A Plot Within a Plot: (For further details on this go bug Asper :P)
The Shardmind kingdom is perhaps one of the most mysterious kingdoms of this Realm.
It is a series of connected floating islands of crystal made from the Astral realm itself. The islands are constantly moving and its population is made up entirely of strange beings known as Shardminds. Shardminds are crystalline creatures consisting of hundreds of small shards of translucent green, white, red, or amber crystal assembled into humanoid form and animated by a force of pure psionic energy. Shardminds choose their forms to mimic the shapes of humanoids; some take on forms that seem more masculine, while others appear more feminine. A shardmindβs animating force glows dimly from within each of its component shards, emanating most brightly from where the eyes of a natural humanoid would be. This inner light sheds dim light in a shardmindβs space, but a shardmind individual can squelch the light with an instantβs concentrationβin order to hide in the dark, for example. Because of the anatomy of a Shardmind they are unable to speak, instead they communicate telepathically.
The crystalline fragments making up a shardmindβs body are in constant, silent motion, almost like the circulation of blood. When a shardmind is stunned or unconscious, it might lose control of the tight mental reins that keep its body in humanoid form, a few shards slipping free into orbits around its body until the shardmind regains control.
Shardminds also have the most alien personalities to other species living in this Realm. Shardminds are fragments of pure thought given life and substance. They are logical, emotionally distant, and naive to the ways of society in the world. Some approach life with innocent curiosity, eager to embrace the wealth of experiences the world has to offer, while others remain reserved and aloof, bearing a higher purpose in mind at all times. Though they often seem dispassionate, when a strong emotion seizes them, they experience it powerfully. For example, shardminds donβt get annoyed; they become enraged.
They do not communicate much with other kingdoms and do not trade with them, some hardly believe they exist. If it weren't for the curious nature of Shardminds, none would see them. Though there are few Shardminds they can sometimes be seen traveling constantly, to satisfy a need to learn. Rarely are other species allowed in the Kingdom of the Shardminds, they are a xenophobic species, due to their unnatural long lives and otherwordly thinking.
(( To summarize what this means... the scientist who caused the time travel to occur finds him/her self in the Shardmind's realm causing the two to set off... ))
The Kingdoms:
(( Note: if it is requested and cleared with both people I don't mind changing one persons gender so there can be to girls or boys paired together :P ))
The Kingdom of Lune:
The kingdom of Lune is a kingdom of perpetual night. Inhabitant's of this kingdom are most likely a werewolf, vampire, witch, or sorcerer or some other creature of night (Ghosts are also quite common). The ruler of this kingdom must be a Werepire (Werewolf Vampire crossbreed) in order to be stronger then all others. It is said that the one of royal blood has a direct connection with the moon that hangs over this kingdom and that if it is red the king or queen is angry. The ruler's of this kingdom are not really trained but more like left to there own devise.
Prince of Lune: Prince Keres played by black-as-night_oni
Future Gal: Fleur Du-Champ played by me
The Kingdom of Sol:
This kingdom is a kingdom of balance. The people of this kingdom are principally human but they do have the odd mythical creature. Because magic is scarce here this kingdom makes up for it by inventing new technologies. And lines of defense. The ruler of this kingdom is human but must have extreme training in how to a soldier, knight, protector. And must also be sociable and have a good family life and structure unless there a girl then in that case they need education and wit.
Princess of Sol: Princess Damali played by Sylwyn
Future Boy: Adam Kingston Played by Gamer_Templar
The Kingdom of Arai:
This kingdom can be tough to spot because it is perpetually flying in the air suspended by magic. The inhabitants of this kingdom are either angels, demons with wings, or a fae creature. Dragon's can also be found in this kingdom. Although many rumors swirl around no one is entirely sure what the ruler of this kingdom is because they refuse to show there wings to anyone. Some say there related to dragons others believe there pure bred angels.
