Lucca smiled as he heard Abi, just barely, barely making out what she was saying. "What about the Australian Christmas Tree? They have that very pretty orange color," Lucca offered as he turned to acknowledge what Bee had just said to him. Bee had been one of Lucca's friends since he found that she was so, well, Bee.

Abi and him were friends well enough, not close but not so distant that he didn't have that awkward catch up moment. "You, Sunflower, shall get your present as soon as I find the time to get you Australian Christmas Tree seeds, you really must see them, they're so fun," Lucca insisted, considering it was also one of the few plants he knew anything about. Lucca looked back at Bee with his smile just as large as always, listening to her gently.

Image

"Yes, but Bee, this way, I don't have to worry about forgetting this year! This is a makeup present from last year and your present for this year. Last year was just so horrible," Lucca stated as he took her hands and appeared to plead with her as he knelt, as if begging for forgiveness. He dropped her hands a moment later with a small laugh as he went ahead and flopped on the ground.

Lucca looked to the sound of a whistle by tilting his head and raising his chin, looking directly behind him without sitting up. He smiled as Abi got all excited, then looked back up to Phoebe. Lucca lit up at the mention of the cards. "Of course, I would've written back, but I couldn't get my hands on stamps. I wrote it and figured I'd just give it to you here, then forgot it of course. The sweets were wonderful, Samuel ate most of them, but I ate a lot and they were wonderful," Lucca stated at the thought of the sweets. It hadn't been Cherry Ripes or Crunchies, but it was still great!

Lucca stood, jumping up with a slight pop in his good mood. He was with people he loved and he cared about and would be for a few months, what could go wrong with life? That was excluding the people trying to kill him and his friends and loved ones because of who they were related to, but other than that, things were going well for them. "So, who's this special guest I heard someone talking about?" Lucca asked, his curiosity now causing his attention to turn elsewhere.

Lurking in her talents wasn’t humour-never humour but it was good to laugh at herself and succeed in making Tristan amused too and she could simply not stop smiling. Up until he proposed to race. “What?” She questioned, her brows pulling together as she slowed her pace more looking to him.
His burst of sprint had answered itself. He really had proposed a race and meant it. She had only been equipped with chucks as shoes and they were nowhere near reliable to close the distance and manage the different textures of the grounds even as a demi-god blessed with enhanced speed. But Eris’ children were somewhere on the list as fast gods too and it was evident in Tristan’s running.

Without much thought she took on the form of a cheetah and broke into her own sprint after him. Mystique was ecstatic with herself as she was able to shapeshift with ease and take on the body of a cheetah but she was racing for the moment and happier to see herself gaining on his two legs that weren’t posing much of a match after all. The wild cat had to drop back in speed however as she approached the building where sharp turns and smooth floors lay but she had exceptional acceleration and speed on her which was used effectively as she gained the lead. Luckily, Tristan wasn’t the kind to sulk about cheating or so she presumed but she was happy in herself either way as she reached the dining hall first and took on the successful properties of a cheetah. The downside of the transformation quickly struck her though as she skidded down an aisle between tables and chairs, naturally trying to claw at the floor to reach a halt.

"Easy, darling. I'm aware we have a special guest speaker but it's not that much to be excited about." Came the English voice of an older man that bought Mystique to a stop by standing in her wild drift course. She slid into his legs before noting it was a teacher. A teacher, she gulped, allowing herself to transform back and reveal her identity.
“I'm so sorry, sir,” she said meekly unable to meet his eyes remaining on the floor. If she weren't doing bad enough in power control she certainly demonstrated it now.
The response that she did not get to see was nothing more than a small smile and Mr. Alcaeus wandering back off to his own spot in the dining hall.

Dan looked up as Tair walked over him before standing himself and following his friend, if not a little slowly and dragging his feet to return the favor of slowing them down. Dan smiled as he saw Tair texting someone. "Oooo, does Tair have a girlfriend now?" Danny asked, teasing his friend as he continued to drag his feet before picking up the pace upon having the favor of yelling returned. "I'm going to hurry not because you told me to, but because I feel like it," Danny said in his most rebellious voice he has.

