Chikyuu no Mirai Base

Setsugie opened his eyes from his trance, having been sitting with crossed legs all night in a semi meditating state training his mind and resting at he same time. He let out a heavy sight standing up and cracking his neck, looking at the calendar noticing today's date has a circle on it, he took a bath and dressed up in a black tuxedo single fingerless black glove on his right hand and his hair tied back in a low ponytail, both his blue and yellow eyes also looked brighter. Setsugie looked at himself in the mirror with an expressionless face something quite rare for him since Setsugie is usually seen with a smile plastered on his face., his usual happy aura was also gone Setsugie was a completely different person. Setsugie grabbed Belldandy katana form with his left hand and headed out passing through the corridors and hallways until getting outside the base.

Setsugie looked up seeing it was cloudy today, giving out a small huff he took out a pocky and placed it on his mouth. He waited then waited a few minute before beginning to walk into the town.

Len had made his way all the way around the base and then headed back to the infirmary where he took a seat a little ways down the hall. If dimitri got up and went to snoop around, he would be ready to stop him. After a while he could hear dimitri get up and move around. Len didnt bother to get up and see what he was doing. He wasnt that interested. He was only there incase Dimitri went snooping around the base. If Dimitri got his hands on any top secret things it definately wouldnt be good at all. Len wasnt about to let that happen.

Setsugie climbed the few steps to the base opening the door and leaving it open for the feline, it was a gloomy day raining and what not. He went to the infirmary first to check up on Dimitri he saw Len just sitting down a few feet from the door Setsugie assumed he was keeping an eye on him. Setsugie then entered the infirmary Dimitri had already woken up "So I see your fine." Setsugie said in a serious tone, and took a chair and sat on it.

Zero stood up when the Feline and Chikyuu no Mirai leader where out of sight and headed outside, 'A little reconnaissance.' Zero thought placing his robe on. Upon getting outside he headed the on the opposite direction they went then he jumped on a building and stealthily followed them until reaching their destination the Chikyuu no Mirai base, "Jackpot." Zero mumbled standing on a high building many yard away from the base.

Willow, shaking off the water when she entered the building, followed Setsugie into the infirmary. There was Dimitri, sitting on the bed. "Well, it appears Sleeping Beauty has awoken," she muttered to him before laying down on the floor next to the bed. Something was tingling her nerves. She felt another precense, but she couldn't track it or anything. Maybe it was the rain, she decided, resting her head between her paws...

Dimitri saw Setsugie and Willow come in to join him. He heard Willow's comment and laughed. "Well, it seems like the pussy cat didn't get her fish this morning," he chuckled before turning to Setsugie, wiping the smile off his face. "I'm fine, but I am a little confused," he muttered,"I mean, what happened after I blacked out? And were you guys using some sort of binding spell on me while I slept?" He wanted to know why he couldn't move right away when he awoke and he figured it had to do with the Chikyuu no Mirai.

Setsugie raised an eye brow at Dimitri's question, "No, no one used a binding spell on you young one, why? Did something happen?" Setsugie answered. To Setsugie's knowledge no one in Chikyuu no Mirai had any expertise in binding spells but he could be wrong training day in and day out makes one change tactics once in a while.

"Know what do I do know?" Zero said, 'Maybe I should wait it out until later and infiltrate, its been many years the Destroyer can wait a few more hours.' Zero thought, taking out his pocket watch checking the time and placing it back in his pocket. He gave a heavy sigh planing things through, in his best scenario he infiltrates with ease and takes the Destroyer hostage, in worst case scenario he is forced to fight everyone who is currently in Chikyuu no Mirai base and that wouldn't be so easy.

((OOC: Imma start using color in my posts. Dimitri has yellow, Willow has blue, and Lance will have red.))

Dimitri cocked his head in confusion. "Really?" he asked him,"Because for whatever reason, when I woke up a couple of hours ago, I couldn't move any part of my body. I could think, but my body wouldn't respond. It was so weird. I've never experienced anything like it." Dimitri focused, trying to come up with possible solutions to that problem. The best one that came to mind was it was probably an after effect to the sphere Zero cast yesterday, but it didn't make sense since Willow didn't suffer those effects..did she? "Willow, did you have the same problem as me this morning? Like, as in being able to think, but not move?" he asked her.