Princess of Arai: Princess Amalthea played by Dream and Wishes
Future Boy: Jon Anderson played by Shadetree76
The Kingdom of Unden:
This kingdom is surrounded by hot molten lava. After there first settlement of the large volcano this kingdom inhabits the kingdom was attacked sense most inhabitants are demons they used there abilities along with large amounts of fire to restart the volcano and turn it into a natural defense. Most people from this kingdom can be tough to get along with because they are raised to be tough and ready for war. But having little land for agriculture this kingdom instead is one of the largest suppliers of gold, gems, and other natural rich substances from the earth's core.
Prince of Unden: Prince Akyrimos played by Vrihet
Future Gal: Scarlet Muerte played by Wysteria
[b]The Kingdom of Atlantis:
Everyone knows about this lost city under the water but it wasn't always so (and isn't going to be so for another few thousand years in this RP). This kingdom is oddly enough situated in the center of the ocean with 50% above water and 50% under water. People from this place are mermaid's and mermen. Or fish folk human that have gills and can breath under water. This place also use to be known as a pirates paradise and still is home to many pirates and of course fishermen.
Prince of Atlantis: (Reserved for S1mon)
Future Gal: Talia Onocino played by Hinasil

Fleur walked around some more looking at gorgeous vases and the beautiful walls. There was a warm rich carpet under her feet and Fleur felt very out of place in this old fashion royal looking place. She walked over to wear large heavy curtains hide the outside and opened them a little so she could look outside. The first thing she noticed was how high up she was she could have sworn she was in a tower of some sort. Way done she saw a little village with people running about busily. The houses all looked as if they were from medieval times with old tile roofs the poorer one were hay there was a gorgeous cobble stone street and Fleur felt fascinated. She noticed many people were outside getting food chatting and such which Fleur found rather odd sense it was night time. She looked up and her eyes went wide when she noticed the moon. It was full and it was...Red? Yes indeed the moon was red red just like her wild hair. Her liquid honey eyes stared confused but amazed it was oddly beautiful. She leaned closer to the window and noticed that some of the people far below had noticed her a few were even looking upward. Fleur blushed and waved smiling some people waved back. She heard the door nob turning and backed away from the window letting the curtains fall back into place.

Fairytails. Then again, many thought that their existance was just a fairytail until the Merfolk decided to exchange harmony for trade, and that King must of been a madman to invite all these pirates in, but as long as they caused no trouble, it would be alright, and least they had something to do in the north of the Kingdom which had rosen above the water.
It was much preferred to remain below the water, as it was alot cooler, and safer. Zale also enjoyed swimming. but today, it seemed that there was something new in his schedule, something or rather someone, which would definitely make things exciting now, and for Zale, he loved diving into something new. He was the spontaneous type afterall.
In the middle of his swim, a mermaid came upto him and whispered the latest news which tickled his fins, as he then rose up. Faster and faster. Quicker and quicker, as water exploded out into the open sky, and a huge wave emerged from it, and who was upon such a grand wave......but Zale himself. Couldn't help being the show-off, couldn't help being a sport, yet despite his strange actions for a Prince, people did get along with him, since he was pretty open.
Zale mostly dwelt in the southern part of Atlantis under water, but above water dwelt the fish folk and pirates. The mermaid had brought news that a human had been sighted in the northern part, and as a result, Zale immediately sprung into action being immediately intrigued and using his water powers granted by the God of the Sea (or at least that's who he had been told who gave him such ability) to leave the comfort of the sea and find out more.
In times past, Merfolk remained quiet and led solitary lives whilst keeping away from the humans, and now things had changed tremedously, with Atlantis revealed itself among the waters and getting more attention than ever, and not to mention the curiosity of the Merfolk in general in regards to humans. Zale was indeed exciting, as the wave carried him off the surface of the sea and into the air to where he was told that the human was found.
