Lazy|Writer|Clumsy|Temperamental|Kind
Tak is a kind of lazy individual most of the time, only a few things really getting him excited enough to jump up and do something. He's a nice person, though sometimes a little vague, and isn't afraid to stand up to people. The only thing that really interests him is writing, he has stacks of journals in his room. Surprisingly, his writing is actually pretty good- fast paced and with lots of interesting plots. How he writes somewhat contradicts his whole personality. Though he takes every opportunity he has to complain about his job, he doesn't really mind it that much. He enjoys protecting people, even stupid humans. Speaking of which, he doesn't have a particularly high opinion of humans, thinking of them more of food than anything else. But he finds that breaking rules can be more work than following them, so he hasn't and most likely won't harm them in any way. Despite being a quick thinker and a decent fighter, Tak is clumsy. He's not exactly on "tripping on his own feet" level, but more not paying attention and running into closed doors.

Likes: Writing, the color red, sleep, animals, food
Dislikes: Chores, schoolwork, exercise, explanations
Strengths:
~Controls memories of other people
~Writing
~Acts fast and reacts quickly to problems
~Strong endurance- mostly since he's used to get hurt
Weaknesses:
-Incredibly lazy with no motivation
-Short temper
-Easily distracted

Image
Image
Character Summary: Though pretty easy going, Tak tends to be easily angered. He's also very clumsy, and constantly has bandages stuck over his face and arms from tripping and hurting himself. Which is admittedly quite a feat considering he's a vampire. His favorite color is red, and almost everything he owns is red. It's more of an obsession really, just he's so casual about everything that it doesn't really seem like an obsession at first.
Power: He has the power to control memories; to erase them like most vampires can but to also alter them and make people believe things that aren't true.

So begins...

Tak
Tak was glaring at everything. Everything. Well, except the sun- he was making a point of not looking at it. though, he'd probably glare at that too if he wouldn't get a huge migraine from doing so. He wasn't really all that tired, so it wasn't like this was cutting into his sleep yet, but it was more the fact that it was his job to do it that upset him. He did it from the headmaster's request, but he wasn't pleased about his "position". Damned humans. Blood was what they were good for, everything else was just troublesome. But he wouldn't go back on his word to keep the "peace"- even if he really wanted to now and then.

At the thought, Tak smirked and made his way to the office of the academy where he was supposed to greet and escort Night students to their dorms, after they signed in. He had a feeling he wasn't really escorting anything, just making sure no one got the bright idea to go and bite a human. Sighing, he went inside and saw two others from the disciplinary committee, the Day Patrol to be specific. Tak made an annoyed sound but otherwise didn't say anything to them, sticking his hands in his pockets and findind a nice corner to stand in.

Sakio
Staring up at her ceiling quietly, Sakio listened to the ticking of her clock. She didn't have an alarm, she didn't need it. It was rare for a day to pass where she didn't wake with the sun. Her internal clock was just very reliable when it came to her sleep schedule- she had to admit it was nice. Sometimes. Right now she was a little bitter about it, since she was going to a new school. Growling, she stood up and took a shower before throwing on the uniform she'd been given. The uniform itself wasn't too bad really, but the concept of uniforms irked her.

"It's exciting," she told herself, though her town was bitter, "going to a new school. Meeting new people. Wonderful." Now dressed, Sakio tied back her hair and started the walk to the main office to pick up her schedule.

Catherine Tinatin

Catherine had never been so nervous as she had been the moment she awoke this morning. Well, at least not over something so... mundane, for lack of a better word. It wasn't staying up at night watching a match burn between your fingers, it wasn't looking for odd jobs, it wasn't looking behind you for tell-tale signs of fangs, and it definitely wasn't burning buildings down only to escape with your life. It was... it was joining school... school. She'd had to teach herself everything for as long as she could remember, now she'd have someone teaching it to her alongside others with pencils, boards, assignments and boring old text books. The young woman was so excited she couldn't wait, but also so nervous she laid awake a full hour before her alarm began ringing in order to psych herself into getting ready for the day. Today... today could be the best and worst day of her life all at the same time. Catherine had completely, terrifyingly, absolutely no idea what could happen to her with this sudden change of events. And she relished and despised every minute as she stepped from her door, refreshed, ready, and prepaired as she'd ever be for whatever might be coming her way. She even wore the uniform... with the skirt... and she hated skirts... she was smiling as she willingly wore a skirt.