Dan looked down to see he owed lessons and wondered if he could somehow have Teddy steal the time so that he didn't have to give lessons and could instead spend the time with Isra. That would be nice. He would like that.

To Dylan:You see buddy, I have recently broken my voice and therefore cannot give instruction by speaking. You will only learn through telepathy, since you can't do that, I guess we can't have guitar lessons.

Danny sent the message with the most serious face he had on. He knew his friend would know he was joking and did it for the sake of making him smile. He continued walking next to Altair only to receive another text and just stop where he was without warning.

To JullieteI'm coming and don't worry, you're already a looser! You're my sister!

Danny had his half sister in his phone as "Romeo's GF" for whatever reason. Maybe it was because someone had once gone through all of his contacts to change their name to something related to their name to just mess with Danny. Dan had decided he either didn't care or liked it, but was too lazy to decide which and just went ahead and left it as it was. Dan then continued to walk, jogging slightly to catch up to Tair. Danny heard yet another text and groaned, stopping suddenly once again, then smiled at who it was and whooped, pumping his fist in the air in his excitement to talk to her. The best part? Nobody knew who he was so psyched over! Then his crush would be out and Isra would probably reject him, at least in his head that was how it went.

Image

Isra: I'll be there in two minutes.

Dan's contact had Isra in it as Amore Mio, My Love in Italian since few people in the states seemed to speak or be able to read Italian. Danny made the text short and sweet so he could take off running to get there as fast as possible. He ran by Altair, leaving him in the dust as he ran to reach the dining hall, ignoring the banging of the guitar on his back. He slowed to a jog as he approached so he wasn't so desperate in appearance.

Dan gave Dylan a slight wave as he took back up his running so he could reach the food line before someone else got there since he had spotted Isra at the end of the line. "I swear I will talk to you in a few minutes, thank you, I know I'm your biggest fan, I love you too, bye," Danny said as he gave a slide shuffle thing before resuming his running. He skidded to a stop behind Isra, his hands in his pocket, willing his body not to sweat and praying his dad was enough of a ladies man that he understood Dan's need to look good and not stink from exertion.

"There she is!" Danny stated as he held his arms up as if presenting Isra to an invisible audience. "So, have you gotten a new favorite song I must learn how to play so you have a fabulous acoustic version?" Danny asked as he grabbed a muffin and began peeling the wrapper off.

He wasn't sure what flavor it was, but as soon as he took a bite, he grabbed a napkin and spit it out. He dropped the gross half eaten bran muffin into the trash then hesitantly reached for one with something that might have been chocolate chips, he hoped they were chocolate chips. Dan was very pleased when it was and was able to swallow it.

"I'm telling you what, muffins are not just ugly cupcakes, they are just a different part of the cupcake family and prefer to not use makeup. So basically, muffins are beautiful as they are as they are like us, beautiful when natural. In other words, you look very muffinish today," Danny said in the stupidest pick up line he had ever used. He turned slightly away so he could bang his head on a table and lay down to die when he realized it wouldn't do any good and turned back to Isra. "So, what're you gonna do later? I did get my violin tuned if you want to come over and hear that one song from last year with a properly tuned violin," Danny asked, feeling like she would automatically say no since it was him. He would think every other girl would say yes, but the one that mattered? Why would she see anything in him? She was so much better...

Dan glanced back at Dylan and his other friends, scanning the dining area for anyone he might have missed. He saw people he knew and was friends with spaced out, then found the one guy he wasn't friends with, at all. His arch nemesis, which wasn't Danny being over dramatic, was currently doing something Danny didn't like. He debated interfering, then realized he'd have to eventually. Danny was fast, whispering under his breath so that it was only audible to him, "Ugly acts dealt to another shall return to you and become a bother."