With the wave's momentum gone by now, it was now held by Zale's ability, as he asked one of the fishfolk about the human and he led him to where she was being looked after, as he entered the door, with water splashing off his lovely wave onto the floor, before manipulating the water to form a chair which he could then sit on and relax, while his head tilted from side-to-side, looking at this strange creature. Certainly not like the humans he knew, seeing as the pirates had quite a few.
Not wishing to disturb her rest, Zale remained silent as he looked at her from the foot of the bed. Once she awoke, seeing that she was a female (clearly!), he'd be able to ask questions, seeing if she travelled alone or not for starters.

"Thank you Dietrich I will makes sure that I prepare for the visit of the soothsayers" she gave a nod dismissing the minuscule man to go about with whatever other duties he had. With a slight sigh she looked out the window, to be honest she wasn't looking forward to the visit of the land of Arai's "sacred prophets". They often made her feel uneasy like it always seemed as though she was the princess and royal leader, that the soothsayers were the ones who truly ruled. She was always bond by what they prophesied and the people hung on every word that spewed from their mouths.
She stood and walked over to the window and peered out, her country was a beautiful land with tree's, birds and all manner of living creatures. A land surrounded by crystal blue skies and pristine white clouds it was a sight to behold it's no wonder the "low dwellers" envied the people of Aria so. How could they not think the people of Arai lived in heaven, she rested her chin in her hand as she leaned in the window sill.
As she sat and pondered, the thought of the soothsayers latest prophecy troubled her.
"If a savior is to come and deliver my people to heaven what is the point in my ruling them" she said to no one in particular. She turned and looked around the throne room to make sure she wasn't heard. The royal guards looked as though they were asleep standing up very rarely did they have anything to do. But even so if they had heard her say such a thing it would be considered blasphemy against the soothsayers and that would cause problems. But all seemed well and Amalthea continued pick apart the prophesy in her head.

Of course, Prince Keres was always a problem. Born crippled by the sun, he was in no way fit to rule. The nobles pretended to worry, but in him they saw a chance to obtain power. Marrying the young werepire would be an easy way to gain control of the throne if you managed to pair him with a daughter or niece. A duke of Lune, a prominent advisor of the the King and Queen, managed to do just that. Today, his well-off position would be secured after the last hurdle; the prince himself.
-------
Keres stared blankly at his parents who were seated across from him on the other side of the table. No way. He must have misheard them. "Pardon?"
"You're going to be engaged to Lady Scarlet." they repeated, giving him expentant smiles. Keres simply returned their excitement with wary cautiousness. Were they hoping he'd start singing and dancing? When her son didn't respond, the queen spoke again. "You'll do it, right?"
Silence.
The female werepire's beautiful face formed a perfect frown. Her highness' eyes were filled with a sneaky idea. "After all... it's not like you have a reason for refusing."
Keres struggled to mantain his composure, and took care in choosing his words. "I... don't desire to be wed at this time."
The queen smirked. She had the prince right were she wanted him. "Are you saying your personal feelings are more important than the wellfare of the kingdom?"
'Yes.'Keres replied silently. "Mother, you know that my marrying Lady Scarlet has nothing to do with the wellfare of the kingdom. This is just you making sure I don't turn into an old maid."
Mother's queenly demeneor shattered. "Well, I can't have my son be alone all his life can I!?"
Keres rolled his eyes. "Mother..."
The queen's face hardened. "No! We all know how incapable you are at making friends, let alone girlfriends!" Keres tried to object, but her highness cut him off. "Your father, Advisor Yoro, and I have decided. No more objections from your part are required." She then gave him the you better behave like a prince or I'll make you look, stopping the angry words that threatened to explode from Keres' mouth. The prince held in his fury, but outside the moon slowly turned red.