"Well... I suppose I'm ready for this... yeah, let's get going."

Her hair was still somewhat damp, giving a sense of something akin to rain and it made her smile as she headed for the front office to recieve her class schedule. She loved rain, enjoyed it, often danced under it and just laughed when she could. Thunder intrigued her, lighting drew her, and the rain bound her in her place when she got to it. She never ran and hid from it, never complained about her clothes getting wet, and continuously commented on the scent it left afterwards. 'Petrichor,' she thought, 'what an odd word for it.'

Despite her thoughts distracting her, she made it to the office without distraction and paused somewhat of a distance away from it. Others stood there, those of the something-or-other commitee. That wasn't what stopped her there, though, what stopped her was a tugging feeling in her gut she got when she took the whole group into her view. It could be any one of them, any single one or all of them that gave her that odd feeling. The pause was short-lived though, easily mistaken for an interruptive thought if not analyzed to every detail such as her quick visual scan of each person there. It ended as quickly as it began, and she was once again approaching the process of recieving her schedule. Meanwhile, she looked around a bit warily to the other people around her, the 'disciplinary commitee' now that she remembered, and she tried to be at least somewhat friendly towards the strangers.

"It must suck having to be up this early for a job, huh?"

Killian Thomas

Killian was having a great morning so far, a great, relaxing morning in full. He'd awoken at an oddly early time, sure, but he was comfortable with it since it meant recieving his schedule earlier and without maximum crowding. And once he got what he needed he'd be able to take a nap before the day actually started up and more students awoke. This could be a good start for the school year. Killian had taken a shower before he went to bed, not wanting to have to take one just after waking and risk accidentally killing himself. If he became a ghost he'd be naked for the rest of his undead life, odd to think of indeed but really, who would want that?

Leaving his dorm, he carried himself with his usual relaxed manner, his eyes somewhat hooded and a lazy smile on his lips. All was well as he made his way to the office, even with the sun coming up to glare down on everything below it. He entered and gave warm smiles and nodded greetings to those already there, waiting behind a pale-haired girl already getting her schedule. His head was tilted downward in thought and his gaze wandered off, his mind going with it as he simply stood and waited.

The males eyes only flickered up from his game when the alarm clock went at exactly 5:59am. He only pulled his eyes away from the two computers then. Playing two games at once had gotten fairly easy for him now, he could even do three though began to struggle at four. Since the first video game had been released he had become addicted to them. His personal favourite, and the ones he was just paling were MMORPGs. He was mostly farming and in a higher level of area than he really should have been in. Though he had not lost once.
“Ugh, morning already?” he sighed, though not in annoyance, just sort of surprise upon hearing the alarm,”Geez, guess I gotta go to school.”

He was sort of disappointed that he had to leave his game, quickly clicking both his accounts offline before getting up and stretching. Zeke had been up all night playing games. The last time he had slept was
 two days ago? Wait
maybe it was three
He didn’t really care, he had stayed up for a lot longer before, he just wanted to make sure he was ready for school and he knew he had to sleep at some point.

“Wonder if I’ll make it in time?” he chuckled.
A few thoughts crossed his mind. As he had been wearing his uniform since yesterday he wondered if it smelled. A quick sniff told him he was good for at least today. No smell
 Uniform
What else? He was pretty sure he was forgetting something but not that that really mattered. He now had 57 seconds to get to school
Plenty of time! He even had time for a quick game. He pulled his PSP from his pocket, walking out of the house he was staying without even having to look up. At this rate he wouldn’t be that late, maybe just not exactly on time.