Willow listened from the back of the room in interest as Dimitri spoke about his problem this morning. She puzzled over this too. What caused that? she wondered. Maybe it was the human's crappy nervous system acting up on him. He did suffer some damages yesterday. She turned as Dimitri asked her the question. "No, I didn't," she replied and flicked her tail to the right. She did that repeatedly, not even focused on the conversation anymore. For some reason, she was amused by this simple action. It was like she was transfixed on her tail. Left, right, left, right, left, right...

Lance was walking around Utoko, searching for Zero. God damn him, he thought. Why can't he be in someplace convienent, like causing some scene at some public place? he thought. He needed to relay the Shikaku's plan of attack to him, to tell him not to infiltrate yet. He charged one of his swords with earth and stabbed it into the ground, feeling the vibrations of the ground, searching for Zero's vibration. It usually had something dark and sinister along with it. It wasn't that hard to find. He walked in that direction until he appeared in front of the Shikaku base. And he was there. He walked over to him. "Dude, what are you doing here?" Lance asked him, keeping his hand on the hilt of the blade in case any Chikyuu no Mirai came out and saw them.

Len got tired of being alone in the cave so he headed out. he found his was to the entrance and climbed out. len followed the familiar path back to the base and opened the door. Upon entering he noticed Chidori and a woman he didnt recognize.
"Chidori.. who's this?" Len said in his usual voice. After carefully examining the stranger, he noticed the injury on her leg. Len took a rather large step away from the woman, as he suddenly felt uncomfortable around her and her bloody leg. Truth was, Len wasnt sure he could trust himself anywhere near the blood.

Setsugie looked as Rin jumped out of no where and hugged Dimitri tightly, he only shrugged at it then he smelled blood close by someone was injured "Setsugie I sense a unfamiliar presence inside the base." Belldandy's words echoed from the blade; the first thing that passed through Setsugie's mind was that the Zero guy had followed them. Setsugie stood up "Be on guard I smell blood." Setsugie said. Then took out a pocky and place it on his mouth pushing a few strands of his white hair of his face and placed his hand on the hilt of his katana. "Len and Chidori are close to the unfamiliar presence it doesn't seem their fighting but one of them is injured. And Dahlia is farther away in one of the corridors." Belldandy said, ' Old trick damsel in distress I see, I hope Len or Chidori can figure that much... And Dahlia seems as clueless as ever I need to train her better and scold the others.' Setsugie thought taking a bite from his pocky and fixed his tuxedo a bit, "Rin and party stay close I will protect you if anything happens." Setsugie said.

Zero ignored Lance's earlier statement looking at a woman in a mid-night blue kimono appear and go inside the Chikyuu no Mirai base, 'So that's the new leader eh?' Zero though as he remembered seeing the dead body of the previous leader when he got back to the base. He read the instructions but decided to do things his own way, one for sure he still wasn't sure if the new leader would be stronger then the weak previous one but considering she could kill the previous one the new leader had some skill at least. "Let's see how this turns out..." Zero mumbles and then spotted Evangeline 'So she met the leader I see.' Zero thought.

Zero stood up and jumped down the building falling to a gentle tap and moved a bit closer to base letting himself be seen by Evangeline so she could know he was here, but kept a low profile so no one in the base would see him.

With a nod Setsugie walked out of the infirmary and directed himself to the scent of blood walking easily but slowly through the corridors so Rin and the others don't get lost. Soon finding the source there he saw an unfamiliar woman in a dark blue kimono, Setsugie gave the Rin and the others a signal to stop and stay here; then looked back the woman first thing he noticed on the dark blue haired woman was her wound on her leg, he only grunted before making his presence known but repressed all his magic energy to seem like a normal human and on a mental note Setsugie told Belldandy to repress her power as well. He walked up to Len "Hey boss what happened here?" Setsugie said in serious and empty tone hoping that Len would play along with it, Setsugie didn't want to reveal his status to her just yet just to be sure, Len being second in command, God's Hand, and closest to being the leader would be a perfect lie. Then looked at the woman "I was wondering why I smelled blood." Setsugie said looking at her with his empty and sad blue and yellow eyes.