"Very well, Mother." Keres turned and left the room, without bowing like proper manners dictated. After he was far enough away, the prince's surpressed feelings finally blew, kicking over a chair. The werepire's fists were clenched, his nails digging half-moons into his paper-white skin. Why couldn't he stand up to his mother!? The queen of Lune was an imposing woman, indimidating without effort, and who possessed an extremely powerful royal aura. When Keres' mother made up her mind, there was no stopping her. Unless... An idea was forming in Keres' head.
"Well, I can't have my son be alone all his life can I!?"
"After all... it's not like you have a reason for refusing."
If he had a reason... Suddenly, Keres' thoughts were interrupted by a twitching of his ears. While he hadn't had these keen senses all of his life, recently they were growing stronger, and they were telling him someone was nearby. Someone human. Human? Keres hadn't seen a human since he was five years old, when a delegation from Sol arrived. Obviously these mortal creatures were rare in Lune, and Keres' curiousity was peaked. Anyways, perhaps the human could be useful... Making his way silently towards the rarity, Keres turned the corner. There was a girl, with long red hair facing away from him, but she had heard the door knob turn.
Keres didn't recognise her. "You... you're not from around here, are you?" he asked this question in monotone, but anyone who knew him would've detected a hint of hope in Keres' somewhat wary tone.

Knowing that there was no way of finding out where he was without taking a look around, Adam went to the window and looked down upon a bustling metropolis of towering buildings (that were also in white and gold, what a surprise there) and orderly streets. He also spotted a few guards on patrol here and there with assorted weapons and armour. Some had chain mail, others were simply clad in leather armour. Many of them carried spears, but there was the occasional sword or axe. Nearer to the building Adam was currently in, some of the guards were even mounted on... gryphons? Uh... yes. Yes they were.
Moving swiftly on from that, Adam gradually realised that he was in the city's castle, which did explain the lavishly decorated bedroom. The only question was... who did it belong to?
Well, luckily for him, he was soon to find out the answer to this question! This answer came in the form of footsteps that definitely sounded like they were headed straight for the door. Thinking fast, Adam hid himself inside the best available hiding spot: a large oak wardrobe. Hiding among several glamorous dresses wasn't very comfortable, but it was better than nothing. At that moment, he heard the door open and quietened his breathing, tensely waiting for the coast to be clear...
"He's old," Damali hissed, wincing as her mother's bony fingers pulled on the laces of her corset. She sucked in her breath as the stays tightened across her back and dug into her ribcage. "Ow! You're hurting me."
"Stop whining," the queen riposted, shooting her a glare from behind her seat reflected in the vanity mirror. Damali could swear there was a glimmer of pleasure in the woman's eyes as she continued, deliberately jerking on the lace, "The Viscount is thirty-eight. I hardly. Consider. That. Old."
"Ouch!" Damali squealed and tore out of the seat, indignantly smoothing out the blue rouching of her gown. Turning back to the mirror, she scowled, scrunching up her face. "I don't like the way he looks at me. He's a pervert. He's old enough to be my father."
"Stand still," the queen responded sternly, her expression stony. She grabbed at the lace, pulling Damali toward her, and fixed the ends into a long-tailed bow. "Here, let me fix your hair."
The princess glowered in silence for a few seconds as her mother scooped up a handful of tiny pins from a container on the dresser and began securing her hair in a tight bun, smoothing down stray blonde wisps with her fingertips.
"Well, you won't hardly give attention to any boy your own age," the queen said, stepping back to admire her handiwork.
Damali pursed her lips and shook her head vigorously, loosening enough locks to hang freely around her face.
Her mother gave an exasperated sigh and threw up her hands. "Must you be so obstinate?"
"I can't even have an intelligible conversation with any of them!"
"It isn't proper for women of our stature to dither on about nothing. Men do not appreciate a gossip."
"I'm not a gossip," Damali answered, lifting the hem of her dress to slip into a pair of matching blue slippers.
Her mother bent down, intercepting before she could lower the dress again, and fiercely narrowed her eyes. "Your stockings are rumpled... stained! What did you get yourself into this morning? Gods, they aren't even matching! You're supposed to be attending dinner in two hours. What is the Viscount going to think when he sees how poorly you're dressed?"