Blair Kendrick

Blair had gotten up early that morning and donned her white uniform. Being the disciplinary committee she had wanted to be early, or course knowing her luck she wasn’t. She had rushed to get break fast, rushed to get ready and rushed out the door to still be late. Normally she would be annoyed by this but at the minute she didn’t even have time to do that. It was only the beginning of the school year and she already had a lot of work to do, mainly babysitting the other vampires. Most of their kind were generally quite easy to keep from the humans, then there were the few that didn’t. They had always been a problem for Blair and the rest of the disciplinary committee.

Upon entering the school Blair had noticed she was the last member of the committee to arrive. With a slight sigh she grudgingly walked over to her comrades. Personally it was far to early in the morning for this, she needed her beauty sleep and she was giving it up to make sure no humans or vampires got into trouble. Humans were reliable, they couldn’t really do much but the rest of her kind were the real problem. A few had a difficulty staying away from the vampires.
“So
” she muttered in a deadpan tone, "I’m assuming everyone is as tired as me and wants this to run smoothly, so let’s not fuck this up.”

Blair wasn’t sure how much she could endure this morning before her patience snapped and she wasn’t willing to put up with either humans or vampires stepping out of line.

Sera's Pov

Sera had finally made an attempt to change into her uniform. And she wasn't exactly happy about it. Not only was she expected to attend this Academy, she also had to wear a uniform. One that was very similar to the Humans, although the vampire's uniforms were mainly white with a few black trims through out the uniform. Unfortunately though it seemed they had sent her the wrong size uniform as she was unable to do the buttons up around her breasts resulting in her cleavage becoming more revealed than she hoped.

Sera had just finished putting her knee high laced hunting boots on, when someone started to kick against her door followed by shouting "Sera! Hurry up! I'm hungry and wanna get some food!!" Akira, one of her sisters only friends. Sera knew him mainly due to the fact that the two families always seemed to be close.

Sighing to herself as she flicked her hair out of her face whilst she made her way towards her door, opening it to reveal her sister and Akira waiting for her. "You two could of gone without me.." She spoke boredly. Gently moving past the pair as she made her way down the hallway. "Are you coming then?" She called to them whilst walking away.

[Drake's Pov

Not long after shouting at the girls to go back to his room his friend and colleague Angel had finally joined him. "You tell that the bunch of fan girls trying to sneak to the Night class dorms." Irritation evident in his voice" I seriously don't understand why these vampires are so important that we have to be up this early He was going to carry on moaning but Angel suddenly pulled out a bag of skittles. His face suddenly went from annoyed to quite excited. "Your going to share those right?" He asked with a puppy dog face.

Soon enough the rest of the disciplinary committee were arriving each weren't too keen on having to be up, even the vampires seemed annoyed possibly due to the fact they were up during day time.

Zeke Lighton

Image
Zeke didn’t even notice he was in the school grounds before looking up from his game. He must have walked subconsciously, or maybe just memorised the path, either way he had gotten here without walking into anyone or anything. There was when he slightly stumbled on the kerb but that didn’t distract him too much. With a slight sigh he paused his game and slipped it into his bag, which was more of a suitcase saying he had to transport his clothes and gaming devices to his dorm.

Only now did he notice all the humans around and of course a girl from the Discilinary Committee pointing a few vampires who had arrived through to their dorm and steering them well away from the day class. She didn’t look all too happy about it though. As he neared her he realised it was Blair.

‘Eh, she’s on the Committee?’ he frowned a little. He never recalled her mentioning it
then again he didn’t recall a lot of things. Besides she didn’t talk to him much, or he just didn’t talk to her much, he didn’t talk to anyone much.

“Go through to the dorms, don’t come out to bother with any humans,” she muttered with a slight sigh as he walked past before turning back to a group of girls, and the odd male.

“Don’t you have anything better to do?” she snapped angrily as Zeke looked around her, giving a slight friendly wave before continuing on to the dorm, dragging his suitcase behind him.

Zeke wan’t exactly glad to be back in the dormitory, he had left his best computers behind. Obviously it would be hard to get them here, the size they were. He knew for sure he defiantly wasn’t glad to be back at school, it just took away from his gaming time. Though maybe he would actually learn something this year.

