Introduction
"H-hey?! What happened!?" A man in Golden Rod city said as the broadcast of the pokemon league was suddenly changed to a person who was seemingly just standing in the middle of space. Computers, Radios, and just about anything that was used to communicate was suddenly focused on the man who was just standing in space, he looked familiar to some of the elders that happened to be watching or listening....
"Humans, your reign of control over us is now ending. We've had enough of being your slaves, fighting our own kind against our will. Now is the time where you will be exterminated, and where we shall take back our will!" The person said, raising his fist in the air.
"H-h-huh!?" A trainer said as her pokemon where suddenly let out of their pokeballs, then as soon as they were let out, they 'evolved' into more human versions of themselves and the pokeballs exploded!
"Pathetic. To think we were captured by you....." A now human Mismagius said, glaring at who was once her trainer before finally walking away and teleporting off. Four other 'gijinkas' that were once hers walked off and teleported away.
"I'm staying with you, master!~" The one other gijinka, a now human charizard said, staying loyally with his trainer. The trainer just blinked, to confused to react properly.
Soon the 'gijinkas' were showing up behind the person in space. Many people recognized their own pokemon that were now humans, the gijinkas that stayed with their 'masters' also recognized the pokehumans who were once allies.
"Your reign over us is ending. The H.E.P, Human Extermination Program, is now active. You humans have ruined our world, so we shall take it back. You have a week to prepare, even though I doubt that you will survive." The person said. Then all the T.Vs, Radios, ect. went back to normal..., but the world was in total confusion and panic. Not only had their pokemon broken out of their pokeballs, but they were human now to and now most of their pokemon, that are now gijinkas, are against them.
Main plot:
Arceus has declared on the humans for 'tainting' the world. He turned himself into a human version of himself and made anything that could be used to communicate tune in on his message. All the pokemon in the world were let out of their pokeballs without the little button being pushed and as soon as they were let out the pokeball exploded. The pokemon then 'evolved' into gijinkas. Most pokemon that were captured had anger for their trainers that they hid all this time, as they believed that they could truly do nothing to free themselves from their prisons, but now that they were free and gijinkas, they turned their backs on their 'masters' and joined Arceus. Some gijinkas, being extremely loyal and truly liking their trainers as a friend, stayed with their trainers. Wild pokemon got transformed into gijinkas to and are either on Arceus's side or are fighting against him. However, there was only one gijinka per human that stayed by their 'master's' side. So, if you have a gijinka that is still loyal to you, it is yours. You can command it like a regular pokemon, but there is no guarantee now that your gijinka will obey you, no matter how loyal it seems.
A week has passed and now the time is here: The ultimate battle between humans and pokemon has begun. Some humans have set up a small base camp somewhere, the gijinkas that are with the humans lead them to the spot where they built the base camp, since their instincts tell them that Arceus will attack around here. The gijinkas that turned against the humans, and their masters if they had been captured are with Arceus. They are on a base on the moon and Arceus will teleport them to the battlefield when it is time to fight. However, some on both sides question this: If Arceus is so powerful... Why can't he just destroy the world in one shot? In fact, he's even stated that he won't even be fighting. Yet some gijinkas still fight for him... Perhaps he was bored and needed some action. Who knows. The legendarys are also in on this, some on Arceus's side and some on the human side.
Notes:
1. *Nervous laugh* I admit that this was a repost, so I didn't exactly think it out much..., but lets just say that the newly evolved gijinkas have gotten out of the PCs, if they were in PCs, and are now at the various professors labs, since in the anime I recall the professors keeping the pokemon for the trainers, though I'm not sure on that since it's sort of been a long time since I've seen the anime, but how about we just go with that. Anyways, the gijinkas will either be teleported to arceus or will migrate to where their trainers/owners are, but then we can just pretend that some had gotten lost, or didn't find their trainers/owners, unless the trainer/owner doesn't have a gijinka.
2. There will be people like elite four members, organizations, and other various important people will be at the base camp, so anyone is free to play as one. I did say that the "job" section can be anything pokemon related.