"What?" she gasped. "No one told me the Viscount was to be at dinner!"
"It isn't your business to know."
"Yes it is," Damali shouted, crossing her arms in defiance. "I'm not a child anymore. You can't just order me around as you see fit, and as long as he's there, I'm not going."
The queen jabbed her finger toward the door of the dressing room and stared her down. "You are still my daughter, and as long as you are living under this roof, you will do as I say. Now, march to your room this instant and change!"
The princess scrunched her face into the deepest scowl she could before muttering 'fine', and stomped out, slamming the door in the middle of her mother making some comment on wiping the ugly look off her face. Hurrying down the hall toward her room, she started to realize she had acted childish. Still, it's not as if she listens anyway. All she cares about is making me into a perfect little doll that she can do with as she pleases. Damali unlocked her bedroom door and closed it behind her, a bit harder than she intended. She rolled her eyes, sighing heavily as she leaned against the frame.
Her gaze fell on her reflection in the full-length mirror next to her wardrobe. "If she thinks I'm going to dinner at all like this, she's mistaken. I look like a big, frilly peacock... Well, she did tell me to change, after all."
Already slipping out of her shoes and untying the stays to her corset, she made her way to her wardrobe and let the wretched thing fall to the floor before flinging the doors wide open. As she reached into her closet for the flowy dress she so loved, she stopped short when she spotted something reddish partially concealed within the folds of white and gold fabric. Damali shook her head, blinking as she did a double take. Her eyes widened when she saw that tangle of red had a face. A boy's face.
"W-what?" Her jaw dropped in utter shock, and she stood there, frozen in place, both hands pressing on either door, mouth moving as she tried to formulate a coherent response.

His annoyance making his words blunt, "You. Human girl." For lack of a better way to word it, Keres simply went with a, "Marry me."
Of course, it didn't even occur to him that the human girl wouldn't already know his situation (or even refuse, for that matter), so Keres just went right on ahead and grabbed her wrist, proceding to drag her along at his speedy pace.
Suddenly feeling the need to set a story, "We met when you got lost and wandered over here. We became friends. We have a romantic relationship." He paused. "What's your name? I'm Keres."
She coughed her weak body wasn't use to the fast pace he was making her go. "Kere's...I can tell you have a very very good reason for asking this of me...But before I agree to anything anything at all... I need to know why..." Her golden eyes locked onto his dark one's holding him there not letting him move or tug her. Fleur always came off as weak but her golden honey eyes though sweet could hold a stern gaze and right now like too sniper riffles they were locked on Kere's not letting him move her a muscle. "I know people have there reasons for doing things...You would never ask a girl as...Odd as me anything so quickly so what is it spill it- Arranged Marriage??? Parents trying to make choices for you??? Incests??? Messed up past??? I wanna know... If you have a good reason...I will gladly help you if not...I will gladly find my way out of here even if that means getting lost and sleeping hell knows where at some point...Got it??" Despite the seriousness and deep meaning of her words her voice was gentle as ever never changing from its honey soft tone. Fleur had that quality about her at times her sweet gentle demeanor could capture people. That was why she was odd Fleur often changed peoples live's or that what her mom told her Fleur just thought she was weird enough to make an impact.
Sparing Fleur a glance, he resumed speaking. "We are going to meet the queen now. I need her to approve of you, so don't mess thing up too badly. I will do the talking, all you have to do is agree to everything I say. Your manners need to be worthy of a princess." Keres decided to fill the human in a little bit on what was happening, in hopes that she would use the information to not behave like a fool in front of his family. "My mother is the matriarch of Lune, while my father supports her from the side. Luckily the werepire blood overides all other lineage, or we would only have a decent ruler every other generation."
Keres stopped in front of a large oaken door. "Are you ready?"