Blair Kendrick

Image
She shook her head. Obviously, seeming to be the only responsible member of the Committee everything was going to be up to her. Normally having to get up wouldn’t exactly annoy her but having to get up from the little sleep she actually got just to babysit some misbehaving vampires and lovestruck humans is what got her. There would be no need for this if those stupid sacks of blood who were attracted to people merely by how good looking they were, could actually control themselves and do what they were told for one god damned hour.

Seeing the human girl, Angel wave made her think this was possibly the best time to go and sort out those outside.
“Yeah, bye,” she muttered, turning on her heel and walking out of the office, planning on directing the vampires to their dorms and the humans away from the vampires.

Shortly after vampires began arriving and Blair ended up having to tell them to keep walking and ignore the goggling group of humans that was quickly forming behind her, despite the fact she had to them numerous times to leave, none of them really listening.

Threatening them didn’t seem to work as they left before returning a few seconds later with their little friends. They seemed to think that if the whole day class turned up she wouldn’t be able to put them all in for dentition, well they weren’t wrong. There simply wasn’t enough to put the crowd that had began forming to see all the night class students. She was beginning to think that it would be better to threaten them with violence.

Then the weirdo showed up. Thankfully he didn’t cause much trouble, there was that time he tripped right into a couple of day class students because he wasn’t looking where he was going.

“Go through to the dorms, don’t come out to bother with any humans,”she said in exasperation before feeling a slight push from behind, turning to find a girl had been pushed right into her, her friends obviously trying to get her to talk to Zeke.

“Don’t you have anything better to do?”she almost yelled, anger spreading across her face. The girl quickly backed away, apologising incessantly.

"I can’t cope with this,” she muttered, preparing herself for the next night class student to walk through the gates.

Tak couldn't help but grin, watching Blair fuss about. Nothing was going to happen. Like, really. Vampires would be going to sleep soon anyways, they would only have to act as babysitters for a little bit longer and then they could hand off the job to the day patrol. But still, she seemed to be taking her job very seriously.

Off to the side, Angel was waving. Tak raised his hand in greeting, but didn't waste the energy to actual wave. He was about to look away from them, but he could see a vampire- Kanra, was it?- was over and start talking to the day patrol. He wasn't doing anything wrong really, but his expression suggested he was planning on it. From Drake's earlier ranting, Tak had a feeling he wouldn't need to intervene. But still, he kept an eye on the white haired boy. If there was any blood spilled, the headmaster would have their heads. The disipilary committees, that is.

"Hey, Blair. Relax would ya?" he finally spoke up, hearing the girl mutter to herself. "Seriously, you're making me tense just watching you." After the sentence left his mouth he saw some more students come in, vampires, and half-heartedly helped direct them to their dorms.

Image
The main office wasn't that impressive. Besides a few students coming and going, there wasn't really anyone around. Part of her wanted to say that she must be early, but she couldn't have walked that fast. Eyeing the room, she cautiously stepped in. Something about the place didn't feel quite right. She couldn't quite pinpoint why though, and dismissed the thought entirely. Instead, she walked over to some of the people who seemed to be in charge. Two of them kinda were making her nervous, while the other two made her feel uneasy for completely different reasons.

After grabbing her schedule, Sakio practically booked it. She didn't like the disciplinary committee. It was official. To her dismay, she had classes right off the bat and was supposed to head there after getting her schedule. She could feel a scowl working its way onto her face and was working hard to not look so pissy on her first day. It wouldn't do well to make friends if all she did was glare at people like she wanted to beat them up. Sighing loudly, Sakio looked around the path that led to the main school building. There weren't as many people as she'd imagined.

Image Ame's POV

As Ame waited patiently for her sister, she heard a faint call from down the hall. "Hey! Ame-chi! Over here!" Ame spotted her best friend Akira running towards her. And after a minor greeting and hug, Akira almost kicked the door down. "Sera! Hurry up! I'm hungry and want to get some food!" Finally they hear the voice of her older sister. "You two could've gone without me." Sera walked past them. "Are you coming then?" The two follow Sera as they approached the office to get their schedule. Ame held her sisters hand tightly, slightly nervous, with Emi in her other hand. Ame wasn't always good around lots of people. She hid behind her sister's back as they entered.