It wasn't one of his best curses, and he could already feel lightheaded, the darkness he felt increasing on him causing him to feel as if he was suffocating for a moment before it passed and the curse was sent to encounter the jerk. Danny hoped that whatever Aiden had sent at Dylan was something really bad, not because he wanted Dylan to be in pain or whatever, but so Aiden was. It was a good jab, the first of many between the two Danny imagined. He gave a slight smirk before returning his full attention to Isra, having done the entire act when she was busy with the food options.

Hayden came out of his day dreaming far away land when a wild cat had burst through the dining hall at high speeds then when wishing to stop, skidding along the floor instead unable to quite master the brakes and hit a teacher. He couldn’t help but chuckle lightly and look away, running his fingers through his hair. Ah. Sometimes it was good to be at this school. Hayden glanced over once more and saw the teacher had returned to his post, then chose to approach Mystique and offer her a hand up. Being near the end of the table, she wasn’t that far from him anyway and he didn’t want to look like a complete dick. “Nice entrance,” he commented heaving her to her feet then eyeing her up and down. “Mystique, right?” he checked pursing his lips. He was confident in his guess but there were a lot of faces to keep track of and it got confusing. Especially when you weren’t particularly the social butterfly.

Image
When Tristan entered in a half-hearted jog puffing, he paused midway in the dining hall watching Mystique skid along into a teacher’s legs making him cringe a little. That one was probably his fault and he had almost braced himself to take the blame if things hadn’t gone so smoothly with Terry. He scanned the room for a moment, browsing who had caught sight of the scene.

He walked up to Mystique and Hayden once there was confirmed teacher clearance. “Hey! I think you won,” he directed at Mystique with a grin. Then smirked a little at gentleman Hayden but he didn’t want to bring it up just yet. It'd be like jinxing his caring side and it was often unwise to bring it to the forefront of Hayden's mind. Maybe some other time when his manners were on show. “You grabbed some food yet?” he asked instead.

“Heya Ness, what mischief have you been up to while I’ve been away?” a warm voice called out, drawing Nessa's attention to Teddy. He looked amazing, god, it's crazy how much you can miss someone in a few months. A grin broke across her face before she could even think about stopping it. Her half-brother lifted his arms out to the side, a long smile spread across his lips.
“Hug for your amazing brother?” he asked sweetly.
"Yeah, I'd love to hug my 'amazing' brother. Where is he?" Nessa replied rather loudly, animatedly looking around with a hand shielding her eyes, as if searching the horizon. She laughed at her own joke before darting forward to wrap her arms around him, squeezing him tightly.
"Gods, I missed you so much," she admitted, resting her head on his left shoulder.
"And speaking of mischief," Nessa continued excitedly as she pulled out of the embrace, her eyes bright with an impish fire, "I did something I think you'll be rather proud of! My neighbor was acting like such a jerk, blasting his radio at two in the morning as soon as I got back and yelling at my little brother so I went with Brent to the creek by our house and as a little 'science' project, we raised probably three dozen frogs together and set them loose in his house! How's that?" she challenged. She could always dream that she pulled a bigger prank than Teddy, but he somehow always managed to blow her idea out of the water. He just had a natural knack for it, sharpened over the years.

"By that way, I took up a job at a joke shop near my house. I brought back a couple things I thought you'd get a kick out of," Nessa stated while she haphazardly dug through her leather messenger bag until she pulled out a crumpled up paper bag that looked a little worse for wear. On it, in black Sharpie, a rather crude teddy bear was drawn on it, a sly smile on the cartoon's face so it ended up looking more demonic than anything you'd actually hug. The girl opened the bag eagerly to show him the gifts.
"See? I got you a couple packs of smoke bombs, firecrackers, a pair of those ridiculous fake glasses with the big nose and there should be a couple fake severed fingers in there."