She puzzled over it and suddenly realized just how out of place this was. Her memory's flooded back the machine the scientist the everything that was how she got here...But she could not be in her own time could she...Her brain picked up on Kere's voice as he explained everything about his mother and her mind picked up on the word Werepire. It resound in her head ringing around. She was not in her time period was she even on her earth??? Could be get back??? What was the point if she did no one needed her anyway. She shook everything out of her mind she was terrified at her own discovery but there was nothing she could do now she'd agreed to help Kere's he was cold and probably would come to hate her but he needed help and Fleur would help.
She suddenly realized they had stopped she looked up at Kere's and took a deep breath. Her eyes looked at his and she blinked looking down realizing very well that any man who did not want to marry a woman by force had a soft heart who somewhere deep down hoped for something more then obligation. Fleur made up her mind she did not care really where or when she was but she did care for the people around her even if she had just met them. She stood tall made herself look as princess worthy as she could and smiled. "I'm ready~" Her voice nearly sang with sweet gentle confidence and her face glowed though deep down her heart and brain were slapping each other and screaming. What have you done...

He grabbed one of the less extravagant dresses from the rack and pushed it into her hands. "Uh... there's nothing to see here," he said, as if that would actually make her doubt the fact that there was a strange boy wearing strange clothes inside her wardrobe. Without warning, Adam also shut the door, leaving the girl most likely wondering what just happened. Well, if she wasn't thinking about that already, of course.
At first, it seemed like that crazy move had gotten him out of danger... until the girl opened the door again about a minute later. And it didn't look like she was going to be convinced that Adam was but a mere figment of her imagination.
"Listen, I know this looks really weird and all, but... uh... can you keep a secret?" he asked, inwardly praying that she wouldn't rat him out to the guards.
"There's... there's a..." she stammered, chest heaving as she struggled to come to terms with the situation. "There's a boy. In my closet!" Afterward, she turned around again, slowly opened both doors and peered inside at him, eyes practically popping out of their sockets. "You... you're in my closet! How did you get in my closet?"
She briefly glanced over her shoulder at the bedroom door, and then leaned into the wardrobe, narrowing her eyes at him. "What's more, how did you get inside my room? I'm pretty certain that door was locked. I'm not even supposed to have boys in here! If my father finds out, he'll have you hanged. Sneaking into the bedchamber of the king's unwed daughter is practically a death sentence."
Her bewilderment gave way to a look of irritation followed by one of genuine puzzlement. Arching one brow, she straightened, holding the gown to her breast, and tilted her head to the right.
"Who are you, exactly? What are you doing in here?"
The setting changes from The Kingdom of Sol to The Kingdom of Arai
"Yes... what is it?" she asked
The messenger bowed and then stood up straight "The guards have captured a trespasser should they bring him before you?" he said.
Amalthea blinked with puzzled look on her face she wasn't expecting anyone from one of the lower kingdoms and the soothsayers weren't expected until next week. "Yes bring him in of course" she said with a gentle nod.
The messenger nodded again and stepped out soon some of her royal guards came dragging a man behind them by the arms.
"Pick him up to his feet for goodness sake I know you rarely have an emergency to tend to but I will not have someone treated wrongly am I understood" she said in a firm but kind tone of voice.
The guards nodded and picked the man up to his feet, Amalthea walked up to the man even with worried looks of the guards.
"I am the Princess Amalthea, and who might you be good sir?" she asked.
She smiled gently at him he was an odd sight indeed, she had never seen anyone that looked quite like him. Blazing orange hair, a sun kissed skin tone, most people in her land looked as she did. Silvery white hair and sparkling cream colored tone of skin but this man.... what was it about this man... was this the man from the prophecy?
"I am the Princess Amalthea, and who might you be good sir?" the girl asked.