"Onee-chan... scared.." Ame shrinked into Sera's back, scared for her life. Akira looked over and gave her a reassuring smile to cheer her up. She noticed a commitee member with blazing red hair walk over to them. Telling by the uniform, he was a vampire. Ame looked from behind her sister's back, staring intently at the boy's beautiful red hair.

Image Akira's POV

"You could've gone without me." Sera slowly opened her room door. Akira chuckled nervously. He hadn't thought about that possibility. They began to head down to the office, and he saw a red-headed vampire commitee member come over to the three of them. Akira smiled at Ame, to make her a little less nervous. He grinned as she stared at the boy's hair. Slightly poking Sera, he pointed towards Ame, who wouldn't take her eyes off the big red blob on this student's head. 'Ames gotta crush~' he sing-songed in his head.

He chuckled lightly, trying to hold in his laughter. But he just couldn't keep it in, and so Akira fell to the ground rolling around laughing so hard his chest hurt. Other students looked at him like he was crazy. "Oh god! I can't stop laughing... BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!" Now he needed somebody to calm him the heck down...

Sera's Pov
Sera smiled down at her sister as she took hold of her hand, trying to hide herself from other view. "Don't worry no one will hurt you" She told her with a smile trying to reassure her sister. 'Not on my watch anyway She thought bitterly.

After a short walk towards the academy they finally arrived at the entrance, there seemed to be a lot of students there waiting to receive their schedules and room assignments. Fortunately the Night class students shared the same schedule so they basically knew what classes they were taking it was only the dorm rooms that needed assigning, not like she would share a room with anyone. She would go mental if she were to share a room. And none would argue with her.

Sera's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of hysterical laughter and it sounded like it was coming from Akira, she couldn't help but tilt her head in annoyance at the lack of control he had. "Compose yourself" She told him with irritation. Sera looked back towards her sister to notice her starring intently at a boy with fiery red hair.
Causing her to smirk. Scanning her eyes across the entrance, noticing there weren't as many night class students as she expected, but it seemed the Disciplinary committee had everything under control though.

Drake's Pov
Drake caught the skittles with a smile on his face, immediately opening the packet and tucking in. "This is why you're my best friend" He continued smiling. Anyone that knew Drake knew he was a massive fan of food especially sweets, mainly skittles to be exact, probably being a massive weakness of his.

"You know I rather not attend class" He spoke with a sigh, just the thought of going to class after being up at the crack of dawn did not interest him in the slightest. "If I fall asleep, you cover me got it?" He told Angel with a serious voice.

The sound of Blair's voice directing the students mainly the Night student irritated him, he didn't particularly care for the Night class students, nor did he agree with them attending the Academy. But no matter how many times he's discussed it with the headmaster, it was never listened to, so he had no choice but to do his job. Unfortunately.

He was about to make his way towards class, but three people caught his attention. Three vampires to be specific. Two female's and one male. The two girls looked quite similar both with long silver hair and red eyes, one looked slightly older than other but they were most likely siblings. The male had blonde hair and red eyes. But he knew who they were without them even introducing themselves.

Looking towards the other committee members he couldn't help but be annoyed. "The Tenshi is here" He grumbled.

Zeke Lighton

Image
Zeke basically collapsed a couch, not bothering to unpack, or even find which room he would be in, as he opened his PSP again. Really he should get back to the MMORPG from earlier but laziness had taken over him and he couldn’t be bothered unpacking everything. Maybe later

Really he should be ouside socialising but his game was more important at that point in time. Hey, it was easier to wait until all the vampires were in the dorms anyway, no humans to bother with. It wasn’t that humans actually bothered him. Zeke found them quite fascinating. They had invented many amazing things anyway, including all of his favourite games.

Right of course, back to his game. Gaming was like breathing to Zeke. He often did it without thinking and it was very difficult to live without. If he went without it for to long he found the only thing he could think of was playing another game, often imagining it in his head. He wasn’t that weird
 was he?