Teddy can only laugh at his sister’s joke, his own lopsided grin never wavering as Nessie teases him. He doesn’t hesitate to return her sentiment, giving her a friendly squeeze while she’s within his arms. “Missed you too Ness.” He mutters, before he’s chuckling to himself as he listens to Nessa’s prank. There are multiple reasons most people check their pockets after they’ve been around Hermes’ kids, one being that various valuables are likely to be pinched by the quick demi-gods, and another being that if they’re not taking things, they’re probably pulling some prank. The number of times juvenile Teddy placed spiders or large bugs in his teachers’ pockets before Aeonis is uncountable. Some eventually took to sewing up their pockets, though even this didn’t stop the creative young boy.

Teddy’s amusement at Nessa’s trick is clear in the delight evidenced in his eyes, and he gives her a congratulatory pat on the shoulder as he says, “You’ve learned well young student.” Then Teddy is left to watch in wonder as Nessa reveals a treasure trove of jokester’s gold. Teddy picks up one of the smoke bombs, his grin turning decidedly sinister as various plots and ploys pop up in his scheming mind. “Did I ever mention that you’re my favourite sister?” Teddy jokes, slipping a smoke bomb into his pocket followed by a few firecrackers – they may come in useful if this special guest speaker proves as dull as some they’ve had in the past.

“I got you something too, not stolen.” Teddy admits, idly picking up a pair of glasses and testing them out on his face. “Only I left it in my room so I’ll have to give it to you later today.” Teddy jiggles the glasses with his fingers and grins at his little sister as he adds, “It’s a shirt of one of those superheroes you love so much, and I got you some CDs. Those were stolen, but only because I didn’t know what one you’d like better and I didn’t want to spend millions buying every one of them.”

Nessa is more than pleased when she spies the visible delight in her half-brother's warm eyes as hears her story and even more proud when he compliments her, her skin sinking into a rather flattering shade of pink, stemming from obvious pride. Praise from her brother wasn't necessarily scarce nor was it constant, but it always felt amazing, like she accomplished something much more substantial than filling a suburban house with amphibians. While Teddy was left to root through the bag of tricks, Nessa could already see the telling signs that a plan was formulating in that brain of his. It was quite impressive how quickly Teddy could come up with a prank and carry it out successfully before his sister even had the chance to think up something on her own. That's probably why they worked so well together, they could fill each other out in areas they lacked and together they were a dynamic duo, a Batman and Robin of a sort. The only issue with that analogy was neither of them wanted to be Robin over Batman. As Teddy continues on to tell her about her own gifts he was thoughtful enough to pick up for her, Nessa is utterly beaming at her brother in the fake joke glasses, so glad they're able to see each other again. Surely, the two could've easily stood and talked outside the building all day if not for the monstrous roar Nessa's stomach gave out, reminding her that she still had yet to eat.
"Shall we go in? I'm still quite curious to see who that guest speaker is. Hopefully it's not some stupid presentation about the importance of academics. Those bore me to death" Nessa smiled, yanking the door open and hanging loosely off of the handle and swept a graceful hand towards the interior of the building.
"Ladies first?" she asked eloquently, batting her eyes fakely at Teddy.

Taking off the pair of fake glasses and tucking them into a spare pocket, Teddy grins at his younger sister as she pulls the door open for him. “Why thank you good sir.” Teddy replies, giving Nessa a teasing wink as he glides through the open door. “It’s so pleasing to know the youth of today know how to respect their elders.” He adds once he’s stepped into the dining hall, turning on his heels as he waits for Nessa to follow through. With the grin wide on his face, Teddy glances around the hall, taking in the many individuals that were already gathered and waiting. He spotted a few familiar faces, some he liked, some he disliked, and some he knew to avoid thanks to previous interactions with them that hadn’t gone entirely to plan. Not that Teddy worried too much about those who he needed to avoid, he was fast and had plenty of tricks up his sleeve.

“Where would you like to sit, Ness?” Teddy asks, turning his attention back to his half-sister as a thought comes to him. “I can get a clone to grab us some food while we nab a table.” Cloning had to be one of his favourite powers. If you thought one Theodore Fawkes was bad, wait until he’d cloned himself a handful of times. Oh, the glorious fun that could be had with an army of clones and a bag of tricks.