Zero staid close by the entrance of the Chikyuu no Mirai base in case something broke out already sensing the majority of the member all there, he only grinned slightly getting anxious to kill but calmed himself down. Zero wanted to know just how long the new leader would play her game.

Dimitri stood and watched in horror as Rin ran up and repeatedly punched Lance in the face. It seriously kind of scared him that she had so much power as to do that. Of course, she was the Destroyer, but he didn't expect for her to hone her powers that quickly. I guess anger can make you do some remarkable things...

He'd remember this the next time he wanted to tease around with Rin, and he hoped that everyone around him did the same...

All of a sudden, there was a change. Dimitri couldn't pinpoint it exactly until he realized that Rin stopped pounding his brother into the ground. The air seemed darker, more evil. Then, Rin started giggling like a maniac. He furrowed his brow in confusion, trying to figure out what had gotten into Rin.

And then Rin advanced, slowly, menacingly, as if she wasn't herself. It was when Dimitri noticed that Rin's eye color was yellow when he guessed the truth. Rin WASN'T herself! She was being possessed by something, probably her own powers. Her anger had led to her powers taking over again, just like it had in the hallway yesterday. And now, it was coming for them...

Willow watched as the Destroyer's rage took place of the stubborn girl she was originally attacked Lance, taking him down as if she was a two ton car plowing into a sheet of paper. Wide-eyed, she was contemplating on what to do. She could let this go on, but the most likely result would end up with her powers taking over, making her extremely dangerous to all around the area. But she could step in and stop her rage, calm her down until she regained control. She liked the second idea better. She took one step to try her second option.

And she was too late! The moment the air around her seemed to get darker, she knew that the girl wasn't there anymore. In her place was the Destroyer, a sinister being who's sole purpous of life was to bring harm to others. When she turned around, she got that feeling that she was coming after them...

His attempt in blowing her back was successful, but only to a few feet. He had just enough time to get up before Rin came back around, punching him back onto the ground. "LIAR! LIAR! LIAR!" It became an endless chant that only reminded him of his pain. He had a bloody nose and his ribs were being pummeled. He wouldn't last much more of this.

And then she stopped. Lance opened his eyes, squinting at the girl above him. She didn't seem like Rin anymore. In her place was the Destroyer and he knew it. Those eerie yellow eyes were the first dead giveaway, but the way she chuckled...it was menacing. Suddenly, she turned around, heading back to the building. Sighing as she walked, he groaned as he got onto his feet. His ribs suffered the most, but his face had almost equal pain. He slumped onto the bench and watched the Destroyer...

Setsugie only took a few steps back to prevent getting involved with only one target 'Len and Dimitri can take care of it.' he thought. Though then it was revealed that the woman was the new leader of the Shikaku her energy was nor good nor evil she was human just like Setsugie, 'The previous has been killed...' Setsugie thought. Lance then appeared running his mouth off saying quite a few things, it was quite obvious that it wasn't the first time Dimitri infiltrated the base he was very good in stealth. Then Rin lost control and pummeled Lance after the "negotiations" took a turn for the worst, he was still with life though that was good at least, but Rin wasn't herself she has been taken over by the power of the destroyer.

Setsugie sighed he couldn't stay still anymore the new leader and Lance weren't a problem but Rin losing control could mean world destruction and Setsugie couldn't have that. Setsugie took out a pocky and placed it on his mouth and ran his hand through his white hair pulling it from his face, then he fix his tuxedo a bit. Then raising his left hand a katana appears on it as he grabs it as he and Belldandy unsuppress their energy then in a single swift movement Setsugie raises his blade upwards as energy gathers on the tip of the blade then swings his it downwards "Teikoku Setsudan(Imperial Cut)" he say's, then the compressed energy is released in a giant downwards shock-wave destroying a great part of the Chikyuu no Mirai base entrance and sending the others flying, Setsugie only did this to level the playing field fighting inside where there are wall and a roof restrains a swordsman too much. Setsugie's blade then cracks and shatters into metallic stardust. 'Don't over do it Setsugie I was barely able to keep the others safe from the shock wave.' Belldandy said within Setsugies mind, "Their strong enough to shake this off." Setsugie said and looked in the direction of the Shikaku's new leader.

