DRULOVIĆ DIVORCING HUSBAND OF 33 YEARS

WING CITY—Co-Director Nenad Drulović of the Drulović and Durrani Forum on National Security and Policy in Washington D.C. filed for divorce from his wife of 33 years, Arianne Ljiljana Drulović, on Wednesday, according to divorce papers obtained by Rumor Watch.

The sixty-eight year old cited irretrievable breakdown of the marriage in the divorce petition filed in Wing City Superior Court. Nenad married Arianne Ljiljana Drulović in 1978. The couple had two children together, both of whom are married with children of their own.

Nenad worked for the American CIA for much of his thirty-year career, retiring to the Drulović and Durrani Forum on National Security and Policy in 2008. He consulted to the National Security Council under the Maynard Administration while Drulović served as Maynard's National Security Advisor.

In 2011, following the dissolution of the United States, Drulović worked with the Terran National Government, earning an April appointment to the directorship of the Terran Intelligence Bureau. Drulović gained fame as the voice behind the so-called "Drulović Recordings" of Aschen Sire Mollem McGregor threatening Taiyou complicity in plans to subjugate Terra and violate its sovereignty. The day of the divorce, Drulović reportedly prevented a war with the Taiyou fleet hovering in Terran space by making an offering to previously thought dead Emperor Nobuo Takayama.

Reporters tried to reach Nenad for comment, but he did not return calls. Arianne Drulović has not responded to calls for comment.

Guatrau angry at intercepted shipments, vows revenge.

HADANTE - Leader of the Tauron based crime syndicate, Ha'la'tha has placed a bounty equivalent to ten million Terran credits upon the head of TIB Director, Arianne Drulovic for her involvement in the intercepting of peaceful humanitarian shipments headed to the impoverished denizens of Terra. Guatrau has called that the TIB and anyone involved with his operation be. "Rubbed out." and silenced forever.

Guatrau and several sources in the Ha'la'tha have cited that the shipments were rice and beans dedicated to people in the large African continent, and the poor peoples ravaged by the glassing of the Aschen Military. Guatrau has expressed outrage at the TIB's zeal in oppressing the people of Terra, and have called out to those to rise up against their oppressors.

Natalie Elisabeth Schultz, forty-one, of Caprica City, Langara, died on 12 May 2011 in the Gobi Desert. Natalie was born on 28 October 1970 in Lexington, Massachusetts in the United States to H. Rudolf and Mara Schultz. She was a student at Schule Schloss Salem in Salem, Baden-Württemberg in Bundesrepublik Deutschland, where she was a member of the graduating class of 1983.

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in the United States, where she was a member of the graduating class of 1987. She earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University in 1989. Natalie earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology from Stanford University in Stanford, California in the United States in 1994, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Physics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in the United States in 1999.

Natalie was a Special Agent of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1994 to 2010. During her career, she worked in organized crime, cyber crime, and counterterrorism. As a Supervisory Special Agent, Natalie led the squad dedicated to the apprehension of Hataf terrorists and former Hataf leader Tahira Ali Almontaser. She spent time in New York City, Kabul, Baghdad, Islamabad, and Washington D.C. Natalie was awarded the FBI Medal of Valor in 1998 and the FBI Medal for Meritorious Achievement in 2009. In 2010, Natalie transferred laterally to the Aschen Confederation Langaran Defense Agency, where she continued her work to neutralize Hataf. She spent time in Caprica City and Wing City.

Natalie belonged to the Masjid Al-Salaam, the United Congregational Church, and the Ohev Shalom Temple in Washington D.C. She made regular contributions to the Asperger's Association of New England in Watertown, Massachusetts and the American Physics Society in College Park, Maryland.

Natalie was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, Savant Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorder. She memorized the dictionary by the age of five, and memorized the Bible in Aramaic and Greek at ten years old. Natalie struggled through elementary school and high school, and made few friends throughout college. Despite her numerous challenges, Natalie's strengths allowed her to learn nine languages fluently and a place in the American intelligence community.

Natalie is survived by her daughter, Sofia Antonucci, of Washington D.C., and her mother, Mara Schultz, of Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is predeceased by her father, H. Rudolf Schultz.

A service was held in Caprica City on Langara, officiated by the Kobollian clergy and presided by George Montgomery III, Director of the Langaran Defense Agency.

After three months of the interim government under Acting Head of State Lelantus Haima, the Terran National Government has recognized the results of regional elections held across Terra yesterday.

Edward Mitchell Cranford of Dumfries, Scotland, has been elected Prime Minister. Cranford will serve a term of five years. Born in 1949 C.E., Cranford previously served in the Scottish Parliament for eighteen years before the temporary dissolution of that body. He studied at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Running on a Libertarian-Conservative platform, Cranford has promised to restore stability and order to Terra, to eradicate fringe terrorist groups, to strengthen the national defense and augment existing military resources, and to implement a laissez-faire policy toward Terra’s economy.