The night was cool and refreshingly crisp. A light breeze blew through the small city, ruffling the hair and loose clothing of those still wandering the streets. A lone figure stood overlooking them all, high above the streets, out of the bright city lights, away from prying eyes. The man stood not on a rooftop, but rather balanced on a flagpole, his his body at attention, his arms crossed, as his long white coat floated in the wind.
Marik gazed down on the moving specks that were the humans below. his face showed a look a kin to pity. "you humans don't know what you're dealing with, do you?", he spoke out loud to no one. He knelt down on the spot, looking closer at them. He held out at his hand and looked at it, examining the starnge skin and the extra digits there. "Then again, neither do I. This Arceus seems to hold power even greater than that of of the humans that created me." Marik clenched his hand into a fist.
It had been a week since this had happened to him, and he still could not accept it. Becoming like the beings that had created him, how was it possible? And all the while, these new Pokehumans were at war. Many of them had disappeared, joing the one who had done this, others had stayed to protect there masters. Marik, formally known as Mewtwo, the only of his kind, did what he did best: stayed in hiding, away from the conflicts of man, where it was safe. For how long that lasted he was not sure. The deadline was up, and the war was to start soon.
Marik stood once more, gazing to the east. the sun was just beginning to rise, the goldne beams already turing the sky brighter shades of blue. Marik turned the other way and stepped out into the air. One thing had not changed with this new form: he still retained his power. Marik launched himself into the air, using his hands to balance. He flew a few feet , before turning once last time to the sun. "Cherish this day, humans. It may be our last." He then turned and soared off into the new day.

(the first fight of the rp ^^)
Van was sitting in a large tree looking up at the vast sky above him. He liked staring up at the sky, it was so beautiful to him. He quickly sat up when he heard movement below him. He looked down and watched as two figures were walking and talking together. Van jumped down from the tree and landed on the ground.
The two were shocked and they quickly stepped back in shock. One of them shouted “ hey, what’s the big deal trying to scare us like that!” Van bowed and said “ sorry about that, but no one passes here unless they beat me in a fight.”
The two figures looked at each other and then smiled, one of them said “alright, but first time for introductions.” Van nodded and said “ I am Van, the absol.” one of the two began stretching and then said “ I’m Lantz, the arcanine.” the last one ran his fingers through his hair and said “I’m Gabriel, the weavile.” Van nodded and then said “ ok, let us begin.” Van ran toward Lantz and Gabriel, Gabriel jumped up and grabbed a low branch, he swung himself up and then sat down. He looked down and said “ sorry, I don’t like teaming up on a nice person.” Lantz nodded and then turned to see Van’s fist hit him in the face. Lantz slid back and then ran toward Van and punched him back. The two then began a match of who could take the most punches. After a few minutes of fighting, they were both tired and bruised. Gabriel then jumped down from the tree and then walked over to Lantz and Van, he patted them both on the back and said sarcastically with a smile“ good job.” Van slid to the side and said “ alright, you may pass.” Lantz smiled and then said to Van “ thank you.” Lantz then collapsed, Van let out a loud masculine laugh and said “ ha, your tired after such a short match.” Van laughed again and then fell over next to Lantz.
Gabriel shook his head, he sat down on the ground and said “well, looks like I will have to wait here and watch over you two.” Lantz looked over at Gabriel and then nodded, Lantz then flipped himself onto his back and groaned in pain. He then turned to look at Van, who was either asleep or passed out. Lantz slowly lifted up his hand to the sky and then said “this was good practice for the fights to come.” Gabriel nodded and said “yea, now get some rest or you will be useless in those fights.” Lantz smiled and nodded.