Zero only watched from a afar seeing everything unfold, surprisingly enough the new leader was a skill fighter Zero wouldn't mind following her others for know. A slight chuckle came from Zero seeing Lance get pummeled into the ground by the destroyer "Serve's him right." he said. Then he looked inside resuming what he was watching, then saw the Leader of the Chikyuu no Mirai make his move, feeling his unsuppressed energy made it clear he was joining the fight. Zero was blown away by the shock-wave, then he pushed a few chunks of rock of himself from the rubble and remains of the Chikyuu no mirai base entrance. He stood up seeing Setsugie still standing "Powerful, so this is the power of the "Strongest Human"?" Zero said and grinned with excitement waiting to see if he wasn't the only one to be unharmed.

Dimitri was blown back, as Setsugie let loose a blow to the earth, destroying a large part of the Chikyuu no Mirai entrance. He hit the wall, somewhat dazed, but shook his head and got up again. He drew his throwing knives, just in case self defense was necesary. He didn't plan on throwing them, unless Lance or Kaiyo charged at him. He was just only planning on parrying Rin's...er, the Destroyer's strokes until she could regain control. Besides, he was pretty sure Lance was out of gameplay for now. He smiled at Lance's good pounding. Rain was leaking through the openings created in the roof by Setsugie as he watched Rin approach the group.

Willow bared her teeth before a sudden gust of wind shot her back into the wall, knocking her out...

Lance was, luckily, far enough away to where he wasn't blown back by the force of Setsugie's strike. He watched Dimitri fall back, but get up again, drawing knives. His animal companion, on the other hand, was out cold. Something told him that this fight was going to be between Setsugie and Rin, with possible Dimitri intervention. Sighing at his pain, he reached into his rain coat and pulled out a bottle of healing potion. He knew that he only had one of these, but he knew he needed to drink it now. He knew the pain was going to be immense, for he had dranken a couple before. But it would heal him within a few minutes, getting him back into the fight. And once he did, he was going after Dimitri with his newfound revenge and hatred...

Just the thought of killing his brother once and for all gave him new life as he drank the potion, smashing the bottle on the ground and feeling the burning sensation that was emerging in his chest and spreading to the rest of his body...

Setsugie was swept of his feet as an invisible force blasted him backwards, he did a backspin and fell to the ground on his feet and took a step forward. Considering it's Rin's powers going haywire Setsugie had to reply with equal force if not there will be casualty's Setsugie activated his Dog magic spell gaining dog ears and a dog tail augmenting his hearing and smelling senses, he took a deep breath memorizing the smells in the area and walked forward to Rin; "Sword Graveyard." Setsugie said as a very large number of katana's appear stuck to the ground and/or any surface, then he grabs on katana with his right hand, "I am sorry for what I am about to do Rin Hayashi... Please bare with it." Setsugie says.

Zero smirked, 'It's my turn to make an appearance.' he thought taking out two Baishin daggers(the double ones) on his left hand and one Empty skies(the one with three blades) on his right hand. "I have a score to settle with Setsugie but the Destroyer seems a problem also, either way I kill them both.' Zero thought. Seeing katanas appear in the area wasn't much of a surprise, Zero then dashed towards Setsugie slashing him with empty skies, Setsugie clashes his blade with Zero's as a small shock-wave liberates from the clashing "Long time no see Setsugie, I told you I would kill you next time I saw you!!" Zero says liberating his Killing intent to its maximum though Setsugie being a war veteran isn't fazed by this childish attack. All the while the Azure Grimoire appears and materializes in front of Rin throwing a horizontal slash to cut her in half.

Dimitri turned to Setsugie, who had arrived on the scene.

"I am sorry for what I am about to do Rin Hayashi... Please bare with it." he said, but before he could do anything, a figure showed up, attacking Setsugie. Dimitri looked a little closer before realizing it was Zero! Anger boiled up within him as he wanted revenge, but he realized that he was losing track of Rin.

Think of Rin, think of Rin... Dimitri thought before watching further.