Sisavang Khamtai of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, has been elected Minister of Justice. Born in 1946 C.E., Khamtai previously served as Prosecutor-General of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He studied at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, New York, where he graduated in 1971. Running on a Rightist platform, Khamtai has promised to institute standardized, equitable sentencing guidelines, prison policies and procedures, and investigative practices; to establish a national criminal investigative force, remove corruption from the courts, and to target domestic and foreign organized crime syndicates on Terra.

Farabundo Guzman of Ahuachapán, El Salvador, has been elected Minister of Defence. Born in 1941 C.E., Guzman previous served as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of El Salvador. Mwesigwa Museveni of Kampala, Uganda, has been elected Minister of Finance. Born in 1952 C.E., Museveni previously served as the Governor of the Bank of Uganda for ten years. He graduated from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C., in 1977 with a Master of Business Administration degree. Running on a Libertarian-Conservative platform, Museveni has promised to restore common-sense practices in diminishing the national debt, increasing the economic power of the individual, and removing restrictions on private corporations.

Jonathan Ashkenazi of Petah Tikva, Israel, has been elected Minister of Foreign Affairs. Born in 1948 C.E., Ashkenazi previously served as Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. Running on a Rightist platform, Ashkenazi has promised to support Cranford and Guzman’s policies on national defense, to seek strategic alliances with foreign powers, and to monitor foreign diplomatic missions established during and before the Tripartite Era based in Wing City.

Alessandra Stigliano of Parlermo, Italy, has been elected Minister of Social Services. Born in 1948 C.E., Stigliano previously served as Italy’s Minister of Health. The interim government will continue to administrate Terran affairs until the members of Parliament assume office. Acting Head of State Haima has not released an official statement. Cranford is expected to give a victory speech this evening.

GUEST OP-ED: TERRA’S TAURON PROBLEM

Has anyone else noticed the sudden growth of small businesses in what has come to be called Little Hypatia? What was once a nice, multicultural part of Wing City is now infested with and dominated by immigrant Taurons from the Aschen homeworld of Langara. It’s even called Little Hypatia now, as if these foreigners can control it. It’s well known that the Tauron community on Langara is dominated by the crime syndicate Ha’la’tha. How long will our government continue to let this problem fester? They’ve shoved it under the rug up til now, but soon it will be impossible to ignore Ha’la’tha’s presence on Terra.

And if we don’t act soon, it may be too late. Until our judicial system becomes able and willing to act against the Ha’la’tha and those Taurons who have taken advantage of the transition between the Tripartite era and the establishment of the Terran National Government, Terrans will be victimized by Ha’la’tha criminals. Terrans will suffer the consequences of our government’s inability to act. And if we allow ourselves to be stifled by political correctness, we will never be able to address this very real problem to our security and the safety of our communities.

Does our government even know who these people are? You wouldn’t know it from the silence the TIB likes to keep. Ha’la’tha publicly announced a bounty on Arianne Drulović, but you’ll hear no word from them. Nothing. Not a condemnation, not a promise to hunt them down, not even the slightest acknowledgement of the Guatrau’s threat on Drulović’s life. Clearly, they’re not focusing on the domestic threats to the Terran way of life. Yes, it’s important for our intelligence agency to work against foreign governments with insidious goals—but it is equally important for them to recognize domestic threats to national security.

In the past twenty years, the single most dangerous threat to Terran security has been Hataf. Why? Because Hataf has operatives in every part of the world, both indigenous and foreign, who speak nearly every major Terran language, and who, for the most part, have been university-educated in some of Terra’s finest university. Because Hataf has successfully assassinated heads of state, attacked military facilities, infiltrated intelligence and police agencies, and maintained a strict chain of command with compartmentalized responsibilities. Unlike Al Qaeda, it has maintained a successful public relations department that has recruited operatives in increasing numbers. And like most organized crime syndicates, it uses fear to prevent anyone from becoming informants.

Here’s a nightmarish scenario: Hataf’s operatives network with Ha’la’tha’s members to smuggle arms, conventional nuclear weapons, and people into Terra. Why would they do that? Well, obviously because such a situation would be advantageous to both parties—Ha’la’tha stands to gain an enormous amount of money (Hataf is notoriously well-funded—there are some well-founded rumors of corporate ties), and Hataf stands to gain the weaponry advantages of Aschen technology, which we all know has relatively few rivals among other technological innovators.

The Ha’la’tha is a criminal organization, and we all know what criminal organizations want—money. Who’s to say they won’t work with other criminal or terrorist organizations on Terra? If not Hataf, there are plenty of other unscrupulous people or organizations who would not hesitate to buy Ha’la’tha’s products or services in order to carry out their own goals on Terra to harm Terrans. But let’s hope we never have to find out. Terran law enforcement and Terran intelligence need to work together to eliminate Ha’la’tha on Terra and to clean up the Tauron community. It’s not racist to say that plenty of folks in Little Hypatia more likely than not are in league with the Ha’la’tha. It’s a fact.




OBITUARY FOR MURDER VICTIM IBRAHIM EL GHAMRY

Ibrahim El Ghamry, fifty-six, of Fairfax, Virginia, died on 22 June 2011 in Wing City. El Ghamry was born on 5 July 1955 in Hari, Mutalistan in the United States to Burhan Sayed El Ghamry and Ameena Salaam Rawani. He was a student at St. Mary’s Mother of Hope Preparatory Academy in Hari, Mutalistan, where he was a member of the graduating class of 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Al-Bashar University in Nuwafir, Mutalistan.