"Well um you see my name is Jon. I have no idea how I got here." he said even though" he said as he somehow managed to run his hand through his hair with some contorting of course. "It's also really nice to meet you Amalthea." he was then shaken "Okay I get it but Princess first." He turned to look back at her and smiled and bowed his head as best as he could. "It's an honor to meet you Princess Amalthea." He raised his head back up still smiling even though he was still held.

"Why am I...? Look, it's all a big, complicated story, okay?" Adam sighed as he climbed out of the wardrobe and leaned against the wall. "One moment, I was just sitting around, reading a book. Nothing special. Then out of nowhere I'm suddenly in this weird room with some guys wanting to test out some science project of theirs, and then... then... I woke up here. In another place, in another time. Maybe even another universe too." As the shock of the spatial and temporal displacement finally settled in, Adam's back slid down the wall until he was sitting on the floor, staring blankly ahead.
"I dunno what else to tell you, okay?" he muttered, half to himself. "That's all I know."
Several minutes later, he was aware that the princess had also asked for his name. "Name's Adam, by the way. Adam Kingston," he said out of the blue.

"Look," she offered, calmly and in as soothing a tone as she could muster, beginning to realize there wasn't much of a rational explanation for his being here. "Do not fret. I am sure... from wherever you hail, we could find some way to get you home again." There was a certain weight to her words that said she believed them, but even she was not entirely convinced, and after a moment or two, she stood, sighing.
"Her Royal Highness Princess Damali Marwick of Sol," the princess answered his introduction, dipping into a curtsy and offering her right hand, feeling a trifle silly and unaccustomed to introducing herself formally to her peers. She lightly cleared her throat. "I am pleased to make your acquaintance Sir Adam of... Kingston? My friends... you may call me Dali."
Briefly returning her gaze to the door, she remembered why she had come back to her chamber in the first place. The thought of having to see the Viscount again made her wrinkle her nose. I can't miss dinner. Everyone is expecting me to be there. She turned to Adam and shyly glanced down at her garments.
"Do you mind, will you do me the kind favor of... I mean, please, turn around."
Occasionally glancing back to ensure his eyes were where they were supposed to be, she proceeded to replace her ungainly dress with the purple one he had handed her. In her head, she was already formulating ideas on how best to sneak him out of the room, though the thought of having to sneak a boy out of her room seemed ludicrous.
"I have a dinner to attend. You cannot stay in here, I'm afraid. The maids make their rounds thrice: in the morning, noon and eve, and they are sure to find you. In any case," she paused in adjusting her sleeves to eye him up and down, "before figuring out what to do with you, we ought to find you something more... suitable to wear."

"Sire. May I take a moment to give you the monthly report?" The chief advisor stopped Akyrimos.
"Walk with me to my chambers," Akyrimos replied. "And no figures this time. Just say what you mean."
"Of course, my lord. Well, in this month alone, mining production has dropped to 24.2--I mean, half of what it was last month, which was much less than what it was before. Precious stones and gems have also found a significant decrease. Many smithies are facing trouble if there isn't enough iron, and that'll be a sizable amount of the city out of business. And as always, my lord, no news of your father's where abouts."
Akyrimos' day just got considerably worse. "I'll sleep on it," he muttered as he closed the door to his room.
The right to rule until proven otherwise. If most of the blacksmiths in the city had nothing to do but ponder on that one sentence, he was in for a load of trouble.

Then it finally dawned on her, she was in a room. Not a finely made one at that and the bed she was on was not at all comfortable. Looking up she let out a brief shriek of fright as she saw a man with bright blue hair at the foot of her bed. She stared at him during an awkward silence. How long had he been there? What was he doing here? Could he be a pervert? Best to take it slowly.
"Hi there. Um... were you going to rape me?"
A scary thought popped into her head... what if he already had? She tried her best not to turn completely pale, but it her body was in ultimate control.

Also, I really should get to working on a grand design in Minecraft some time. Come to think of it, doesn't Minecraft itself count as a hobby? =D