Nessa followed her brother through the door to the dining hall, a smile dancing on her lips. The two siblings looked around the dining hall and Nessa could feel her heart swelling in her chest. The hope of a new year was a sweet taste on her tongue.
"Doesn't matter where we sit," Nessa assured Teddy, "As long as we get a good view of the guest speaker. She walked a little further into the room and looked over her shoulder.
"How about you choose and I'll grab our food. It's too early in the week to deal with two Teds, y'know?" Nessa joked and jokingly mimed hanging herself, poking her tongue out of the corner of her mouth before heading to the back to grab a couple trays and pile them on with food. Now if there was one thing that she could never get tired of, it was probably the cooking at the Academy.

“As you say m’lady.” Teddy replies with a formal bow, grinning from ear to ear as Nessa mimes hanging herself. Teddy merely winks, hardly concerned and stands to begin his search for an appropriate table. Though he spies numerous faces he could sit with, Hermes’ son decides instead to opt for a currently unoccupied table, desiring to catch up with his half-sister without the distraction of others. Well, that’s one of the reasons. The other is the welcome back prank he’d like to discuss with his mischievous sister, which had all sorts of of new possibilities thanks to her numerous gifts.

As Nessa headed back to Teddy, balancing the trays precariously on her arms, she stopped short when her eyes fell back on him. A rather evil smile stretched across her cheeks and she raised a questioning eyebrow at him when she dropped the trays on the table with a clatter.
"I know that look." Nessa stated calmly, picking up her fork to inspect it like it was overly interesting. She ran her fingertips along it's cold metal edges slowly until her gaze slid slowly over to the boy next to her, her icy blue eyes locking on his.
"What're you planning?" she inquired conspiratorially, leaning closer to him so their shoulders touched.
"Hopefully, it's something that won't disappoint me," she murmured through a supressed smile.

Teddy did so love having a sister who could read him by the devious smile on his face. His eyes sparkle as she takes her seat, waiting for her to ask him the question she so obviously wants to ask. When she does there’s a conspirator’s air to the pair as they lean in close. Teddy picks up a piece of food and plops it into his mouth, mentally running over which plan of the many he’d like to try first. “Well, I would love to stick fireworks down Aiden Stuart’s pants, but since, sadly, maiming another student is frowned upon at this school I’ll have to stick to the smoke bombs.” Teddy explains, dropping his voice so only Nessa can hear him as he glances over to where Hecate’s less fortunate son (in Teddy’s opinion) sits. “Though if we wanted to welcome everyone back to school all we’d need is to clone a few tomatoes, an electric fan, and a dozen canisters of silly string.” Teddy’s grin widens, as he adds in a whisper, “It’ll make last year’s prank look like child’s play.”

"It sounds glorious," she admitted with a certain flourish to her words before cutting into her pancakes, a brooding air to her as she ran over the items in her head. With tools like these, it wouldn't be very hard to create something that would be spectacular.
"This'll be the year we create something legendary. I feel it in my bones. They'll call our crimes a work of art," Nessa declared determinedly before shoving a huge bite of the pancake into her mouth.

Before the sun peaked over the trees and the sky was painted in an array of purples, pinks, yellow and oranges Sebastian was in the middle of his daily run but this time though he was accompanied by Jessica. Sebastian wanted to get his body use to the change of terrain since back home, where he lived with Jessie and her older brother there was nothing but pavement and your regular grass patches here and there. The forest was something else though, there was way more land for them to run across and never get bored with all the different paths. And if they wanted too they could just make a new path altogether, stray off and create they're own running route. The two ran as if they were being chased rather than just an exorcise to loosen the muscles but that's just them, they liked the adrenaline and plus it was a race and neither of them were about to give up.