But now Kaiyo was taunting her. "Hey Rinny. Ran outta juice boxes, huh? Do you wanna hug?" Dimitri shook his head as a million things happened at once. He couldn't let them distract him from his goal...stop The Destroyer and get back Rin. He turned just in time to see The Destroyer running for Kaiyo. Now was his chance! "I'm sorry for this Rin..." he silently whispered before tossing the first set of knives with Devil's Fire. All it would take is one scratch and I can control her...

But before he could toss his second set of knives, another figure entered his peripherial vision. Who's joining the fray this time? he thought before turning to find Lance charging at him with his fire charged swords. Instinctively, he brought the second set of knives up to block the first stroke. Lance gave a cruel smirk as he brought his second sword around to slice him in half. Dimitri used his free hand to draw out his sword. He only got it halfway out of the sheath, but that's what he needed. A loud clang is heard as Lance's blade connected with Dimitri's...

Lance got up from the bench. He felt no pain. None from Rin's beating. None from the potion. He was a hundred percent healthy and now he was going to take his revenge...starting with his brother.

He charged Dimitri, setting his swords on fire before he reached him. Dimitri saw him coming at the last second and used the knives in his hand to block the first stroke. But Lance had more than one sword. He smirked as he brought his second around in a horizontal slash at the waist. But Dimitri was fast in that area too. Dimitri had pulled out his sword halfway out of the sheath to block the slice. Cursing in his head, he changed the mana in his first sword to water, watching gleefully as the purple fire that was on his knives died out as water rushed out of the blade. Then he charged his second sword with air mana and jetted out air out of the hilt, launching him away from Dimitri and giving him some space. Next, he made a defensive stance...this was it, one of them was going to die here on this floor, he'd make sure of it...

Setsugie pushed Zero away making some distance between them "Young one why do you seek death so badly?" Setsugie say's, Zero's eyes narrow "I prefer to live by my own standards with no regards on what happens to me or the people around me." Zero say's dashing forward beginning a barrage of attacks at Setsugie; Setsugie blocks each attack noting there was quite some force behind them and Zero was no amateur he was skilled fighter though he didn't compare to Setsugie's skills, "I see so do not value your life then?" Setsugie reply's. Zero then jumps high doing a back-flip and throws about 15 Baishin daggers around the area where Setsugie is, Setsugie blocks the ones that would hit him with his katana, then firmly grips it and throws it at Zero with great force and accuracy a sonic boom can be heard as the sword breaks the speed barrier, "Suichoku no Narabi(Shinning Path)" Setsugie say's.

Zeros eyes widen as he spins narrowly dodging the sword as be falls to the ground noticing a small cut on his right shoulder. Setsugie then dashes to Zero grabbing two swords in the process following by a cross slash to Zeros torso area, Zero proceeds to a downwards slash to block both of Setsugie's Katana. But much to Zero's surprise his daggers go through Setsugie, caused by a high-speed after image, Setsugie was actually a few feet behind it and know had a clear strike on Zero in his surprised state. Setsugie hits Zero on his neck with his hilt and quickly follows with a kick to his stomach sending him flying backwards narrowly missing Kaiyo. Setsugie stands up straight "Quite skilled indeed... Being able to counterattack like that." Setsugie say's, having one of Zero's Baishin daggers stuck to his stomach. Setsugie sticks both swords on the ground then pulls out the dagger and throws it away grunting slightly in pain "Belldandy..." Setsugie say's as Belldandy quickly responds "Got it." then the white katana on Setsugie's waist glows a light green aura as Setsugie's wound begins to heal.

Then he looks at Rin grabbing of the katana's nearby and throws it using Suichoku no Narabi to hit her in the stomach area missing her internal organs not trying kill her, though Setsugie anticipates she'll either dodge or block, so while he threw the sword he hit another one so it spun hitting another so it would spin to hit another(the previous sword obviously stick to the ground if not obstructed.) and so on so forth until it slashes her on her back, this techniques name is Toga(Sword Fang).