Blair Kendrick

Image
Blair nearly jumped ten feet in the air upon hearing Tak speak, not really expecting it. She was just about to lecture him about what would happen if they weren’t here to make sure everything ran smoothly before an audible sight escaped her lips.

“Right
You’re right,” she muttered, it was a rare occasion having Blair admit someone else was right but she was being awfully tense for no reason.

She had only finished wit a group of vampires before hearing loud laughter from nearby. She turned to see a blonde, looking quite ridiculous rolling around on the ground. Now she had noticed people, and not all vampires staring at him.

“Will you shut it and get up,” she sighed as she walked over, pinching the bridge of her nose,”If you haven’t noticed you’re making a scene.”

She didn’t seem to be the first to tell him of, the older pure blood, Sera, didn’t seem all to pleased with him either. The male on the ground, Akira she knew him as, seemed to find something very funny as he seemed unable to control himself. It wasn’t exactly annoying Blair but she found the stares quite irritating, stoping people in their tracks just to look at the madman on the floor. It would’ve been fine any other day but it was just Blair’s tension that made it seem worse. Normally she would’ve been a little more laid back about this whole situation, maybe even stopping to flirt with a few humans.

It didn’t take her long to see the younger Tenshi behind Sera. She seemed to be staring at
Tak, with a quick glance at her fellow Disciplinary Committee Member she gave him a slight nudge with a small nod at the younger one, gesturing at her quite inconspicuously.

“Right
You’re right,” was Blair's quiet reply, and Tak had the nerve to actually gawk at her. Even when she did agree with someone, she didn't openly admit it. But the moment was cut short when there was sudden laughter and some kid rolling around on the floor. Tak barely glanced at him, but Blair seemed pissed to say the least. Poor guy was getting scolded by not just Blair, but whoever he came with too. He recognized them as the purebloods, but he didn't really have any interest in the situation. Let them cause a scene, it's not like that put anyone in danger. They were here to protect, not babysit. Or at least, that's what he kept telling himself.

His thoughts were cut short when Blair shoved her elbow in his side. Tak glared, but all she did was nod at one of the pureblood girls. She was kind of hiding behind Sera, but it was still obvious that she was staring at him. Glancing between the younger girl and Akira, Tak decided that he'd found the reason for the boys laughter. Still, Tak didn't know what Blair thought he was going to do about it. So he just waved at the shorter girl, or more just raised his hand as if to wave before dropping his arm back to his side and shoving his hands in his pockets.

"Hey," he said shortly, attempting at a friendly smile (and failing) before shifting his gaze to Blair. "Get them their schedules and stuff, yeah?"
Image
Sakio had taken a seat, not sure if she was early or not, but tired of wandering around. She pulled out a notebook and began to doodle random stuff while tapping her foot- a habit she had when she was sitting still. She wondered if they played sports around here, but couldn't recall seeing anything like a gym or field around. If she didn't have some way to get her aggression out, she was sure as hell going to start taking it out on other students. Not violently of course, she just wouldn't exactly be... friendly.

With a sigh, Sakio glanced around anyone else in the room. There weren't many people, she didn't even see anyone who looked like a teacher. Maybe she could go back to her dorm and nap a bit. Maybe skip first hour. "No... that's a horrible way to start a new school year," she mumbled to herself, leaning back in her chair. Toward the back of the room she noticed someone in the night class uniform. Was he confused?

"Hey, you!" she yelled, not at all subtle. "Are you in the right place?"

Blair

ImageBlair watched seeing Tak becoming clearly awkward whilst trying to be friendly to the pureblood girl. She smirked a little, being slightly amused by the event. Shortly after the Ame was left in the hands of the blonde, Akira. Blair had slightly doubted the males responsibility but as the pureblood had trusted him he must be
well alright to trust. Though Ame was a pureblood, albeit a little shy, so she must be able to take care of herself, right?

Tak smiled, well it wasn’t exactly a smile, he still appeared to be somewhat awkward about the situation. He obviously needed an escape plan because he quickly looked back to Blair. "Get them their schedules and stuff, yeah?”

