, covering the ground in a perfect circle, in the center of the clearing. One of the reasons he chose this spot in particular, was the cliff. The clearing was around 100 meters across, and was surrounded on three sides by a cliff that rose up between 50 and 200 meters depending on where you measured. His floor positioned perfectly, took up almost exactly one quarter of the area. But he was not finished. Next, he had to smooth out the floor until is was as glassy as marble. He dis this my shifting around the top 1/100 inch layer around over and over and over, until it was perfectly even. This way was much more difficult than removing the stone entirely, but he hated to waste what he had already made, and he believed that it was smoother.

Next, he had to establish the border. This was accomplished by pulling seven crags from the cliff side, and placing them around the circle evenly. Once each was positioned exactly how he wanted it, he had to reform their shape. He hated doing this, because earth was so stubborn and always fought against it no matter who was telling it to change. But it was not impossible, and he had plenty of practice with this skill in particular. He always overcompensated his training, so that whereas he excelled in areas others of his kind found difficult to accomplish, he was -at best- mediocre in the basics of Earthcraft. He pictured the shape he wanted in his head, and gently placed his hands on the first pillar. The trick was to treat it like clay, you had to guide it as you told it what you wanted. Stone was willing to break, and bond, but bending it took patience. after nearly a half hour, he finally got it to be a perfect circle. as smooth as the floor ha made. He followed suit with the other six, each one faster than the last. Then he moved on to the next stage. He now had to inscribe the proper runes into them in the exact right places. There were several reasons for this, one of which was to give the surrounding stone will of it's own. Now, it would read his intent and follow suit, rather than having to be commanded for every little thing. it would also be able to act without his guidance. something that was very useful when he was gone, and someone tried to sneak into his home. The power extended out around the entire clearing, and just to be on the safe side, up the cliff sides.he would have to go and set border runes to stabilize the spell later, but it would be fine for now. all that the border runes did, was to keep the border constant, rather than always changing. By now it was well past midnight, and his work had exhausted him, but he wanted to do more. If either of those angels wanted to learn ancient magics, than there were a few more additions he had to make. But he decided that that could wait until tomorrow evening as well. he needed to sleep now to be ready for his first real day of school. He snapped his fingers, and a perfect rectangle of stone rose from the floor. it was just long enough for his body, and floated three feet off of the ground. Then, he slept.