Zero was sent flying and into a wall blowing it up upon impact, he moves ruble from him and tries to get up breathing heavily as his throat was almost smashed into pieces, he coughs harshly, glaring at Setsugie who was preoccupied with The Destroyer. Zero wanted to dash back in but he needed some time to recover form that last attack so he stayed back breathing harshly holding his throat. Walking to the new Leader Kaiyo was her name he heard, walking up behind her "So your the new our new leader huh? more skilled than the last to say the least." Zero says in a raspy(I know I wrote it wrong) tone as his throat was nearly crushed.

Setsugie notices the disturbance in the air in front of him and quickly responds dodging by moving dashing to his right, and grabs a katana. "So quickly to anger young one, let me educate you what happens when you disrespect your elder's." Setsugie say's, and dashes to Rin "Mugen Itto-Ryu, Kaho(Infinite One Sword Style, Addition.) , and slashes her horizontally with the back of his blade while saying "Ippon!(Fist strike)", obviously he holds back to not cause that much damage to Rin. If the first attack connects it is all over.

(Know comes what would happen if she would get hit,) Immediately following the connection of a robust swing with the intended opponent, Setsugie releases the used blade and before the enemy can recover from the momentary stun inflicted by the previous blow, he attacks once again utilising one of the swords in the immediate vicinity still using the back of the blade for each attack. This process is then repeated a further eleven times in quick succession, from various angles and positions around the victim, ultimately leaving a total of twelve swords attached to their body. The extent of the injuries caused as a result of this technique, are very minor since Setsugie is holding back his blade, However, regardless of the amount of damage inflicted, it can be doubled through the subsequent use of the Multiplication technique, whilst all twelve swords still remain momentarily attached to the opponent, Setsugie proceeds to strike the entirety of the surrounding blades again in quick succession, with the final devastating blow dislodging the weapons so that they land in a circular formation around the target. This results in doubling the damage that was already previously inflicted on the victim. As the total twenty-four strikes are received within such an incredibly short period, little to no opportunity exists for the enemy to mount a counter attack. Then Setsugie announces "Nijuyonhon (Twenty-four strikes)" as he stands behind Rin with a blade in hand.

[color=olive] Dimitri jumped back, his feet touching a wall, then his legs pushed off, launching him higher in the air. Lance stopped the rush as he watched Dimitri leap over him. While doing so, he pulled out three more of his knives, charged them with Devil's Fire, and tossed them at Rin. All he needed was one scratch and he could control Rin, banishing the power of the Destroyer and letting Rin take over once more. He cursed as his three knives were underthrown, nowhere near their mark. Focus, Dimitri...focus... he thought in his head as he turned around and blocked the incoming stroke from behind aimed towards his head by Lance.

Lance was aghast. He thought for sure that he had Dimitri, but aparently not. He felt power returning into his hand. The mana recharged once more, charging his swords with water and air. He was back. With a sweeping motion, he swept the blade low, too far away to deal any damage, but this was the blade charged with water. He let loose some power, a giant stream of water coming out and sweeping Dimitri off his feet. Then he ued his air sword to propel him forward, towards Dimitri, at a terrifying speed. He stopped the gust a few feet from Dimitri, his feet skidding the last few meters and he was on top of Dimitri. He brought his other blade up and down again, to cut him in half. Dimitri rolled out of the way, the blade cutting through the Earth. But Lance had a back-up plan. He quickly changed the mana in the sword in the earth frrom water to earth and let loose a tremor. Immediately, a giant pillar of earth rose up twenty feet high, sending Dimitri into the stratosphere.

Dimitri immediately sheathed his sword in fear of losing it upon landing, if he survived. He spotted a tree he was heading in the direction of, but only if he maneuvered well enough. But...Dimitri glanced over to The Destroyer. She was distracted by Setsugie! And with his aerial shot...she wouldn't see the knife coming. Pulling out one more of his knives, he charged it at the peak of his flight and just before descent, launched it in the direction of Rin. He didn't know if it was going to hit, but it looked like it was heading straight for her...