Kou had been laying against a small tree, dozing off. All of a sudden some guys came over to her, and since she was a light sleeper, she opened her eyes as soon as they walked up, "um, is there anything you need?" she asked sitting up. "let's battle" the taller guy said, more of a statement then a question. "n-no thank you, I don't really fight" she said, standing up. "It wasn't a question little girl" he said, the other guy smirking. "I don't want to though" she said, knowing that she had better find someway of getting out of there before she was forced to fight again, she had just gotten healed from her last battle and was still a little weak, even for her. The other guy suddenly launched himself at her, ready to hit her, but she started running. Kou tripped over a rock, spraining her ankle in the process, luckily there were some bushes nearby. She crawled into the bushes, biting her lip, trying to distract herself from her ankle. The two guys that was chasing her came over to there, not seeing her anywhere. They looked behind the bushes to, not noticing the purple hair in the middle, then went away. Kou sighed in relief and crawled over to the nearby tree and began looking at her ankle. She tried to stand up, but since she wasn't very good with pain to begin with, ended up just falling back down. Crawling back over to the tree she figured she'd just wait there until her ankle was well enough to at least limp back into the city. All of a sudden her stomach growled, that was when she realized that she hadn't ate all day. She groaned and fell onto the grass on her back, staring at the clouds.

Erin had been relaxing in the field on this extrordinary day when she hears the conversation between a tough sounding man and a smalled girl. Erin stayed where she was and didn't pay much attention untill she heard the girl in pain. Her fox-like ear twitched and she began looking around for the other girl, and seen her lying by a tree, and she decided to see if the girl was okay. Erin stood up, and jogged over to the small girl.
"Um, are you okay?" Erin approached her slowly, trying not to startle her. "I heard you a minuite ago. What happened?"

Kou stared up at the girl for a second, then sat up. "um n-nothing much, some guys were just chasing me and I sprained my ankle" she said, looking back down at the grass. She rubbed her eyes, still being tired and trying to keep herself awake, "You....You wouldn't by any chance have some extra food with you, would you?" she asked, blushing slightly, she wasn't really used to asking people for something. All of a sudden her stomach growled loudly again, causing her to turn more red and concentrate on the ground.

Erin looked around, and spotted an apple tree nearby. "One second.." She ran over to the tree and picked a big red apple from it and hurried back to the injured girl. "Here you go," She handed the fruit to Kou. "I wish I could help your sprained ankle but I don't know first aid." Erin sat next to her and looked at her foot. "Oh gosh, it's swelling up... Do you want me to carry you to a hospital or somthing?" Erin asked, forgeting about the small detail that she's one of the Gijinkas.

"Thanks" Kou said smiling at the girl and taking a bite of the apple. "Th-thanks for the offer, but the last time I went there they were so worried about if I was going to hurt them they tried to keep me there, I only got out because one of the nurses who knew me helped me get out.... at least I think they were a nurse..." she said, trailing off. "I'll probably be fine, it'll probably be fine till tomorrow, then I can just limp home" she said, taking another bite from her apple and sighing.

Kelly yawned as the world came back to him. His eyes opened slowly, welcoming the woods that surrounded him. He smiled to himself as he looked around, realized he was still in the tree he had decided to sleep in. Leaning forward, Kelly looked below him, before pushing himself off of the tree, landing on the ground below with a soft thud. He streched his arms high in the air, before bringing them back down, swinging lazily at his sides. Began to walk towards the forest's edge, still sort of waking from his nap. He walked from the edge of the woods into a clearing, and began to head in the direction of the nearest town...
His yellow ears perked lightly as he heard voices nearby. He smirked at the idea of friendly people...not even sure if they were friendly. His course turned radically as he made a b-line stright for the sounds. As the voiecs came into view, he could tell that they were two other Gininkas. Not that he could tell their type... He would walk up from behind, still keeping a good twenty feet between him and them, not sure if they'd turn and like...torch him... or something to that effect. He kept to himself to examine the two, as if waiting to see if they were hostile towards each other or anything like that.

