ah, but some card are not meant to be Deck Masters, such as Silfer or Ra. Deck Master ability's have to be abilities that affect the duel, not the monster itself, and replace the monster's original effect. ANYway, Lord of D. Deck Master ability is that by paying 500 lifepoints, you are allowed to normal summon any Dragon-type monster from your hand.