Jessica could hear nothing but the air wiping by her and small twigs breaking and crunching under their feet. She could feel the cool air through her hair and against her skin, it made her feel alive. Sebastian also felt alive, his heart raced against his chest and his eyes were focused ahead. As they both approached a fallen log in their path the two jumped over it effortlessly. Both of them looked like felines for a whole second because of the way they placed their hands on the dead tree and leaped over it. The clearing could be seen, the academy and the two gave it their all. Feet were pounding against the dirt and leaves while breathing was erratic.

It was hard to tell who would win, Sebastian was behind Jessie by a step but he soon closed the gap when he suddenly felt a boost of energy come out from within. This made Jessica grin a bit as she too gave it the rest of her energy enough to be neck in neck with him. Just as close as it seemed, the two crossed the line between the academy and forest in a matter of seconds. Once they came to a full stop both Jessica and Sebastian doubled over with her hands on their knees panting. A moment of silence passed before Jessica turned her head o face him.

" I won, give me the cigarette." she spoke in between pants.

Sebastian turned his head slightly and looked as his sister in defeat. He reached in his pocket pulling out his pack of Djarum Black that hasn't even been opened yet. The plastic encasing it was still neatly pressed against it. Unwrapping it carefully and sticking the wrapper into his pocket for proper disposal later, he handed Jessie a cigarette and even lit it for her with his old fashioned metal lighter. Jessica stood up straight as she rubbed her head making no difference to her already messy, short blonde hair. The day before she got here Jessica thought it was time for a change so she chopped off a good length of her silky black hair, dyed it blonde and called it a day. When she got here most people were shocked by her decision but she honestly didn't care what they thought, she was happy how her hair came out and that's how it was going to stay.

Sebastian took out a cigarette for himself, lit it and stuck it in between his lips as he took a long and slow drag. The two blew out the cherry smelling smoke into the air creating one big puff of smoke before the wind blew it away. "You read the board this morning?" Sebastian asked as he blew out sweet smoke from his lungs. The two were now seated on the neatly trimmed grass of the academy looking up at the sun which was just now painting the sky in its beautiful colors.

"Yeah, who do you think might be the oh so special guest we will be meeting?" Jessica held the cigarette in between her lips as she laid back on the grass with one arm across her stomach as the other reached back for the cigarette. She inhaled deeply and blew out a heart shaped ring of smoke as a small smile appeared on her lips watching it as it floated farther away before it dissipated.

"Maybe it's the top dog himself." he said jokingly as he too laid back on the grass with one hand behind his head and the other holding his cancer stick.

"Don't jinx it now Harry, the last thing we need is the head honcho telling us to go die for him without any questions asked." she said half serious and half teasing as they just laid there under the dawning sky just watching and admiring.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________

The two stood there freshly out the shower and dressed staring at the crowd of students heading towards the dinning hall. Jessica rose an eyebrow as she watched hesitantly. "Uhm, how to you propose we approach that or even attempt to get through? " asked Jessie as she stared straight ahead never taking her eyes off the crowd.

Sebastian only looked at her and let out a chuckle before pulling her in front of him. "Just walk, they'll move trust me."
Following his instructions Jess shrugged and began to walk towards the crowd but as she did she noticed students moving out of her way making a pathway for her to walk easily right through with Sebastian following in suit with his hands shoved in his pocket. "The hell was that?" she asked. "They're intimidated by you, I have to say the new hair style does come in handy." he teased before Jessica just realized what happened.

" I don't want them to think I'm scary- wait did you just use me as a shield of sorts?" Jessica crossed her arms and slightly huffed only to have Sebastian duck his head sheepishly. " We needed to get in someway, no?" rolling her eyes, Jessie turned to scan the tables to find two empty seats by some underclassmen she knew. Sebastian was right but she wasn't going to give him the satisfaction of telling him. "Babo." she mumbled before walking over to the table and seating herself greeting the others with a smiles and tongue sticking out. Sebastian just gave silent smiles of acknowledgement before letting his eyes wander rather bored as his sister made conversation.