Ibrahim joined Hataf in 1973. In 1979, Ibrahim defected to the United States after a public altercation with Anoushiravan Kutchemeshgi, then-Hataf’s supreme leader. He worked with the U.S. Intelligence Community to detect and eliminate Hataf threats to national security. Ibrahim married Mariam Shahrokhi in 1984. He studied at the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service and graduated in 1986 with a Master’s degree. Ibrahim became a naturalized citizen in 1991.

Ibrahim belonged to the Masjid Al-Salaam in Washington D.C. He served on the Advisory Board of the Drulović and Durrani Forum on National Security and Policy and made regular contributions to the Georgetown University Journal of International Affairs. Ibrahim enjoyed reciting long surahs at Qur’an recitations, presenting about Islam at interfaith summits, and testifying about religious-based terrorism at Congressional hearings. Occasionally, he recited azhan at prayer time from Masjid Al-Salaam.

Ibrahim is survived by his wife, Mariam Shahrokhi of Fairfax, Virginia; his brothers, Isak El Ghamry of Wa’ada Jannah, Mutalistan, and Ismail El Ghamry of Jabal Aswad, Mutalistan; his sisters-in-law Khadidja Noorani of Wa’ada Jannah, Mutalistan, and Ayesha Elmoussaoui of Jabal Aswad, Mutalistan; and his nephews and nieces Haroun, Khaled, Umar, Fatema, and Rabia. He is predeceased by his father, Burhan Sayed El Ghamry of Hari, Mutalistan, and his mother, Ameena Salaam Rawani of Hari, Mutalistan.

A service was held in Wing City, officiated by Imam Taher bin Rafiq. Donations may be made to the Drulović and Durrani Forum on National Security and Policy.

Breaking News!

Today, we've seen something astounding happenings, with all of the panic on Terra after the attack on Director Drulovic, but now we have something else. High above in space, the mighty defender of Terra's space and SpaceStation of the Democratic Coalition has disappeared in a flash of light, or more accurately, what looked like a nuclear explosion.

The GodFlower was destroyed just a half an hour ago, and it appears to be utterly obliderated. The losses are estimated to be in the line of at least a million personel aboard the GodFlower, and several hundred thousand transports and scout ships caught in the blast. The losses are phenomenal, and it suspected that the group that attacked WingCity just afterwards is responsible for this.

One of the only Democratic Coalition survivors refuses to take an interview at the moment, Darren Morgath, the GodFlower's commander, and a small group of guards came down to talk with Director Drulovic. He was understandably shocked when he found out about the attack, the only other known survivor is Democratic Coalition's General Cor-Rimmeth, who was hospitalized during the Taiyou threatening and was put into a Terran hospital to recover. He is also refusing to comment.

The real question is, how will the Coalition's main council take this? For even those not sympathetic to Terra and it's cause will be angered at the destruction of their most advanced technology. I fear that their wrath may be as dangerous as the Aschen's reaction to Hataf's bombing. This is Elucia Barrings of Terra Global News, signing out.

On 4:30 PM EST today at a press conference in front of the Montesquieu NeoSteel Corporation Terra Branch headquarters, President of Branch Terra Ayamo Yee Nervena announced the rumor circulating a massive fund raising event to support the Terran National Government were indeed true. “It has been a project we that my employer’s top organizers have been developing for some time” claims the spokesman and executive who is responsible for close to 47% of construction projects all over the city to provide new road ways, electricity and other utilities and services for the capitol of Terra.

As described by head technician of the event Mr. Jonathan J. Truman Bradfield of the Bradfield Rockets company, a subsidiary of the Montesquieu Corporation Conglomerate, the event will have the illustrious scions of the Montesquieu family Edmund and Almario Montesquieu pilot a completely rocket powered land vehicle by themselves. The two Seventeen year old heirs will then jump off a 90 ft structured ramp from the jagged cliffs of the Butcher’s Teeth pass through several unmanned floating rings that will set out a chain of fireworks, dodging an assortment of lethal lasers and landing the vehicle safely on the other side on Wing City Lake’s Beach.

The event is to be hosted on July 15th, which is not a coincidence that is the very same date the Prime Minister will be taking oath at the governmental building. The event will go after an hour after the ceremony located at Wing City’s infamous Butcher Teeth a jagged cliff side known as a peril zone for most local residence, it is planning to also be broadcasted on major channels so the public enjoyment and festivities.

Wing City News Reports Unknown Signal Hijacking!!

A message was recently broadcasted over Wing City News Networks's main channel and subertive channels on both TV, and radio. The message, in a u nknown langauge, was apparently recived and replied to. WCNN has recorded the apparent conversation and request that anyone with information in terms of the langauge, and also of the sender and receint's to contact WCGO and MAin 2468, or contact the Underlundian Colony codec translator department at COdec 7722.

The message follows is in a unknown, clearly it is a robotical langauge.