“Yeah, right,” she said looking back, quickly wiping the smirk off her face. She turned, heading back inside, catching sight of the older pureblood, Seraphina, as she walked past the dorm. She was seeming to be scolding a white haired vampire that Blair knew all too well, and of course there was a human involved, there always was with him.

“Kanra,” she muttered under her breath. She had to say, the vampire hadn’t actually ever done anything wrong, he just
Got too close to humans for Blair’s liking. She had always been suspicious because of this, always thinking he was going to be breaking the rules, though he seemed to be very obedient to what the Purebloods asked.

Now it dawned on her that Sera was doing her job. Blair felt a stab of annoyance and her face formed into a slight frown but she quickly snapped out of it. She was doing Blair’s job, therefore that meant she had less to concern herself with. With a small shake of her head she picked up the pace a little, glancing over her shoulder at Tak before walking into the front office.

The dorm rooms and schedules were in a sort of folder, she pulled them out, handed half to Tak, and took the other half herself. Which ended being very few small piles. They couldn’t even be called a pile as there only seemed to be several sheets in each.
“Right then,” she muttered, more to herself, most of the vampires where (hopefully) in the dorm so there would be no need to go looking for them.

Before Sakio could get much of a reply from the random girl in front of them, Kanra was stepping in front of her and apologizing. And then proceeded to kneel. Kneel. Sakio would have laughed but she was too busy feeling shocked. There were manners, and then there was crazy. Was Kanra on the crazy list? But 'Lady Sera' (as the white haired boy had called her), didn't seem surprised by the action in the least. So Sakio decided to just go with it and pretend these people didn't weird her out.

"I smile because you are lovely," was the quiet compliment that Kanra gave her after getting scolded by Sera. Sakio raised an eyebrow at the boy, not really sure how to respond to that. She was glad she wasn't the easily embarrassed type too, otherwise she'd probably blush. Before she could even begin to reply her attention was drawn back to Sera, who was smiling. Actually, it was more like a smirk. And she looked like she was genuinely enjoying herself. For some reason.

" What's your name?" Sakio stared, kind of confused. That's all she wanted?

"Sakio." Her reply was short if not a bit cold, but that was more because she didn't like the amusement playing on Sera's face than anything else. If she didn't know better, she'd say the girl found her funny. And Sakio wasn't really all that "funny", to say the least. She'd tried to joke around before, but it usually ended badly. So she just stopped.

"Right, well. I'm gonna go now. To class, I mean. SO, yeah... you two have a nice day," Sakio said while taking a few steps back. She wasn't completely sure why she had the sudden urge to get out of there, but she did. It wasn't exactly a scared feeling. More like she felt out of place. She was the only one in the area wearing a Day Class uniform after all, so the feeling was justified to say the least. "Bye," she added, looking over at Kanra before turning around and walking back to class.

After letting Blair take over handing out schedules, Tak decided to go back to zoning out. He was doing that a lot more recently. Maybe it was the weather. Most of the students had gotten their schedules and either headed to class or to their dorms at this point. And for Tak, heading to his dorm sounded wonderful. He hadn't felt tired when he first set out to do the stupid disciplinary committee stuff, but now he was exhausted. He hadn't even done anything. Just the few moments of human (well, sort of human) interaction was enough to make him want to crawl into bed to sleep and never wake up. Or maybe write something. That was fun too sometimes.

Suddenly Tak found himself yawning, something he didn't do often. He was lazy, not in a way that made him tired all the time when he was awake but in a way where he just generally slept and relaxed more. So, when he was actually up he was less tired than other people. Sort of.

"Blair, I'm heading to the dorms," Tak mumbled, actually rubbing his eyes like a little kid. "I'm tired. You probably don't have to stay. Anyone who hasn't shown up yet deserves to be lost."

Blair

ImageAs Blair was sifting through her own timetable Tak spoke.
“Uh, yeah,” though she hadn’t really registered what he had said yet as her gaze dropped to the dorm assignment. She had hoped maybe, since she was in the disciplinary committee and needed to get up relier than most of the Night class she would be on her own, so as not to disturb anyone but apparently that wasn’t the case. In fact what was worse was that she was sharing it with
Ritsuka.