Jensen followed behind Amanda as she led the way to her room. "Party huh? Sounds like fun. Count me in babe." Jensen replied to her offer of a party Cecilia is apparently throwing. As they walked, he couldn't help but to wonder what his gifts were. Though her getting him three gifts did make him nervous. What if they some really thought, and expensive gifts? And all he got her was a single, ten dollar book. While she did like the book, he would feel pretty crappy since she got him so much more.

When they arrived to her room Amanda opened the door and pulled him inside. It wasn't ten seconds after she closed the door was she on him. She kissed him much more passionately then before. As they embraced Jensen's arms wraped around her, and his hands began moving down her back. And then she pulled away. Such a tease. She'll pay for that. Although he'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy it. It's nice to have someone to keep you on your toes every once in awhile. "If that wasn't apart of my present, then what? Was it because I've been a good boy?"

He did as he was told, and took a seat on the bed. With each second he grew a bit more nervous, well not visibly of course. When she brought him his gifts he took them from her to look them over. He started with the candy. He picked them up, and opened the bags to take a good whiff of them. And they smelled delicious. Next he picked up the shirt, and held it out in front of him. "Well, I guess these will due." Jensen sarcastically remarked, of course by the big smile on his face it was obvious he loved them.

"I should probably try it on huh?" Jensen said as he took off his shirt. "You know, a part of me thinks you only got me the shirt just so you could get my shirt off. He smirked as he put on his new Metallica shirt. It fit fairly well too. "So, how's it look? I gotta say though, I feel a little bad that I only got you a single book. I'll have to make it up to you I guess."

Jensen got up, and stood in front of Amanda, being mere inches away from her. He brushed some of her blonde hair aside, and leaned in for a deep kiss. After about ten seconds he stopped. "I guess I'll...start...now." He whispered softly into her ear. Jensen swiped her off her feet and cradled her in his arms. He then preceeded to continue to passionately kiss her. He gently laid her down on the bed, and crawled up their with her. He continued to make out with her before he moved onto her cheeks, and began moving down her neck.

Once he got down to the base of her neck they were Interuppted by the sound of Jensen getting a text. "Looks like I'm in high demand today." He smirked. He sat up on the bed, and looked at his messages. While normally he would ignore all calls and texts when he was with Amanda, he had to punish her a bit for the teasing earlier. "Looks like Sunshine is lonely, and wanting to meet up in the cafe. She's got some sense of timing. So what do you think?"

Amanda chuckled with delight as Jensen accepted the invite to the party, she felt her phone buzz and it was a message from one of her other best friends whom she hadn't seen over the entire summer holidays and she smiled at the message before eagerly messaging Levi back.

{To: Levi x}
{Buongiorno, bello! Movie night is most certainly needed babes! xoxo}

ImageAmanda sent the text just before Jensen tried on the shirt, giving her enough time to admire his body, which indeed had been chiselled by the gods themselves, as was nearly everyone's in Aeonis, but the children of Zeus and Poseidon were definitely something to behold, there was always something to admire about the other gods and their children's figures, but her eyes always returned back up to look into Jensen's, something she didn't do too often.

"Oh you know me, Hercules, anything to get your clothes off." She replied with a smirk, as he leaned in for a kiss, and when he pulled back after ten seconds she kissed her teeth and she stood up so as he wasn't bending down as far and he whispered in her ear, sending a chill down her body as he lifted her up and kissed her much more deeply and passionately than she had expected. As she wrapped her arms around his neck, she felt his hands move down her body as he gently laid her on the bed and he crawled on top of her. As they lay kissing on the bed, Amanda's hands ran over his entire body, once his lips met her neck, she fought with her hands to stop them from scratching his back, he knew that was the one place he had to touch for her to give in to anything.

Amanda heard his phone and chuckled at his remark about how 'high in demand' he was, rolling her eyes she pushed herself up so she was sitting next to him, reading the messages, she let out a sigh at Juls calling herself a third wheel. [/b]"I have never made my baby J feel like a third wheel! If anything, I hate you when we're in public."[/b] She told him with a smirk, glancing over at the clock, she slapped his arms. "Her sense of timing is appropriate as fuck! I do not want to start this year off pissing off the headmaster, especially since there's some 'special guest'." Amanda said with accompanying air quotations. "Come on." She planted a kiss on his cheek and pushed herself up so as she was standing on the bed and leapt off it, the jumping resulting in some air time for the skirt of her dress.