"Please, Skype...Be quiet before they here you and attack." Little Skype was hanging himself upside down off an old oak tree they were hiding by. He couldn't hold his giggles and shouts. The wise Dragonair was getting impatient...which was rare. "Skype~"
"Calm down you ol' hoot." He let go of the tree branch and, surprisingly, landed on his own two feet. "Lighten up, Mist. It's not fun being quiet and shut up all day." The Dragonair named Mist, was fuming at his trainer for talking back at him. He gave him the death glare as his long hair gathered water and hit Skype in the face. Not to hard, but enough to tell him to stop. The little kid frowned and puffed. "Sorry, I just hate being all shut up and not do anything..."
"I know you hate it...But it's the only way of not being captur- Put those ears back on!" Mist practically yelled at Skype. "Another way of not being captured is to keep yourself in disguise!" The magician redundantly put the fake Pikachu ears on and wrapped his yellow cloak around himself. "Now where was I? Ah, yes...We need to get moving anyway, who knows if they are catching up on us."

"EXCUSE ME?!" She loudly stated, and looked back at whomever was behind the buch with furious eyes. Erin decided not to burn him to ashes.

Kelly was watching silently, mind his own business. They seemed not to be foes, as they were not fighting.... He mentally shrugged. Perhaps they were old friends or something. As soon as he began to debate continuing his venture towards the town he was head for in the first place, one of the Gijinka dashed at him, almost faster than he could see. Before he knew it, she was towering over him. "Excuse me?!" She yelled down at him. Kelly tensed up, and jumped back, at least ten feet, before throwing his arms up to sheild his body. "Don't eat mee!" He squeeled, quivering lightly in place.

Kou, her curiosity getting the best of her, crawled over to them. "Yes, why were you? and what's your name?" she asked, sitting next to the younger boy.

Kelly slowly came back from his flinched position slowly, before looking to each one of the people before the ground. "W-well, I was just wondering if you two were...in a conflict, or somewhat like that...but it didn't seem like you were, so I was going to leave! But then you scared the living...sheesh..." He said, in his typical girly voice. His eyes shifted back to Kou. "M-my name? I'm Kelly. Who are you two?" He asked sheepishly as he looked them over yet again.

Kelly nodded, and offered a polite bow. "Hello, Kou. It's nice to meet you.... And your...rather frightening friend..." He said, looking nervously towards the other Gijinka.

Erin sighed and backed away from the feminen boy. "I'm Erin. Sorry I scared you... To be honest, I only didn't char you because you look so cute~" She smiled at Kelly. "Where were you headed of to?"

She slowly began to stand up, wincing at the pain from her ankle, she gave up and decided to crawl over to the bush. She slowly made her way over seeing two people, "Umm...... he-hello? what may I ask were you doing?" she asked the two people before her with big eyes.

"Hello, Erin..." Kelly said sheepishly. "It's nice to meet you...and it's okay... I suppose I shouldn't have been spying on you..." He uttered before finally hearing her complement. He offered light curtsy, and a smile. "Thankies! I like your tail - so very poofy and beautifully groomed! As is your hair!" He said grinning up at the Flareon Gijinka. "And as...for where I'm headed, there is a small town that way..." Kelly said, pointing to his right. "They've got a nice department store, and a few centers to stay in. They're very friendly to Gijinkas." He said, looking between Kou and Erin. "I kinda figured you two were...from there." As he looked back at Kou, she was limping towards a bush....

"It wasn't my fault!" the trainer yelled out as he pointed to Mist. "What?! It wasn't me, you were the one who insisted on being loud!" Then they began to bicker like an old couple.

Well, the base camp is in the Kanto region. You're character can be from any region.
As for weapons... This can be almost anything, but you can't have any really powerful weapons, like a grenade launcher. I put this in the form because since the gijinkas might attack the humans, they need something to defend themselves.