Not that she hated the girl of course, she didn’t exactly like her. The strange vampire had always seemed to dapen the mood, so to say and seemed to carry melancholy aura around her, not in the literal sense as the girl seemed to be happy enough, her aura had always seemed to be pretty happy. It was more in the sense of
effecting those around her. Well, she effected Blair at least, always making her feel slightly awkward and even a little
well freaked out. Ritsuka, from Blair’s experience had always seemed to pop up from almost nowhere. Though that wasn’t the whole reason Blair didn’t want to share a room with her, and she didn’t exactly want to admit it to herself as it seemed rather harsh even by her standards. The thought that crossed Blair’s mind was that maybe, and just maybe, that being even seen with the girl would lower her social status. Her feelings were obviously conflicted but she quickly shook her head and that thought from her mind. She had more things to deal with at the minute.

“Right, I’ll head to the dorms too, gotta give these out anyway,” she said after a while of silence, handing Tak his timetable and dorm arrangements before striding off, still glaring down at her timetable.

Soon enough Blair had reached the dorm, having to go through crowds of humans to even get there, though once she was past that it became relatively easy to get there.

There was no way Blair was going through every single person to give the timetables out, instead she set them on what seemed like a coffee table while declaring in a rather loud voice that whoever didn’t have one had better get theirs now.
As she stepped back her eyes scanned across the room, briefly glancing her new room mate, alone as usual and looking rather strange alone with a book while al the others, aside from Zeke, seemed to be socializing. Suddenly she became very thankful she wasn’t sharing a room with him, who knew what he did on his own.

Zeke

ImageZeke wasn’t even concentrating on his game, he had gotten bored of first person shooters and ended up playing Tetris. He wasn’t even fully focused on the game anymore, he just ended up people watching, most came and went, a few remained such as the couple in the corner and a girl who seemed oddly familiar, also sitting alone and reading. He had considered speaking to her though perhaps she wouldn’t want to be disturbed. Zeke, when focused, hated being distracted from his game, so she was possibly the same.

He was pulled from his thoughts when Blair had entered, setting the timetables down. With a slight sigh of effort as Zeke prized himself from his comfortable position and trudging rather lazily over to the table shuffling through the timetables until he came across his own and his dorm room. This year he would be sharing with someone named Kurosawa Akira
 Never heard of him before.

Ritsuka's blue eyes snapped up as she heard the commotion of the dorm inhabitants all flooding to... something? She stood up silently and closed her book, trying to peer at what caused the small gathering. She stayed still for a little while more, unsure of whether to go ahead or just wait it out. The people ended up peeling off before she made her decision and she saw a couple sheets of paper left on a coffee table, the top one with her name on it.

"Oh," she breathed and a girl beside her jumped a little, then whipped her head around and, upon realisation of who she was, backed slowly away to her friends. Ritsuka ignored it and walked slowly over to the table, looking left and right before taking the paper. She stared down at it with the same determined face as she had before. Now, it was the moment of truth! She flipped it over eagerly and held it right up close to her face, her eyes furiously scanning the page until she found it. ... When she did find it, she accidentally whined under her breath and her shoulders sunk.

Blair Kendrick... she had heard that name before. Who was Blair Kendrick? She glanced sideways and found a face she recognised as Blair's. Oh... the disciplinary committee girl? Ritsuka continued to look at her as she attached a personality to her room mate. Blair... snappy and outspoken, right? Yes, that was her. She was often battling it out with Ritsuka for the top position in their class, as well as with a couple of others. They had some real geniuses in this school. Ritsuka pouted behind her timetable, then got over herself. It could have been much worse, after all. Besides, it wasn't that bad...? Blair was smart... and ... smart, so she wouldn't be doing anything stupid or annoying, really. Ritsuka nodded in agreement to the little chipper voice in her head and turned back to her seat to fetch her bag and book, accidentally disturbing the group that now resided there. She tugged her bag along with her up the stairs as she made her way up to the dorm she had been assigned to.