Zero watched as Setsugie relentlessly attacked the Destroyer, "Wow, no mercy..." he mumbled. Setsugie then looked at Rin "Belldandy, stay here with Rin Hayashi, numb her pain but don't heal her, we can't risk her powers going wild while the Shikaku are here." Setsugie said as Belldandy materialized besides Rin "Understood." Belldandy said; then Setsugie notice a dagger flying straight at Rin who just passed out quickly reacting Setsugie grabbed it by the handle it was lit in a strange flame he then dropped it as his hand got a bit burnt. Setsugie then looked at Zero and the new leader of the Shikaku with a glare and took a few steps towards them, being in between the two and Rin. "Let's talk this out Shikaku, meaningless fighting wont solve anything, we both seek a better world even if our methods vary. I will forget about this act of war on the Chikyuu no Mirai if you promise me that you wont bare any anger or hostility towards us and peacefully talk this matter out." Setsugie said and stuck the katana on the ground waiting for an answer.

Zero only lifted an eyebrow holding his laughter 'Who does he think he is this cocky bastard!' Zero thought. But it wasn't Zero choice so he waited until the leader gave us an other. Though something was missing an annoying associate Zero then looked seeing he was still fighting his brother Zero took a few step away from the Kaiyo, those two where small fry what Zero wanted was the head of Setsugie.

Setsugie stood with a small sigh as the new Leader returned, "You better than anyone should know, I'm not giving Rin Hayashi to you just for her to be killed or used for her powers. Even if the Legends say she'll destroy the world she has a right to live her life happily, all Rin Hayashi need is to learn how to control her unmeasurable power; so her power's could become a great asset to our world." Setsugie stated and took out a pocky and place it on his mouth. Belldandy was sitting next to Rin having used Numbing Touch so she could rest easily, her body was still in pretty bad shape but she couldn't feel it know. Belldandy glanced over her shoulder looking at the passed out body of the Head of the Guardians of Light, she wanted to go and help her but leaving Rin was not and option since all this that has happened is for her sake and well being.

Zero listened to Setsugie word no matter how boring it was "Then we'll just take her by force it's as simple as that." Zero said with a smirk on his face. as he got his guard up and readied for when the leader gave the order to attack. Though a war veteran like Setsugie wont be easy to take down but if Zero and Kaiyo teamed up they might be able to take him out, though the God's hand was still around and the protector of the Chikyuu no Mirai was nowhere to be found yet.

A message was sent to Setsugies mind as his muscles began to move by themselves, 'Dimitri... Little fool, but it's a plan I'll go with it for know.' Setsugie thought. Belldandy was shocked Rin and Dimitri had disappeared but as a great strategist that she was she could tell where Dimitri might go so she quickly stood up to pursue them but was stopped "Belldandy leave them I need your help here." Setsugie said, as Belldandy nodded and transformed into a katana on Setsugie's hand.

Zero heard what Dimitri said "A little predictable, I guess I'll have to kill him in the incompetent Lance's place." he said, then both Dimitri and the destroyer disappeared; but it did not matter Zero could find them later and finish them off, right know the leader of the Chikyuu no Mirai was a bigger problem, but it wasn't his choice. "I have no problem following them and getting them back." Zero said.

'Though I'd hate to kill someone...' Setsugie thought "I guess I'll have to use it, Tamashii no kyomei ." Setsugie say's as both Setsugie's and Belldandy's souls bond with that Setsugie breaks the control on his body from Dimitri's spell using Belldandy's expertise to disrupt all unfamiliar castings on Setsugie. A large blue spherical sphere several meters big can be seen around Setsugie(the combined souls of Setsugie and Belldandy.). "Shikaku don't turn this into a war I hate meaningless bloodshed." Setsugie said as the sphere disappears.

Lance watched as Kaiyo performed her trick. Even Lance had to admit, it was pretty clever how she did this. She had basically used her wounds to her advantage, disarming Setsugie and keeping their hands locked together to keep Setsugie's power under wraps. Gah, no wonder she earned the Shikaku leader spot, he thought, a little jealous.

"Cover me," she orderd. Lance nodded and approached. There wouldn't be a need for his swords this time. Lance scythed Setsugie's legs from underneath him, causing him to fall, but he made sure that Kaiyo was close enough to where she didn't fall with him. After his little spin move, he dusted himself off and pulled out one sword, just in case he had to use mana. Setsugie was a crafty guy, and Lance wouldn't be surprised if he tried to pull something.