...

Amanda wasted no time in hurrying Jensen to the cafeteria, she spotted Juliette standing near the buffet with Dylan Ramirez, she grabbed Jensen's wrist with her right hand and slapped his bicep with her left. "Look over at the buffet!" She cooed. "Awkward love." She chuckled, before waving at the pair and giving Jensen a slight tug to bring him over to the pair.

"Hey Juls!" Amanda exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around her. "Hey Dills." She said over her shoulder to Dylan with a smile.

The first sign that something was off--and that should have set off the alarm bells in his head-- was the fact that well
there were no discernible physical reaction from his target. He brushed it off as excellent poker faces. The second would be the wide berth he was suddenly given and odd glances being shot his way. The third came in the form of numerous students scrunching their noses as soon as they set foot into the dining hall through the door within close proximity of where Aiden stood. And then his eyes landed on a certain son of Apollo. Well. Crap.

Something was surely up. If looks could kill-- looks that didn't belong to gorgon--, Daniel would have died a couple of times already. The people around Aiden were acting in a way that he had predicted those around the older Apollo girl would. Somehow, the effects he had expected from his spell had latched onto him instead of the intended target. How that had happened, he wasn't too sure. He just knew who had made it happen even if he had no proof.

Hecate's spawn had his attention was momentarily removed from Dylan in favor of glaring figurative daggers at the smirking meddler and identifying the problem at hand so much that he completely missed Amanda and her beau's arrival. It was unfortunate because her presence may have tempted him to step down, at least for now.

Good thing he had made sure it was just as easy to break the spell as it was to cast. A glance towards the large windows of the dining hall confirmed the gloomy presence of rain cloud. It looked as though the morning drizzle had merely been an aperitif for a storm to come.

A light nudge with his mind sent a glass pitcher crashing onto the hard floor. It broke upon impact, the crash echoing throughout the hall before subsiding until it was muffled by the sound of students chatting excitedly among one another. It didn't last long, but it was a good enough distraction for Aiden to point his wand at the cloudy sky through one of the large windows.

"Accio Nimbus," he said, smiling to himself when it dawned to him what he had just said. There was power in words and it was sometimes fortunate that not all had the power to make them reality. Some languages were more compatible with specific rituals or tools and Aiden needed all the power he had for this so he had switched to Latin. His knowledge of is was still limited compared to a lot of his half-siblings, but it was enough for what he needed.

A gust of wind brushed past the dining students, window panes and utensils clattered as a humid air front seeped into the room and ascended, invisible to the naked eye, towards the high ceiling. Just then, a cheetah came skidding into the dining hall, eliciting yelps of surprise from the new students, but Aiden ignored it and cast the next spell, "Veteresco." A dirty white puff of cloud would form. It floated harmlessly at first, but would soon gain in size until a drop of rain, then another and another descended upon the attendees. While it was no storm, it was a perplexing enough drizzle that fit the description of "rainfall," which promptly broke Aiden's first spell.

Just then, as he lowered his wand, it caught onto a nearby cup of juice that someone had carelessly left at his table, spilling its content all over the table and himself. "Aw, shit," he swore before massaging his temple when he felt the beginning of a migraine creep up on him. He let out a loud sneeze, feeling the cold settle in all of the sudden. Well, he was bound to get wet anyway sooner or later anyway.

That wasn't his most subtle display of power, but hopefully the staff had been too busy dealing with Cheetah-girl to see him wave his wand around. Just to be safe, Aiden discreetly rubbed his prints off the piece of wood with the hem of his coat and dropped the piece of wood. Then, he proceeded to give it a push with his telekinetic powers to roll it under an inconspicuous cabinet.
